Updated by ajayjohn Now the customer care repeatedly sends mails threatening to involve dispute settlement although they have not responded to any of my complaints and provided no satisfactory resolution. Read one of the complaint mails below.

Hi Irfan,
I will not be making any further payments as the outstanding amount was wrongly charged to my account post disconnection of my account. Also, my connection has not been working since 18th March.
I have already raised a complaint with the Appellate officer as well as your CEO grievance redressal service. Request you to check these details and get a complete understanding before sending out such mails.

Irfan,
That waiver is only partial. It is only from the date of complaint, 18th March to the date i asked for a disconnection, ie. 29th March. The connection was disconnected 7 days later and i have been charged Rs. 581 for the same.
Now you tell me, the complaint i gave on 18th March was never resolved at all.
You wrongly marked my complaint as resolved when i gave my disconnection request on 29th. It was never resolved and no engineer even bothered to come to my house..
Then why am i charged for usage after 29th March when my connection was not working and i have already given a disconnection request?
My billing cycle is on 17th of every month. So technically the only day internet was working was on 17th. Not a single day after that.
I cannot get any clearer than this. Look into the issue in depth and try to understand the problem here.
