Tata Docomo — Charged me wrongly on my bill. When asked for an itemized bill they did not send it and now they have barred my services. | |||
So DoCoMo charged me a bill wrongly in which they say I used 1GB of internet data. This is not possible because I have a Wi-Fi at home as well as a data pack of 600MB. I asked for an itemized bill and registered a complaint 3 times, the first of which was sent 1 month ago and still no response to any of the complaints. Today they barred my services for not paying the bill after telling me that they wont cut services until a resolution is provided and they say that they will not resume it until I pay the bill Was this information helpful? | |||

I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.
