I have taken post paid connection with tata docomo and the sales representative confirmed that it is rental free connection and i just need to pay only usage amount in the respective billing cycle, but they added rental amount in the first billing cycle so i refused to pay the due amount and asked them to deactivate my mobile number. Somebody spoke to me today morning and he said that he is representative from government of India passport office as am violating company policy and not paying the amount around 550. So can you please suggest me what should i do to get out from this issue. Thanks Shanmugam Annamalai

    Dear Sir i am using Tata Photon last 5 year, but Jan 14 i have already disconnected this device due to network issue . and i have already pay all the bill, but still it showing 875 due amount |Feb 14 and March 14 still pending for payment . i have called customer care regarding this many time but there is no solution . But this month i have received legel letter regarding this. i am very disappointed to see this type if mental harassment . And today 23 sep i have paid all the extra due amount . Please take a serius action on this

          I own a prepaid card with number [protected].My balance has been deducted twice Rs 25/- .Now continously its been deducted WITHOUT any usage of gprs or internet.So pleaseeeeeeeeeee deactivate any gprs and all such services if its activated on my number.and please REFUND my balance which has been deducted without any usage.

            I had recharged my account with Rs 199 on 20/09/2014. It was clearly mentioned on docomo website that if i recharged my account with Rs 199 then Rs 210 should be credited to my account(Region Maharastra and goa) but instead of Rs210 recharge, 1GB Internet data credited to my account.I already had 1GB 3G data activated in my account and still 15-16 days left for the data to be consumed. But it was upgraded with the new dates. When, i complained to TATA Docomo customer care their senior executive told me that this might be because their is any updation going on their backend and the Balance would be transferred to your account in next 24 hrs(means by 15:[protected], but that was fake. I again called to the customer care then again they told me that amount would be transferred within next 4 Hrs, But again i feel cheated.Today is 22/09/2014 but still the amount is not transferred to my account. Please let me know if their is any trusted customer care executive or not. I want my when i am going to get back my balace amount and the same 3G data usage days left in my account.

              Dear sir, I have a connection of tata walky[protected] for our company and further CUG plan in process. From date of its connection we did not received any bill from tata walky(the screen of landline also damaged at the time of the purchase and not able to ready any massage from beginning) and no tata docomo billing counter store in my city(sanaswadi, one is on located at talegaon-dhamdhere store but he was refused to take bills payment). as a prudent customer I paid a bill of Rs 491/- at baramati (which is my home town) tata docomo counter of Mr. Haveliwala, after few days the outgoing and incoming of phone suddenly stop, I tried to take bill from customer care but unable to call on customer care from that walky phone. today when i visit tata docomo counter of Mr. Haveliwala i found that phone is out of service and no revoke can be possible.                 I am using Tata Docomo sim in my mobile, that mob no. [protected]. It is prepaid mobile number. The call rate was charged 30 paise per minute (1p/2s) when I purchased. After three months, I had seen the call rate was more than 30 paisa per minute. I called customer care number and then I came to know it was raised up to 45 paisa per minute. Meanwhile I did not get any intimation from you. Then I put boost card for local call, it is 30 paisa per minute. But my STD call rate is same 45 paisa per minute. Recently I noticed you guys are deducting lot of my money without any information. I noticed My last STD call (on Friday, 19/09/2014) was deducted Rs.1.50/- per minute. That call duration is 1247 seconds and amount deducted is Rs. 31.17. I was FRUSTRATED. It is purely CHEATING. I do not know why they deducted this much huge amount instead of deducting 45 paisa per minute? How many calls they deducted like that? How much amount was deducted unwanted? I do not know any reasons still. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I called customer care and also I went to TATA DOCOMO office on 19/09/2014 at Koramangala, Bangalore and I raised this issue. But NO ONE has given proper response. Simply they are neglecting my complaint. I was asked to call again and again the same 121. But I want the truth and Justice. I have the proofs of call history for past 10 days and last 10 recharge details. I hope you will take necessary action against this issue.                   Dear sir/madam, I humbly requesting you please consider how telecom company TATA DOCOMO robing customer's. The matter in detail is that i was using normal talk time postpaid plan Rs 250/- without internet but one day tata docome offer me a 1GB 3G+ unlimited 2G internet plan if i extend my initial postpaid plan by Rs100/- means total plan Rs 350/- and also they promise me that there is no any hidden term and condition so i accept it but after tow month in Aug-14 i get shocked my total bill reach on huge Rs 769/- beyond my expectation. When i ask to company they answer me that i have consume 1300 MB 3G, but my question is that how it possible if limit for 3G is only 1 GB and in case if i cross it 2G unlimited should be automatically started according to internet plan and commitment of customer service executive and even if there is any term and condition then why company keep it hide. I want justice my lord because me not one only there is a big crowed of victims. kindly set a example because its too much cost for a middle class. Hope to hear from you soon! Regards Pradeep chaure

                    I am using Tata Docomo Post paid Service (Number : [protected]) since one year. Since last 4-6 months without my request they are activating VAS services and adding in my monthly bills. Now whenever i request or write to appellate authority they don't reply.I do receive few sms for the bills feedback, whenever i submit the feedback it gets denied In the recent bill they have activated three VAS subscriptions and added in the bill. I have not request for any of such subscription.

                          I had lodged a complaint on the consumer forum on yesterday and the Docomo people had refunded my balance. But its ridiculous to see that they continue to snatch money again in the name of a the same pack called ENDLESS MUSIC even after crediting it back. Rs 75 has been again deducted now from my account without consent. I am fed up this service and shall have to take the matter seriously. They are taking customers for a ride.

                            10 days back I recharged my number with 249 INR for 3g recharge. the amount was deducted from my mobile main balance. as soon as i got the msg for recharge comfirmation my 3g speed reduced to 60 to 100 kbps. i hv registered a complaint via customer care for this issue many times till date no issue resolved. worst part is i got complaint number when i registerd, within 3 days i got one more msg that issues resolved complaint closed. but problem is still there... TATA DOCOMO worst customer care service... tata will loose their customers soon... my number [protected] recharge amt. 249 3G recharge state - chhattisgarh

                              My number is [protected]. I had recharged my number for 300INR and got a talktime of 200INR. For three consecutive times since a week, my account balance is being deducted without consent for a pack called ENDLESS MUSIC for which i have not received any notification. They have relentlessly cut 80RS, 75RS last week (15/9/2014, 17/9/2014) and 55RS (19/9/2014) again yesterday night. When i called up the customer care, they had the audacity to answer me in an arrogant tone. I want my money back. Kindly help.

                              I got my account credited back today evening (20/9) but its a ridiculous thing that they continue to cut my balance time and again even after being complained through consumer forum. Rs 75 has again been deducted from my balance today (20/9/2014) evening without my consent. I am very sick of this service and stringent action has to be taken against them.

                                Dear sir I have many complain to docomo but my latest complain that is i recharged my no [protected] with 37 rs tariff for cheap local call rate on 1st sept 2014 as per pack - i will charged 1.4 paise for 2 second for any no . but i notice from 19 sept deduction on call is 1pasie/second . i called customer care but i asked them to complain but those fraud of Docomo not agreed to at all complain . i asked to transfer call to senior but always they are busy call later they said very rudely, neither they complain or transfer call if i began to force then a single solution disconne ct the call and stop my customer care . So finally i complain here if not solve i changed provider with MNP.

                                    I had recently brought a docomo sim card and got 100 mb in fb and 100 mb in whatsapp but when i used them only for chatting purpose then also they deducted the above amount for no reason.When i call their customer care they told that data has been used everytime and didn't refund me any rupees and i was told to sms DATA to 121 and i did the same and there also it was written that "no data usage till date". So i request them to refund me and their customer service is also very bad like hell and it is a fraud company.My Mobile No is [protected].

                                    No you are wrong i had open it from the facebook app downloaded from google playstore, so how can i open another link?
                                    And your customer care representatives are are also not satisfing the customers. The 121 reply service is yours only?
                                    Then why does it says "no data usage till date"?If data was used then it would have said here, so you are totally wrong.So please kindly refund my money, i still have 76 mb left in fb and 96 mb left in whatapp.

                                      Docomo photon number : [protected] I have raised a request (Request Number:[protected] to CLOSE my Tata Docomo USB Dongle connection through call center in the month of jab-2014 and paid all my duesby that time and I was not using the USB Dongle from feb-2014. .After few days I got a call from tata-docomo customer care that they will keep my connection onSAFE-CUSTODY. Even though I was not interested to keep the connection insafe-custody but upon force of the customer care representative, I agreed forthat and the customer-care representative said that I will not be getting any bill from next month. But after six months (sept-2014) I got the bill and I again raised a complaint to CLOSE the connection, . After that whenever I got a call from the customer care, I told them the same thing and they never listened to me.Now I am getting calls that a legal notice will be sent if I don't pay the bill.Please help me with this, as I have not used the services from feb-2014.                                         I am using [protected] tata docomo no, and i am charged for this keeda pack, without my concent.My internal balance and special balance is deducted for this waste keeda pack.This pack was activated on 11sept14, and i called customer care today18sep14, when i checked my phone today and there is no balance in it. customer care said they would not refund my balance... i want my balance back...
