Flash messages are displaying often and draining my battery. This is unwanted service which I couldn't turn off from my phone manually. I called up to the docomo customer care, the customer care guy has refused to help. He denied for stopping the service and told me that it is company's default service and no one can disable or stop it. Flash messages are so much irritating and money stealing thing.

Kindly close this service...

Have been using TATA DOCOMO wireless wifi dongle number

Its been two months the speed of the connection is very bad
Have been complaining since two months
Made over 10 calls to them

They were unable to solve my problem and everytime say the connection works fine
Finally since last 15 days i have been requesting them to discontinue my connection
They keep giving plan...

Tata docomo seems to be in the habit of looting innocent consumers by charging them for vas that they aren't availing. I have been charged rs.3062 in the last week for a ridiculous service called vas - voice portal. The charges are levied even when the phone is switched off which is evident enough to prove that they are charging even when the service isn't being used.

I want to lodge a complaint against tatadocomo mobile services...

I got a replacement kit sim card of tata docomo 2 days back and its still not activated. I got it from the mobile store and they charged me 120 rs but prepaid replancement kit cover in said no any mrp shop purson told give 120 rs after 10minits actived but till not actived my mobil no [protected] very important so please sole me probalam...

For past 3 weeks as soon as I recharge my number balance starts getting deducted magically and some random VAS service is activated saying I requested for it. I am disabling them by calling the number which comes in message but then again some other VAS service is activated. I have been charged around 400 Rs in wrong way by Tata Docomo by using this wrong technique of looting customer.

I use dcm sim around 4 yrs. Recently i moving pune to delhi. I know there is changes on roming but my cell catch any dcm network. Right now my dcm no catch idea range also i recharge roming pack (48 /- ruppes) but no output with proper benefit.

I just used my internet with my net pack but still my too much main balance was cut i told it to the customer care executive they told me to hold the line as they are forwarding my call but they didn't I waited for nearly 5 minutes.
