Hello,

Myself Mandar Malve has been using Tata Docomo number from a long time. My phone number is [protected] and has been deactivated since I am living in USA for the past 2 years. But last year in the month of August I came back to India for a vacation and was using it actively. I have all the Bank details, Bharat Gas accounts, aadhar card, Income tax returns details to that number. Even though I was not using it I was able to receive all the updates by SMS from time to time. I please urge you to activate my Tata Docomo number as soon as possible because it will resolve my issues. Also I use my whatsapp from my Tata Docomo number and have not switched to a US number. If I switch to different number I will lose all the data.

    I recharge my tata docomo number ([protected]) via tata docomo app of rs66, and transact money through UPI via BHIM but my money is deducted from my account and credited to [protected]@icici. please refund my amount as soon as possible. if not tommorrow i will go to saanjh kendra to register FIR.

      Last month I had a 3G data pack for a month, also had huge balance around 250 Rs. In my observation, whenever we have huge balance DOCOMO is stealing the money like anything. Where almost 200 Rs got detected for mobile data usage, when I inquired they said data is over so detected in main balance. There is no remainder for data getting while over, but these peoples will do SMS and emailing for post paid bill payments. I know better because, I have a DOCOMO postpaid number too - [protected]. I want my 200 Rs money back. Also don't cheat the loyal customers anymore these ways.

        Flash messages are displaying often and draining my battery. This is unwanted service which I couldn't turn off from my phone manually. I called up to the docomo customer care, the customer care guy has refused to help. He denied for stopping the service and told me that it is company's default service and no one can disable or stop it. Flash messages are so much irritating and money stealing thing.

        Kindly close this service permanently.

          Have been using TATA DOCOMO wireless wifi dongle number
          [protected]

          Its been two months the speed of the connection is very bad
          Have been complaining since two months
          Made over 10 calls to them

          They were unable to solve my problem and everytime say the connection works fine
          Finally since last 15 days i have been requesting them to discontinue my connection
          They keep giving plan alternatives etc but do not cancel connection
          Why should i keep paying these cheats

            Tata docomo seems to be in the habit of looting innocent consumers by charging them for vas that they aren't availing. I have been charged rs.3062 in the last week for a ridiculous service called vas - voice portal. The charges are levied even when the phone is switched off which is evident enough to prove that they are charging even when the service isn't being used.

            I want to lodge a complaint against tatadocomo mobile services for illegally charging customers without their knowledge.

            My mobile number is[protected]. I would like to get an explanation from concerned authorities.

              Hi,

              I need to close my photon postpaid connection. According to the information provided by customer care executive at [protected], i sent a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com to close my photon post paid connection (Photon no. [protected], account no.[protected] from my registered email address [protected]@gmail.com, on 6 may 2017. An automated mail informed that i should expect a response back with 24 hours. Now it is over 3 days and still i have not got any mail from them.

              Each month i pay rs 1137/- for this connection. Their delay in closing the connection will cost me pay more money to them for a connection which i am no longer using.

              Please close my connection asap.

                Hi,

                I am downgrade the my plan from 199 to zero rental. So for this i need to make the payment of 600 fro 3 year. So i go to the customer care office of tata docomo ujjain. The customer representative say me to make the payment on his paytm wallet because he also need to make the payment to indore office via paytm. But still he is not make the payment and i got the bill of rs. 764.08 including the 600 amount which i already paid.

                    For past 3 weeks as soon as I recharge my number balance starts getting deducted magically and some random VAS service is activated saying I requested for it. I am disabling them by calling the number which comes in message but then again some other VAS service is activated. I have been charged around 400 Rs in wrong way by Tata Docomo by using this wrong technique of looting customer.

                    One more thing I don't understand Kannada but all their helpline numbers are only talking in kannada I am unable to reach a person from them. I am in bangalore so kannada is local language but option for other langauge should be provided.

                                  I am using docomo card since more then 6 years. Recently i have changed my residencial location. Since last 4 month i am facing big problem of network in this area. Internate network is also very very poor in this location.

                                    I Atul Sakpal from Mumbai. Was using a tata docomo service from my phone no. [protected]. As whole world is using 4G services and tata docomo is still at 2G. So as normal human being i also wanted to good net service so I shifted to other operator who are advance in services.
                                    I ported my no to other operator. and while clearing from tata docomo they send me a bill of 1695/- which was never in my lifetime. when i asked from bill justification they are saying i have use more than 2GB of data on roaming. yes i was on roaming for two day but 2gb of data that to of tata docomo is it possible...? one of the worst net service provider can anybody use 2gb in noemal its just showing bufferingggg...and I used 2 gb data...even in whole year i must not have there data services.
                                    dear docomo team please dont full Your genuine customer. I have paid your unethical bill of Rs 1695. even you can check i have paid march bill twice You have not adjusted that money any were.
                                    I need to maintain my this valuable no that reason i paid the bill. i was have 2 more no of tata docomo now i am porting that to.. because of your this behaviour. and i will make sure i will try to recommed people not to use your services.

                                      Hi, I am unable to reach on the complaint no. provided by company. I am frustrated with the kind of service this company is providing off late. Need to know any alternative contact no. where my concerns/queries can be addressed.

                                      3 months back, company had increased my package from 3 GB to 6 GB as part of the incentives for loyal customers. However, the data consumption increased tremendously. The data consumption is around 200 MB even when I just go through emails in GMAIL account. As a result, the package gets over before the expiry of month.

                                      Today, I have urgent requirement of downloading data for my personal work for which I have been trying to reach company on their contact nos. for getting the extra package since monthly package is completely used. But no one is answering the calls.

                                        Dear Tata Docomo Team,
                                        It is with great anguish that I have to write this email to you. On your website (Screenshot attached here with) you offer 100mbps/200gb at Rs.3299. But after 100s of email and too many phone calls your customer care denies to offer the same plan, as they say I am not qualified for this plan.

                                        Also a TATA sales person is ready to install a new connection with the plan I demand that is Rs. 3299 - 100mbps - 200GB. On repeatedly sharing the screen shots and even making the customer service center talk to the tata sales person, I get the most dumb reply ever, that we cant offer this plan as it is not applicable on your number. Are you guys crazy?

                                        This is one of the most disgraceful act by a company like Tata. And this cannot be tolerated under any circumstances. How can you discriminate like this? How can you deny a offer which in on the website? Why is there a discrimination between old and new customers. Rather you should reward an existing customer for his loyalty.

                                        Do you know that what you are doing is a criminal offence under Unfair Trade Practices Act (Constitution of India). You cannot deny a customer the public offer already made on the website, under any circumstances. You have two options here

                                        Honor the plan on internet
                                        Disconnect the connections of 2 IDS[protected] and[protected] and be ready to be sued by us. This is a criminal offence and let me tell you that you shall be taken to cleaners.
