I am not able to send messages and the person sending me messages is also not able to send messages.. I switched off and removed my sim and i again assembled but still I got the messages which the person sent.. The person is getting waiting for delivery report and same i am having... Please help me.. I would prefer if you message me the solution i don't prefer call please.. My no. Is [protected]

        i had been facing an issue for the Tata 3G docomo service from first the day of activation of connection.Many times given complaint to solve issue, every time Tele callers start giving complaing service has solved. nut never connection has given network to my registered address at Pimpri. I had been requesting to them dis connect the connection refund the amount of rs 1600 Rs taken for 3G dongle. but they replied. I had been gone through lot of inconvenience in my business work bcz of network of this #g Internet of tata docomo. they are giving threaten called for the recovery in the name od advocate & lawayers.

        since from the first day of Internet activation company has failed to give coverage at my register address at Pimpri. where all the other leading company is Internet coverage is working successfully.


        i had been trapped into this deal with tata docomo, in begging they told we will return back Rs 1600 for dongle purchase with u didnt get coverage in future.


        kindly help me for justice or i will go for legal court in last if i doent get Justice.

          Hi, My no is [protected]. Issue: Unable to connect using mobile internet. Everytime I connect it gives message " Could not activate Cellular data network" . I am using a brand new Iphone 5s. I am able to connect using another Docomo sim in the same phone. So clearly there is no issue with the phone nor the settings since the mobile internet works fine with a similar sim, Infact an exactly same Sim only no is different, both are from DOcomo prepaid and from same circle. Now coming to my ordeal i had contacted your voice support 5 times and all they have done is to give the APN setting, ie TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET and all the agents in the phone just wanted to end the call, maybe because no one was worried about the issue the customer was facing or maybe they itself dont know what to do, or may be they are not given proper training how to handle customers and how important RESOLUTION is ! After the failed attempts with the voice support, i contacted Chat support, here the gentleman gave me a new logic and asked to reset the APN and try after 30 minutes !!! because as per him it will take 30 mins to connect to 3g after resetting APN !!! i had no words but felt pity for the support and the BRAND . Later today i visited your brand shop at palarivattom and explained the issue. The lady there informed the APN is wrong and the correct APN is TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC...i guess she is not aware of the difference between android and Ios. She informed the issue is with the SIM and asked to get duplicate SIM, i agreed. She informed i will have to go to the brand shop at Deshabimani Jn to get the SIM since she is out of duplicate SIM's. The experience at the deshabimani brand shop was the worst i have received in my life.I guess it was one Mr.vinod, he informed that the issue is with the sim and it ahd happened because the nano sim was not cut properly. He then issued another duplicate SIm at the cost of Rs. 20?- and guess what - Same issue !!! I put the other docomo SIM infront of him and it worked just fine...Still the arrogant guy kept on repeating that it was an issue with the SIm not cut properly ...again with all patience i brought another duplicate Sim for Rs 20 and tried ...NO GO. At this stage they stopped listening to me and attending to me ...as if all they want is for me to walk away because they dint have a solution... by now i have had enough. I am not sure if writing this mail will make any difference but this will be the End of my relationship with DOCOMO. I am also planning to write to all Hr's in the IT park i am working to share my ordeal and the same does not Happen to any o[censored]s.

            Dear Madam/Sir, I have sent multiple email to Tata Docomo to disconnect my photon. I have not been using the device for a month now. I have sent enough notes to them to disconnect. However, they have again invoiced me this month. I had another connection and that company obliged to get it disconnected immediately. They have indeed disconnected too. This problem is only with Tata Docomo which seems to act deaf and give trouble. I am currently using a Tata Photon+ dongle and my monthly plan is 1057.             This is exactly the challenge with your site. Why does not I get a response back from the website when I raise a complaint through the website? I have raised a cancellation notice again today to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. These are the means to nothing but cheat the customers. I am raising a complaint right now to close the connection with immediate effect.

            I'm fed up with this Tata Docomo team. I had raised this complaint on Sep 4. Today is 18th. I have cleared all the outstanding balances, till 14th of September, 2014. Yes, till 14th of September, 2014. Now the Tata Photon Docomo team is saying that the connection is going to be closed on Sep 25, 2014 and I have to clear all the balances, retro-active to that. Isn't this really a case of harassment? This is all happening, keeping in lieu of the fact that I had raised this complaint on Sep 4, 2014 and I have not been availing their services for more than a month. Need your intervention in solving this.

            I keep hearing from you that the connection has been closed. I also keep receiving bills from your billing department without fail on a regular basis. This is exasperating, This is happening despite my repeated reminders. Is there a way to stop me from this repeated harassment? I'm actually fed up. This is a never ending story. Getting a tata photon connection has been such a big mistake. I'm now willing to go to the court if that is that is the only option that is remaining. This is a huge mental stress because of the Tata comapany's cheating policies.
            I keep hearing from you that the connection has been closed. I also keep receiving bills from your billing department without fail on a regular basis. This is exasperating, This is happening despite my repeated reminders. If you guys are saying that the account has been closed, why is the bill being sent again and again?

                Since when I have brought the new sim of docomo, daily about 3 to 4 rs is being deducting for falls message sending and calling.When i talked to customer care he said that that the deduction was leagal, but actually it was'nt.He didn't help me and cut the phone call without giving any solution.I sent a message to 121 for my last 5 transaction, then the no which was shown in that sms, i make a call in that no but that no does not exist then why my balance was deducted.Plese give me solution

                Sir, perhaps some hour ago I have missed your call.Please call me between 7 pm to 10 pm.
                Sir, Are you going to resolve my problem or not? I have not received any response yet. If you are not going to take any action, then clear it to me. Still daily 4 to 5 rupees is being deducing from my main account for false calling. When I get that number by SMS to121, then I found that the no which is being provided to me, does not exist, then why balance is deducted. If you are not going to solve my problem, then the last option to me is to threw off this SIM in garbage. There are a lot of SIM are available in the market of other companies which provides better facility than you.

                    I have got the message that pyaar ke panne is activated, and balance deducted Rs.45., Actually i didn't requested fot that pack. Unnecessarily they have deducted my balance. I was tried to talk to customer care, but they have rejected the cal, For that they have deducted 50p without talking to customer care. I have tried again the cal is going through...please help me in this regard to get balance back...

                    I would like to get my rupees 50 refunded which was lost bythe activation of a value added service called pyaar ke panne. The activation was without my knowledge. Your customer service executive asked me to wait while he connects the call to another executive and the call was cut off. My number is [protected].
                    This service has been activated on my phone number [protected] which i did not activate, i was browsing through the internet when suddenly a pop up opened up (182.156.191.80 < this was the address) and i closed it immedietly, and a few seconds later it gave me a message that the service was activated and 43.33 Rs was deducted, kindly resolve this issue, i've called the customer care and they're cancelled the service instantly, but i want my refund right away.
                    I didn't opt for any of the VAS and suddenly a message came that Pyaar ke panne is activated @ Rs 50 for 30 days.
                    I called the customer care and got an unsatisfactory feedback. I have unsubscribed for the VAS and i want my money to be refunded back into my account.

                      In the last few days DOCOMO is sending some status sms from 57775 number and everytime they sent such smses they deduct 2-3 rupees from my balance ..where i have not activated any service ...so please deactivate this !! my phone no on which this is happening is [protected] and i am from KATWA, West Bengal Circle..Thank You !!

                        So when is this going to be fixed. It's already more than 10 days I am without network. No one is even coming to see what has happened?

                        As per your call it is going to get fixed on 5th September 2014. It takes more than 15 days for a broadband issue to get resolved? Can you clarify what is the exact issue, why would it take so much time?

                            I have ported my no. [protected] from Aircel to Tata Docomo. I had a SMS from Tata Docomo, recharge with Rs. 10/- and more, and get Full talktime with Lifetime validity. I had recharge my no. with Rs. 30/- two times but i did not got a benefit of offer. Tata Docomo also deduct my balance of Rs. 15/- without reason. I tried to complaint at customer care but its so lengthy and irritating process hence i was so frustrated. Also the service of Tata Docomo is so poor and irritating. They did not care about customer. If they dont want to give the benefit of offers then why they send offers.

                              Dear All, Please don't buy tata docomo datacard. Connection speed is very slow so is there customer service. I raised several complaints but they will close all without informing My recent complaint number is[protected] I got a cal from docomo care ( +[protected] and a guy named Dinesh spoke. He said he is going to close this ticket since they are not aware of the timelines for improving network. I specifically mentioned not to close it since the issue is not resolved. But dunno why the hell he closed it. If they can't provide a solution dunno y they take complaints from customers. Tired of calling there customer care number too.                                 My had PORT my no. [protected] from Aircel to Tata Docomo. When i joined Tata Docomo i did not get any offer told by them but still i ignore it. Tata Docomo send me a sms, recharged with Rs. 10/- and more and get full talktime. I recharged my no. 2 times with Rs. 30/- but i did not got full talktime at all. I tried to complaint at Tata Docomo Customer Care but their Customer Care is so irritating and thats why i left to call further ahead. If you dont want to give a plan to customer then why you comment/SMS offers. Also Tata Docomo calling and Internet service is so Worst that, it is better to don, t use it. I am very irritating with this network...

                                      Sir/mam, I have purchased a photon max WiFi which got delivered yesterday. For activation I must initiate verification process by calling at the costumer care number but on doing so my mdn number of 10 digits is being asked for which I was informed (unofficially) I would receive from the service providers after delivery but I've not received any such number yet and i'm unable to activate the data card due to which I'm facing huge losses. Lack of information and poor services have disappointed me immensely.

                                        Again, TATA repeatedly detected my mail balance One of my free recharged / gifted 100MB free Internet usage for me & informed to check for the current speed & let him know & others Yesterday when I can using the free 100MB Internet, I got the message” LOW balance”. Checked the balance its read 0.06Rs & 2MB free data is remaining. When I called TATA customer care informed due to multiple Internet usage, they have detected Main balance Rs. 241/- Informed the supervisor Balram, that still 2MB is remaining in my free Internet usage.
