Logged complaint in ConsumerComplaints.in and then directly I sent email to "
[email protected]" with marking cc to "
[email protected]" and I got calls and emails from Customer care.

To: Tata Docomo Network,
I also Thank Tata Docomo for refunding the deducted amount and also response from customer care executive Mr. Indrajith on 29/11/2014 and Mr.kaushik at 1.05 pm on 1/12/2014 was GOOD.
Kindly take care of unnecessary amount deductions as well as Customer care executive response to any customer queries/complaints in future. Also I suggest to Tata Docomo network to improve their 3G network speed which is low comparatively with other networks.
