[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Fake promise about docomo dongle and not even answering complaint

Hi There,

I have purchased TATA Photon dongle for internet services.Before i purchased i already did the verification regarding the network and speed, Your executive told me that i will get 3.1 Mbps speed.After i purchased i came to know that i m not getting even some Kbps speed.When i raise complain about this to your customer care they registered complain and told me that their Technical department will contact me and they contacted me and i explained they the all situation, but they told me that they are facing network issue from last 3 months, technical person frequently repeating that they are facing this issue from last 3 months.Is it true that any company can face this kind of issue from last 3 months?and they are working on it?without giving me the proper solution they send me message that my problem is resolved without doing nothing.is this your way to treat customer?i am really very disappointed from this behavior of yours.This is my request number:[protected].How you guys can do such stupid thing?Your guys gave me false promise to make me purchase the device.And again i called to your customer care and finally they told me that the area in which i am living it is highly utilized and the problem will be as it is.So if you guys knows this thing before then why don't you informed me before i purchased?Resolve this issue as soon as possible or i have to take legal action.


After raising the complain that guys even not answering, they are really very pathetic, they can't play like this with my money.i will take them to Court.
