[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Internet not working since 21st August 2014 inspite of giving multiple complaints | |||
My Tata broadband Internet connection is not working since 21st August following a Bangalore outage. Other people's connections are working, mine is still not fixed inspite of giving multiple complaints. The customer care says every time someone will visit your place today but its more than 10 days now. They don't even come to see what is the issue. Please help me gettig this resolved at the earliest. So when is this going to be fixed. It's already more than 10 days I am without network. No one is even coming to see what has happened?
As per your call it is going to get fixed on 5th September 2014. It takes more than 15 days for a broadband issue to get resolved? Can you clarify what is the exact issue, why would it take so much time?
