Hi I am a TATA Docomo user from Mumbai ... My friend dont switch off your connection and also customer service cannot help you. There is a Undersea cable cut near Mumbai location estimated time to fix the problem is 12th February 2015, however there may be a few days +/- depending on the weather conditions.
