    First Fraud: I had bought tata docomo wifi max in february 2014. At that time I was being told by Tata docomo service center in Mohali (phase 3B 2) that there is pre paid plan comes in for Wifi max device. I took the device in post paid plan due to that. But at same day I found out on Tata docomo's website that they give prepaid plans for Wifi max. I called them many times to convert my plan. Some guys maintained that there is no pre paid plan whereas others said there is prepaid plans but I can not get them before 3-4 months. I didnt pursue that further and kept on using it in post paid manner till following occurs: Second Fraud: In the month of may I was throw with a bill of 1400 with excessive data usage than 2 gb limit of my plan. I paid the bill on time and started keeping tab on my data usage. In the month of June I used the device for only 600 mb and again I was thrown with a bill of 1400 for month of june. I asked tata docomo to stop my connection right away and to revert the ecessive expenses. They didnt stopped my connected made a pile of 2100 bill. I am having complaint number when I asked Tata docomo to stop the services. Now they are making calls from their recovery department to recover the money. I am ready to pay whatever was my bill amount for month of june. If you are using Tata's data plan then you should check your usage and check with their bill for sure. Regards Vikas

    irst Fraud: I had bought tata docomo wifi max in february 2014.       dear sir, last four month my mobile billing giving wrongly that time similarly giving discount Rs 200 last month your excutive one persan called and changing my tariff plan he is tolled this plan 899 plan local and std calls unlimited and 1GB 3G data free and 2G unlimited like that tolled after that this month bill 1st time sending one maill coming 7th Oct (We have observed that the usage of Rs 3249/- on your GSMMobile A/C no.[protected] is nearing its Credit Limit.The Limit assigned at present is Rs 3600/-. We would request you to make the payment of Rs 3249/- to continue enjoying our services.) Like that coming after that i have send one mail send proper bill i will buy like that send after that one care called he tolled you using 3 member group plan and you using more std calls then only coming this much bille coming like tolled not giving clear solution after that coming this mail (we would like to inform you that your outstanding is Rs. 2254 /- and due date for the same is 24-OCT-14.) that time i have tolled sorry sir i am using single sim not group after one mail coming bill statement that statement checked Rs 14000 bill how coming this much bill rise the Question you using outstanding like tolled that time i am inform i am using 500mb only used after that one mail coming your using (your data usage of 1378MB and as per your bill plan.)before tariff plan changing time not giving proper detailing simple called and changed how to accept this issue post paid plan previous my friend no using that time maximum rs 600 only used your excutive lakshmi giving this assured and giving 350plan 1st three month not coming this problem after that every month coming 300, 500, 700, more bill coming same time complied but not giving proper solution really this issue mentally affected then only i am paid Rs 1750 please give me proper solution Regards subhakaran [protected]

        DATED: 19.10.2014 SUB: BALANCE DEDUCTION BY TATA DOCOMO GSM (MOBILE NUMBER [protected]) Respected Sir, I want to inform you that I am customer of TATA DOCOMO GSM of mobile number [protected], approx. 60 RUPEES deducted from my mobile on within last 5 days . I was checked my balance on 18 OCT then approx. 60 rupees is deducted. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you USE INTERNET service and this will not refund you then I told him that INTERNET PACK already activate on my number then they told me wait I will check then he told YES YOU HAVE INTERNET PACK, but now balance not refund to you . Actually this balance is wrongly deducted from my mobile balance and then making different lie excuses. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND”. Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this problem (told him to refund my balance) and take action against him. I am highly THANKFUL to you. THANKS.           I won a prize on Tata Docomo Facebook page on 10 june 2014 .I have given them scanned copies of all documents but then too 4 months have passed but they dont even reply to my messages now.I filled a report previously but they havent done anything yet.

            First of all there was intermittent broadband connection. Upon lodging a complaint with the customer care, the fixed it in for 3 weeks. Worked for 3 days, after that they had suspended my account as I had asked them to do it if they are not able to fix the issue while lodging the complaint. It has been a week since I asked them to revoke the temporary suspension and provide me the net connection.I had sent plenty of mails and numerous calls to the customer care but in vain.             Just received an email from the customer care,
            """"We would like to inform you that we have verified our records and we found that your connection has been barred . Kindly visit nearest outlet for restore your account."""""

            I'm surprised, Firstly there was intermittent broadband connection for 3 weeks, followed by temporary account suspension (TSP) for another one week, and currently the connection has been barred. Now after a month you are asking me to go to the nearest outlet to restore my account? Do I really care?

            I don't understand as to why do I need to visit the outlet to get the connection restored ! Your customer care executive asked me to send the confirmation e-mail to restore the account (revoke the TSP) to [protected]@tatatel.co.in. As instructed I had sent the mail on 09 October 2014 21:29 to restore the connection. I have been calling your customer care, trying to reachout your nodal officers, technical engineers for more than a week and chasing you guys on email threads for these many days to get this fixed and now you ask me to visit the outlet to get the connection restored. Am sorry, I don't have the time and luxury to visit your outlet and to be frank I HAVE NO INTEREST AND I DON'T WANT TO VISIT your outlet.

            Either you apologize, acknowledge my mail and try to restore the connection back with proper deductions in my bill for the days the connection was not available or you may go ahead and disconnect the service for which I really don't care now after all this. Don't expect the customer(me) to run from pillars to post when the fault is at your end.
            Sorry to say, I'm fed up with your service.

            I got only 2 calls asking for feedback and new connection, Apart from that I didn't get any calls from your customer care.
            Also I am available on my mobile +91 [protected], you may reach any time if you want to.

            I would insist you to give me a ring on my primary mobile number(+91 [protected]).

            I am yet to get the broadband connection and an answer from Tata Docomo. Care to let me know the detailed status and progress of my complaint?
            I registered a complaint on 2nd dec 2014, to Tata docomo customer care regarding my broadband connection, they told me that they will resolve it with in 4th dec 2014, when I made a call to customer care on 4th dec, they have closed my complaint without solving my problem.. Again on 4th dec I registered a new complaint and yet again they have closed my complaint without solving my problem, they have not made a single feedback call to enquire whether my problem have been solved or not .

            I want to highlight it that I have never experienced such a irregular service experience, from 2nd dec to till date I have no broadband connection, I have always made the payment before the due dates and for the current month also I have paid my last bill on 2nd dec 2014, that is before the due date (4th dec2014)

            I have called the executive which have provided me the connection, he also told that he will solve the problem by sending engineer but no action till date .

                  Random activation of a plan from your side and consequent deduction of a sum of rupees 50 from main balance. The complaint to customer care also did not result in redressal of the problem and if action on the same not taken quickly, i will file a case against tata docomo in consumer court and to TRAI as well. The problem if not ratified within next 24 hours, your org. will receive a summon from TIS HAZARI COURT, NEW DELHI in next 7 days. Date of complaint bein 17 Oct, 2014.

                    TATA SELLS WI FI WITHOUT ASCERTAINING IF HYDERABAD HAS WI FI TECHNIQUE IN ALL GOOD FAITH I BOUGHT THIS DATA CARD WITH WI FI. THE DEALER VERIFYING MY DOCUMENTS DID NOT TELL ME THAT WI FI HAS NO CONNECTIVITY YET IN HYDERABAD I PAID 2580/-RS. JUST SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON WHO TOLD ME I CANNOT SELL IT. ONLY TRANSFER IT TO A BLOOD RELATIVE. ALL MY FAMILY IS DEAD. I AM LEFT HOLDING SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK AND WHICH CANNOT BE SOLD TATA'S POLICY IS DESIGNED SO THAT ONCE THEIR PRODUCT IS SOLD, WHETHER IT WORKS OR NOT IT THEIR "POLICY" TATA GETS MONEY! TATA'S RESPONSE HERE IS ALWAYS THE SAME. "WE WILL SOON RESOLVE THE ISSUE" THE LIARS/ SCAMMERS/ROBBING CUSTOMERS OF THEIR MONEY I DEMAND A PERTINENT RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT

                        I use a Tata Docomo postpaid connection. I make frequent calls to the toll free number 000117 for which I am charged. I had called the same number using other service providers like Airtel, Vodafone and Idea but they don't charge. When contacted the customer care, they say that it is not toll free. When I said them that other service providers don't charge they said to contact concerned department and transferred the call. But they maintained that it is not toll free number. I've been paying around 200 INR every month for the past 2 year for calling this toll free number. Can someone help me with this. Thanks

                        This quite unfair from docomo that it charges for 000117, as the other providers dont charge for this number. Even I do need to connect 000117 very day 2-3 hours.

                            Hi Sir/Madam, I have applied for prepaid to post paid connection. For that Tatadocomo guy came on my room 2 and OCT 14 and given kit (sim, and brochures ) and gave 50Rs for that registration fee. Then again he asked for 20 Rs extra without any reason. I asked the reason but he told, no reason, if you want then you can. I denied him. He took my documents for activation of sim card and said his manager will call me. But he did not call, even he was not responding to my calls. After a day he received call and "he said, I do not know anything, call my manager". He gave his manger number but he also not answering the call(I guess it's incorrect because it's goes busy every time and if he picks he did not answer and switched off also some time in day. ). I have posted this issue on twitter and they are doing just formalities no action taken even I have given his Manger Number as well as his number(who came to my room, ) also. Then that day, I had got from call from Tata docomo office which was separate (it's seems means not by Mr. Jagdheesh) they have set my number for post paid connection. But they need documents to be submitted ? But my documents with Mr. Jagsheesh. I want to get my number activated or return my docs with registration fee. Please suggest me .                               My tata photon number is [protected]. i had recharged for rs 800 for unlimited download (high speed till 5gb then at lower speed) but after consuming 5gb it said your download limit is over and it stopped connecting. i have called the customer care 3 times since yesterday and no action has been taken, just they have lodged a complaint. my plan gets over on 19th oct. this is harassment for the consumer. kindly clear the problem ASAP. my alternate number is [protected], nishant

                                  Dear Sir, I am a tata docomo 3G(number-[protected]) customer. I am using this service from last 2 years. From Oct 1, 2014 I am facing very poor connectivity issue.I raised a complaint with complaint number[protected] on Oct1, 2014.Till now issue is not resolved. Today I got below reply from your department "We would like to inform you that we do not have 3G service in the area you have referred to and hence it is likely that you may face low connectivity at times in the mentioned area." I also confirmed this from your customer care. As there is no 3G service in my area so I asked your customer care executive to kindly disconnect this connection and raise a ticket to do bill adjustment as no 3G service present on my area. He told me that he can give Rs.500/- waiver if i continue this connection otherwise we can not waive your bill. I was completely shocked by his reply I asked him "how can i continue if there is no 3G service?". Then he told be sir then we can not waive any bill. You have to pay complete Oct bill If you disconnect. Let me ask you same question once again "Please let me know how can a person can continue with some service with out any service availability and pay to tata docomo" I think this a very simple question even a 1st class school student can answer. Sir kindly look into this matter on serious note otherwise i have to got consumer court. It is not just some money issue but it is a complete felony kind behaviour from esteemed and prestigious group of India.                                     I request and advice to everybody not purchase any Tata Photon subscription Hi, I belong to Delhi in Bhai Parmanand Colony, Delhi -110009. I purchased annual pack to Tata Photon plus which promised a speed of 3.1 mpbs but I never get this speed infact I'm getting speed of 125 kbps. When I register complaint to Tata photon customer care they neglect my case and didn't given any resolution for 3-4 months. After hard follow up they send an engineer to my home after 4 months and he examine that its a network issue and can't be resolved. I got a call from Tata Phonon network deptt that I can't get more speed and their network is fully occupied, to which I reverted to refund my money as I'm highly dis-satisfied and frustrated with their attitude. Now Tata photon is not giving any revert to my queries and they close the case without informing me and whenever I contact their call center my concern is not address.

                                        This is to bring in to your notice that after watching continuous advertisement of tata docomo for their new product tata photon max wifi by which I canconnect 5 device wirelessly and with a all india hassle free roaming and warranty I bought one Photon Max Wifi Device [protected]. I bought it from Lucknow in the month of July and started using it in Lucknow and then got shifted to Chandigarh it worked fine for a month but stopped working after the initial first few days on 2nd of August. I raised a complaint over telephonic customer care on 3 August for which they did not provided any proper resolution and said the network is not working. After a few days when it was still not working I raised complaint again and again but recieved the same answer to which I replied that network is working for other devices but not working for my own to which they were unable to give any proper response. I visited there store physically but again was not provided with replacement or resolution from there. Its been more than 60 days the device is not working and I have visited the service center in Lucknow as well where the device has been declared dead more than a month ago but since they were not having replacement device the store engineer told me to take it from Chandigarh as I had to leave for chandigarh he assured that we have a nationwide warranty and device could be replaced from any where. In chandigarh also I visited the service center more than 15 times both in sector 9 Chandigarh and sector 20 Panchkula but every time they told me device is not available. I again went to Lucknow service center again they told me that the device is not available. I have been following the the customer care of tata docomo through mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com since 19 September and raised a complaint twice but every time it was closed and no body is ready to provide any resolution. Its been 70 days my device is not working and more than 2 months the same problem told to tata docomo but no body is bothere to provide any resolution or replacement even when I am having in written documents that the device is dead through a authorised service center. I have called the customer care so many times Visited the service center in both Lucknow, Chandigarh and Panchkula more than 15 times and; Is following tata docomo through mail as well from 19 September. I just feel harrassed and cheated by Tata Docomo that they are not paying any attention to my problem and complaint from so many days not replacing the device even after the documentation from their authorized personnel. Due to this I have sufferred an opportunity lost as I lost a job oppotunity for better job as I was unable to access the mail and reply on time. I am very much frustrated by the way customer is cheated and my under warranty product is not replaced. With deep grief I am writing this letter and bringing the issue to consumer redressal department and seeking compensation in lieu of the payments made to tata docomo as well as the harrassment they have done to me.
