Now they cut my all balance and their reason is internet browsing. But they do not touch my data balance left for internet browsing and cut my balance. After that they did not recieve my single call in a day and they say one person can call them twice a day. What kind of this company is this. They did not resolve my previous problem. Is this is due to my complaint about them.

I would like to inform you that, for the slow speed internet connectivity you need to delete cookies, cache memory, temporary files and browsing history from your mobile handset to get the better speed of the browsing.
Further, kindly reset your handset internet settings and try with the new manual internet settings which I have attached along with this mail for your kind perusal. Hence, you need to save the settings and switch OFF & switch ON once then try to browse.
You also have an option for setting the GPRS settings from your handset. You just have to type INTERNET and send to 52270. If you still face any problem kindly revert us.
Further, your feedback regarding customer care service would definitely be given to all concerned departments to ensure increased proactiveness and will help us to provide better services.

This is the footage which was taken on Dec12, 2014 which is the proof of your resolution against my complain.
No response from tata docomo care takers till Dec 17, 2014. This is the company who sells everythings and forgets.
always showing roaming in my own hometown in my Sony Experia L. Due to this my internet speed becomes 2g. This problem continue from past 4 months. In april or may I complaint about the same problem but that docomo did't solve my problem. They did't call me. two days ago I apply for MNP then they call me and asking the reason. But they continuely saying that their no such problem. When I told them to provide the proof they cut the call.
Second reason for MNP is the difficulty in ISD calling. Everytime computer voice said you have not submiited documents. In this case I have already submiited documents abou 3 weeks ago till now i can't call. When I contact customer care they only say their is no such problem in my number.
