I have applied for port on 30th may and my number has not been port yet. I have called customer care and the they said it will take 10 working days to port you number but now it's more than than and now i am unable to call customer care through my sim. So i want to know that whether my request is in process or i have to try again my docomo number is [protected]

As discussed during our telephonic conversation on your alternate number, we are glad to hear that you have decided to port in to our network. We value your decision and promise to serve you better.
Please find the process to be followed for MNP Port In (Mobile Number Portability).
1. You need to SMS, PORT <space> Mobile Number to 1900
2. After sending the SMS, you will receive an 8-digit alpha numeric UPC (Unique Porting Code) which is valid for 15 days
3. After receiving the UPC code, you need to submit the documents in the nearest Tata Docomo Brand Store with all the valid documents
- In case you are moving out of existing telecom circle, kindly visit your nearest Tata Docomo Brand Store in the new city for submission of documents and completing the National MNP process
4. The process of MNP will be completed within 7 working days and in the meanwhile you would be updated on the status through SMS
5. Please carry the following documents mentioned below:
a. Photograph -1
b. Proof Of Identity (Any one) - (Passport/ Photo Credit Card/ Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Arms license)
c. Proof of Address (Any one) - (Credit card statement (last 2 months)/ Passport/ Property Tax Receipt/ BSNL Telephone / Electricity Bill (last 2 months))

    I have worked earlier in some company and as reference while getting postpaid connection to company purpose i have give my personal number by mistake, later in few months i left the company & i have moved to some other role but docomo telesales are not leaving me. Every morning & evening they are calling and asking about the company name & to pay bill... I 'm very straight forward fellow, as i have given my colleague and co-worker number and company address with details once and twice, more then 5 times but every time telesales will call me and ask me for the same details. Please help me on this.

    Today i got call from this number [protected] she was scolding my company and myself and she has used un - parliamentary language this was hurt my feelings if your company not taking any action on this i'm going to give police complaint.

      I got a call from mobile number [protected], there was a man who was continuously trying to ask about my credit card details, kindly block this number so that, he should not be able to call any other person.
      This is not the first time that i got such call, but many times, please take strict action, also i will recommend to stop issuing n number of sim to useless people.

      Please take some initiative for better india.

        Hello sir, as my sim is temporarily blocked due to non linkage to aadhar number. While i approached towards tata docomo store in sanjay palace. They demanded 200 rupees along with aadhar copy.i asked why they replied company charges while i called to customer care from another phone the attendant told me that there is no such charges only provide aadhar to link to your number. Please sort out this matter.

          I didn't paid my bill of feb-15 to march-15, march-15 to april-15 for which my number got all the facilities provided by this telecommunication on may-3.

          Since may-3 i had no privilege to use my number upto the date june-13 when i paid my bill.

          Now the issue is, i had to pay bill even for the dates of may-3 to may-17 when my number got barred.

          My problem is why the # i need to pay these 14 days bill where tata docomo hadn't given me any access?

          These telecom is literally taking ransom money for releasing our number. I have all the required documents to prove my case.

          Dear tata docomo executives and managers, do you think we grow money on trees? Do you think i need to pay these 14 days bill which is equal to half months bill, is they rent i need to pay for #ing your mothers? # creatures on earth is these telecoms which are demanding ransom from the customers.

          And today when i made an application to change from post paid to pre paid, the executives said i need to pay bill from may-17 to june-17. What the #...!

          Literally they are charging excess of 44days of bill where they had barred my number. Why can't they just charge al. Long as my number was given all the access? Why should we have to pay where they had barred the access?

          When this hitech day light robbery is going to end?

          It's very disgusting to pay extra bill which they forcefully charge as ransom to get our number back.

          At first, they removed internet connectivity, then out going calls and at the end barred the access for #ing 44days. Still they are shamelessly seeking ransom amount. I am thinking to sue this telecom in the court. They are unnecessary charging money, making public stress to pay them ransom, giving excess pressure to find their long distance stores which are hardly open during working hours for which we have to go multiple times to check whether they are opened or not.

          We have to sweat like water to earn this money, not grown on trees. Stop acting as pimp of your mother.

          # you tata docomo mother #ers...!... Three fingers in your mother hole for charging us excess and demanding ransom to get our number back.

                Last month i was portability in other network but tata docomo customer care executive call me and offer me new plan and he said my next bill not more than 350 rupee but my bill generated 451 rupee. I m asking how it is but they not respond me any clarification and not received my cal..
                And also they not respond my registered complaints. I'm also many complaints registered related to my bill and current offering plan in last month but they not taking any action or any other response.

                    I was using tata photon 3 yrs back but due to their poor signals and services i got that connection deactivated. Before that the payment was made in full and no dues were there. After that i kept on receiving calls from their representatives to activate the connection and to suggest various plans to which i denied everytime and told them that the connection has already been de activated.
                    Its been about three years since then amd meanwhile i kept on getting calls from them regarding the connection and plans twice or thrice a month.
                    Now suddenly i have got a legal notice which seems like fraud notice to pay the outatanding of some 850 rs. Against that tata photon connection or to be available in a court which us far away from my house. I even called the customer care about this so they said there is no outstanding due on this number. I told them to write this in a mail so that i can show it to the legal persons but they didn't sent any mail. Finally to avoid hassle i paid that 850 rs. To a nearby tata outlet as if i would have decided to go to the court that conveyence charge and leave from office would have costeduch more than that.
                    Anybody would have done the same if such situation has arrived because nobody wants to go to courts by taking leaves from office.
                    I just wanted to sue them in consumer court but i didn't had enough proof against them as its been more than 3 years. But what i feel about this is tata indicom is not doing a good business now a days so they have found out a new way to earn money and that is to sent legal notices to random persons who were using their connection in the past. Because i have not seen anyone buying a tata connection now a days. So they are cheating their ex customers but i must say its really cheap and disgusting of them.
                    Please dont buy a tata connection or you will also get cheated in terms of services and network in present and in terms of fraud recovery legal notices in future amd unless you are free to fight them you will have to pay their fraud amount.

                      I have raised a complaint related to my docomo postpaid billing in the customer care through telephonic call and email. My complaint mail as follows "i have received a message from docomo on 6th feb 2017 with the content
                      "hi! You have 2 gb data per month bundled with your current bill plan. Continue enjoying this data on your mobile [protected]. Thank you!"

                      After that my number has been blocked for the reason of exceeding the credit limit. The outgoing facility has been blocked on 19th feb. Immediately i called customer care and reposted the issue. They asked me to mail the content with received text message (From td-docomo) screenshot to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

                      I raised a complaint with customer care (Complaint number :[protected]. The next day i got a call from customer care, i attended the call at the other end no response from the customer care executive. Still now i didn't any response on my complaint.

                      Now somebody calling me and threatening me to pay the bill. I called customer care and reported the same, they told me like my complaint is in the processing status, the resolution date will be june 18th 2017.

                      Tata docomo not giving any respect to customer. Very poor service from docomo.

                      Note: i have attached the screen shot of text message received from docomo.

                      Kindly take the necessary action on the same asap.

                          The person named muralidhar rohira was staying at our hotel room number 102 at 1:26 pm on 06/6/017. He was told to stop his niece's marriage, the reason for his stay. The next day he was due next day but he said on the hotel reception the next day that now on the next day 8/6/2017, on the 8/6/2017 deposit of advance by the hotel, he said that he will pay all the payments together. When the hotelers insisted on depositing them on 7/6/2017, they began to say, i will withdraw money from two atms and deposit the money but he did not deposit the money and went to the next morning by saying that the house those who are coming are coming with them and the darning becomes dizzy. He also took the keys together. When he did not come after a long time, the hotel staff opened the room with the second key, then there was no luggage in it. If this fraudulent person gets some information through you then it will be easy to take action against him. Although he had given copy of aadhaar card at the time of booking, according to which he is the son of dhanraj rohira murlidhar rohira resident. 158, sindhi colony, gird gwalior pin code 474001 (Uid number:[protected] years of age.

                            Our account no.[protected] and[protected] are not working due to non payment issue.
                            Sir, we have requested for change in name of the billing person as the earlier bills were issued in the name of ceo-shri hemant waradpande an d due to audit objection we have requested for the name change in the month of march-2017.

                            Our landline bills are now issued in the name of bank i. E. Shriram urban cooperative bank ltd. Nagpur with account no.[protected] and[protected] but net connection bills are still not issued in the bank's name and we are unable to pay them.
                            We have repeatedly made request but since last 3 months it is not changed. Please first start our connection and also send the bill immediately in bank's name.

                            Please treat this as urgent as entire bank's work is held up.

                              Sometime more than 1 hours) and then come back. I tried with different handset to see if it is handset issue or not. But it seems the problem is with either network or sim. It is happening very frequently. Suggest me what should i do. I have tried restarting mobile, sim on/off setting, different hand-set everything, but nothing seemed to work for me. Its terrible especially when i am expecting important calls or to get otp for important transaction. Help appreciated. My number: [protected], i am using this since last 3 years.

                                Hi,

                                I made a port out request from tata docomo by sending and sms and after some time i get a call from customer executive to know the concerns and offers a plan which is for 349rs unlimited i/o calling, 5gb 3g data for 1st 3 months. Executive told the plan will be activated from next bill cycle and buffer 5gb 3g data will be provided till the current bill cycle which will take 72 hrs to activate. But now its been more than 72hrs i did not receive any sms not its been activated, im actually in a hurry my work is being hampered because of the data not being activated still. I tried reaching the customer care almost 20 to 30 times from one morning, but all the time the ivr says our customer care executives are busy at the moment. I don't know what are they busy doing? Why is the customer care 24x7 for when they cannot serve the customer?

                                I would submit the documents to other service provider by today, and if i don't get any response from your team or if its not been activated in sometime i would definitely port out of this network and moved to a better network where i will be served better.

I have raised many complaints thru mail, phone calls, unfortunately there is no revert nor call from anyone regarding this. This is just unacceptable and not at all professional.                                       Suddenly my incoming services are kept on hold by tata docomo. I am not able to understand the reason. I am able to make outgoing calls and sms. No service of customer care is provided. I am calling the number they have on their website i. E. 121 and[protected]. But to no avail. Only the recording voice is being heard and that too only for offers. I am not able to complain or talk with them. How will i unblock the incoming services as the number i am using is my official number?

                                        Hello sir,
                                        Our company had purchased static ip from tata docomo broadband service, after 1 year of service, they renewed the plan without intimation of any kind. When we called back to discontinue they assured us that the static ip would be discontinued and a bill with pro rata basis will be generated. According to this, they sent a technician [[protected]] to our office to remove the static ip settings.

                                        We had considered that everything was going well and we also paid the bill by subtracting the static ip charges and are ready to pay the charges on pro rata basis. But then they started calling us saying pay the bill else face disconnection. This is kind of threatening to provide service despite being in communication. Now when we are interacting with doubt that why were we not updated about the renewal they claim that the system does it automatically and we only have 3 days buffer for discontinuing the service.
                                        If that was the case why was a technician sent to our office on 16 may 2017 to remove the static ip from our router?
                                        Now when we are demanding answers for the following questions we are just getting scripted response of the company policy and terms and conditions.
                                        — following are my questions —
                                        1. Why was i committed on the phone that the new bill will be generated and only pro-rata basis will be charged for static ip?

                                        2. Why was a person sent to our office to remove the static ip if you claim that this cannot be charged on pro rata basis and it is auto-renewed?

                                        3. Why was i not called/informed / email / sms before auto-renewal for the next due period, so how would you expect me to call you back within 3 days also please show me terms and conditions wherein you have mentioned [static ip renewal] that there is only 3 days buffer with my signature on it. I keep receiving annoying bill payment reminders calls despite being in dnd list so there is no chance of your representative was not able to call me under any circumstances.

                                        I have received a new bill and we have paid, but the dent that A company has made has destroyed my trust in their brand.
                                        I now take time out from my busy schedule to educate people in my forum and in our weekly meets about the experience that I got out with such big brands who run just like they are kings and what fine prints and rules they make are what others have to abide from.
                                        The most disgusting is when we demand proofs they just give a scripted response and try not to communicate in writing but over the phone so that everything is off the records.

                                        Consumer complaints is a good platform for such issues.
