Respected sir/madam:
Tata docomo has cheated me with misguidance. My no. [protected] was enrolled to rs350 postpaid plan, due to no use of calls of 1000 mins and heavy unwanted calls from docomo c. Care and i asked the docomo people i received this sim to block the number or to port to other networks. They responded to port only after i pay the next bill (Though i already had sim active for 3months). I sincerely obeyed and after paying the next bill i ported to other network. Now these people again sending the bill amount rs352 stating as final bill. I don't understand there rules.
1) starting they asked for rs410 as sim purchase and deposit.
2) within a couple of weeks a half monthly rent of rs182.
3) within the next couple of weeks a monthly bill of rs403.
4) this (3) continued for next 3 months.
5) i sincerely obeyed docomo service man and ported as he told me.
6) now unwelcomed and unwanted bill summed rs352 as final bill, after 2weeks from porting to other network.
7) now scaring me with disgusting messages to disrupt current network.
Please help me with some valid suggestions.

We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number has been disconnected permanently on 21-JUN-17 due to MNP-Port Out Disconnection and as your bill generation date is 27th of every month, you have received final bill on prorate basis for the month of Jun’17(for the bill period 25/05/17 to 20/06/17) with the amount of Rs.352/-. Kindly note that the charges have been levied correctly as per the rentals and usage.     I have taken tata docomo sim for purpose of my regular use in india. I have been abroad for last 6 months. Now iam not able to access my tata doco mo number [protected]. Kindly activate my number as my major transactions are linked to this sim. How do i activate my phone number. Is it allocated somebody else.       Hello my number is [protected]. Due to Mcheck processing I'm not getting or being able to make any calls or messages from my phone from last 2 months almost. It's creating alot of problem.All my work has been stuck.I have been using Tata Docomo from past 5 years.It has never happened like this.I can't even open the sim manager tool in my phone nor call the customer care.There is either a sign of Tata Docomo- no service & emergency calls and when there is a full network available, it shows Mcheck on Tata Docomo with nothing functional happening related to Sim. I can't call anyone. Please look into the matter and solve it. Orelse I have to change the network.

        Hi,
        I had a tata docomo post paid connection. The number is [protected]. I ported this number to vodafone in month october 2016. I paid an extra amount of 1466 before porting. So, i requested the company over their customer care email address. Also i got an acknowledgement from them that, the amount will be refunded back in form of check to my mailing address. Though it's almost more than 9 months still the amount has not been refunded. I have written around 20 mails after that. As, my current address has been changed so i have provided my address proof 3 times. But each time a different customer care coming up with some absurd reply. Their customer care number[protected] is also not working, so not able to convey my concern also. Please take hard action against these people so that common people won't face such harassment.

          You are charging money for missed call alert of 30 per month which is not affordable by all users and in my home calicut Kerala there is always a network problem for your service for better service why don't you make less to pay for missed call alert rs 30 per month is a big charge.either please give big network coverage or make such type of services cheap for users

              Hello,
              I have a taken a corporate connection of Tata DoCoMo for my company, has been using it since many years. Recently my company has changed its office to some new place and here there is no network coverage at all. Since its CUG none of my employee is also getting any coverage.
              I registered a complain over phone as well as on email . After a long wait an executive came for a survey, but that didn't help.
              He assured me to fix the issue ASAP but nothing has been done as of now.
              I cant do any trading any business as my trading is mainly over calls.
              THIS IS HAMPERING MY BUSINESS TOO MUCH.
              I m trying calling them but they are just being ignorant and not receiving calls or giving lame excuses.

                Hello,
                I am a customer of tata docomo broadband, using there connection from last 6 months, i have not faced any issue in the first month, but after that on every month i am facing the issue, the issue is there is internet but after 5 minutes its gone, i have a 8 mbps line but i am not able to watch a single video on youtube, from 26th june i have raised the complaints but from tata there is no response, whenever i called the customer care they are like "sorry for the inconvenience ", i dont need your sorry, just resolve the issue and leave, today its 7 th of july, still there is not any action from there side, i have called customer care 100 times, but every time they said the engg. will come, but no engg. came to visit, today i called them, they just hanged my phone down . i really dont know what to do ? guys help me please .

                  Respected Sir,
                  I was using docomo post paid mobile number [protected], few months back I personelly went to Koramangala office and given request for closing my postpaid connection. after that the represntative said i cannot generate bill right now once you recevied your bill pay it. immediately I trashed the sim card but some body from customer called me and asking for the reason to close the account the i said i am not interested and good support from docomo she immediately activated one more local plan but i was already trashed my sim card. from that day to till now they are generating bill if i am not using that number. its started lot of call coming from docomo service for bill payment and some of them are telling me to put leagal notice against me.
                  finally if am not using the number also i paid the bill arroung 942 that too the docomo reperesentative given me a mail confirmation like once i paid due amount docomo will close the my account immediately then onwards no more bills like that. but ther name is Divya she did not closed my account now lot of calls i am getting from docomo and they again telling me we will put leagal notice against me. please do the need ful.

                    I have bought TATA PHOTON WIFI and I paid all my bills regularly SO FAR.Last March I have lost my Device ie. MODEM while traveling. I have emailed to listen @ TATA DOCOMO. The bill collectors are calling me OFTEN and stating that I have to pay the outstanding bill for 3 months.last week a lawyer is calling me that I may be booked under case for not paying the bill.                       I have intimated and cancelled my connection long back on your customer care number and never used this SIM card also since that time (you can check) but as usual TATA DOCOMO is just going on issuing bills and showing outstanding. This type o[censored]nethical activities after the connection is unsubscribed for by clients is famous with TATA DOCOMO.

                      So just to mention here, I have no outstanding such as on Today and no further communication I will do on this. The more you will harass me unneccessarily I will raise a big complain with the consumer forum. TATA DOCOMO is famous with such kind of issues post disconnection that many o[censored]s are aware of. You van check that this connection is disconnected and inactive since a long time, how can you go on raising bills. Please stop communicating as I have no outstanding.

                            I am a Tata Docomo postpaid customer of last one year.. But situation i am not able to pay my last 3 month bill amount of 903 rupess..last jun 15th pay the bill amount 600 rupee and july 1st paid my balance bill amount 303 rupee.. Still my number was not working in last one month.. So please kindly active my number as soon as possible..

                            I was attached my bill pay transaction id screenshot.. Please see and take decisions

                              I was using a Tata Photon with its associated Photon number since last 5 years. Recently when I tried to recharge system throws a message that " Please enter a valid 10 digit Photon Number'

                              When I called customer care they said they don't have information about this number and most likely this number is stopped.

                              How ridiculous, frustrating and unprofessional.

                                  I am unable to send SMS to anyone. Many time I registered my complain to customer care. Though they request me to wait and then after some time they cut my call. Very very poor services they didn't call me again.

                                    Hi,

                                    Sometime back I bought photon connection from Madurai Byepass Road, Tata Docomo showroom. But I was not given the device even after 5 days. One gentleman named Sundar and another gentleman talks to skylimit about their personal background. They say they are B.E graduates and working here as stopgap and are very rich.worst experience. Hope situation has improved now.

                                    I got the instrument with lot of efforts. It has finished. I wish this personal chest thumbing and little authorial activity of the statfs are not now happening. Thanks for you support with regard to helping in getting the device. Also give importance in sloving thier unprofessional behaviour. Hope you understand.
                                    I requested for migration of my tata docomo no [protected] from postpaid to prepaid .but my request is closed by saying that it cannot be processed due to non receipt of documents event the guy at docomo store charged me 100 rupees for registering complaint .kindly help me to get my number migrated.

                                    I m unable to connect to the network. I m not getting the tower points. I m using at pincode 637017.

                                      I am complaining about the fact that after requesting through the customer care number of tata photon to cancel my tata photon account number[protected], nothing has been done till 15 days. I am even not using the tataphoton since last one month. Please cancel my account asap. If not resolved still, I have to take further steps of approaching consumer forum.

                                      We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your cancellation request for Photon connection has already been registered with the Service Request number[protected] raised on 29-JUN-2017. We'll disable your number on 06-JUL-2017 unless you notify us. The current outstanding in your account is NIL. Kindly note that the disconnection procedure takes 7 days for temporary disconnection and the same will be disconnected permanently on the 15th day post the disconnection request. Kindly note that the billing will be stopped on the 07th day of disconnection request registered. Please be informed that you shall be receiving a final bill on prorate basis for the bill dated 21-JUL-2017 (for the period 19-JUN-2017 to 05-JUL-2017) post disconnection which will be payable by you. Please pay mentioning Photon Account Number[protected].

                                        I am facing this problem from the day I took this connection. Initially I
                                        was told that it will get resolved in 2-3 months as a new network site is
                                        planned in my area. But after 10 months now, when the problem is not
                                        resolved and your customer support cannot fool me anymore, they are saying
                                        that the problem will remain there and I have to live with it.
                                        Why I was not not informed at the very first instance of my Complaint and
                                        provided me a refund?
                                        Now, I have hardly use the connect due to frequent disconnection issue and
                                        paid amount which is not worth it.
                                        Kindly provide me full refund my device as it is hardly used and now
                                        useless for me and some part of my bill paid as I have not used it due to
                                        your problems.
