Hi team,

I use dcm sim around 4 yrs. Recently i moving pune to delhi. I know there is changes on roming but my cell catch any dcm network. Right now my dcm no catch idea range also i recharge roming pack (48 /- ruppes) but no output with proper benefit.
I'm thankful to idea to catch network properly. When i received any call with different network (Idea) i got to much pay due to dcm network.

Can you please look into it other wise i really want to change platform (Dcm to idea)

    I just used my internet with my net pack but still my too much main balance was cut i told it to the customer care executive they told me to hold the line as they are forwarding my call but they didn't I waited for nearly 5 minutes. I will complaint about it if you dont consider my problem with seriousness.I tried calling them again but it appears to be busy this issue must be resolved.

    I am Not receiving multiple sms's and OTP Password for tata docomo app also on my number [protected]. I only use this no for sms related services and if even that is not working then there is no meaning of having this sim/service. Kindly look into it ASAP.

      Tata photon company was unable to provide service in karol bagh since october 2014 and visiting engineer said that the internet will closed but then even the company sent bill fof november and december in which not a single MB was consumed. They cheated on me service was poor plus sent illegal bills without a single mb being used. They are threatining by sending emails to me now.

            This is for the tata docomo broadband wired connection.

            I have been facing many network issues since few months. I do have network connection but it keeps getting restarted automatically in random order and also the speed is so low that it is almost unusable even though i have 2mbps unlimited plan.

            But my complaint is not about just this issue.

            The bigger problem is that the customer care number they give is totally unusable for me. I have no way to pass the electronic questions asked. When you dial the customer care number you are asked to enter tata docomo phone number or circuit id. Neither of these are given on the bill or any where else. I don't have these number. I have tata docomo number and an account number but entering them is of no use.

            There is absolutely no way i can talk to executive or file my complaint without these numbers.

            And

            These numbers are not provided anywhere.

            Whoever designed this system certainly didn't care much about the user's convenience. It is not practical to expect user to always have circuit id or phone number (For a broad band connection). They should provide at least one number through which existing users can connect directly to executive or at least file a complaint. Following are my account details.

                I paid amount of Rs.403 through tata docomo app. Amount deducted from my ICICI bank. When i spoke to customer executive 3 times, they told me send mail
                on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and i sent 3 times. Now they are saying that Mail is received at their end. One executive, gave me another higher authority mail id
                accellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and this is not correct mail id.

                  Since yesterday "26th may 2017" i am facing issues in receiving otp messages to my docomo number [protected].
                  I am trying to contact customer service dialing "121", "[protected]", "[protected]" and what not.
                  But nowhere i am finding any relevant option to raise my concern and the issue.

                  It's quite hard to find a solution in this way and moreover looking at the services it better to switch from docomo to some better network.

Hence, I request you dial #35*1234# for unbarring incoming SMS.                     I have activated free internet plan as i received msg about free internet plan. Customers care executive said it will activated within 3 days then send cce said it will activated within 7 days then i made complaint and activated then also my bill consider this internet plan charges and wrong bill issued. Mo.[protected]. And i made complaint to cce but they are not ready to speak also. They are always dropping my phone even senior executives also dropped the phone.

                    We tried to speak to you personally on your number. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that we have already activated 3G GSM Ret-Data 1GB FOC on 04-APR-2017 with the Service Request number[protected]. And as per the pack you will get 1GB 3G data for 6 months. However, data benefit was already provided in the April’17 month invoice. Please check the same.

                      I am a loyal TataDocomo postpaid customer.

                      Unfortunately, I've lost my cell on 22nd April. I called to the customer care and asked them to block my SIM. Hope they did it.

                      The next day I went to your TataDocomo outlet near Yashoda Hospital, Secunderabad, but they sent me back without giving any importance to my problem just simple trying to ignore me by saying that there was some server issues and asked me to come in the evening.

                      I understood, being an IT employee I can understand the server problem. But when I went second time, I was told the same thing. They were even not listing my problem. Just trying to ignore me.

                      Today again I went around 2.00 pm, and this time they have closed the outlet. The shutter was down. Customers were standing outside (it's very hot outside), they even don't have the courtesy to the customers. No one came to ask the customers about the issues. At least they should have the courtesy to inform the customer why the outlet is closed. I saw employees talking and eating inside.

                      Do you thing in this competitive business word you can survive if your employees behave like this? Don't your employees know how to behave with customers?

                      I went thrice to your outlet to just get my SIM card. Is it a so big deal that your employees can't help me out?

                      I am just cut off from everything, everywhere from last 3/4 days, if you people can't help me, what is the point of being a customer of yours?

                      Worst service I ever received from any service provider.

                      I felt insulted, ignored.

                      I just want to let you know that I am just waiting to get my SIM card. Definitely I will go for other service provider.

                          Dear sir,
                          I would like to know that inspite of informing and payment of all dues still tata docomo company is continuously charging us a heavy bill. We had even received a leagal notice from their end and also constant calls for the payment. We had done the payment on[protected] of amt. 11478/- and informed them for our disconnection we were in co-ordination with madam preeti dalvi but she didnt informed us to do any mail for the disconnection, after that even we paid another charges that is on[protected] of amt. 8682/- as penalty charges for the mail not sent for disconnection after the penalty charges done from our side we sent the mail to the company for disconnection. According to them we had done each and every procedure required but still we are receiving the constant outstanding bill and constant phone calls and receiving payment reminder mails from their side. Kindly lodge our compliant against tata docomo. Here we are providing you the details accordingly.

                              Today i recharged data pack amount of rs.193 twice (Because first attempt was failed) on my number [protected], and did not get the data... So i tried to recharge on paytm but the same thing happened - amount deducted from your account and recharge was unsuccessful.

                                I recharged my phone for Rs510 on April 17th n after the recharge dialed *141# to do Rs495 ka internet recharge which gets deducted from my account balance, however the recharge was not successful n all my balance was deducted, I did call their customer service but no resolution was given on this n all the people kept saying that the charges are valid n refund can be done. I was informed by all Thier representative that there is no recharge of 495 which gives 10gb 3g data, in the same email I also attached the screen shot which shows that for 495 rupees one can get 10gb 3g data but still they are adamant of not refunding the money as well neither doing the recharge.

                                    I had purchased a Docomo prepaid SIM on 10 April 2016 and submitted the documents for Id and address proof, they said it will take 48 hrs to get activate but till today it didn't got activated. I have tried to activate by following the instructions below in the documents that came with the SIM but as I am not getting the signal to send the SMS. Please kindly activate the SIM as soon as you but can or it will be a waste of money and time but for me.                                       It pains, hurts and disturbs me when I see that TATA whom i treated, valued and regarded synonym of Trust induldging it self in mal practices.
                                      I am a resident of Vadodara (Gujarat) and for last 6 to 7 years had been a customer of TATA Docomo.
                                      I recharged my Phone No [protected] for Rs 348 as usually done by me for last so many months on 17th April at 19.20 hrs.Got a confirmatory SMS from TATA Docomo too..But to my utter surprise...

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I have a tata docomo number [protected]. I got a bill of 3070 once and i was not satisfied with that so i refused to pay whole amount. Finally case goes in legal and they asked me to pay 1500 and rest of amount they will waive of.

                                      I paid on 15th march that amount and informed them to activate my number. But in spite of so many reminder, calls and mails no body is resolving my problem.
