I own a Tata docomo prepaid card, [protected] on 3 Dec 14 i had recharged for 299 3G pack and on same i also recharged 46 Pack for Local/National pack..
But again on next day 4 Dec 14, 49Rs was deducted from balance when I enquired abt the same, they told it was activated by me, (But I Didnt).. and again on 7 Dec 14 they deducted 50Rs from my account and this time they told it was also done by me, , , , ,
Sir i am using this card from last 3 years; and i better know what to recharge and how to recharge and when to recharge.. Tata DOCOMO is simply deducting my balances and blaming me for the same..
Sir, this is not the first time i am facing this issue from TATA DOCOMO; earlier also they used to cut my balance for one or other reason...
Sir, Kindly look into the matter, as i am educated i can complain on this site,
but wt others and our backward people, who think that it was their mistake...

I still did not received any feedback nor my balance back to my account, i request you kindyly look into matter.
I even tried online chatting, calling customer care but did not get positive response.
