Dear sir, Yesterday my balance was 1090 MB and in the night it was 1009 MB. I recharged Tata photon on 20th Nov and balance 758 Mb included with 1 GB. Today I used my internet just for 1and a half hour for routine basis for which only not more than 150 Mb use and my internet stopped when I checked with customer care they said my 1000 Mb finished. In any case it is not possible and I want to see yourself my per day usage and return me back my balance Mb. Tata photon is a brand and people like me can not accept this type of cheating. Pls. Look into this matter seriously. If my balance Mb not returned than I will discontinue your services and surely complain to consumer form that how you people cheated your customer and harassing them unnecessarily. Waiting for your positive response.

Recd call from customer care and as per them 1Gb consumed in one and a half hour. Do you think it is correct? It was just a eye wash. I knew they cheated just for 1 Gb they are misleading cconsumer. Now I will discontinuing Tata Docomo. It is not a matter of ₹375/- but ethically they are lying and they are used to do unethical practices.

    I have received a message on my number from my tata docomo service provider that recharge with Rs.55 and get Rs.35 talktime and all local & STD calls @30p/min for 56 days. and when i recharge with Rs.55, my call rates reduced to 30p/min. But i didn't got Rs.35 as a talktime. And when i talk about it wih the customer care they told me that i will get my talktime after 2 hours. But i didn't get my talktime and when i tried to call the customer care they have blocked my call. I am attaching two screenshot of messages one is about the scheme and the second is about the recharge. please solve my problem... My mobile number is [protected] Thanks

      I was informed from Tata Docomo executives and Appellate that there is no Internet roaming charges applicable if I use the services in Tata Docomo network. However in the current bill for Nov, 2014 there is an additional charge for Internet with national roaming. Even though raising several mails to both Appellate & customer service, they don't bother to revert back and resolve the issue even after more than 20 days. I get calls from Tata customer care executives for thye payment but whenever I ask for the issue resolution, they simply cut the call. Even when I called the customer service and asked about the issue, they simply cut the call. This is heights of irresponsibility & un-professionalism from TATA DOCOMO. Would appreicate a quick resolution of the issue ASAP. My TATA DOCOMO NO: [protected]

      As discussed with Tata Docomo executive, they will not be able to waive off the roaming charges though they have conveyed the same via email as well over call (from apellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com). Instead they have informed that only Rs.500/- can be waived off since they do not have permissions for a waiver above Rs.500/-. This is heights of ignorance and un-professionalism. Since the billing issue is w.r.t Tata Docomo's own fault/false commitments, I will not be bearing/paying for their personal issues.
      Would recommend Tata Docomo to stick to their own commitments and waive off the complete roaming charges and send me the correct bill ASAP. The above has already been conveyed to the Tata Docomo representative and would appreciate if necessary actions can be taken at the earliest.

          Hi ALL This is chandrakant sharma I am facing Issue from tata docomo services again and again my services are disconnected . My account no. is[protected] My con. No. is [protected] My alternative con. no. is [protected] I am visited first BTM tatadocomo outlet, they told me resign for disconnection of my services cheque bounce and told to me for visiting kormangla tata docomo outlet, i am also visit kormangala outlet and my token number is GQ104 (ch), I don't make any payment through cheque, i am paying through cash. Payment receipt No. 68545538 : date 23rd Oct 14 : Amount 700 Payment receipt No. 69024188 : date 8th Nov 14 : Amount 1500 Can tata docomo provide me cheque No. which is bounce, if you are not provide me cheque no. than how to find which cheque is bounce I am not given any cheque to tata docomo till now than why tatadocomo harsh me again and again ? Its means tata docomo blame me due to my payment . if my any payment is due please inform me ASAP My payment is not due that is my last limit of toleration . Before it i am using Airtel operator, where i am not getting any problem regarding bill payment, services and etc. Before it in Oct month i have faced same problem that time problem resolved with in around 7 days, but in 7 days i am tolerate more loss of money. I am port in tata docomo in sept month and with In last two month i am visited 2 time kormangala head office of tatadocomo, 4 time BTM outlet, 2 time ghandhi nagar outlet, 1 time near ram nagar outlet, in this way my officially work is hamper and i am harsh with my work due to tata docomo. What is this ? I am not having a work for tatadocomo that i am visit only tatadocomo outlet, that is wastage of my time . This no is important so i need activate my services In future if i am facing any problem with tata docomo than i am going with Trai and consumer court. Thanks

            I did recharge for 131 smartlife plan . But I didn't get any benefit as mentioned in website. When contacted customer service I got wrong answer that I didn't get recharge benefit because I did recharge through HDFC net banking. Docomo is misguiding customers through website and through customer care service too.

            I already mailed regarding this complaint to [protected]@tatadocomo.com yesterday. But didn't get any response and when contacted 121 and online chat I got wrong answers today morning. I know here a Docomo representative will ask for my number and contact details . For your kind information I am not intersted to share my contact datails in a public place and I think nothing to do with contacting docomo again as i already contacted 3 times and didn't get solution. I posted my bad experience with Tatadocomo here not hoping that I can find solution . I just wanted to let others know my experience with docomo. It might be useful for others. Hope Docomo will think about improving their way of treating customer.

            Finally I got a reply from "[protected]@tatadocomo.com". Below is the message.

            "I would like to inform you that, upon checking our records thoroughly a recharge of Rs.131/- was successful on your number dated[protected] and your account have been credited with the benefits as Endless Music for 100 Min, validity of 60 days."

            Still I didn't understand why the give wrong information in web site as 90 rupees talk time and 500MB 3G data per month on recharge with 131 rupees smartlife pack. May be a way to make profit by fooling customers.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              My Tata Docomo number is [protected], my balance as on 26/11/2014 at 3:00pm it was Rs. 311.31/-.

              On 26/11/2014 I have activated GPRS 8 pack of 40 MB so Rs. 8/- has been deducted, remaining balance after deduction is Rs. 303.31/-. Later I started browsing (I might be used Maximum 25MB) and disconnected, suddenly I got Pop-up message of amount deduction of Rs. 208.80/- and the remaining balance is Rs. 94.51/- (Note:Data balance less than 20MB we will get the alert message but I did not get any message). Then I complained about amount deduction to customer care executive(Mr. Vinod Kumar) and he as registered the complaint (comp no: PBR[protected].

              Today (27/11/2014) again they deducted Rs. 86.59/- and I called to customer care executive(Name Not revealed), response was very poor, did not answer to my query and given wrong information.

              Details of call to Tata Docomo customer care,
              Spoken to Mr. Vinod Kumar on 26/11/2014 at 5.25pm. His response was OK.

              Spoken to Mr.Suraj & Mr. Imtyaz on 26/11/2014 at 9.30pm. Mr. Suraj was unable to answer my query so he transferred to Mr. Imtyaz. HIS (Mr. IMTYAZ) RESPONSE WAS EXTREMELY POOR, NOT LISTENING TO QUERY AND RUDE BEHAVIOR.

              Spoken to Mr.XXXX(Did not revealed his name) on 27/11/2014 at 2.45pm. The response was poor, did not answer to my query and given wrong information.

              Now my current balance is Rs. 6.91/-, from Rs.311.31/-.

              I STRONGLY REGRET USING TATA DOCOMO SERVICE.

              FEELING UNHAPPY FOR MY PORTING DECISION FROM VODAFONE TO TATA DOCOMO.

              Can you please suggest me, What action needs to take to get refund of Rs. 295.39/-(208.80+86.59) from Tata Docomo.

Thanks to ConsumerComplaints.in helping to resolve this issues. To: Tata Docomo Network, I also Thank Tata Docomo for refunding the deducted amount and also response from customer care executive Mr. Indrajith on 29/11/2014 and Mr.kaushik at 1.05 pm on 1/12/2014 was GOOD. Kindly take care of unnecessary amount deductions as well as Customer care executive response to any customer queries/complaints in future. Also I suggest to Tata Docomo network to improve their 3G network speed which is low comparatively with other networks. Thanks & Regards, Basavaraj M

                Hello Team, This is to inform you that a fraudulent deduction of Rs. 80 from below each pre-paid account balance on 20th November 2014. 1. Mobile No.:- [protected] 2. Mobile No.:- [protected] I contacted to customer care around 20:00 hours and came to know that these deductions are on account of opening multiple applications when your data balance is less than 20 MB. We have neither received any message nor any intimation from TATA DOCOMO for such conditions. TATA Docomo can't deduct balance from main account without giving any prior intimation to Customer. There should be prior intimation to customer that S/he doesn't have any balance for Internet surfing if s/he will continue surfing her/his main balance will be get deducted. Even you can check both of mobile numbers how much MB of data was consumed from both of mobile numbers as compare to deduction of Rs. 80 from each. We had not surfed even internet only internet connection was active. I had raised the complaint for the same. unfortunately I could not note down the complaint number. When I had tried second time to get my complaint number call was disconnected in between and now I am not able to connect with Customer Care Executive. I humbly request you to please return back Rs. 80 talk time balance to each of above mentioned mobile number ASAP, otherwise I will raise the complaint to Consumer Court and discontinue TATA docomo services.

                  dear Sir/madam, my docomo no is [protected] I have activated the rs247 pack 2g 3gb data for 60days on 22 nov, 8:19am. after data pack plan deactivate at 2 days automatically...i have lost 3gb 2g data pack for 60 days!!! sir mene bilkul bhi data use nhi kiya.. data pack 24nov ko deactivate ho gya. So please return my data balance/balance. so i hope you will do the action of my request.I believe you could be of some help thanks and regards. mr. ravi

                    I am very upset with the quality of your service and the rudeness and inability your customer care/technical team posses. I reported an issue with one of my Docomo number ([protected]) and you guys took over 2 weeks to respond and in fact I had to call you to get an update after 2 weeks. After two weeks your rep gives some story telling the network in my area is bad, where as the fact is that I am using 3-4 Sim cards from Docomo. After enquiring and demanding a fix, the rep (Sibghatullah) puts me on hold without even asking for about 15 minutes and asks me to go to nearest center to get the simm replaced. Such a bad response and resolution provided, that I feel sorry to use your services. I am writing this mail in hope of getting some solution.

                      Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, abhishek

                        Dear Sir, I am Mayank Pegwar and My TATA Docomo number is [protected]. Rs 75 have been deducted from my balance at after noon 01:03 PM on 25th NOV 2014. I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "unlimited at 75 is activated atRs75.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs120.09 at 25-nov-14 13:03.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to155223(Free)" and Rs 75 was deducted. I have not activated any such service by any means. After the activation of the same, I was trying to call on 121 at 01:15 PM on 25thNov2014 and the customer care executive doesn't receive the call.                             From last 4 days I am getting Dive in alert message in my mobile in every 2 seconds. I tried to disable it but no success. I also tried to call customer care and ask them to disable these alert on my tata docomo number but nothing happen. Then I tried to activate DND service on my number hoping this will resolve this issue but still not get rid of these alerts. I am really pissed off.

                              on 12th Nov 2014, Docomo has blocked my no. [protected], stating reason as UCC. but actually i m running an Education Socieity, and give welfare scheme for stds under Ministry of Rural Development. I have not made any such call or sms, i m confident and u can check my call or sms history. In the attached proof, u can see i have registered my own no. for DND, so how can i make any UCC call or sms???? till 12th Nov the status was acive for DND, after blocking it changed. I paid a very heavy premium to take this no. so only solution is: 1. either resotre my existing no. [protected] or 2. give another premium no. at no extra cost or 3. return the premium amt which i paid to take this no. to restore the existing no. i m ready to provide any kind of court affidavit.                                 Myself Jogesh garg old customer of tata Docomo services I use 3g GPRS pack I used 50 mb but the company says 300 mb and this is usual not once or twice . Customer care have only one solution to every problem that is restart your handset . Hope you'll take any action .

                                  Getting dive-in flash alerts every 2 seconds with cancel and OK button. The alert does not go away even when cancel is pressed. Have to click outside the alert box to make it disappear but the box reappears almost every 2 seconds. Making my phone unusable. Called 121 where they asked me to disable flash messages but can not find any such option in my phone settings.

                                    Hi This is regarding the above sited subject. i have Tata docomo GSM Sim.[protected] For the Mobile number [protected], Caller tune has been activated without intimation on 22nd November 2014.after activation, they have sent SMS telling that service caller tune has been activated for 90 days and Rs.69 has been deducted from your balance. And also i have replied for that SMS for Deactivation. Please revert back our Balance immediately.

                                      Hi my self dayanand I am customer of TATA from last 8 years using CDMA connection. I have started using tata GSM service in Pune area since June 2014, i have made several calls for service issue but no one given me complaint number for Tata Docomos POOR Service. Every day i am facing call drop issue during travelling within city area (within 18Km call drops 7 times). Now i hold the bill for this reason they are giving me complaint number ( Not yet given) with resolution date of 25th /26th of this month. The resolution which they are providing is not going to happen. As they are not going to provide good quality of service in City area itself then why they are providing service ?? Stop providing such poor quality of service. They are not prioritizing customer, only charging bills from customer for such low grade service. dayanand

                                        hi already asked for stop the services. still you are sending bills for upcoming months. can you do settlement for this. As i am not going to pay this much of bill amount for non usages of photon. i am not using photon services from last 3 months. but your poor service your & company begging charges from consumer like this. this is shame on tata's service quality.
