I got a call frm [protected] saying he is calling from Patiala Court and filing a legal case. He was talking very rudely and threatening me. This was regarding a bill of 1579/- for a period in which the tata docomo hadn't been used and closed down. i paid the bill and searched online when i got to know how such touts regularly threaten people using fake identity. When i called him from another phone, he started getting abusive and told jo krna hai kr lo.

I got a new sim card of tata docomo 2 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 80 rs for it saying i will get 60 talktime when the card is activated. heres the no of the new sim card : [protected]

    My tata docomo walky connection number [protected]... Device not working three months past. I have physically went to the tata docomo centre at margao south goa with the device.. The personal there says no technician to attend my complaint. I even lodge onlice complaint but my problem is not solved. I am paying my regular monthly bills without using the phone. Kindly replace the device since it is under warranty.

      I m doctor and i was using tata photon for last 2 1/2 years. I was a regular bill payer though i never got 3 g service as promised by docomo. Inspite of repeated complaints they were not able to solve problem. Even docomo engineer was not able to get speed and said that this is what u can get. No 3g service from photon but got regular bill og 3g . I discontinued the same and again i got bill with late charges. I paid that also but still the some fellow called me and started abusing.
      Now u tell me who should pay the damages. The telecom company or the customer. My photon account no.[protected]. I received abusive call from no. [protected].
      Kindly reply or else i know what to do next.

      We tried to reach you at your number [protected] on 22-APR-2017, however the number was not responding. We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/complaint on photon service/connectivity issues. Please be informed that the internet service for the photon number was permanently disconnected on 22-FEB-2017 and the billing was stopped on 01-MAR-2017 with the reference number[protected] registered on 22-FEB-2017 and you had received your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 15-FEB-2017 to 14-MAR-2017 with an amount of Rs. 431. We had not received the due amount of Rs. 863 towards the invoice #[protected]. Hence, you had got the final bill with amount of Rs. 1294 (Which includes previous due + final bill + Late payment charges). We have received online payment of Rs. 1294 against your photon number [protected] on 19-APR-2017 towards the invoice number [protected] & [protected] and your transaction number is 10520803. We request you to treat this mail as an acknowledgment for the same.

        I have made an deposit of 899 Rs for my number [protected] . i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid on December 2016. after migration they said my deposit amount will be sent through cheque with in 60 days . but they have not sent me . i have rote a mail to docomo customer care they have created a ticket, the ticket duration was 40 days and 11th April is the last date . i got a call at 11th 4 PM stating we are sorry we are unable to send the cheque it will take time . so we are closing the ticket . i said before sending don't close the ticket she said ok . after some time i got a mail stating the ticket have been closed.

        i went to koramangala head office, manager is asking for 600 Rs you are coming here, leave it 600 is not a big amount . i have shouted that you cheating by not giving money and came . after that also i have sent several mails but they are not returning my money. i have sent my address proof also to send the cheque .

          Hello,

          I was using tata docomo photon dongal, after closing it i got bill to pay of 700/-, i refused to pay bill of 700/- because i didn't used it at all.
          But they are keep calling me, on 24th of march 2017 i have got call from customer care from tata docomo i think and i have payed 400/- as they said (Given me discount) and my tata docomo account will be closed completely they promised, i would never get call from tata docomo.
          But today 18th april 2017 i have got call from [protected] and i told her that i have got discount and i have already payed. After that i have got message from [protected] number and pay remaining bill andsend me legal notice from adv deepak chaudhary.
          Here is my question: if i got discount and payed said bill amount. So would you guys can call and disturb people and forced to pay more.

            Forgot to pay last month's due. For which without any intimation or call from executive, directly a Law firm from Delhi "DLS" contacted me. And threated to pay within 30 minutes else I have to visit Delhi Court. I asked the lady for time till day end, which she refused and was threatening like we will file a case against you and all.
            As a courtesy, when a customer is associated with the company since couple of years, company should first call and inform about the payment skipped.
            But on a contrary, nobody from company even bothered to call once and directly a law firm threated for making payment. Which I already paid. - Ref no. [protected].
            Request you to help me take this issue of mental harassment against company.

              My network has been taken off since a week with no notification.im using this sim since 8 yeras.All the documents are submitted at the nearest store.i contacted nereast store they said tat they could not fix the probelem.I contacted [protected]@tatadocomo complaint mail they said tat due to document miss match TRAI has disconnected. But my documents are proper and I want to restore my number [protected].

              I registered a compliant with National consumer service today and my complaint number is 233371.
              Im regular in use with this number and I don have other number so at any cost I need to restore this number.
              I'm loosing my clients due to this.
              So kindly fix the problem as early as problem.

              We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records your SIM has been already reactivated on[protected].kindly make a not of the same.
              I have raised a complaint on FEB 20th and they have taken 25 days to resolved the issue and exceeded the max resolution time which is provided by TATA DOCOMO itself. SR.No :[protected] &[protected]

              Please guide me futher over these repeated concerns and I am not getting proper reason or reply for these repeated issues from TATA Docomo.

                I havee been following up with Tata Docomo since 23rd Feb on emails and before that on calls.

                I am still waiting for a revert. Everytime they say the address verification is negative, wheras the verification was done, thwn the number was activated and again 3 times i have submitted my documents for reverification to them, however no one ever calls for a reverification. Also the instrument given to me is faulty for which i have complained in my emails many times.

                their auto responders claim to revert within 24 hrs.. now its definately 24 days and more my issues havent been resolved.

                My issues stated again -

                Tata Docomo Walky - [protected]

                1- number disconnected after activation
                2- instrument given is faulty (dosent hold charge)
                3- address verification done but number still not active.
                4- documents submitted 3 times.
                5. Numerous emails sent but issue not yet resolved and last few emails, reply not received.

                  On my number call forwarding is activated to unknown number.I have complaned before to customer care for this problem but no solution appears.I tried to disable it; but it was not supported .so; I contacted customer care.she gave me some instructions to do.                     I had done a data pack recharge of Rs.93 on 09 April 2017 and at that time I got 1024 MB data in my account and I got a message on same day from Tata Docomo that on recharge of 93 you will get 1GB data for 28 days validity 5 days instant remaining after 48 hours.
                    But on 13 April 2017 at 07:37pm I consumed approx 3mb data and I had 917mb data remaining and it shows the expire date 13April 2017. After that they increase the remaining validity till 08 May 2017. On 14April 2017 there is 0.02mb data remaining in my account. My last five data consumed is also in 55kb three times. When called to customer care they told me that u consumed while data. And now no data left in your account. But I had 917mb in my account till 13April 2017 after 07:37pm. After that I used my data pack direct on 14April 2017.
                    Now I tried so many times to complain them but they are not connecting my call to customer care executive. Help me

                      Point 1: In Nov 2016 i had received call from TATA Docomo executive regarding bi-annual plan of internet and the caller said that if we do payment immediately then only the bi-annual plan will get activated.

                      Point 2: we have not done the payment, so ideally the plan should not get activated.

                      Point 3: where as I got a mail of bill generation on 8-Dec-2016, in which bill was of Rs. 5513/- but our original plan was of Rs.919/- only. so, TATA Docomo changed our plan without our consent to bi-annual plan. on call they had said that to activate bi-annual plan we have to do payment first.

                      Point4: after this we had raised compliant with TATA docomo on via call and sent mail on 12-Dec-2016 about the case and requested to reverse all changes in plan which that have done without our consent.

                      Point 5: on 13-Dec-2016 TATA Docomo apologized for such service and change in our plan without our consent, our request of reversal of plan was accepted and raised the same and asked for the confirmation of the same via mail. On 14-Dec-2016 we reverted back to them with our confirmation for reversal.

                      Point 6: After this also they haven't changed our plan and started calling and threatening us, We told TATA Docomo many time to reverse our plan and we are ready to pay our monthly plan rental so regenerate correct bill. But instead of doing this there was a continuous pressure on us to accept the changes in the plan which was not asked by us. in between this we asked them to cut our connection.( compliant no:[protected] dated 10-DEC-2016)

                      Now we are asked to pay Rs.5513/- for biannual plan, why we should pay the amount to TATA Docomo which we have never used since it is a bi-annual plan starting from 12-Dec-2016 and we had asked TATA Docomo connection cut of on 10-Dec-2016 itself .

                      Now we are getiing calls, mail from tata docomo employee and now advocates also.

                      These calls and for no reason putting a pressure on customer to pay whatever amount for whatever plan they activate is a customer harassment, through which we are going since Dec-2016.

                      I would like to highlight you also, that whatever was my monthly plan charges(Rs.919/-) i am ready to pay immediately once i receive the correct bill which i have communicated in my previous communication to TATA Docomo but I will not agree to pay new plan activated on my account without my consent.

                        My TATA DOCOMO Number is [protected] . It is post paid.
                        In January 2017 It was lost.
                        From February the service has been terminated.
                        Now they are claiming Rs.1508/- i.e.for 3 months.
                        It will be seen that after service has been terminated, asking for the amount is unjust enrichment.
                        Now notice has been sent quoting Sec.406 & 418 IPC.
                        It is not known how these sections will attract.
                        It is clear case of harassment and this causes mental agony.

                          Few months back i cleared all my bills and dues and wanted to deactivate my photon service [ PHOTON NO. [protected]]. At that point of time the consumer care representative gave me an option of freezing the device according to which i wont have to pay any bill until i restart the service and that had to be done with my consent . From that day itself i didn't get any kind of text for billing or activation of the device and today i got a call from an advocate that legal actions are to be taken against my pending bill ~ INR 1300. If i wasn't using the service then where did this bill originate from? And legal actions?? I didn't even get any sought of billing text. And the customer care representative at the service centres (loc. jamshedpur) are ill mannered and with no work ethics.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am using tata DoCoMo [protected] from morethan 5 years.
                                  All my out going calls and messages are barred from my number without my request.
                                  This is ridiculous.
                                  When I called customer care, they say I requested for call barring which I have never done . I do not get proper response from the customer care, they act so irresponsible .
                                  I want port my number to other network which provide better service.
                                  But I am not able to port the number as the outgoing messages are also barred.
                                  Please help to resolve the issue asap.

                                    I was using tata docomo services from quite a long time with 899/- Plan, but due to network issues and repeated problems i port my number to VodaFone.

                                    Tata took security amount as 899/- but now they sent me cheque of Rs 14/- also with spelling mistake on name so cheque is purely useless.

                                    I had cleared all dues and paid the bills before port. Why insted of 899/- I received Rs 14/-

                                    Calling to customer care they are saying that we cant see any security deposit in your account, i[censored] have any proff visit to outlet.

                                    Do let me know the reason ASAP

You can also get last 180 days details by registering a request from our end, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductible from the main account [protected] balance for this facility.                                         I am getting calls/missed calls from [protected] several times at awkward times. On calling back, they are telling wrong number or number of PCO. Kinldy request to block this number so that they cant disturb anymore. Please look into the matter. i dont want any further disturbance from this mobile number.
