Extra amount not refunded

Hi,
I had a tata docomo post paid connection. The number is [protected]. I ported this number to vodafone in month october 2016. I paid an extra amount of 1466 before porting. So, i requested the company over their customer care email address. Also i got an acknowledgement from them that, the amount will be refunded back in form of check to my mailing address. Though it's almost more than 9 months still the amount has not been refunded....

Not get network in my locality always

You are charging money for missed call alert of 30 per month which is not affordable by all users and in my home calicut Kerala there is always a network problem for your service for better service why don't you make less to pay for missed call alert rs 30 per month is a big charge.either please give big network coverage or make such type of services cheap for users...

I have a taken a corporate connection of Tata DoCoMo for my company, has been using it since many years. Recently my company has changed its office to some new place and here there is no network coverage at all. Since its CUG none of my employee is also getting any coverage.

wrongly closed a photon number

I was using a Tata Photon with its associated Photon number since last 5 years. Recently when I tried to recharge system throws a message that " Please enter a valid 10 digit Photon Number'

When I called customer care they said they don't have information about this number and most likely this number is stopped.

How ridiculous, frustrating and unprofessional....

One gentleman named Sundar and another gentleman talks to skylimit about their personal background. They say they are B.E graduates and working here as stopgap and are very rich.worst experience. Mis-selling a Postpaid service as Prepaid

At the time of connection, Tata Docomo personnel did not tell me that the connection is postpaid. He had told me that the line will get disconnected after the 6+1 promotional plan(1MbPS UNLTD) that and I can opt for a much better plan than.

The plan that offered to me was that of 6+(1month complementary) prepaid plan of Tata Docomo 1Mbps UNLTD for which I've a receipt from their account representative.
