Hi,
I am downgrade the my plan from 199 to zero rental. So for this i need to make the payment of 600 fro 3 year. So i go to the customer care office of tata docomo ujjain. The customer representative say me to make the payment on his paytm wallet because he also need to make the payment to indore office via paytm. But still he is not make the payment and i got the bill of rs. 764.08 including the 600 amount which i already paid.

I need my money or adjust it on bill otherwise i am not make the payment to you.
