Sir,
I want to know the call history of my sister's tata docomo no. [protected], prepaid, as her balance is evacuating very fast. Recharge is needed to do more often. As she is staying in another state i cannot be visible to her. So i seek your help to find out the matter. Waiting for the call history. I don't know any other way to find out.
Please help me out. Thank you.

    I had availed the tata docomo photon connection in 2011 with corporate plan of 7000arp (Annual renewal plan). This is a prepaid connection and services are provided only once i recharge the account. So later i have recharged the service in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Later stopped using as the device is broken and service was utter waste and then i left out of country. Now in 2014 after my service period, i did not recharge further and so ideally the connection has been terminated. Now tata docomo has billed me with 7980/- for the service without any request or recharge and started to send me legal notice.
    I have replied to all the email received but there is no response. One fine day a lady (Lawyer) called me and informed me that its tata docomo fault and they will waive the amount. But the legal notice did not stop and it started to become threatening.
    My question here is who will understand the reason from customer? My dad work as cfo for voltas, tata group. He is also ashamed on the behavior of tata.
    Dear tata docomo customer care, there is no reply to the emails nor the person mentioned in the legal notice respond to phone calls. Now whom should the customer contact??

    Hello TATA services,

    I have replied to this email many times and also one person from customer care had a brief chat on the same and concluded that this charges will be waived, as its mistake from TATA in 2014.
    Not sure why this email is spotted again and again.

    1. This is a prepaid connection from my office and I used to recharge with 7980/- every year and then start using the service (PREPAID Connection).
    2. Since February 2014, I was not in India and so have not recharged the connection. So now from where is the charges coming from, can you check my data usage and then comment if I was using the service.
    3. I have tried calling to the contact person in your earlier emails, but none of them replied.
    4. Also the reply emails sent has no further response.

    I demand you to provide me the complete details of this amount and reason for your legal emails.
    I will take this to social platforms if I happen to see these threatening emails again.

      Sir, I was a customer of Tata Docomo Postpaid. I have taken a Plan 249rs/Month. Every Month i was getting Bill around 300 to 350 Rs. But suddenly i m getting a bill amount of 1836 rs. I was talking about this with its Help Line. But they were not listen any thing and told us to pay all these amount other wise they taken legal action. Now i don't understand what i have to do.

            Hi,

            I have been facing issue related to my tata docomo broadband. June month there was lot of issue with my connection for that i have raise complaint also.
            Complaint number[protected],[protected],[protected] and billing complaint[protected]. But no action is taken above this they have generated the bill for june month.in july month my net is not working from 3rd july till now. Customer care is not listing to me and they are not helping me with waive of june month bill although they have stop the internet this month and also generated the bill for july. When i am not using the internet due there service. Why the generating my bill and creating problem for there customer

              I lost my duel sim phone with recharge retailer sim (Vodafone & tata docomo 7 years)
              30.06.2017 friday my vodafone balance rs 5400, tata docomo balance rs 1800. I got new vodafone sim with balance on 01.07.2017 and i started recharge 03.07.2017
              Still i am not get docomo retailer sim i am asking tsm, csm no response they are telling sim is not in your name not in my address.

              In 7 years more than 7 or 8 dealers are change. When i received sim before i gave my proof and photo in 7 years i gave 3 times. How is it possible my tata docomo [protected] is other person name.

                I have bought duplicate sim for the number [protected] but after inserting the duplicate sim i am not getting range even after 3 days. After calling customer care they are saying the card is activated but i am not getting the range in any of my mobile.
                Customer care is saying that the sim card is activated then how can i not get the range.
                Please resolve the issue as soon as possible as i am not able to use my duplicate sim.

                  I was using tatadocomo sim for last 6 years & recently i got a message from docomo saying i need to submit my documents but i was out of town for some days so couldn't do that later on 10/07/17suddenly my outgoing calls were barred for which when i consulted the customer care they assured me that once i submit the documents everything would be fine. But on 11/07/17 my incoming calls were also barred & my sim was disconnected permanently. And when i consulted tata docomo customer care they told me that they are helpless & i need to get a new connection. I have quoted this number for all my official works plus i am having my account balance. What kind of services are you providing to your customers this is what we get a reward to be your loyal user?

                      Hi,
                      I had got a tata docomo connection and used it for about 11 months. The service was poor but we did not have any other option as this was the only internet provider in our society. Initially we had deposited a security deposit of rs 1200. I have the proofs as well with the transaction id. When we asked to discontinue this connection and asked about our security deposit, we got a response that there are no deposit which would be refunded to us. Instead, we were asked to pay an additional 986 rs. We did not do so as our security deposit was not being refunded. Today i got a mail from advocate deepak choudhary. It stated that we have committed dishonesty with the internet provider. Now this is a threat which is given to is by the company and its advocate. So i would like to file a complaint for fraudism done by tata docomo.

                        I purchased this sim card in jan from a girl calling from tata docomo office named shakshi sits in shivaji nagar office, pune, mobile no. [protected].
                        She ask me to take upgrated 3g sim for my photon dongle but it didnt worked in my dongle so i ask her about the issue. Then she confirm that it wont work in photon max as she has given 3g sim. So i ask her to disconnect the connection and return my 200 rs. Which is she has taken while giving sim and assured me that this amount will be reimburse in bill after 3 months. Since i was busy with my office work i neglect this matter for 2-3 days. But i ask her to disconnect the connection within a week of having connection as my net was not working (For which i have taken the sim) she assured me. After few days i received a bill of 576 amount. So i called her asking why is havent disconnect the connection, she requested me to pay the bill or else from her salary amount will be deducted. I refused her saying that i already told to disconnect but she didnt. After few days i got another bill of 1576 i again call her and then she said that i had disconnected the connection already, there might be any problem.
                        Since i cant trust the lady i called tata docomo customer care and ask for disconnection.
                        If you need details of call record i can produce bills.
                        And i ask you to check her call records as well.
                        I also had a conversation with lawyer he ask me to take that girl online but she is not picking up my call. And since then she has stop picking up my call.
                        I tried calling her many times.

The customer care center at Kangra has also closed their office and there is no help for the matter.

                                There was a connections pertaining to the account no.[protected] taken from tata docomo my self is working with an multinational company wherein my hr suggested for taking the tata docomo connection.
                                Everything was going well for almost 1 year, the plan which self has taken was postpaid that is rs250 per month and all of a sudden they have provided a false bill of rs.7500 wherein self did not make the payment and had asked for the clarification to tata docomo but instead of clearing the doubts they started giving calls threatening us daily more than 50 calls we are receiving from tata docomo and they are threatening us for making the payment.
                                Now they have started calling all the numbers which self has dialed from that number and they have registered false case also on me wherein i went two times to the lok adult also but there i came to know that none of the case has been filed against me.
                                They are continuously torturing/threatening by calling and all are representative who are calling us are uneducated and no one is listening just day night they are calling for making the payment.

                                Sir, I have not used internet then also DoCoMo sent extra excess bill of Rs 2135. Normally paying bill around 400. I called & informed DoCoMo customer care. DoCoMo staff told excess bill for used internet. But DoCoMo sent excess bill without using of internet. For internet I am using reliance jio sim. Kindly consider complaint & do the needful.

                                  I had requested for portability to another network as it is worst network regarding connectivity. Evening i cleared all my due of 517/- (My plan is of 299). Next morning my request was rejected due to 'outstanding' dues. Again i tried to port& again got the bill of 517/-just 1day. No helpline, no mail, no docomo store r of any help. Feels to be trapped by network of goons.

                                    I have ported my number [protected] from tatadocomo service to some other provider due to network problem at my residence from last month.
                                    Now i got a bill of excess charges of data usage with in 4 days and full amount for a month.

                                    Kindly request you waive the excess bill in data usage amount and request you to chrage the internet charges for pro rata basis..
                                    Also request you to review the data usage during these days.. There is no way for this much of charge for data usage for 4 days.. Soething went wrong.. I was using this no for the last 6 years with you.. This is the first time am getting a bill of data usage that too for 4 days.. That too with out any network in my residence...

                                    Now we are getting messages telling that they will take some legal action unless paid it immediately.. I already raised this issue to the appellate tribunal and it is pending with them.. It s really annoying a matter is pending with app tribl and mean time sending these type of messages that too others mobile..
                                    Really un ethical behaviour..

                                        I am facing problem with tata docomo i have never activated buddy chat but it saying that it is activated on my no [protected] and annoying calls from no[protected] and with no series 54321... Coming to my phone saying that "i have no balance call me..." on every call when i receive the call an amount of 10p/sec has been deducted. Till now a total amount of 15rs has been deducted please deactivate this.
