As they are offering Rs 75 to 80 Rs for 1 GB 3G plans and here in my case i really send one email 4 to 6 MB they are saying 42MB and punishment for that they charge me 422 Rs. I am confident that TATA DOCOMO system of data calculation of internet is inappropriate.

    As on 01/07/2015, a call was made to number [protected], 3 rupees 60 paise were charged for the call.But the company executive tells that this number is chargeable.The number [protected] is of Intex customer care.Also there are other issues with the company as- activation o[censored]nnecessary services while browsing the internet.These types of issues have taken place many a times So, I request some strict action against the company and seek compensation for the same.

      Since last 2 months, sometimes my phone can not detect the sim at all. It goes off for several minutes (sometime more than 1 hours) and then come back. I tried with different handset to see if it is handset issue or not. But it seems the problem is with either network or sim. It is happening very frequently. Suggest me what should I do. I have tried restarting mobile, sim on/off setting, different hand-set everything, but nothing seemed to work for me. Its terrible especially when I am expecting important calls or to get OTP for important transaction. Help appreciated. My Number: [protected], I am using this since last 3 years.

        hi all I was using tata photon 3G connection on dongle. Due to my marriage I could not use my data card. Expecting this well in hand, I have called up customer care and informed them to disconnect my connection. I have been assured that it will be taken care. However, it was not. After marriage I don't had Internet connection for some days and I have seen that instead of my disconnection request bill was generated. When the docomo team called me to inform on the unpaid bill, I have again informed them. They confirmed with me the reason for disconnect request and assured to get it done. This happened many times and they did not disconnect it and generated bills for 3 months with 0 data usage. Later also I asked them many times the reason for generating bill when there is no data usage and also when I have requested for a disconnect. Instead of addressing this, I was getting threatening calls that it will be taken with police, court etc. When I said I am not ready to pay the amount for which DoCoMo team was the reason, that person scolded me in bad words and was saying that I should reach the office personally for getting any connection disconnected. I believe this is not correct. Firstly, I should have been told this first time when I called the team for disconnect itself. It was not told to me but just false assurances were given in the calls to me. Secondly when a connection request can be taken via phone and a person will be sent to our location, why disconnect request can not be taken on phone. Thirdly the people should not abuse a person like that when I told them that I am not fine with the approach. Till date I am getting these kind of disturbing calls wasting my time and creating a mental torcher. They people calling are not even be able to understand English and for that also they will be scolding on the call. I can't speak in Hindi but can understand. Also some people called up saying that they are police, lawyers etc. I don't believe they are from their speaking style and they also did scold even. If this is taken up legally, Docomo services will be treated badly for causing this kind of mental agony to customers and also for this fraudy attitude. In addition, I got some Amnesty offer in Mar-2015. I am not happy with that approach even as to why I have to pay the amount when I have not used the data, I was not the reason for the not disconnected connection and I have been given this much of agony from the company. My docomo connection no [protected]. I request to stop all these kind of torchers any more and further mails or communications on bill payment. Regards, Lakshmi

        The reference number[protected] quoted here by Docomo team is an example of ignorance. They have done something as per their wish (crediting Rs 445 to my account number)and without my consent the request was closed and no body responds on mails. Indeed i had even mentioned that if I am not getting any response on mails in two days i shall consider the issue closed. However, they again started the harassment now.

        Hi Docomo Team, Please note that you can not call me and say that you will go for lok adalat when the things to update are pending from your end. I am not ready to takeup any more calls and waste time here and there. Please do not make me go violent. If its a mishap from your team members of not cancelling my connection and you blindly generate bills, I can not pay them. I have come up for a settlement here and i am not getting proper response from your end. I am not criminal minded, so i do not have any proofs to submit, but Docomo team utilizing this is not a good thing. If your team has ignored my request, then from where shall i get the request number. I hope you understand this.
        I can pay only Rs 1500/- for your mistake and harassment and wastage of time caused by you.

          On 29th JUL 2015 I recharged my number [[protected]] by 90 rs. Available balance was 90. Same day evening balance was 62. I called customer care and as per their data I used around 9 to 10 rs for outgoing calls after the recharge. hence my balance should be around 80. They asked me to call after 4 hr, I called on 30th after 12 hrs then again they asked me to call after 4 hrs. Last week also my balance got deducted by 20 rs. I am facing such issue from last 1.5 months. I do recharges of around 300 rs every month. It is difficult for me to track my balance all the time. I realized that my balance is getting deducted so I started tracking and found out that company is deducting my balance randomly. Kindly refund my balance and make sure that in future it will not happen again. Thanks.

          You may also check the same by dialing *111# or by sending an SMS as BAL to 121 (toll free). You can also check last 5 data usage/ 3 last call details by sending message as DATA / CALL to 121 (toll free) or you may also send an SMS as BAL to 121 for balance information.

            I was use [protected], 199/- postpaid plan of TATA DOCOMO. Due to some inconvenience and harassment from TATA DOCOMO I changed my postpaid connection to prepaid which was I used previously. My postpaid connection converted to prepaid on 30th May 2015 and I received a message that 15th June my final bill will be generate. My billing period of the month from 25th. My prepaid connection started from 30th June. Therefore, I used postpaid connection only 5days for this month. But I got my final bill on today 29th June. They send me full month bill. But I have no problem with that. The issue is that, they send me the bill of Rs 638/-. As per my plan I have 100 MB free data. As per the bill I have used only 52.08 MB. But they charged for it Rs 533. No 100 MB data free mentioned in this bill which was mentioned in the previous bill. I called customer care for help but they didnot help me, they told me that they will not able to help because my number changed to prepaid. Then I go to the nearest Tata Docomo centre and told them the matter. But they listen and agree with me for this wrong billing. But they told me its not in their hand. I have to pay this rupees or tell the matter to customer care. But I have told customer care this matter. I cant understand why they harassed me everytime. I have used Tata Docomo from last 4 year but I didnot expect this kind of harassment.

              I had an Tata DoCoMo Photon Max connectivity and as speed was not good, Also the service hence planned to discontinue the services. However today received an call from [protected] threating payment was not made immediate to dire consequences and also caller called someone shankarappa to take care of me, Already made payment whatever outstanding even wrongly charged . :29/06/2015 Time : 14:45 Number : [protected] Please let me know is it legally to use goons to recover money ?

                Tata docomo is having too poor on document handling system. there is no history details and unique contacts and with proper tracking. Their current system is working with less linked options. I have submitted my document in 5 times. I purchased a photon device after my document submittion only. Every time they are missed out that document. There is no procedure in document system. Docomo Number:[protected] My kind suggestion is please don't use tata-docomo services. Mu mobile number : [protected]

                  I had a Tata Docomo Broadband connection in Mumbai (Acc no.[protected] in the name, Adil Ahmed. I used it till May 2013 and then I shifted out of my Mumbai. So i made a disconnection request to TATA DOCOMO on phone. But yet, these guys kept sending me the bills for the next 3 months in spite of the fact that I was not staying over there and nobody was using the connection. Now I get calls from some person who claims to be an advocate calling from Delhi, and he threatens me with legal consequences but on searching over the internet i realised that his no. was not of Delhi, but Rajasthan. And i also realised that these are fake calls from them. So i erquest you take action against TATA Docomo so that they stop harassing people and make them pay for what they have not consumed or used.

                    Tata Docomo has only one resolution ... is to say sorry ...

                    MY initial mail...

                    10 days ago i had taken a Tata Photon Plus dongle... the plan signed up
                    for was Rs 750 / month unlimited... 6 mbps for 5GB and later 153 kbps...
                    as per the executive at the hypercity malad west store ... 1st they had
                    committed that the activation will taken no longer that 24 hrs for
                    sure...(as told by both the store executive and the executive who had come
                    to take the documents) ...the executive who had come home had not given
                    any details on what plan we need to sign up ... no receipt of payment ..
                    just took the money and left ... well i didnt want to be a crib if i was
                    getting what i was promised ... next day the service was not activated ...
                    we called the store some one answered the call and said they are closed ...
                    we called the customer service number they didnt have a record of it ...
                    and informed us it will take 72 hrs...i kept my cool... any way after the
                    dongle got activated after 10 days we were unable to connect our gadgets to
                    the WIFI ... i called customer service they told we that the 5GB data was
                    already consumed and now the speed has reduced to 64kbps... i was amazed
                    to know that we consumed 5 gb data with no download only basic surfing
                    maybe facebook... twitter .. other eCommerce websites .. i also asked them
                    why the lowered speed was 64kbps and not 153kbps as i was told by the store
                    executive ... they said we dont have any plan like that now ... that offer
                    was 3 months old ... i informed the telecaller executive that i have the
                    pamphlet which i was given while signing up ... he told me he ll take my
                    complaint (ref[protected] ... next day i receive a call from the complaint
                    helpdesk who told me " we have received your complaint regarding your
                    donlge speed, however we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will
                    make sure this in not repeated in the future" WWWHHHAAAAATTTTTTTT ...
                    thats it ...WHERE IS MY RESOLUTION ...its like you tell your kid that
                    she has not done something right ... she turns around and says it wont
                    happen again mommy ... reaalllllyyyyy!!! u sucker ... Tata docomo cheats
                    their customer into buying their product by lying... once they have have
                    received the money they dont give a darn... cz they know that they have a
                    lot many to cheat ... Tata docomo is not a reputed company its a reputed
                    thief ... They are prompt when lying to the customer but not opening to
                    take a complaint... lines for complaints dont work ... i tried logging a
                    complaint on their website .. they sent me a OTP ... which doesnt work ...
                    it says please trying entering a valid OTP .. WTH.. but their payment
                    gateway for sure works ...

                    If domoco cannot resolve my problem give my money back ...

                    To which they i got a call from (Anurima) who was very polite and told me someone will call with a definite resolution...


                    Later i got a call and mail from Debasis Mukherjee, who again called to tell me they cannot do anything ... and apologized... and said cannot do anything about the speed... did not even mention the 5GB data concern ...

                    (Mail said) We refer to your email dated 27th June 2015 regarding overcommitment on speed issue for your Photon number [protected].

                    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to overcommitment on speed issue .

                    As per our telephonic conversation on [protected], we would like to inform you that a complaint with reference number[protected] for overcommitment on speed issue has been registered and as per complaint review necessary feedback has been shared with concerned team and also note that as per existing plan(Photon MAX [protected]@750Plan)post capping speed will be up to 64 Kbps.


                    I DONT WANT A RUN AROUND FOR A RESOLUTION I WANT MY MONEY BACK

                      Hi Have an tata photom max wifi device on 19th June 2015 online. The executive has taken all document and submitted them. The local reference person get an call after 3 days and verified all detail in front of me as he is just sitting next to me in office. Although they have putted local verification as negative. I have asked customer service about the same and they told me that please resubmit all document to nearest store. Then i have visited store they threatened me that submit your document but we are not sure whether it will get activated or not. Whenever i call contact center they just ask me to wait. I want to know why these guys are playing with customers by passing the balls. Its more than 10 days and i still don't have my connection even thought i have paid 2049 INR. My tata photon number is [protected]. Either refund my money or activate it within your guidelines timing which is 72 Hrs.

                      Local ref get call within 1 day of complain and verified. After that i receive message for verification which done at their contact center with toll free number. Thank you quick response.

                        (my photon number is [protected])one of the worst experience from tata photon.i purchase the device and using more then 8 to 10 months. from last two month speed reduced to 200 to300kbps. eralier i was getting 2 mbps which was good. in last two month i call several times on call center ([protected]) for the same issue. when i call for the first time they told me that they have technical problem and they will resolve soon. then after again same answer. i cant belive that, last time they clearly told me that apko ye problem rahega, waha pe hamare, users badh gaye he.to apko problem rahega.i said users badhe he to sabko rahega ki sirf muje, to he said baki ka nahi pata par apko rahega. is that the solution? last time i complaint for the speed ( complain number:[protected]. that time one person came to my home check all.update my device and many more things. at the end he try to make me full by the way of showing video on youtube in low quality. but when i catch him for this he said oh i dont know etc. he went back and said that he will solve it etc. thats it no update..before two days i call for the update. they told me u plz check at other place. so i go to 2 to 3 places for check on is your brand store. same speed. then again i call customer care that time he said pure ahmedabad city me problem chal raha he.and kab solve hoga vo pata nahi. agar yahi issue he to muje ahmedabad me speed test karvane ke liye kyo gumaya gaya?? and that man is full???k there is problem in whole city then why i go to customers home and do all this stuffs..??? yesterday they again book complain for the same (complain number:[protected]. again the same person call me for visit hose. what all this going on i don't understand. and how can customer care person told to customers k apko ye problem rahega... is that sollution.?? i told him k send me mail for the same k you will face the same problem and what ever sollution he gave to me. to he said we dont have mail access.and we can't do that. i am facing the same problem from last 2 month. this is very worst reson that apke customers badhe he isliye hame problem rahega... customers badhe he to is that my issue??? thats good for the comapny. and company should increase their connectivity. jab muje device device dene banda aya tha 2000 rs ka device deke gaya usne to nahi bola tha k speed is subject to our customers. badhege to apko kam ho jayegi...

                          ​I was am using a Tata Docomo Postpaid connection. I need to make AT&T audio teleconferencing calls. AT&T no. 000117 is a toll free number. However, I was being charged for the calls made to this number and the charges are more than the local charge rates. Even When I tried to reach Tata Docomo Customer care on the issue. They completely denied this number to be toll-free number and made abusive comments on call when asked what needs to be done as I have proof of this number to be toll free number. Can anyone tell what need full to be done. I have been using Airtel Postpaid and Vodafone from last 8+ years. Using At&t for more than 2 years, I am not been charged single rupee when i dial the same number from Airtel or Vodafone. Tata Docomo asks for Deposit to Activate ISD Dialing Feature. Internter Service is Pathetic than a Dial Up Connection how is Docomo planning to retain their customers and name in the market with such a poor service.

                            Yesterday I recharged mobile No [protected] for the rupees 129/- by third party paytm app, before recharge I checked on the website of data docomo online recharge have 129/- 1GB data but I got 113 rupees only so please make correct recharge as soon possible.

Further, we would also like to inform you that as per our record we have found that the recharge of Rs. 129/- has been done through a third party website named Paytm which is not a Tata Docomo owned website. The offers shown on the same website are not valid for your number. Hence, we are unable to process your request any further.

                              Tata photon max a/c number:[protected] Last time i posted my complaint here about my speed issue on my tata photon max wifi connection is here http://www.consumercomplaints.in/tata-docomo-tata-photon-max-wifi-simple-account... Tata docomo kept capping my speed to 500kbps even before i consume my 30gb free usage, currently for last 10days they capped my speed to 500kbps while im on only consumed about 21gb. when i complain they say it is because of increased number of customer in my area. but it is not true. im getting more than 3mbps speed on other photon divices in same room. But here is the twist- i found a trick to restore my speed back to normal, this is the proof that they cheating some customers with speed cap. the trick i found was, during april to may for more than a month my speed is capped to 500kbps even at start of bill cycle. so i stopped paying my bill, then they barred my connection, i paid the bill and connection is back in few min. then magically my internet is restored to 4mbps speed. for more than a month i always got 500kpbs, i paid bill and the speed back to normal. so after getting 4mbps speed for like 1 and half month, they again capped my speed to 500kbps, i know this is intentional cap because other photon device giving 3mbps speed in same room. This time im not going to do the same trick again. im going to register a complaint in http://pgportal.gov.in/. even after that if my speed is not restored. im moving to airtel 4g.

                                Hi, This is my second time complaint, Please take it as a high priority. I have disconnected my post paid Tata Dacomo plan 5 months back, But still i'm not able to get my Deposit amount. When i'm calling to customer care they telling your address is not reachable, So my question if my address is not reachable Tata Dacomo executive should call me but no one was call me since last five months.                                   On the 8th of this month i converted my Photon Plus from prepay to postpaid at your mira road branch where is was sold a plan for 450 with 3g speed until 2gb data then 2g speed, which when i got a welcome call from your side, your representative said is wrong..he said i hv a 2g speed plan untill 2gb data only.(not unlimited). He said if i exceed the 2gb data consumption i would be charged about 50p till the bill reaches rs.750 after which it is unlimited.This was not what was told to me at the branch. To resolve the issue he told me to shift my plan to a 650 plan where i get 3g speed with a 3gb data consumption further which i get 2g speed. and after tax my total bill would be around 750 and not a rupee more. i was fine with that so i took it. My 450 play had to contiu till the 14th of the month as that was the billing cycle as informed by your representative, after which it would be changed to the 650 plan. on the 17th of june i got a bill for Rs.191 for 7 days o[censored]se, which was not acceptable as the plan which was sold to me was incorrect(..but i decided to pay it as one of mistake and also bec i thought i now was on a good plan) In few days when i was at your website and checking all the plans...saw a 650 plan for photon plus but it wasnt a unlimited plan, it was a 3gb plan and after consumption would charge 50p till 1000..so i called your customer service team to clear this out...the man on the call told me not to worry bec he has checked on the system and i have a 650 plan with 3g speed and 3gb data further which the speed will reduce to 2gb.. As a got a confirmation from your end i didnt bother to check further... But then i was receiving very low net speed which was coming and goin..and sumtime there was not net connection...but i ignored it as it happened sometimes at different times of the day..Then on the 25th of this month...i had to attend a webinar for official purposes. The webinar was at 11pm..i loged in at 10:30pm and opened the site for the webinar to load and open on time...because of very slow net speed..it was 12:30 and it was still loading and then got hanged and went off. i rased a complaint on your chat service as the tele service was closed. he many on chat named Ajay, told me to delete my temp files and still my speed had no improvement..so he raised a complaint and told me i would get a call tomorrow..On the 26th at 1 or 2pm i received a call from your representative who made me change my photon network setting form hybird to photon plus and then told me to connect and check my net speed on speedtest.net, which i did and the speed was 1.24mbps which was good and she said the same and closed the complaint even after me telling her that i had problems yesterday, but she said now your getting good speed and closed the complaint. I went back home in the evening and when i connected my photon i again was having problems of speed so i went agian and check my speed on speedtest.net. the result was only 0.12mbps(http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]) so then i called your customer service team and spoke to a man, told him everything he told me to delete the temp files and everything again then he told me to change my network preference form photon plus to hybird when i told him at the lady i spoke to in the afternoon made me change it from hybird to photon plus, then he said that i need to switch networks if i receive any problems.Again i checked my speed and it was only 0.18mbps(http://www.speedtest.net/result/[protected].png) and then he said he would raise a complaint so i told him to transfer the call to the complaints team so i could resolve it now instead of waiting because the prob is now. He disconnected the call on me.So the i called back and some to another man and again told him everything and i have a recording of that call also where again i checked my speed and it was 0.09mbps.(http://www.speedtest.net/result/[protected].png) Then he told me that he would arrange a call back from the tech team in 30mins for me to resolve the issue. I said ok and the call ended. I didnt receive any call back even after 1 and a half hour so i called back and by that time your tele service was not working anymore so i couldnt connect to anyone. so i went on chat again and spoke to ajay agian on chat. but i couldnt complete my conversation bec of the net issue and the chat got disconnected. Today around 12noon i got a call from your representative about my complaint. when i spoke to her and check my speed it was 0.30mbps..so she tells me that this speed is above avg and the avg speed promised is 0.25mbps..which is not 3g speed..your website says that the best 3g speed is 21.1 mbps and i asked her is this 3g speed so she replied say that photon plus is not a 3g device so your cant receive 3g speed on it the avg speed is 0.25mbps. So then why was i sold a 3g speed plan twice on my photon plus when my device does not support 3g. I spoke to the manager and she told me that they might have thought my device is an Max wifi device. But no everyone i spoke to knew my device was a photon plus even the guy who gave me a welcome call. and still she offered me a 650 plan with 3g speed. now the manager has raised a complaint about this issues and said that i would get a call in max 2 days. But you guys r still gonna charge me for this na Your gonna charge me for 3g speed when my device doesnt support 3g. how so?? i have raised enough complaints and received no satisfaction besides every time i raise a complaint i get a different answer and come to know about more facts which were not disclosed earlier. This is not acceptable at all. i have been clam with all ur representatives till now had believed what they said but this is too much.. . I need and answer to this and i am not gonna pay anything towards your company.

                                    My name is Mr.Deep S Gudhka ([protected]). I did potability from Airtel to Tata Docomo. I went to Tata Docomo Registered Galary Shop. Staff members clearly told me that only Billing is possible, Prepaid service is not possible at the time of potability. But, I saw they provide me wrong information. In every mobile shop, Potability is possible with Prepaid Sim card. Gallary staff forcefully gave me Postpaid. Every month I had paid near by Rs.450/- even I have not used it more than Rs.200/- nearby. Tata Docomo Gallary people have cheated me and I have made loss nearby Rs.2500/- while paying more money. I want refund of my money which I paid in excess. Tata Docomo Gallary staff is a cheater people.

                                      Sir, Anent to the above subject, I would like to state that as offered and sent the message to my TATA DoCoMo No. [protected] by TATA DoCoMo on 26/06/2015 that Spl. data offer, Spl. recharge Rs. 129/- and get 1.5 G.B. data for 30 days. As per the said message, I was recharged Rs. 129/- through online recharge i.e., from Freecharge bearing FCVC[protected] and the said amount of Rs. 129/- was credited to my mobile number and sent a message as STV recharge successful MRP Rs. 129/-, validity: 90 days. All mobile calls at 1.2P/2S bearing Trans IP: [protected]. But, I recharged Rs. 129/- for Spl. Data offer only. While, I received that message, I contacted the customer care of TATA Docomo i.e., No. 121, the customer representative has not replied satisfactorily and told to E-Mail to the customer care and lodge complaint. As I am not in a position to recharge Rs. 129/-, but as per the message sent by TATA DOCOMO itself, I was going to recharge Rs. 129/-, But, now it is converted into 1.2/2s i.e., reducing the call rate.So, I request you sir, please to convert Rs. 129/- towards Data i.e., 1.5 GB for 30 days and oblige.
