Dear docomo,
I have been using postpaid card for around 6 years now, unhappy from your service i finally opted for number portability to other network, i paid all the pending bills, infact some extra to it, to ensure that there won't be any problem but after taking care of all the above things what you people have done is that you have blocked my num from last four days even before my other network has started working, this is causing me immense amount of problems as my ph num is connected to my bank accounts and i can't even carry out my online payments etc. Please make sure my num starts and it works till my new operator gives confirmation, after being with docomo for 6 years i have been disappointed for 100th time now

    Hello sir,, this is deepankur from yamuna nagar (Haryana). I am having a tata docomo prepaid sim card from around last 3 years. I am having issue with receiving sms to my number from last 3 days. And i am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number. Tata docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times i. I have called the customer care several times but they are so much busy they didn't pick my call. And i am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, deepankur...       Unfortunately they deactivated my number without reasons if I went to showroom they charged me money i lost important calls even my contacts without reason they deactivated please take the action sir

        I am using a prepaid tatadocomo from last 7 years. I am using international roaming from last 3 years. I was able to receive the otp and other promotional messages. Recently i was not able to receive. When i raised a complaint i was asked for a monthly rental of 99/- but i dont find any such plan on their website. There was no communication about this restriction before.

        HI Team,

        You have written your service will be discontinued wef 30 Nov for International Roaming.

        I am using it in New Zealand and not even able to port my number by sending PORT XXXXXXXXXX to 1900 . Note:XXX is my number which I wanted to port.

        My money is keep on deducting and not even getting the message. Please help. Or confirm that our service would be still there after 30 nov if you merge with airtel .

        I have been given false promise from your customer care who dont even know this .There are thousands of customers around the world are affected and helpless because of your answers and decisions . I am 7 year old customer and regretting now for trusting you .

        Resolve this issue if you if its utmost important for you which is called "Customer Satisfaction"

        simply everyone on international roaming are in worst situation and no support or advance notice from Tata.

          I was lost my post paid sim card from last 3 months; & i also informed to company to deactivate sim permanently. But company send me a bill every month. Unnecessarily i was paid a bill but i told company customer care to deactivate sim but everytime they send me a bill. I am really fadup of all this please resolve my complaint.           I will not paying this bill amount. Because I already given complaint 3-4 times for deactivate the Sim. Please deactivate my post paid sim.today also I gave a complaint. Complaint number is[protected]. I don't want to pay a bill unnecessarily.

            I have registered my complaint to nch and my complaint number is 313361

            I called up at cc who provided me that once my data over the speed goes down, there is no extra charges but it cost me money. I told many times to customer care and even on appellate to listen to my recordings, your agent has provided me the wrong information related to my package then why i have to pay extra charges because of your agent, deduct the salary of that agent so that in future he will concentrate and provide correct information to the customer. Why customer will suffer because of your agent.

            But they are not giving me any resolution.

              Hi,

              I'm trying to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid since last 6 weeks and docomo guyz are not even resolving it.

              Procedure for migration of postpaid to prepaid:
              1. Visit nearest docomo store
              2. Clear all outstanding amount & usage amount
              3. Submit all documents such as 1 photograph, 1 id proof, 1 address proof, postpaid to prepaid migration form, alternate number, signature.

              I've submitted all the docs to the nearest docomo store ie in btm layout 2nd stage, and those people are unable to proceed due to 1 service request with no.[protected]Change of tariff) on the account number[protected]I'm not sharing mobile number due to privacy, so i'm sharing the account number linked to my phone number) is open and they are unable to close it.

              I've requested by calling customer care to close it even they are unable to do it. They are keep on saying we'll resolve it soon but still pending from last 6 weeks. I've mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com more than 10 times still no use on it. How to close the opened service request? Without this how can i migrate from postpaid to prepaid? To whom i can escalate? Who is the authorized person. Please do help in this. I want to get rid this network asap.

              I lost my Tata Docomo SIM card which number is [protected] and some ananoumsly using the number so I request u to block the number and provide new SIM to me and find out who is using the SIM card he is irritating me so much pls take serious action against him as he is not very good he is misusing the number and chatting vulgurly iam ready to punish

                There is an easy way to migrate from prepaid to postpaid where as for postpaid to prepaid there are hell lot of worst things. I called up customer care and asked about migration then they said to visit nearest docomo store and i did after asking for migration they checked the details and said some service request is open and they cannot close it. I've called up customer care 121 too even they didn't help saying they are unable to do. They asked to mail at [protected]@tatadocomo.com and i did this too, still no help on it. Its been more than 6 weeks and they are not even closing the request which is required to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. Escalation also done but no use. Whom to complain about this who is the authority. As this is public forum i'm not sharing my contact number here. But need a reply from tata docomo team with proper mail id so that i can mail about this issue (Except [protected]@tatadocomo.com). Worst network and worst service by tata docomo. Never ever join this network even if they give lifetime free calls/sms.

                  Hi,

                  I have raised a request to deactivate my account ([protected]) in the month of february and have cleared all payments which was due as per my usage. After that they have taken the safe custody of my card and put it on hold for 3 months. After that without even informing me, they automatically activated the card and started raising bills and now asking me to pay bill for the unused usage. I again raised request to cancel my card on 13 june and still they have kept activated and been mentally torturing me with abusive words to pay bill (I didn't even use even 1 mb) to closed my account. Request to take strict action against them for activating my connection without my request.

                    I am anuj, my number is +91 [protected].

                    Without any prior notice or call or even a single sms alert my number has been blocked from receiving/making any outgoing calls from last evening[protected].

                    How docomo can do this? I am loosing my business who is going to take that responsibility?

                    If there are some missing documents (Which i am informed from customer care) then tata docomo itself have to take the responsibility as i already have submitted all the relevant documents in the docomo gallery. Its not a joke, i can't do the same thing again and again, its cost me money too - xerox cost, picture cost, travelling expenses and most importantly my time is wasting. I afraid my documents are perhaps misusing!!! Who is going to take the responsibilities of misplaced documents? And i am really worried where those are using!!!

                      Please provide me the details of incoming and outgoing calls of mobile number:[protected] from january 1 st 2017 to june 18th 2017 and send the details to [protected]@gmail.com. When i went to the service provider he said me that even though the number is in your name we cant provide you the details, i dont understand why did he say that. I needed it so urgently because i need to do some important calls and since my phone got crashed thought of getting from my own records but this service has disappointed me and im thinking of switching the network to bsnl so that the provide me the detils at the earliest as i heard of about this from one of my friend. Hope tata docomo would provide me a better service by providing my call details.

                        Hi team,

                        It's very frustrating to connect to customer care when you are an existing customer and facing issue with your wireless connection. I trying from last 15days, every time recorded machine asks for circuit id which i don't know. I enter my account no[protected], or even try with my phone number [protected], but system doesn't accepts, and the call is disconnected.

                          I never had any tata docomo account. Since the last 2 years i have been receiving payment reminder calls and messages on my cell number for the docomo account number[protected]. The messages go up to 8-10 in a day with around 3-4 calls while i am at work.

                          This account is registered to someone by the name rangaswamy. This person has given my cell number as his contact number. Despite explaining multiple times to docomo support staff, they have still not rectified the error. I have also written to appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com but this is still not fixed. This is the last email response. I have also attached the most recent sms image image

                            There was unfair reduction in talktime balance on my tata docomo sim card on14 and 15/06/2017, saying that my mobile automatically connected to the idea network and since i was using the internet at that time there was reduction in my talktime balance. My tata docomo number is [protected] and at the time of talktime reduction i had my internet balance equal to 191 mb. The talktime balance reduction was unfair as it is not the duty of customer to check everytime, to which network his/her cellphone is connected. The connection to idea network was automatic and not done by me.

                            We would like to inform you that as per our records, you have been charged an amount of Rs.28.10/- (usage of 2733KB) from[protected] to till[protected] for browsing internet as you have latched with Idea network, hence you have been charged from your main balance. Kindly, note that since you were connected to Non Tata Docomo Operator network, these charges were levied from the main balance. To avoid these charges we suggest that you manually select Tata Docomo if available on your phone. We would also like to inform you that offnet Data charges are 10ps/10kb.                                 I am not able to receive sms or otp sms on my number. I called customer care of docomo but they asked me to erase call forwarding setting. Now, in docomo we can call customer care no. Only once. When i am trying to call again then my i am not able to call. Please, help as now i want to port my number and even i am not able to receive message from 1901.

                                  Hi sir my datacard is very slow for the past several months. I repeatdly cpmplaint about that. I want cancel your service. My datacard no.[protected]. There is no mobile store nearby poonamallee to get seevice. Cancel my service immediatly. For disconnected line why should i pay the rental charges. Very poor response from yoir end.                                     My tatadocomo photon number ([protected]) is deactivated at 7:30 pm 31 march.. And total bill paid of last month at 31 march. Then submit my election card and passport photo for deactivation. But not deactivate my account and send me bill and today 14 june, 2017 now send notic with advocat. M not use this sim and requsted for deactivate then send me bill and notice to pay... And not deactivate this number... Help me sir

                                      I raised complaint about the internet usage on my mobile number. I was wrong usage showing i am 100 % sure that was not my usage. Even though what they are showing as roaming internet usage happened on my number on same day i was not in roaming. It completely wrong billing.

                                      In bill they showing in 16 seconds i downloaded 14000 kb of data in 2g internet speed which is not at all possible.

                                        Due to theft of mobile, we had asked for another sim card for which the documents were completely given. But the simcard got activation after 10 long days.

                                        Even after the simcard starts, the company disconnects it after around a months time stating "incorrect" documentation. When the documents are again provided, they take another 5-10 days for activating it.

                                        This has happened three times and the customer care or the staff in the gallery has been the least helpful and have shown indiscipline in their works. The reasons given by them for such an irresponsible behavior are least expected from such a well established company.
