    At the time of connection, Tata Docomo personnel did not tell me that the connection is postpaid. He had told me that the line will get disconnected​ after the 6+1 promotional plan(1MbPS UNLTD) that and I can opt for a much better plan than.

    The plan that offered to me was that of 6+(1month complementary) prepaid plan of Tata Docomo 1Mbps UNLTD for which I've a receipt from their account representative.

    I wish to tell you that the plan was activated on 28/29 September 2016 and was active till 29 Apr 2017 which constitutes an exact 6+1 months of service.

    Let me know if there is any more explanation or proof that I need to provide for confirming my explanation. After the last week of April the internet connection isn't working at all hence I chose to rely on my phone's data connection.

    If they would have been a post-production connection then why was it not working after the stipulated period of 28th April? I have the proof of the comments made by their representative at the time of the connection.

    They have also unilaterally charged an exorbitant amount in the last few days.(Screenshot attached)

    They can check at their usage bill that the connection is not at all being used since the last 2 months. After vacating the house, have already taken your modem with me, thus it will also not allow anyone else who's taken residence in the same flat to use the connection.

    I have recently port my no. [protected] from Airtel To Tata docomo. But Tata docomo official Alloted ₹499 where as she committed for ₹199. That is totally unfair practice from their side. Help me on this regard. I have even recorded Phonic Conversation With the official.

      Dear Gentlemen,

      This is context to my phone number ([protected]) being permanently disconnected without any prior notification.

      I was abroad and using my Tata Docomo sim card actively for my banking transactions and paying for my online services for about an year. I came to India last week and it was working and i was making calls as it still had credit balance in it. Then on 25 June I recharged my phone and 2 hours later my sim card got disconnected permanently.

      I went to the Docomo head office in Hyderabad and they told me that TRAI has disconnected this number due to no balance when I actually had balance in it and I recharged with about Rs 147 the same day and said they will reactivate in 1 month (maybe more or never) and may have to buy the number at that time.

      Please understand that I have all my bank accounts, important contacts and several financially relevant applications linked to this phone number and i make transactions several times a week and hence it is impossible for me to change my number everywhere at such short notice. I am flying back in a week and I need to have this number back. Please advice me to get this connection immediately.

        Sir,

        I have an issue regarding activation of docomo number [protected].

        The above number is registered on my mother's name anuja b. Deshpande. I ported this number from airtel to tata docomo a year back. However she lost her cell phone on 25th june 2017. With regard to this i blocked the same number on 25th june, and purchased a replacement sim from tata docomo outlet in nirala bazar aurangabad (M. S) on 26th june morning. How ever it has not being activated yet.

        I have submitted all the required documents to the concerned person in the gallery along with 50rs. Charge for the sim. It has been almost 48 hours it has not been activated. Visiting for the same reason to gallery the staff addressed me that they do not have staff to pass the form to fso cidco tata docomo office. And also said that the concerned person for activation and procedure is on leave.

        Having said that i am not being given exact reason for delay. Service request status on site is as mentioned below, kindly request you to look for the same.

          Dear sir,
          I had purchased the tata docomo connection in april 2016 at rudrapur location. I had been using it and paying promptly until i got another job at ambala where there was almost nil connectivity which was confirmed by their technician. I thus asked them to close my connection but despite giving them several reminders they didn't. They have kept me billing with no usage and kept torturing me to pay by send their staff or making me pay through the collection agencies which were very rude. Each time they asked for the payment i told them to close down before another bill but this seems to be an endless process. They have again raised a bill of around 2300 rs and torturing me to pay else i have to go to the court. There is no usage of the same bill. Please resolve the problem i have not used the device at all and this was also confirmed by their call center.

            Hi,

            I have received a legal notice from lok adalat on email, and they dont forget to email me every alternate day for the past year!

            Even after closing my docomo (Outstanding) bill and cancelling my account.[protected] by june first week, my cancellation complaint was not registered twice, saying server is down and other stupid reasons
            Finally they have taken a cancellation request on 24th june.
            And they want me to pay the dues for the month of june.
            When i was not staying in the house, and the usage is 0mb, why should i pay the bill because you guys had a server issue??
            They have send a legal notice for a zero usage, stating that i have to clear the outstanding dues of rs.881/ which i have not even used! I really don't know how they arrived this amount on what basis.

            Stop squeezing money out of people! Obviously, i will pay the money coz i don't have time to waste over these stupid emails and courtrooms!
            But look at the audacity!

            Now i will make sure to warn everyone in my friend circle and family against tata docomo. Because if this is how they treat customers, they dont deserve any.

                  I tried moving from docomo to vodafone using national mnp on 15th june 2017 following the requisite procedures but docomo is not leaving my number from it's network.
                  I've called to confirm the same with vodafone executives twice in two different states and they have assured that docomo is not leaving my number. I can still find network connectivity in my docomo sim and worst of all, they are not even picking up my calls. The ivr says all executives as busy all the time so i tried calling with another docomo number which connected in first attempt but after complaining to them, they have blocked the second no. From customer care redirection too.
                  In short, docomo is not leaving my number and making up excuses saying that they have already done so. I even received a message stating - "we thank you for continuing to be with tata docomo". Please resolve the issue at the earliest. It has already been 10+ days since the port procedures completed

                      With ref. To the above subject, i want to register a complaint about deducting the amount from main balance even thought i hv recharged special plan of rs. 196 for the number [protected]. The plan has promised to give 35000 mins free for both onnet and offnet sdt/local. I have recharged yesterday around 6.30 pm, but still, the amount is being deducted from the main balance and a total of rs. 16 have been deducted. I request you to add the deducted amount to the number [protected] asap. Please don't cheat your regular customer like this, who is on your network inspite of your bad services.

                        I called to customer care and submitted request for deactivation. But they did not disconnected and keep my connection active for next month. They did not provide complete information for deactivation. Now they charged me two month bill which i am not liable to pay.                           This is for the tata docomo broadband wired connection.

                          I have been facing many network issues since last couple of days. First suddenly my modem stopped working, then i got that replaced by logging a complaint using toll free no[protected] which i got from one of the tata docomo store, then the new modem started giving network connection issues, it keeps getting restarted automatically in random order and also the speed is so low that it is almost unusable even though i have 2mbps unlimited plan.

                          But my complaint is not about just this issue.

                          The bigger problem is that the customer care number they provided me last time isn't working now, also tried[protected] that is also not usefull. I have no way to pass the electronic questions asked. When you dial the customer care number you are asked to enter tata docomo phone number or circuit id. Neither of these are given on the bill or any where else. I don't have these number. I have tata docomo account number but entering that is of no use.

                          There is absolutely no way i can talk to executive or file my complaint without these numbers.

                          And

                          These numbers are not provided anywhere.

                          Whoever designed this system certainly didn't care much about the user's convenience. It is not practical to expect user to always have circuit id or phone number (For a broad band connection). They should provide at least one number through which existing users can connect directly to executive or at least file a complaint. Following are my account details.

                            My mobile number is [protected]. I ported my number to tata docomo from tata indicom. While doing so, i had provided my identity documents and photo as a part of process. Later on 30th may 2017, i was asked to submit my aadhar card copy and photo over sms. Time given for same was 72 hours. I could not meet timeline, thus my service was disconnected on 12th june 2017.

                            On 14th june 2017, i visited nearest tata docomo gallery where i submitted aadhar card copy and photo. I was assured about restoration of my service. On 15th june 2017, i called customer care as my network service was not restored. They asked me to revisit the gallery and submit my documents again. On 20th june 2017, i followed it. Customer care executive at the gallery assured me that they have sent mail to higher authority to resolve the issue.

                            My service is not yet restored. I called customer care to seek help. They have blocked my all numbers using which i tried to contact them. Initially they pick the call, listen my issue and then call is disconnected. Second call from same number says 'all executives are busy, call on 123 for help'. But being called by another number, my call connects and same procedure happens again.

                              Hi team,

                              I was using tata docomo wifi connection for few years and for the last four months im unable to use the device because of its bad service. Everytime some agents call to remind me about the bill. I use to say that i cannot pay the bill for i have not used. Each time they say they will improve the service that has never worked. I used to travel a lot and no where its working,

                              Its better for me to disconnect this connection, but im not ready to pay the bill for the service i haven't used.

                                I am unable to carry out any transactions using my online banking account because i am not getting otp messages on my registered mobile number.

                                I have contacted the bank and they tell me it is a network issue. As my service provider, tata docomo needs to look into the matter and resolve it asap.

                                I tried reaching the customer care number, but could not reach the call center person : (

                                  My tata docomo prepaid number [protected] has been closed without sending me any information. It was already had around 83 rupees balance.
                                  Currently i am in sweden but i use the sms & bank's otp information which is registered with the mobile number. My family lives alone in india. Without using otp information i can not transfer my bank money to my family. My all accounts are registered with this mobile number.

                                  I am using this mobile number since last 7 years and for closing the connection docomo did not send any sms or mail to me.

                                  Can you please help me so that my mobile number [protected] or connection can be activated/re-enabled as soon as possible.

                                    I want to port my number from tata docomo to bsnl so by following the normal procedure when i get the codes and give it to the bsnl operator for port mnp is failed so when i call the docomo care to confirm the upc codes they told me different codes and ask me to send again msg to 1900 than after doing yhe same i got the same got which are same as i got it on first time than i again call to care they didn't answering my call and puting me on hold what dhoul i do plz help me to port my number docomo to bsnl...

                                        Have a photon post paid connection. Photon number is [protected]. I do not use much and as aresult wantto discontinue the services. The online complaint number is so difficult to deal with effectively could not place th ecomplaint. Went to the tata photon/docomo office in secunderabad. They told we have to do it online only once i succeded in placing my request. They said they will confirm by next day. This has happened some six months ago without any success..
