[Resolved] Tata Docomo — lok adalat notice for zero usage bill payment | |||
I have received lok adalar notice for zero usage bill paymeny from tata docomo for the cancelled my existing docomo data card.[protected]. I went to tata docomo showroom in kk nagar and cancelled this service by signing the form. Still these people asking me to pay the bil for zero usage. I' m currently using tata docomo max wifi because of these worst service i'm planning to cancel all the services with docomo. . Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as number was not reachable. In this regards, we would like to inform that your complaint with the service request number[protected] is updated stating that we have provide the billing adjustment of Rs. 1267 as there is no usage and request you to clear the amount of Rs. 2264 as there is usage in the bill. Please note that we have also registered a request for the billing adjustment for the upcoming bill if there is no usage in the bill same would be adjusted within 7 days form the bill generation data.
