Anent to the above subject, I would like to state that as offered and sent the message to my TATA DoCoMo No. [protected] by TATA DoCoMo on 26/06/2015 that Spl. data offer, Spl. recharge Rs. 129/- and get 1.5 G.B. data for 30 days. As per the said message, I was recharged Rs. 129/- through online recharge i.e., from Freecharge bearing FCVC[protected] and the said amount of Rs. 129/- was credited to my mobile number and sent a message as STV recharge successful MRP Rs. 129/-, validity: 90 days. All mobile calls at 1.2P/2S bearing Trans IP: [protected]. But, I recharged Rs. 129/- for Spl. Data offer only. While, I received that message, I contacted the customer care of TATA Docomo i.e., No. 121, the customer representative has not replied satisfactorily and told to E-Mail to the customer care and lodge complaint. As I am not in a position to recharge Rs. 129/-, but as per the message sent by TATA DOCOMO itself, I was going to recharge Rs. 129/-, But, now it is converted into 1.2/2s i.e., reducing the call rate.So, I request you sir, please to convert Rs. 129/- towards Data i.e., 1.5 GB for 30 days and oblige. I am waiting your reply.
