I have lodged fir with tilak nagar police station. A copy can be sent to you if so desired. Kindly issue me duplicate sim of the same no. For which i shall be grateful.,

I got a call from[protected]whodemanded Rs.20/-for this which was given by debit card and debited to my a/c.To my surprise I found another 19000/-debited to my account. I want this man to be arrested soon.
While the person transferred Rs.20/- to ECOM[protected]WW whereas
he transferred Rs19000/-taken by fraud to ECOM[protected]MPOESA
(OlaCabs, com).
This person should be caught immediately from the location of his mobile and brought to book for recovery of money taken by fraudulent means thereby shaking the confidence of the customer and booked under appropriate sections of 420, .

We tried to speak to you personally on your alternate number. However, the same was not possible as the call was disconnected from your end. Sorry to hear that your Handset is lost. We request you to visit the Tata Docomo outlet with passport size photograph along with your proof of identity, FIR (mandatory) and proof of address to purchase duplicate SIM with the same number, cost of the duplicate SIM is Rs. 49/-, all services will be carried forward and the duplicate SIM will be activated with in 72hrs. However, you may also visit nearest Tata Docomo outlet along with the documents in order to block your number. Please find the below details.
1. Photograph
2. Proof Of Identity – Passport/Photo Credit Card/Voter ID Card/PAN Card/Arms license.
3. Proof of Address - Credit card statement (last 2 months)/Passport/Property Tax Receipt/BSNL Telephone / Electricity Bill (last 2 months).

    Ladies and Gentlemen at Tata Docomo,

    Kindly read my email below, then try and comprehend the context, once you are sure that you have understood things fully, I will appreciate an appropriate response and action. Please refrain from taking ‘out of context’ decisions like you have done so far, causing me much mental harassment, trauma and loss of business.

    Morning of May 19
    My account number (broadband) is[protected]. My billing cycle is on the 15th. On the 19th of May, I wrote to you to request for a plan change as I was unhappy with the slow speed I have been getting on my 2 mbps unlimited plan, and its affecting my work adversely. I immediately got a call back from one Renold Dcosta at around 8.45 am of May 19. Please listen to that recording. Amongst other things, Renold said that if I changed to the 10 mbps 50 gb plan (Rs. 1199), it will be activated within 72 hours.

    Afternoon of May 19
    So I wrote to you to change it to the 10 mbps 50 gb plan on the same day. Now I got a call from Ninad Gadkar, who said that a 72 hour change is not possible for moving from unlimited to limited. He said that the plan change is possible only from June 15; the billing cycle. He confirmed that Renold had provided me with incorrect information. Later that evening I received an email from Ninad towards this effect.

    May 19-May 21
    I wrote two reminded emails to your team, in response to Ninad’s response to try and get me a faster plan which can change immediately. I was pleading now. I did not hear back from your team, except the standard answer that it can change only from the billing cycle.

    May 21
    I wrote and also told you over phone, that if you cannot change at all, why don't you change the billng cycle to May 25, so that my requested plan can be effective from then (given that May 21-May 25 is more than 72 hours.). Words that I used in my email “So can you change my billing cycle to, say the 25th of every month? “ Ninad said he will get back.

    6.38 am, May 24

    I wrote the following email to you:

    Hello,

    Your promise of a resolution by May 23rd (email below) fell flat; I didn’t hear from you. Why do you promise if you can’t deliver? I requested for something on the basis of a promise made by your staff Renold Dcost (have you listen to the recording of our conversation; if you don’t, why do you record calls).

    1. Migrate to the 50 gb 10 mbps plan at Rs. 1199 (Renold promised this will happen in 72 hours)
    OR
    2. Change my billing cycle date to within 3 days or so, so that you can do the above, if you feel that Renold gave me wrong information

    11.30 am May 24
    I get a call from Aarti, saying that my request for billing cycle change is accepted and is changed now. However there is no request for plan change. So any plan change now (unlimited to limited) will now be effective from June 25. I tried to explain to her that I never registered a request for billing cycle change (read the words in my email) and told her the entire story. She seemed adamant in not understanding the issue and what I wanted. I requested to speak with her senior; she did not allow me that privilege.

    Did you see what happened? Could you understand?

    Here is a customer who wanted a plan change to a speedier plan, and since you could not give a solution, I suggested moving ahead the billing cycle date. And what did you do? You took a decision in isolation by moving forward the billing cycle (but not changing the plan) and now saying that I will have to wait form 1 more month for the plan change!!!

    What is going on????? Do you not understand English or you cannot understand the context?

    WHAT WILL YOU DO NOW?

    I guess you have no clue. Or do you? OK, here is what I want.

    1. Change the plan to the 16 mbps 100 gb plan (yes, now I am changing my original request) at the ‘earliest possible.’ REGISTER this request first.
    2. Once you have registered the above request, then if it takes 72 hours for the plan change to happen, take out your calculator and count when 72 hours will end. Then REGISTER a request for a billing cycle change to that day when 72 hours will end.

    Kindly confirm, and save yourself and me a bigger mess.

      I had bought a postpaid sim [protected] which was lost and i had not registered for cancellation of the sim. I started receiving the bill every month, when i got a reminder call from docomo customer care which is very worst and harsh call some lady was doing rowdism in the call itself. I got irritated and didn't pay the bill. After that sim got suspended which i got to know through email. Later i got to know that the bill is simply increasing (900rs) even after suspension so i spoke the customer care and told the i will pay 600 and please suspend the sim and don't re activate it. So they agreed for that and sent the bill collector to my home. I payed the bill of 600rs. After this i started getting calls and mails that i still have pending bill and every month bill is getting generated. I contacted miss deepa ([protected]) mentioned on the mail regarding this and started speaking so harshly, seriously i don't how docomo is hiring such worst executives they didn't even know how to talk to customers. How come an educated person talk to a corporate customer like this? Are guys hiring some rowdies to do all these kind of work? You should be ashamed of running company with these kind of people. Atleast a minimum respect should be given to the customer. I really felt very bad for these kind of things happening with me from docomo. She is asking me cancellation request number. When i spoke to customer care before paying bill they told its already suspended they don't activate it. Even after this what cancellation request number i can ask from customer care. For the mistakes that you guys are doing how can you ask me to pay the bill? I was told that one more bill will be generated for this month as well. I won't pay single rupee. You guys are simply giving trouble to me. If this still continues then i will register complaint against you guys. Is this is way you guys handle the customers? Shame on you.

        Hi,
        I just want to raise a complaint against you Tele-services. The support tele callers have no knowledge about there Internet Services. They are not able to solve simple queries. My call was transferred to Senior Technical Personnel and he to had no information. They even dont know full form of ISP ie Internet Service Provider. They did not had knowledge about basic "Configuration Setting".

        As per my suggestion, request you to provide them good knowledge training (KT), so that they are able to solve customer complaints.

        I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

          It seems Tata docomo is taking more time just to activate the sim where I have activated my idea sim post some hours of providing all documents.

          This needs attention and must be resolved at the earliest. This show your concern about customers who believes in Tata's services.

            Dear team,

            This is to inform you that my wife's (Priti chauhan) tata docomo sim card is active for more then 2 years, now suddenly she started receiving messages that kindly resubmit the documents to nearest tata docomo brand store other wise service will be discarded. Now what is this tata docomo brand store?? And this sim card is active since so many years then why to resubmit doc's again...

            Please intervene to resolve at the earliest. Also i am not able to complaint the same on tata docomo's website.

            We do not opposed for re-verification but you should request your customer rather then warning them by sending alerts like your service would be discarded within 24 hrs if docs are not received.

              We would like to inform you that as per our records activation of your number is under process. Kindly note that post documents are updated in system, you will receive an SMS post which you need to call 59059 for tele-verification of your details when network latches on your number to activate the account. Kindly note that tele-verification has to be done from the home circle. Kindly note that the activation process takes 4-5 days and post positive verification card will be activated in 30mins & in case verification is negative, you have 2 more attempts for positive verification and the tele-verification has to be done from the home circle only. If the tele-verification is not done within 30 days from the date of documentation, the number will be disconnected permanently. Further, we would like to inform you that FRC (First time recharge) has to be done post activation of the connection for which you will be credited with the talk time, tariff and data benefits. However first time recharge has to be done through retailer or Tata Docomo outlet. We request you to check with the retailer/outlet where you have purchased the connection and the FRC benefits depend on the retailer as the new acquisition offers vary from retailer to retailer.

                Dear Ambassador's of TATA Docomo,

                I had registered a Ticket Regarding Network fluctuation due to that calls or getting dropped and it was Registered on {[protected] Time:- (09:58:57.0)} the Resolution Expected Date give to me for this case as on[protected] Time:-(10:00:00.0) and It is not fixed yet, till the first Weak people updated me the status, after that till today no one turned up to me to update further Status, after long time today i reach contact center to know the status, i really disappointed due to no progress on the Ticket, I was irate and Requested make me to talk with Manager agent says he is busy now due to that he is raising another ticket to arrange a call back to me ETR is End of the day, I started asking to give me the Nodel officer Number agent denied to give me the

                Nodal officer number after arguing with him he gave me Mrs. Chitra K [protected] can contact her on this number and the timings Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm, i disconnected the call and started calling to the Nodal officer to escalate the issue but its not Connected, finally i checked status of my complaint in tata docomo website, I really shocked found that the Complaint is Closed today[protected]:21:48.0) Ticket Id:[protected] without my knowledge or confirmation/resolution. And at the same time registered a New ticket and ticket id :[protected] {[protected]:22:19.0)}, what's happening with you people ? I[censored] cannot help me, I know how things get it done, please arrange a call back from Nodal officer to update the status.

                My Questions are here !!

                1) why did you close My ticket without resolution ?

                2) why you Registered new ticket ?

                3) why did it took so long time ?

                4) why agent refused to give me nodal officer number in first instance ?

                5) Why your agent gave me the wrong Nodal officer Number ?

                6) How long do i suppose to wait to get it fix ?

                7) why your agent refused to transfer the call to Manager ?

                  I am having 2G GSM 350 data + voice plan in my Tata DoCoMo postpaid connection. Usually the bill comes around 435-450 after tax. Now I have switched to Vodafone due to poor connection and no 3G/4G connection in DoCoMo. After porting to Vodafone I have got a bill of Rs1180 which is no way possible. I want to register the complaint that they are overcharging an unnecessary creating settling issue.

                      It's been two months i am trying to port from docomo to other network and the bill is paid on time without an hour delay, still the worst network ever docomo is not releasing my number from it's network. For 2 months i paid the bill without using it. First of all it doesn't have any plan which is customer friendly and if we call to customer care, the response which the executive is worst. They directly told that u can change ur network and if i try to change, they are not releasing it. Worst network and service provider medal should go to docomo. Hopeless and useless service ever.

                      I am chasing for billing concern regarding my connection [protected] as per revert cr. Limit crossed hence bill got charged to mo but failed to barred my services when credit limit crossed even no reminder initiate to me.

                      I request to come on board to under exact issue but nobody approach.

                        I am facing so much problems.in every minute, a call from[protected] and so many numbers in that series of 543216... Is receiving as missed call. I am facing troubles and nonsense so i am not a subscriber to this buddychat services. I have complained to customer services of tata docomo but in vain they are stating that we are not barring incoming calls. So i have to face troubles for ever. No solution to stop such calls.                               We had already paid the final bill of Tata Docomo dongal and asked for the deactivation because of poor service.

                              But the customer care executive kept insisting to change the plan and continue the service which we refused and took connection from other service provider.

                              Now they are asking me to pay for bill which should never exist and threatening with legal action.

                              I have already paid and settled my dues as per my usage and communicated to the company to disconnect.

                              Its their executives who don't disconnect the service even after receiving request from consumer just to fulfill their targets and the we consumers have to face this situation.

                              There is no network coverage at our place, that is at government colony, bandra east. Having lots of trouble for fiding network at home. I have a billing account. It seems to be a very bad option. Looking to its bad service I need to switch to another service provider. Kindly resolve my problem.

                                  I am sushil pavtekar. I am using tata docomo wireless wifi dongle number, [protected]/[protected]/[protected]

                                  Already i am having 9 dongle in my office last 4 years but right now i am suffering network related problem in my residential zone (Midc dombivli east) 421203. As per your team confirmation problem with your docomo tower. Its been 18 days the speed of connection is very bad have been complaining since 18 days made over 20/25 calls to your team.

                                  They were unable to solve my problem yet and every time the network team say they will be working on the same issue. Your call center team & executive not give any proper feedback & solution. I am to much already frustrated. Otherwise i have been requesting them to discontinue my connection why should i keep paying these cheats.

                                  Kindly pls resolve this problem other wise i am not paying payment following my tata photon number [protected]/[protected] from 28 april i am facing problem and after 3.5.17 i am not using [protected] also number because i am not getting any network.

                                  So i request you to look in to the network problem at earliest.

                                      I have submitted proper documents to enable my account two weeks back, till now my line is not released and and have visited Rajajinagar Docomo office 5 to 6 times continuously requesting the executive to release my line till now no use.

                                        Myself Mandar Malve has been using Tata Docomo number from a long time. My phone number is [protected] and has been deactivated since I am living in USA for the past 2 years. But last year in the month of August I came back to India for a vacation and was using it actively. I have all the Bank details, Bharat Gas accounts, aadhar card, Income tax returns details to that number. Even though I was not using it I was able to receive all the updates by SMS from time to time. I please urge you to activate my Tata Docomo number as soon as possible because it will resolve my issues. Also I use my whatsapp from my Tata Docomo number and have not switched to a US number. If I switch to different number I will lose all the data.
