Hello Sir, I have photon plus connection, I'm using this from last two years, recently I have changed the plan after that it has worked nic for one month, later on speed is reduced, When Cal your Customer care they refused to take the complain on the internet speed and also saying that it will like that only do what you want. my Photon Number : [protected] and my phone number: [protected]. please fix this as early as possible. Hello Tata DOCOMO,

As per your issues, that does't mean usage is more net should down, we are paying same amount of money so kindly please fix this issue as early as possible or else tell me the alternative solution such any time where traffic is less I can get the good amount of speed to do my work. Please let me know.
