Incorrect bill sent

I was informed from Tata Docomo executives and Appellate that there is no Internet roaming charges applicable if I use the services in Tata Docomo network. However in the current bill for Nov, 2014 there is an additional charge for Internet with national roaming. Even though raising several mails to both Appellate & customer service, they don't bother to revert back and resolve the issue even after more than 20 days. I get calls...

Regarding 131 smartlife plan

I did recharge for 131 smartlife plan . But I didn't get any benefit as mentioned in website. When contacted customer service I got wrong answer that I didn't get recharge benefit because I did recharge through HDFC net banking. Docomo is misguiding customers through website and through customer care service too....

deduct money without any confirmation

DIVE in Alert messages in every 2 seconds, this is annoying so much

From last 4 days I am getting Dive in alert message in my mobile in every 2 seconds. I tried to disable it but no success. I also tried to call customer care and ask them to disable these alert on my tata docomo number but nothing happen. Then I tried to activate DND service on my number hoping this will resolve this issue but still not get rid of these alerts. I am really pissed off....

on 12th Nov 2014, Docomo has blocked my no. [protected], stating reason as UCC. but actually i m running an Education Socieity, and give welfare scheme for stds under Ministry of Rural Development. I have not made any such call or sms, i m confident and u can check my call or sms history. In the attached proof, u can see i have registered my own no. for DND, so how can i make any UCC call or sms???? till 12th Nov the status was acive...

Myself Jogesh garg old customer of tata Docomo services I use 3g GPRS pack I used 50 mb but the company says 300 mb and this is usual not once or twice . Customer care have only one solution to every problem that is restart your handset . Hope you'll take any action ....

dive in alerts every 2 seconds

Getting dive-in flash alerts every 2 seconds with cancel and OK button. The alert does not go away even when cancel is pressed. Have to click outside the alert box to make it disappear but the box reappears almost every 2 seconds. Making my phone unusable. Called 121 where they asked me to disable flash messages but can not find any such option in my phone settings....

Hi This is regarding the above sited subject. i have Tata docomo GSM Sim.[protected] For the Mobile number [protected], Caller tune has been activated without intimation on 22nd November 2014.after activation, they have sent SMS telling that service caller tune has been activated for 90 days and Rs.69 has been deducted from your balance. And also i have replied for that SMS for Deactivation. Please revert back our Balance immediately....

Extortion to restore my basic plan

Unresolved Complaint Number:[protected]wrongly addressed as resolved) Current Plan: 20 GB Unlimited (3rd Nov, 14 - 2nd Dec, 14) As per both tatatele.in and the device home page, data consumed before 14th Nov, 4:40 pm was ~13 GB. Nonetheless, Tata-Docomo issued a speed cap. I waited until 20th Nov, 10am for them to resolve this issue. And then I had to pay an extra 125+ (taxes) for 1 GB, as an ILLEGAL EXTORTION money, just to restore...
