Dear sir,

My mobile no is +91 [protected].
On 31st may 2017, a software is downloaded and price for the same has been deducted from my main balance. When i wanted to talk to customer care, by dialing 121, there was no option to talk to them. I request you to pay back my hard earned money as soon as possible otherwise i will sue against your service.

A bheja Pack of rs 45 was deducted, even though I didn't subscribed to any such pack on May 28, 5:30 from my mobile number.

Please stop the service and refund the amount.
I am DOCOMO user from banda, I was getting good and better network before 4 to 5 days after that i am facing problem, the network is not available. Please try to set up network in our are otherwise all users will port there numbers to another carriers.

      I can't send sms on 1900. I have sufficient balance and nothing is due on me. I have prepaid no.
      While customer care shows busy and on my docomo app it shows number barred for non payment. I wonder how it is possible.
      Every thing is ok as calling and sending sms on other numbers. I tried to call costomer care and still ivr tells for busy.

        Tata docomo services in pune are... Well, i dont have a word for it. Its like the tick on the back of 'appalling' if appalling was a lowly animal. See the email trail below.

        To summarise: after a lot of effort trying to make them understand what i need on my broadband connection (Account no[protected], they promised to have my billing cycle changed to june 2 (See email below from them with this confirmation). They also sent another confirmation to say that the plan which will be effective from june 2 will be the rs. 1700 (160 gb 16 mbps) plan. Today when i called them to ask why the speed has not increased, they said my plan will change from june 15... Because... My billing cycle is june 15!!!

        This is way beyond belief... It is unbelievable that a company of this stature can give email confirmation and then care 2 hoots about it!!! The kind of business loss and mental agony that they have cause is very high. Should we now take this up in a consumer court???

        Look at your confirmation email below. It says “your bill cycle will start from 02-june-2017”.

        Along with this there was also a request to change my plan to the rs. 1700 plan (160 gb at 16 mbps).

        When i realized that my internet speed has not increased, i called your call centre today. The agent said that my billing cycle is june 15.

        What is going on???

        Please read the trail mail: i have discussed this multiple times with you after which you confirmed the below and the plan change (Seperate email). Can you not live up to any of your commitments?

        I want you to ensure that the plan is changed to the requested plan within 2 hours!!!

        Request for a plan change as i was unhappy with the slow speed i have been
        Getting on my 2 mbps unlimited plan, and its affecting my work adversely. I
        Immediately got a call back from one renold dcosta at around 8.45 am of may 19.
        Please listen to that recording. Amongst other things, renold said that if i
        Changed to the 10 mbps 50 gb plan (Rs. 1199), it will be activated within 72
        Hours.

        Afternoon of may 19

        So i wrote to you to change it to the 10 mbps 50 gb plan on
        The same day. Now i got a call from ninad gadkar, who said that a 72 hour
        Change is not possible for moving from unlimited to limited. He said that the
        Plan change is possible only from june 15; the billing cycle. He confirmed that
        Renold had provided me with incorrect information. Later that evening i received
        An email from ninad towards this effect.

        May 19-may 21

        I wrote two reminded emails to your team, in response to
        Ninad�s response to try and get me a faster plan which can change immediately.
        I was pleading now. I did not hear back from your team, except the standard
        Answer that it can change only from the billing cycle.

        May 21

        I wrote and also told you over phone, that if you cannot
        Change at all, why don't you change the billng cycle to may 25, so that my
        Requested plan can be effective from then (Given that may 21-may 25 is more
        Than 72 hours.). Words that i used in my email �so can you change my billing
        Cycle to, say the 25th of every month? � ninad said he will get back.

        6.38 am, may 24

        I wrote the following email to you:

        Hello,

        Your promise of a resolution by may 23rd (Email below) fell
        Flat; i didn�t hear from you. Why do you promise if you can�t deliver? I
        Requested for something on the basis of a promise made by your staff renold
        Dcost (Have you listen to the recording of our conversation; if you don�t, why
        Do you record calls).

        1. Migrate to the 50 gb 10 mbps plan at rs. 1199 (Renold
        Promised this will happen in 72 hours)

        Or

        2. Change my billing cycle date to within 3 days or so, so
        That you can do the above, if you feel that renold gave me wrong information

        11.30 am may 24

        I get a call from aarti, saying that my request for billing
        Cycle change is accepted and is changed now. However there is no request for
        Plan change. So any plan change now (Unlimited to limited) will now be
        Effective from june 25. I tried to explain to her that i never registered a
        Request for billing cycle change (Read the words in my email) and told her the
        Entire story. She seemed adamant in not understanding the issue and what i
        Wanted. I requested to speak with her senior; she did not allow me that
        Privilege.

        Did you see what happened? Could you understand?

        Here is a customer who wanted a plan change to a speedier
        Plan, and since you could not give a solution, i suggested moving ahead the
        Billing cycle date. And what did you do? You took a decision in isolation by
        Moving forward the billing cycle (But not changing the plan) and now saying
        That i will have to wait form 1 more month for the plan change!!!

        What is going on??? Do you not understand english or you
        Cannot understand the context?

        What will you do now?

        I guess you have no clue. Or do you? Ok, here is what i
        Want.

        1.
        Change the plan to the 16 mbps 100 gb plan (Yes,
        Now i am changing my original request) at the �earliest possible.� register
        This request first.

        2.
        Once you have registered the above request, then
        If it takes 72 hours for the plan change to happen, take out your calculator
        And count when 72 hours will end. Then register a request for a billing cycle
        Change to that day when 72 hours will end.

        Kindly confirm, and save yourself and me a bigger mess.

          Their Executive never show up until you keep on complaining day and night. They will only come when billing day is approaching. Last time our internet was out of service for 15 days and when we asked for deductions in bill they refused and we paid full month amount of 1800 when we used internet only for 15 days. This time also we raised a complain. I got 5 calls that at this time Our technician will visit. And then you keep on waiting no one will show up. You will give calls on numbers you recieved calls from either they won't pick up or switch off. Stay away from Docomo.

            Whenever my data balance is over, my entire outstanding balance is deducted blatantly instead of stopping the internet service at the spot and continuing normally. Even if talktime is deducted for the extra consumption, how does 2-3mb cost me 83 rupees? Lost 80rs in the morning and 65rs a while ago. Loss of 150 rupees on the same day. That's plain lootery. Give me a solution to avoid this mishap or i have other networks to look for. What kind of a company doesn't hire customer care executives to speak to people? No relevant option was present on the 121 toll free number. Is this some kind of a cruel joke to make us hunt for your contacts and grievance cells?

                I wanted to discontinue my number [protected] so i went to tata docomo local office and asked them how much do i need to pay finally. I cleared my amount and then they told me you dont need to pay anything else and u will get the security amount via cheque, now these guys are calling me for bill of the month when my phone number was already deactive. This is highly unprofessional as these people first made me wait for the bill date and when the things were soughted out the same day and i didnt use the next bill cycle why should i pay? Also i was informed that my phone number was deactivated so i didnt use my sim card.

                Kindly take into notice and please help as they are disturbing again and again with calls and messages and are not ready to listen.

                  I am surprised to find that tata docomo sent me a bill no. [protected] dated[protected] for rs. 688.86 against account no. 0144-[protected] in my name ramchandra m. Nirmal. By mistake i also paid the amount of rs. 689/- by cheque no. 268457 dated[protected] drawn on bank of maharashtra, mayur colony, kothrud, pune.

                  The account no. 0144-[protected] does not belong to me and therefore the bill no. [protected] dated[protected] has been wrongly raised by tata docomo. Afraid that my inter net would be disconnected, i hurried paid the amount of rs. 689/- by the said cheque which has also been realised by tata docomo.

                  You have charged me rs. 689/- fraudulently. I request you to refund me the amount or adjust it against my account no.[protected] and my tata docomo number is [protected].

                      I had balance of rs.215 in my tata docomo sim. Suddenly after making a short call i saw the balance is rs.15. Without any apparent reason and confirmation, a value of rs. 200 had been deducted by the provider.
                      The customer relations officer of the provider couldn't be connected even after several attempts over 3 days.
                      I expect the return of the balance at the earliest.

                        I am using [protected] number since 2014. All my bank account, school, collages car servicing insurance facebook google everything is linked to this number. I am now working in abu dhabi and was using the sim here. I was receiving msgs and everuthing and suddenly it got disconnected on March 2017, i was planning to go on vacation back to india on may, so i thought i will visit the dicomo office directly. When i went there the behaviour and attitude towards the cusomer was intolerable... they said the number cannot be activated again since i didnt recharge.. i was have some balance in it i don't remember how much. In this situation where i am forced to stop all my activities relating with this number i request you to activate my number as soon as possible. I even tried to contact the customer care but still the responses were the same.. its like they are not even trying to help or assist in this matter rather than avoiding me by saying its not possible..we cannot do anything. How can you disconnect a number without notifying the user?when i bought the sim it was said that the sim is having lifetime validity. And i was recharging regularly for more than 3 years and when i couldnt rechaghe for 4 or 5 months you just disconnected? The sim was not dead.. i was using the sim.. how lame is this excuse.. that you disconnected my num just because i didnt recharge.. if the sim was not at all in use atleast you can say that the number was dead. So it got disconnected... and the customer service was terrible. I kindly requeste you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.. my contact details are as follows.

                          Hi, whenever i am doing recharge its deducted my money more than 99 rs always.. As i am software engineer i know how to use services... I have not opened any app not even pressed any button.. I jus want to aks u guys how automatically services got activated on my phone... I have not done anything i want ma money refunded thats it or else tell me the procedure to stop this card usage... Plz kindly do the needfull... Worst service given by docomo... More than 5 yrs m using docomo... Still not at all satisfied by docomo service...

                            Dear sir, I'm using Tata Docomo for past 6years. I went to purchase 4g SIM card then I came to know from Tata Docomo showroom that the card is registered in someone name that is absolutely irrelevent. Still I'm using the same number [protected]. My alternate number is [protected]. The customer service can't assist me to get 4g sim and also they can't help me to register in my name. The customer service is absolutely rubbish.

                                  I had taken a Tata Walky postpaid landline connection in April 2010. Now the handset is completely out of order. I immediately require a replacement of my Walky handset, as I am being unable to use my.connection at all for the past one month.                                     my Docomo number 7204***076 is not working, there is no network from 24hrs and I checked the sim in other mobile also and try to search for network but not able to register it. I went to Docomo store also and they tried as well but they ask me to pay 100. Rs to get new sim. I purchased this sim 1 year back only and it went off automatically.why I should pay 100rs ? This is very annoying since it is not my issue and mistake then also y I should pay 100 rs. Please check this problem otherwise I have to go for portability.

                                      This is to inform you that, I had visited your outlets at Shimoga for 4 various occasions since March17 and requested to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid. However, they avoided and postponed my request. The shop is also closed since long time now. Though I am not using the number, the bills are being generated and I am receiving calls and smss for payment of the bills for the unused number.

I tried sending sms from other mobile numbers but none of them are being delivered to my mobile.
