Long back I have taken tata broad band connection, but still i haven't received any details like account number, Bills.., i have dropped the mail with attached proofs but still there are not providing my broad band details
I don't know how to pay my dues.

Dear Sir

On 25th March i got my balance deducted of rs 150 approx without any reason and without using any of your services.

Please refund that amount asap otherwise i will file complaint against your prestigious company to the concerned authorities.
