I filed a complaint in this website regarding delay in car delivery so I received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com as our customer care person will contact you. Today I received a call from [protected] as Tata motor customer care and they told they wants to reimburse 25, 000 due to delay in car delivery. First I refused but they forced me and guided how to reimburse the amount through phonepe. They guided me by putting some voucher number finally 25, 000 INR deducted from my account, hence I got doubt and started to scold them. Again they told some reason and follow their instruction to get the deducted amount but I refused and disconnected the call. Already I filed a online police complaint but I am requesting to TATA to take some severe action regarding this fraudulent activity.

      I had visited TATA showroom (Malayalam Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, ALUVA, Kerala) to enquire about TATA TIAGO. Although it was my initial visit, the executive Mr. Kirandas insisted me to book the vehicle at Rs. 1, 000. When I asked him about the cancellation charges mentioned in the Commitment Form (Number: 4948 - attaching the copy), he assured that the amount will be completely refunded if I change my plans.       Hello,

      We booked a Tata Nexon XZ+(O) from Puneet Automobile Malad on 3rd September 2019 and they assured delivery on 20th September 2019 and they wrote that even in mail. But they didn't deliver it and they are extending dates every time by 3-5 days and not giving us a proper date. Please look into this. They aren't even responding to my mail now where I'm asking for a delivery date.

          Dear team, i booked the order Tata Nexon XZA + O petrol on September 13 2020 at chennai, OMR perungudi, and getting delay, till now Chassis number was not allocated, and still waiting upto 8 oct 2020 no update from Tata motors on it.

          Dealer update within one week after booking date chassis number will be allocated, later end of month, later one more week, but still not allocated.
          Dealer side very responsive to us, but i dono why this specific variant was not delivered to dealer.

          Really eager to buy this Car, but due to delay of delivery its pushing me to move for Another Brand .

          Hope by raising a complaint here can fullfill my wish to get my Tata Nexon asap, kindly do the needful

                I purchased tata nexon xm 1.2 rtn bs4 in april 2019, the car is not working properly within a span of 1.5 year the car has been sent to service station multiple times.
                On 25.09.2020 the car stopped working and it was sent to the service center located at noida by name of sagar motors with the help of crane - toe the car was returned on 28.09.2020 with the assurance to work properly but on 29.09.2020 it again stopped working and was sent to the service center located at noida by name of sagar motors with the help of crane - toe.

                Now its been more than 10 days and my car is still not in working condition and when i call to ask regarding status of my car i receive no satisfactory response and the staff of sagar motors located at noida namely mr. Lalit is not cooperative and talks in really abusive manner.

                Kindly help me to get my car back in working condition and take neccessary action in respect to staff and services of tata motors and sagar motors noida.

                    I have bought a tata nexon xz+o model, white colour through csd. Post that my ira app wasn't syncing. So i had sent my car to bafna motors pune to get this issue resolved. When they checked the app from their service station it was working but when i received the delivery of the car, the app was again not responding. And now when i am calling up bafna motors pune they aren't responding.

                      I bought a tata xenon from progressive motors at agartala, tripura before 3 years ago. But servicing centre of progressive motors not up to the mark. Recently i am facing a problem with the ac of my xenon vehicle and i have gone to the service centre. Accordingly they said that a new condenser will require to repair the ac problem and accordingly i ordered at their counter for ac condenser. But after fixing of ac condenser, the ac of the said vehicle still not working even i have been charged 2 times by them for the repairement purpose, but the ac problem of vehicle not solved. Even they also suggest me to repair the said vehicle from the outside.in this regard, i am to inform you that if the said conditions are lying by the said service centre then how will we repair our vehicles if any damage.in this way the goodwill of tata motors also diminishing day by day.

                        Dear tata team,

                        I am using tata nano emax car, which is done 74k km, 2 months back i faced petrol to cng conversion problem, when taken to tata motors service center in thane (Heritage motors) they said there is a leakage in the a pipe (Low pressure assy), which will cost 500 bucks, for which i agreed, but later they said there is problem in cng regulator, replacement of same will cost 26k. Now my car valuation itself is 50k, spending 30k + for keeping it running is huge cost for person who can only afford tata nano.
                        I expect tata motors can provide me some affordable solution

                          I booked Tata Altroz XZ(O) sky line silver dual tone at Tiruppur, Tamilnadu on 15th Sep 2020. But today I got reply from show room as Tata has stopped manufacturing of Tata Altroz XZ(O) sky line silver dual tone, then I asked for Red colour but the show room person replied as it will take more than 3 months. So I wants to know this information is true or not.

                            Booked my tata Nexon xz+ (s) petrol model around 50 days ago and haven't got it delivered yet. Called my dealer for the update regarding when it'll be available in the ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) and they told me to buy another vehicle as there is no sign of availability till 23 oct and I've to buy it before 23 oct. Can someone please help me that where can I complain about it so that I can get my Nexon to be delivered soon?

                              I am attul, booked Tata Nexon (petrol) Xz+S (white) on 14th of August from Ratlam. The vehicle was booked by the name DEEPMALA.
                              before the booking I was told by Tata motors dealer that you'll get delivery of the same vehicle within a month. It is Oct. 4th and I got nothing.
                              On Oct. 3rd I was told that vehicle is not available.
                              What is this nonsense! How can a customer chose Tata motors if he is facing such an strange issue?

                                We are extremely disappointed from "Tata Motors Delhi" (Dealership from Autovikas Rajapuri Delhi).

                                I have booked car on 12th August 2020 and were promised to get the delivery on or before 28th of August 2020, but we are in 8th week and till now Tata Motors didn't deliver the car. Several mails and calls has been exchanged with TSM and RSM of Tata motors Delhi, but they failed to provide us with the delivery date. We were assured multiple times from Tata motors officials that car will get allocate in next 2 or 3 days but still the car hasn't been allocated. They still have no idea when the car is going to be allocated.

                                As a company Tata motors does have a customer complain call centre but it's for name sake, when ever we call they are asking us to call either TSM or RSM or Dealer and hanging the call in between without any resolutions.

                                Our loan is sanctioned last month at the rate of 7.35% and if ROI increased by even 0.5%, will Tata motors give us the increased amount.

                                We wanted to gift the car to my father on the special occasion, which is in a week time but there no scope of the car to get delivered as it has not been allocated yet.

                                I believed in Tata motors but this incident made me disappointed and I'm loosing my trust in Tata motors. Is this how Tata motors treat their customer's, because I'm worried about after sales service as well.

                                  I had purchased TATA Tiago XZA+ Car from your dealer MK, Motors, Kottayam in Sep/Oct 2019 (Regn No. KL-05 AU 9115). During the purchase I was told that Tata Motors offers a Gift Voucher worth Rs.3000/- to the person (Mr Baiju) who had recommended Tiago to me and accordingly the details of the person was given to the dealer at that time. They had informed that since the offer is from Tata Motors, the vouches will be sent Mr Baiju . On enquiring the matter with SWAGATH I was told that the same needs to be sorted out by dealer only. The dealer was again contacted and they have informed me that a person can recommend maximum 5 buyers and the voucher is sent after end of Fin. year (i.e. after March 2020).
                                  Till date the Voucher has not been received.
                                  May I request you to look into the matter and intimate the facts.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I purchase Tata nano car MH 08 R 720. Three years continuously coming to hitting sensor problem every time. So every time I was change heating sensor to Tata Motors through authorise service centre from Bafna Motors in Ratnagiri. Every time we are taking Tata nano check up this service centre but that time again getting a hitting sensor problem. that's why coming to engine problem.
                                    So now I argue to Tata nano car I think either car manufacturing is problematic neither not getting to proper service by bapna Motors anyone responsible for this situation running age 41000 kilometre only.
                                    So either solve the engine problem neither replace the engine.

                                      Executive( Nilesh) behaviour was ridiculous he didn't show the car, justification was he dont have key. He was telling us customers are booking online no need to see anything.

                                      Nashik TATA dealers look like they are seating on GOV jobs.

                                      I hate this behaviour.
