I'm trying to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid since last 6 weeks and docomo guyz are not even resolving it.
Procedure for migration of postpaid to prepaid:
1. Visit nearest docomo store
2. Clear all outstanding amount & usage amount
3. Submit all documents such as 1 photograph, 1 id proof, 1 address proof, postpaid to prepaid migration form, alternate number, signature.
I've submitted all the docs to the nearest docomo store ie in btm layout 2nd stage, and those people are unable to proceed due to 1 service request with no.[protected]Change of tariff) on the account number[protected]I'm not sharing mobile number due to privacy, so i'm sharing the account number linked to my phone number) is open and they are unable to close it.
I've requested by calling customer care to close it even they are unable to do it. They are keep on saying we'll resolve it soon but still pending from last 6 weeks. I've mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com more than 10 times still no use on it. How to close the opened service request? Without this how can i migrate from postpaid to prepaid? To whom i can escalate? Who is the authorized person. Please do help in this. I want to get rid this network asap.
