Dear sir,
I have a connection of tata walky[protected] for our company and further CUG plan in process.
From date of its connection we did not received any bill from tata walky(the screen of landline also damaged at the time of the purchase and not able to ready any massage from beginning) and no tata docomo billing counter store in my city(sanaswadi, one is on located at talegaon-dhamdhere store but he was refused to take bills payment). as a prudent customer I paid a bill of Rs 491/- at baramati (which is my home town) tata docomo counter of Mr. Haveliwala, after few days the outgoing and incoming of phone suddenly stop, I tried to take bill from customer care but unable to call on customer care from that walky phone.
today when i visit tata docomo counter of Mr. Haveliwala i found that phone is out of service and no revoke can be possible.
I want to revoke my walky connection again, and here is no fault from my side(as i am not receiving bills from docomo and also no counter for bills payment in my city) so I appeal you to revoke my tata walky connection.
