[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction unnecessary.

I have got the message that pyaar ke panne is activated, and balance deducted Rs.45., Actually i didn't requested for that pack. Unnecessarily they have deducted my balance. I was tried to talk to customer care, but they have rejected the cal, For that they have deducted 50p without talking to customer care. I have tried again the cal is NOT going through...please help me in this regard to get back my balance.my docomo no is [protected]. which is in bangalore, karnataka.

I would like to get my rupees 50 refunded which was lost bythe activation of a value added service called pyaar ke panne. The activation was without my knowledge. Your customer service executive asked me to wait while he connects the call to another executive and the call was cut off. My number is [protected].

This service has been activated on my phone number [protected] which i did not activate, i was browsing through the internet when suddenly a pop up opened up (182.156.191.80 < this was the address) and i closed it immedietly, and a few seconds later it gave me a message that the service was activated and 43.33 Rs was deducted, kindly resolve this issue, i've called the customer care and they're cancelled the service instantly, but i want my refund right away.

I didn't opt for any of the VAS and suddenly a message came that Pyaar ke panne is activated @ Rs 50 for 30 days.
I called the customer care and got an unsatisfactory feedback. I have unsubscribed for the VAS and i want my money to be refunded back into my account.
