I have been using the tata docomo number : [protected] for almost 2 years. For the past couple of months i have been doing 3G recharge for 153 which gives 1.5 GB 3G data with validity of 30 days. starting last week the summary after calls started showing a message which says the unused data will get added to the next recharge if done before expiry of the existing pack. As i had around 700 MB of free data and just one day validity left i opted for a stretch pack of Rs 156 which gives 500 MB 3G data and 60 days validity . Ideally my data balance should be around 1.2 GB but to my surprise when i checked the 700 MB unused data didnt get added up. called up the customer care and they informed that it should have been the case and it will get resolved within 4 hours ; 72 hours passed by and still no resolution. I am not able to reach out to customer care executives; everytime it says the agent is busy serving other customers; whereas at the same time when i try from some other docomo number the call is getting thru .

    I am using a number from last 7 years and this company blocked my number without calling me giving me excuse of document verification .       Respected Team. I own a Tata docomo prepaid card, [protected] on 3 Dec 14 i had recharged for 299 3G pack and on same i also recharged 46 Pack for Local/National pack.. But again on next day 4 Dec 14, 49Rs was deducted from balance when I enquired abt the same, they told it was activated by me, (But I Didnt).. and again on 7 Dec 14 they deducted 50Rs from my account and this time they told it was also done by me, , , , , Sir i am using this card from last 3 years; and i better know what to recharge and how to recharge and when to recharge.. Tata DOCOMO is simply deducting my balances and blaming me for the same.. Sir, this is not the first time i am facing this issue from TATA DOCOMO; earlier also they used to cut my balance for one or other reason... Sir, Kindly look into the matter, as i am educated i can complain on this site, but wt others and our backward people, who think that it was their mistake...

        my self arpit patwa from Vadodara tata docomo customer i have called in customer care 198 regarding low speed issue 3G service details of call are as below.. Mobile number - [protected] date & time of call - 08th December, 2014 11:59:00 PM Call Duration (including ivr) - 04.23 minute agent of tata docomo is very casual on call when i was giving my number he has commented ' sir dodte dodte mat baat kijiye'(do not giving number by runing on call) after that i had explain him my problem so he had reply to me that due to congestion in our service you are facing problem so for this and his behavior on call i want to talk with supervisor so i had request him to transfer call he said ok i am transferring you and disconnected my call.i want ask you is this your service that your agent are disconnecting call i want answer from your side and request you to not give excuse that due to high volume of call and calls are in waiting in customer care agent has disconnected call it is not right way to handle customer.

        As per the discussion over the call on your number you mentioned that your concern regarding slow speed of the 3g internet.
        In this regards, we request you to delete cookies, cache memory, temporary files and browsing history from your mobile handset and to get the better speed of the internet.
        Hence, reset your handset and select the network operator manually as UMTS / WCDMA / DUAL mode by going to the network settings option. However, If you still face the same problem I request you to kindly revert us with the for further proceedings.
        You also have an option for setting the GPRS settings from your handset. You just have to type INTERNET and send to 52270.
        Further, we would like to inform you that you have mentioned that our customer care executive not responded on your call. We raised complaint regarding your concern with docket number: PSR[protected] .

          Dear Sir, I have given up on the tata docomo representatives, which is the reason I am lodging a complaint on this forum. There was a connection drive in my apartment and the account representative was giving trial connections to all the apartments. I was also given a connection, however since it didn’t work properly I disconnected the connection within a week. This happened some time in July (I guess) . The technical representative as well as the account representative came to my flat and took my signature on a paper confirming the disconnection. I am however surprised to see a bill of Rs 3, 039.00 today for a connection that doesn’t exist. I have been a customer of BSNL all this while. I am planning to file an FIR on these guys for harassing me a pay for services I have not used. Please help me if you can. Thanks and Regards, Sanjay

            I was holding tata walky #[protected]. i had disconnected the connection on 5/11/14.TATA INDICOM surprised me with a shocking bill of Rs 280/- upto 21/11/14 and forced me to pay till 21/11/14 (after due disconnection). i had asked them to pay back the security amount deposited while taking the connection. They had sent a e mail stating that no security deposit amount was available in their database. Where as, i hold a receipt for security deposit. It is very much surprising to note that such a reputed concern is cheating its customer in this manner. request to intervene and get back my security deposit amount regards senthil kumar [protected]

              Hi, I have a broad band connection of tata doco mo with land line phone. The land line phone is not working for months. No body is bothered to fix this even after registering complaints. But I am getting the bill of rs900 each month for this . They are charging customers for the services which is not provided by them. Tata Docomo is advertising many offers for broad band connection . I asked the customer care executive to change my existing connection to one of the offers which company has advertised. The reply was they won't give offers to existing connections. The offer is only for new customers who is taking the connection.What does that mean. Once we bought tata docomo broad band, they won't bother about anything ?. This is a clear case of cheating the customers. Nobody should buy their products . My Tata docomo account no is[protected].               Till date nobody from Docomo side bothered to resolve this complaint. If the phone is not in a working state, why they are sending bill to me each month ?. Seriously nobody should buy any of Docomo services

                    DETAILS OF PURCHASE OF 3G DONGLE Devaki Honap - TATA PHOTON NO. [protected] (3G-Wi- Fi Dongle) Date of purchase – 22.06.2014 (CAF No.[protected] Mode of Purchase- Home delivery made by the delivery person (dongle and the SIM card) after formal procedure of filling up of application form and submission of documents of address proof and photo identity. I have not received any bill/invoice of the dongle till date. Name of the delivery person and contact no. – Mr. Ram -[protected] Alternate no.[protected] Payment of Rs. 2700/- was made by bearer cheque No.000033 dated 22.06.2014 of Bank of India Karve Road Branch, Pune. The cheque was drawn on the name Kuldip Balasaheb Dhage which was in cashed by Mr. Ram from the bank on 25.06.2014. History of the complaint about connectivity: The connection had activated and the connectivity was very excellent for first two months. i. e. June and July 2014 for which timely payment of bill amounts were made. 1. Started facing many problems regarding connectivity from the month of August 2014 2. Had given first complaint on September 8, 2014 to the TATA DOCOMO customer care no. [protected] 3. Executive suggested to make necessary changes in the settings of dongle and was made but the connectivity could not receive. 4. Called Mr. Ram (delivery boy of the dongle) on above mentioned two numbers for the complaint. 5. He could not give me any assistance after several reminders and could not follow his promises. (Requested customer care executive to look for the authenticity of Mr. Ram but received a reply that we do not have any system for such) 6. Several calls were made to customer care but could not received proper assistance. The executives were neither able to give assistance nor able to connect to the senior executives. 7. First request of discontinuation was made in the month of September 2014. 8. Received a call from an executive from Gujarat regarding my complaint and he had finally gave an option of visit of technical team to my place. 9. Visit was made and the complaint was forwarded to network team due to network issue at the area I am living i.e. Warje, Pune. 10. No response after due follow ups 11. Received a call from customer care executive regarding discontinuation of connection and requested to retain the connection till the visit of network team and allowed a discount of current bill of Rs. 730/- for the month of September 2014. The request was accepted by me the connection was retained. 12. Received a call from the customer care executive on October 1, 2014 stating that it is the network issue of the company and planning to have tower in nearby area but not able to give any commitment of the period of time to have the connectivity hence final request for discontinuation was made on October 1, 2014 due to the same reason when the call received from customer care executive. 13. Discontinuation request was not updated in the system by the customer care executive on the same day. 14. Following messages were received for the payment of bill in which not a single minute I could use the facility i.e. internet. Message No Amount of bill Month The date on which message received on my mobile 1 Rs. 730/- September 2014 October 24, 2014 2 Rs. 806.79/- November 2014 November 8, 2014 3 Rs. 806.79/- November 2014 November 10, 2014 4 Rs. 806.79/- October 2014 November 23, 2014 5 Rs. 1621/- November 2014 November 28, 2014 6 Rs. 1621/- Not mentioned December 2, 2014 15. Called customer care regarding enquiry of the above messages on November 28, 2014. 16. It was informed by the executive that the discontinuation request was not received. 17. Finally the request for discontinuation was recorded by the executive on November 28, 2014 and Correspondence address was verified for the confirmation of the request. 18. Received “N” number of calls from customer care executives regarding payment of bills after November 28, 2014 (It was irritating calls irrespective of seeing the complaint details on the system) 19. It was informed by them that the discontinuation can not be made till the receipt of the payment. 20. Discontinuation has not made till today even after informing that the payment will not be made as the connectivity has not received for a single minute from the month of August 2014.

                        [protected] in this number previous month 50 rupees deducted i tried to call the customer care not got any response and also day before yesterday 4/12/2014 50rs deducted from this number i called the customer care they told that any of the value added service activated i don't know how can activated that services and also i requested deactivate the service and refund my cash that C.S.A is also told that with in 24 hours my cash get back as refund and also 6/12/2014 39rs deducted from this number and i cannot get any cash as refund also kindly solve the problem and give my cash back as possible as earlier otherwise i don't like forward with this stupid network

                            I am new user to Tata Docomo. I have ported from Vodafone and i was a customer for 12 years for Vodafone. I just ported today and i have lot of quaries and the 121 Customer Care number is always busy. If i mail [protected]@tatadocomo.com it says we will get back to you in 24 hours. For one ever question if they take 24 hours then how can we stay in this connection. Problem is stores are very less and if you walk into store there are only two people to server 10 customer and they dont be quick in serving. They keep looking into there mobile and after each customer they take own break which dont happen in other connection.

                                  Hi I have recently ported my 18 year old number to your network at the time loop shut down. I must say it has been really horrific dealing with the ignorant and dumb executives of your help center. I received sms to the effect that your executives can't confirm the address I have given them and hence my number will be disconnected. I live in a building where all visitors are logged and no one can enter the premises without confirmation through intercom. I personally leafed through all the security logs of the time span that your company claims to have sent in an executive to confirm the address. No one from Tata Docomo ever came. Call to your help center elicits only a response that they will register a complaint and get another visit scheduled and this time the concerned person will give me a call on the alternate number, which off course no one ever does. When pushed harder they tell me I must visit the gallery to sort out my problems. When I visit the gallery they raise their hands in hopelessness and suggest I call back the help line. No one can even tell me why the executives who claims to have visited my place thrice or maybe fourth time now has no record on the visitor log. They just dumb up and pass the buck. I find it extremely disappointing that a number that I have been subscribed to for eighteen years has been ported to your network and since I immediately cant port out I am stuck with horrendous quality of your after sales service. You have disconnected a number that I have been using since the mobile telephony began in India, even before your company began and have gained a life long critic of any services provided by Tata Docomo or any company of Tata group.                                         I've a dual SIM touch screen mobile and I'm using TATA Docomo on both the SIMs. I'm getting very annoying 'Dive-in Now' notification which are not even allowing me to send messages, making calls and intervening on all the apps. I've contacted the Docomo customer care by phone and chatting many times to de-activate the service but no use at all. Also the notifications are appearing in such a manner that there's a lot of probability of accepting it and I'll be charged Rs.45/-. It's really frustrating that TATA forcibly make us accepting the service. I've the chat screen shot and call recording with customer care and have video footage of the annoying pop-ups.                                         This is one of the worst network guys. Do not trust Tata Docomo.. They simply send those push messages and charge the customer. Please convert to some other network
                                        Recently I had converted to Postpaid and from that day I am not able to make any outgoing calls. Its been almost 3 months but still the issue is not yet resolved. I had made nearly 100 complaints but the talented TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT is not able to resolve the issue. But everymonth I used to get a bill of 500rs. Finally after 3 months I have converted to prepaid so that I can port to other networks but for that they have asked me to pay all the due bills for the last 3 months. Not only me heard the same issue from most of them in few forums. This is the new technique following by Tata docomo to get the money.

                                        So never trust this network guys.. Beware of it and change it to some other network.
