I just want to raise a complaint against you Tele-services. The support tele callers have no knowledge about there Internet Services. They are not able to solve simple queries. My call was transferred to Senior Technical Personnel and he to had no information. They even dont know full form of ISP ie Internet Service Provider. Overcharged monthly bill

I am having 2G GSM 350 data + voice plan in my Tata DoCoMo postpaid connection. Usually the bill comes around 435-450 after tax. Now I have switched to Vodafone due to poor connection and no 3G/4G connection in DoCoMo. After porting to Vodafone I have got a bill of Rs1180 which is no way possible. I want to register the complaint that they are overcharging an unnecessary creating settling issue....
