Dear Sir, I Was Ported airtel to Docomo Network On 24/10/2014 Till That Date Am Facing Network Problem. I Gave Complaint Also But No use So Please Solve My Proble As Fast Otherwise I Will Share My Problem in Facebook and Twitter...

      On[protected] near about 7:35 pm I got a message on my Tata Docomo number [protected] from the company saying that” Hi! Quit Drinking Tips Pack is activated at Rs.45 for 30 days. To stop, Dial or SMS stop to 155223 (toll free) and current balance is Rs.33.62”, I am surprised because i haven't even requested it and didn't know what is this scheme, So as soon as i received the SMS i call that toll free number and follow the instructions to stop the service. Today[protected] I call the customer care that I haven't requested for any type of Quit drink service on my phone then they said that they can't do anything once transaction is made . What the heck is this I am not requesting anything, you people yourselves are activating services making transactions and then saying we can't do anything because transaction is made. I want my Rs 45 which had been deducted for this stupid service name Quit drink tips. On talking to your customer care near 6.11 p.m on[protected] regarding this problem I have only asked him to refund my money and cancel the Quit drink service. He didn't refund the money but stopped the service. Now i didn't even know what the scheme was, they activated it and deduct my 45 Rs and then deactivated it great .Tata Docomo keeps doing these ridiculous things again after few months like round robin method. You made similar type of funny thing (similar deduction) some couple of months before. Now, I have learnt a good lesson that the customer of Docomo must maintain a balance below 20 rupees always to avoid such type of funny things (ridiculous deductions). I am expecting the refund of Rs.45 (already deducted) soon.

My Tata docomo Number is [protected]...which was having due for 765/- i requested for some waiver..and they said once if i do payment of 500/-rs my number will activated...when i have done payment they say...my number is perment deactivated on 08/12/2014...how come tata docomo cheats the customers...i kindly request you to take action..i want my number to be activated.this the services they provied to customers...kindly help me immediately...mu alternate number is [protected]...i have all the email proffs and all...if tata docomo fails to do so...         I have more two Numbers from tatadocomo..if my problem is not solved i will directly change my numbers to some other service provider...
        Dear All...after giving complaint here i get call from[protected] saying that my number will be activated and i have to give my complet debit card number...why will i give my debit card details, , , , and when i searched this number its a fraud..they call customer who have problem..and ask them to give complet card details..and withdraw all amount from..account..this is second time im getting this kind of fraud calls...kindly look into this matter...fraud people calling customer who have problem...and just fool them...kindly take action...

          With reference to Service Request #[protected] regarding low speed and connectivity issues, I was promised that the technical team will contact me and resolve the issue by end of day of 13th Dec 2014. Been waiting for the call and suddenly I get a message on my mobile that Tata Photon team tried to reach me and I am not available. When I am available for all other people why not to the Tata Photon resolution team??? This escape attitude will not be tolerated and will be escalated further and if needed will raise it in consumer forum. Regards Ram Jagu

              My mobile number is [protected] You have changed my monthly plan and also added data charges. Two things, i didn't ask for any change in plan and data pack. Then why have guys started adding these charges since March 2014 bill ?? Please reverse these unwanted charges from your side asap since March 2014 till today, otherwise i'll not pay the bill & stop using your number.                 My mother have been using docomo No. [protected] more that a year. On 9.12.14 suddenly she found that the balance of her phone became zero instead of Rs. 86/-. . On 10.12.14 i have made a complain to your customer care and from your end I informed that my balance will be refunded because i made the complaint within 24 hours as per your company rules. I have received one message from your end regarding this matter. But on 11.12.14 when i called your customer care person, he told me that they are not able to refund the balance. This is very unfortunate that as a old user of your company i have received this type feedback from your end. My family has 3 user of you company. Now, I have only one choice to go to the consumer forum for complaint. I have the message from your end as the evidence of my complain. Therefore, it may be informed you that i will go for mobile portability. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated. My another mobile no. is [protected]

                  This is Prayesh from Nagpur using TATA DOCOMO prepaid service since 2009. I have experienced number of problems with this operator and finally I can say this is worst telecom operator in India. It seems like TATA DOCOMO will continue their worst customer service and inconvenience to customers. My complaint is related to Internet Data balance carry forward. 1. ON 25 OCT 2014, I DID RECHARGE OF RS. 253 THROUGH RETAILER, TRANSACTION ID: [protected]. THE 3G INTERNET PLAN OF RS. 253 PROVIDED 1GB OF 3G DATA FOR 30 DAYS AND RS. 175 TALK TIME. 2. After 29 days, on 23rd Nov 2014, I was left with 760MB data so I called customer care and spoke with Sr. Executive to clarify how to carry forward this data. He clearly told me to do 3G recharge and remaining 760MB must be forwarded to new pack validity. 3. SO AT SAME TIME, ON 23RD NOV 2014 I DID RECHARGE OF RS. 156 THOROUGH USSD METHOD TRANSACTION REF ID: 19957402. 4. But this recharge provided only new 500MB 3G for 60 days and previous 760MB didn’t carry forward. 5. Then I called 198 complaint number multiple times but this fraud company always connected my call to 121 helpline which was chargeable. 6. Finally I walked into TATA DOCOMO official store, Untakhana Sq. Nagpur but there also they asked me to call customer care through hotline phone. Is this the purpose of setting up official stores? 7. On hotline I spoke with executive and he provided me complaint number PBR12284419 and assured me that it will be resolved till 2nd DEC 2014. 8. On 2nd DEC 2014, I received call from +[protected] made by TATA DOCOMO technical team, Executive name was Saddam Husain Ansari. He told me that company cannot forward previous data balance BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM SHOWS THAT MY PREVIOUS RECHARGE Rs. 253 WAS HAVING ONLY 28 DAYS VALIDITY. BUT I TOLD HIM THAT I HAVE RECHARGE SMS WHERE VALIDITY IS CLEARLY WRITTEN AS 30 DAYS. SECONDLY ON 23rd Nov 2014, I SENT ONE MESSAGE TO CHECK MY DATA BALANCE, “BAL” to 121. EVEN THEN I RECEIVED COFIRMATION SMS THAT I HAVE 760MB 3G DATA LEFT VALID TILL 23rd Nov 2014. 9. Then how that silly employee closed my complaint and was not ready to provide me any further help. This is company’s technical fault that they see 28 Days validity in system and I actually got 30 Days validity. Then why they had scrapped my remaining data? 10. This TATA DOCOMO Company is making frauds with customers and earning profits illegally since 2009 when they tied up with DOCOMO, a Japanese company. TRAI should punish this company and give 100 or 1000 times penalty money to customers. All money should be recovered from TATA DOCOMO. It was really disgusting and shame on TATA DOCOMO Company, should accept their fault and return me 1000 times penalty money or shut down business from India. You fraud company I will drag you to consumer court for this fraud. My details are below: TATA DOCOMO No: [protected], Alternate No: [protected], Email:[protected]@gmail.com I have already emailed all these points to listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com, [protected]@tatadocomo.com, appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com on 4 December, 2014 and received acknowledgements that TAT DOCOMO will contact me within 24 hours but even after 8 days till 12 December 2014, no employee has replied or contacted me. Worst ever Telecom Company I have seen ever.

                        Dear Sir, My Tata Docomo no:- [protected] Today 11.12.14- (9.24 am) I spoke to Tata DoCoMo cutomer care officer and Requested related to call rate charges she told that you putted 36 Rs call rate cutter in 29.08.14 and over by 28.10.14 after that you call gone by normal rate. Then I have checked my inbox, while checking, I came to know that I have Recharged 36 rs call rate cutter in 05.10.14 for 60 days validity and my rate cutter will end on 05.12.14. And again I dialed to 121 ‘TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE’ 11.12.14- (9.35 am) - CALL HANDLED BY Miss. NIVETHA I informed to customer care officer stating that I have putted rate cutter on 05.10.14 and its completing by 05.12.14 and in-between I have lost huge money lost from my side for that you have to refund my money I told immediately she disconnected my call.                           When i called TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO [protected] FOR CANCELLATION OF MY TATA PHOTON CONNECTION THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON INITIALLY ASKING ME TO TRANSFER THE DEVICE TO SOME OTHER PERSON INSTEAD OF CANCELLATION. WHEN I INSIST ON CANCELLATION HE DEMANDS MONEY TO BE PAID FOR THE CANCELLATION OTHERWISE HE REGISTER A COMPLINT WITH SOME LOCAL AGENCY.

                            This must be my 20th complain after speaking to 121, and tata docomo representatives. From july month i am not using the number [protected]. it was blocked and cancelled, but even today i am charged for the same. I am getting speed of 0.11MBPS downloading & 0.23MBPS uploading speed. I have complained 2 times but both times they said that their technical team is working & closed the complain. They also don't provide particular time or TAT to resolve this problem. This is really pathetic service in this era of competition which forces customers to move to others & try another services.                               Kindly be informed that speed on wireless network depends on various parameters, such as number o[censored]sers accessing the internet at that particular point of time, geographical area, indoor and outdoor signal coverage, weather conditions, other causes of radio interference, material used for the building, configuration of the building, ?..? etc. So is the case with any other wireless network Operator. However, at TATA Docomo we understand the customer experience is of foremost importance.

                              Notwithstanding the above technical and other extraneous factors affecting the network which are beyond our control, we have been continuously striving to enhance customer experience.                                 I have a Tata Docomo Photon 3G data card bearing number [protected]. The connectivity is extremely poor and intermittent. It takes over 6 attempts to get to someone on their helpline to tell them about the problem. Even after getting to speak to someone, they generally insist that I speak in Hindi. Though being a south Indian I speak the language quite well, but the point is that it is unfair to insist to speak in Hindi. If that is the official policy then they should not offer their services in South India where many people do not speak Hindi. The people answering the helpline do not give out their names clearly even after asking for it repeatedly. The people on the helpline are absolutely untrained to handle any technical problems and they just keep you on hold for up to 5 minutes for every query. Finally I had to insist on raising a complaint and asked him for the complaint number. Even this he took some time to give out and said that a member of their technical team would get in touch with me. Finally a technician got in touch with me and he stated that as I live in a high demand zone and that there are a lot of people using this service, that is why the speed is slow. When I told him that the speed was absurdly low at an average of 25 to 50 kbps, he said that nothing can be done about it and that I should bear with it. This reply by the disgrace who calls himself a technician (mobile No: [protected]) is totally unacceptable and amounts to unfair business practice. I then get a message that my complaint is resolved. How could it have been resolved without taking my feedback? If Tata Docomo cannot provide the speed as advertised by them then they should withdraw the service and stop cheating customers. They are an absolute disgrace to the name of TATA.

                                    I have never seen such a fraud company again now they have showed me that they are cheating their customers and are not trust at all. At[protected] near about 1:41 pm I got a message on my tata docomo number [protected] from the company saying that I player is activated at Rs 75 for 60 days, I am surprised because i haven't even requested it and didn't know what is this scheme, So as soon as i received the sms i call the customer care that I haven't requested for any type of I player on my phone then they said that they can't do anything once transaction is made . What the heck is this I am not requesting anything, you people yourselves are activating services making transactions and then saying we can't do anything because transaction is made . I want my Rs 75 which had been deducted for this stupid service name I Player. And I have one more complaint when I was talking to your customer care near 2:00 p.m on[protected] consulting this problem I have only asked him to refund my money and cancel the I player service. He didn't refund the money and also stopped the I player service. Now i didn't even know what the scheme was, they activated it and deduct my 75 Rs and then deactivated it great .Tata Docomo keeps doing these ridiculuos things again after few months.Friends we should leave tata docomo network and switch to other networks who don't cheat their customers.

                                      I got my sim activated on 23rd june 2014 and it got blocked on 3rd of july telling that high usage and I got a message that 12507 is the current outstanding. All outgoing and incoming was barred. I called tata docomo customer care and told them its just few days I am using this sim and 12507 outstanding is showing and sim is also blocked.She told me she will raise a complain and will let me know.I waited and didnt got reply.After 2 month in september again I got call to pay the bill I asked how can it is possible that within 23-3 perod 12500 bill can be generated, you give me correct bill I will pay and asked to close the sim.After that I got mail from SURIAN with bill copy in that 12114 is the bill for internet usage and 319 is the bill for voica call. Again I called them and told I never used internet how come internet bill can come. He told that is the final bill you have to pay I said I cant pay for something which I didnt used. I am ready to pay for voice call and I asked to forward my call to his manager.After that I dint got reply. Again yesterday 9th Dec 2014 I got a call from Ramaya telling that pay the bill otherwise will accelelate to HR and you will be terminated.I was in middle of my meeting I got so disturb. These people are threatning me.Some wrong bill they will generate and asked us to pay I need clarification otherwise I am going to take this very seriously. I want tata docomo manager to call me and sort out my problem
