Greetings,

With reference to the above subject, my self “mohammed fareeduddin siddiqui” partner of “m/s. Faiyaz travels”. I have two (02) tata walky connection in the name of my firm, which are[protected],[protected]. Now as the company is going to shut down the tata walky, i was told by the customer care and even received the message on my walky to change the walky number to gsm services.

I’ve talked to the customer care they told me that your tata walky’s last 4-5 digits will be same if you port to tata gsm services.

On saturday (03/03/2018) i went to tata store situated at mira bhayander road and spoke to mrs. Rekha. They took all my documents for porting it to gsm services. And they also gave me 2 gsm mobile numbers which are as follows: for tata walky number[protected] they gave me the number “‭[protected]‬” and for tata walky number[protected] they gave me the number “‭[protected]‬”. But till today both the gsm numbers are not activated.

Today i visited tata store (Mira bhayandar) and asked mrs. Rekha that why my numbers have not activated yet? She replied me that this number which ends with the number “786” are diamond numbers and company don’t give for free. I have to pay for it or they would me different numbers.

Now i have some questions to the appellate authority.
1. If the company is changing there number policies why should we suffer from it?
2. When already my tata walky’s last 5 digit are “102786 and 103786”, why the company is not giving me the same last 5 digit number on my gsm.
3. Why are they telling me that this is diamond number? When company itself says that we will give the last 5 digits same as our walky number.

Same, here got the notification a few days back that the number will not work anymore, I mean what they are saying is unethical and unprofessional, I have been using their number from last 4 years, and all my business collaterals have the tatawalky number, they should have provided an option to port the number to other service provider at least

      With reference to above tata indicom has fraudulently charged unauthorized amount for my numbers [protected] & [protected]. U have charges fraud and unauthorized national sms charges of rs 329 and local sms charge rs. 71. Which i have not done for my tata no.[protected] and national sms rs 109.50 + 26 (Local sms)=135.50 local sms charged for my tata no [protected].

      I have already deposited last bill for my tata no.[protected] rs.334 on 3.11.2017 receipt enclosed.

      I already deposited excess payments for my no [protected] rs.450 and rs.250 on 3.11.2017 (Reciept enclosed) and your representatives told that ur bill is zero for both numbers and confirmation mail also recieved. Then why u have fraudulently and unauthrizedly charged me this much amount.

      Why they have added this amount of rs.334 as previous arrears in my bill for tata no.[protected]. Whereas i have already deposited the said amount on 3.11.2017. (Receipt enclosed).

      Refund me this amount of rs.734 and rs.725 for both of my above mentioned numbers else i will take the legal way.

      And will not pay these fraud bills ar any cost.

And my domain authorization will be sent to me.. But it was not sent so far. Can you please send me the authorization code to me asap, so that i can transfer my domain to other provider.

              I am using tata walky talky land line phone of tata last 10 years.in april 2017 the hand set of my number [protected] got damaged by falling on earth. I made a complaint to tata customer care for replacement or repair. Up to 30 days no body came. Then i have made complaint for the disconnection of the phone.in july august i have paid bill of rs 700/- for with out any thing. Then i ave requested them again for the disconnection they have issued me a reference number and after few days called me that your phone has been disconnected. Now they have raised another bill of rs 390 /- means they have not so far disconnected my phone. It is totally harassment on me. Requesting you for strong action

                    I have complained 3-4 months back to tata docomo that their services doesn't work properly so that they fix the issue and if they can't provide the service what they have promised for i will not pay further and they should disconnect the services immediately.

                    Without disconnecting or helping me the customer service representatives used to call me who were like robots neither they understand english nor hindi. Whatever you will try to report they are only trained to say two word "your bill is pending" and "ok".

                    This was highly unprofessional as i didn't got any help i requested them to deactivate my services. But they didn't and came back with bills of all those months when they were not even providing any services to me/ disconnected the services. They asked me to provide a complain number whereas after having multiple calls they didn't log any complain. As a service provider tata indicom should be able to help their customer with the complain number how the customer will get the registered complain number if they have not generated any.

                    The tata indicom customer care people started misbehaving with me also starting sending emails with charging incorrect amount. After having multiple emails and fighting over email for last 3 month as a general person i would definitely not like to waste my time on this.

                    I have an email where i have asked tata indicom on 19th august'2017 to deactivate all my services. Although i have made my payment yesterday and clearly mentioned that "please deactivate all my services as requested 3 months back i would not entertain any further calls and communication/promotion calls in future from tata docomo"

                    After paying the money also they wrote an email to me that they will still generate a bill on next month 8th of october which is highly dissatisfying for someone who has to pay her hard earned money to a fraud company.

                    As far as i know about the laws this is breach of contract and non performance this is against the laws under sections 73, 74 and 75 of indian contract act, 1872.

                    I would like to lodge a complain against tata indicom for breach of contract, misguiding, cheating, dissatisfaction and not disconnecting services and taking money forcefully.

                      I am customer of tata indicom. My tata indicom walky number is [protected]. The connection is on my mother's name mrs komal bhardwaj. There is a voice disturbance and battery discharge issue in our walkie from last 3 months. I tried to get the solution from tata indicom customer care but didn't find that helpful. As customer support is providing us which are not in our city. Although they provided few of the service centres in amritsar city. But when i went there i didn't find any of authorised service centres of tata indicom in amritsar city. Please, get it corrected at our home like earlier. As they replaced our handset earlier too by providing services at our home.

                            I have ported my number but still i m getting calls from executive. I have cleared all my dues in in june as i ported during dat month. But still i m getting 10-15 calls everyday wether its morning, afternoon or night anytime. I m continuously asking them for details but no response. Kind of language ur executives (Dat girls) are using is not at all acceptable. Worst then illiterate. Every time she threatening me to stop my number. Who d hell dry are to talk to me like dis.
                            I m sorry to say tata has worst network ever faced. Customer care not at all co-operative. They never attend d call. I had issues regarding data connection, tried to call customer service so many times but no response.
                            Kindly ask ur people not to call me as i hv nothing to do with tata. Plz change dat cheap, illiterate executive staff.

                              I had a plan of 5gb 3g at rental 350 rs. Which was changed to 2gb 3g at rental 349 rs.in july without my consent. I had a conversation with customer care to set my previous plan and they assured me that it will be changed. But yet not changed instead barred my outgoing calls and also not able to call customer care. So i decided not to pay bill for this month as i am not satisfied with their services. Now i am getting sms related to activation of my services (Attached screenshots of sms) but none of services is activated.

                                    I have been constantly trying to get in touch with tata indicom customer care, and they have been not been listening to my concern and deliberately disconnecting the call.
                                    My complaint is regarding the high pulse rates/min being charged from their end, my bill is coming too high as compared to the market trend of the mobile network providers

                                    This kind of company should be blacklisted by trai who are looting and laundering the customers who are not aware of much of the trend.

                                    Request you to please take a appropriate action against such company who claim to be of indian origin.

                                      I am getting calls and messages regarding a tata walky number [protected] a/c no[protected]. Whenever i got calls for verification or payment reminder i denied that i neither have applied for connection nor i know what person and company they were asking for.
                                      Their sms and calls says rs 476 is pending since last 3 months and the number have been disconnected. I dont understand how can u activate their connection without sms verification. And every time your guys calls me and i tell him the case, they apologize and say we wont call u again. I have got almost 100 calls till now from different agents but no action have been taken yet. I want my contact number [protected] to be removed from that account as that connection doesnt belongs to me. You have their companies id and other details so go and grab them and stop irritating me and dont force me to file mental harasement case against you guys.

                                        Sub: non shifting of telephones by tata indicom - reg.

                                        As i shifted my office to the above mentioned address, on[protected] i applied for shifting of my phones numbered 66777521 and 66777541 to the above mentioned address and also submitted to them a copy of my rental agreement as a proof of my new address and a copy of my driving license as my i. D. Proof to which they acknowledged and alloted to me reference number[protected]. They also assured me that the phone will be shifted by[protected]. Since then i have been regularly calling them up and they have been promising that the phone will be shifted at the earliest. When i called them last time they said that my complaint is closed without giving any proper reason. I strongly condemn this careless and negligent behaviour of such a reputed company which is affecting my business for more than two weeks. The phones must be shifted immediately.
