Hi,
I have received a legal notice from lok adalat on email, and they dont forget to email me every alternate day for the past year!
Even after closing my docomo (Outstanding) bill and cancelling my account.[protected] by june first week, my cancellation complaint was not registered twice, saying server is down and other stupid reasons
Finally they have taken a cancellation request on 24th june.
And they want me to pay the dues for the month of june.
When i was not staying in the house, and the usage is 0mb, why should i pay the bill because you guys had a server issue??
They have send a legal notice for a zero usage, stating that i have to clear the outstanding dues of rs.881/ which i have not even used! I really don't know how they arrived this amount on what basis.
Stop squeezing money out of people! Obviously, i will pay the money coz i don't have time to waste over these stupid emails and courtrooms!
But look at the audacity!
Now i will make sure to warn everyone in my friend circle and family against tata docomo. Because if this is how they treat customers, they dont deserve any.
