Tata Docomo — Unwanted bills and legal notice

I have so many times in this 4 months duration requested the customer care for migration of my postpaid sim no [protected]. I was using two sims holding no [protected] & [protected] i applied for migration in april for [protected] clearing all my bill. Dispte that my number [protected] was produced with the bills. And i got so many calls that i explained them the issue of how can they produce the bill after applying for migration. But they never answered to my question.. I even agreed to pay the bill if they are ready to cancel the bills produced on [protected] after applying for migration.. But they did not even listen to that. I am ready to pay still the bills produced on my other number [protected]. But they are not agreeing to it. And have sent me a legal notice. Without resolving my issue i never said i will not pay the bill. I always said i will pay the bill only if they are ready to re produce the bills on [protected].
