I have booked the upcoming nexon ev in jan 2020 and was promised a delivery in third week of march. However the pandemic started and everything went into lockdown after 22march, by the time my car should have been ready and dispatched to dealer. It is mid june and there is no sign of even confirmation on expected date of delivery by the dealer.

I am eager to buy the car. However there is no sign of commitment from the company of clearing customers doubts.

    I have no alternative to approach an online consumer court along with facts and figures are to be submitted to the consumer forum.

    So please look into it & revert back

            I am mohammad ansari, i have bought a private bus 16/02/18, then engine has seezed in 1 year, the bus sent to repairing into the bihar jhanjharpur pasco in the guarantee period then they has charged rs.1, 10, 000/-. But after 3 months engine has seezed again the vehicle was held in mathura pasco is about 1 month then it was repair after a month passed but they again charged rs.30, 000/-. Then again the bus doesn't absorb urea, then we again complain in tata motors, in this way the bus stayed at bahadurgarh delhi, then they has fixed that problem and charge rs.20, 000/-.
            The lockdown has start, then we sent the bus form bihar to delhi, then again engine has failed. Now the bus guarantee is 2 years left.
            Now the tata motors co. Is charge rs.3, 00, 000/- for repairing the engine. But guarantee is left of about 2 years.
            Now the bus is stayed at : fab sales ltd. (Chinhat, lucknow, up)

                I had purchased a tata tiago car in feb 2018. From first day i noticed a complaint in car's balance car was going driver side automatically when steering left. I visit the showroom before first service. He assured me to shortcut the problem in first service. But nothing was satisfactory after service. Similarly he postponed this problem on second service than third. Now yesterday my fourt and paid service has done on other service center shri auto itora agra which was recommended by an executive of tata motors helpline. I told all about problems of car to the service manager but i was really very disappointing after service no improvement in car after spending a 4100 of bill. I am not understanding what is this that the service person suggest me that if you want the car service satisfactory go outside the authorized service center on a private alignment shop. And private alignment shopkeeper suggest me to go company service center because car is in warranty period and it is a manufacturing default. What should i do i can't understand.

                  issue with infotainment system

                  Dear sir/mam,

                  I am using tata nexon for 2 years no doubt the car is fantastic except some few niggles. I am having the 2018 model, but from few months i faced this issue. The infotainment system will restart again and again, sometimes the music is going on and the screen becomes blank sometimes it becomes white, and the words and text on the screen converted into blocks i am attaching the pic of the problem occurs yesterday...

                    Sir i am from abohar i have bought 2 tata zip in 2017 and hav paid double the price on its maintenance from dada motors abohar punjab.
                    They wanted us to exchange the parts from the vehicle according to the fault as, 1 has wiring problem and other has engine problem but we refused and the got us waiting and waiting as our work is non-stop in this corona stress i have told them to satusfy the needs of our vehicle but they are not interested in doing our work they are just making big big bills for us to pay and they have got zero coustomer satisfactiin and poor labour work and mechanis.
                    Now, resolving the problem is not an issue i want to know how they have charged so much money to us as we are their trusted coustomer. We have bought many vehicles but this time they just made us cry to hell. I dont understand the thing that they still have our vehicle and it is with them for like 15-20 days now i need an answere that what is making them to make us wait for such a long period our work is delaying and the workers which we give pay to are sitting and just watching this vehicle to get started and in a good health. I am suffering the loss.
                    Tell them to take their vehicles back or give us free maintenance and free vehicle service at this billing time.

                        We have bought a tata nexon xg+ varant car in may 15th 2020 from cropex tata motors, hosur road, bangalore 560100. When our is delivered was taken with seat cover. The seat cover was shabby and not fitting to seats. When i asked dealer he said this how tata nexon seat cover comes. I asked him why nexon name is not imprinted on the front seat cover, he said it is not coming now they don't print for nexon. I was wondering why tata has stopped only for nexon and not for all other new vehicles. We got irritated and asked him to remove the seat covers and ask him to provide new covers till jun 10th.

                        Now my question is if tata stopped printing name on the nexon cover. Can we get this sorted with dealer. Our experience is not good with them. It was like we were buying vegitable instead car. These people kept my 5lac advance from march 2020 and gave delivery in may. That's a loss to me if i have kept that money in bank.

                          Tatamotors क्या टाटा मोटर्स पर सर्विस के दौरान sanitizing चार्ज भी लिया जाता है, जबकि यह एक essential सर्विसेज में आता है, वो भी gst के साथ।, आज कार की सर्विस grovers motors bareilly (U. P) में कराई जजिस्मे 6 घबते टाइम लिया, जबकि 10 दिन पहले का नम्बर लगा था.
                          आज दिनांक 30 मई 2020 को कार क्रमांक mp08ca9486 की सर्विस grovers motors bareilly पर कराई जिसका नम्बर 7 दिन पहले लगा हुआ था, चुकी पहले बात दिया था कि 11 बजे तक आएंगे, लेकिन जब 11.15 बजे पहुंचे तब 1.30 घंटे तक बैठा रहा फिर इतना wait करने के बाद सुनबाई हुई, जबकि मैन कहा था कि मेरी मीटिंग है 5 बजे से और 50 किलोमीटर दूर जाना है, लेकिन किसी ने एक नही सुनी, और मुझे कार सर्विस के बाद 5 बजे दी, जिसके कारण मैन अपनी महत्वपूर्ण मीटिंग को अधूरी छोड़ दिया जो कि डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट सर के द्वारा ली जा रही थी। पूर्ण पैसे देने के बाद भी वाशिंग सही नही की और धूल लगी हुई है, फ़ोटो भरज रहा हु। sanitizing का अलग से लिया गया वो भी gst के साथ।कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें। यहां एक स्टाफ आयात जी ने सहायता की।

                            I had purchased tata harrier bs4 base model in november 2019. After purchasing, from day one to till now i am facing problems related to gear vibration, suspension, engine sounds, second gear engine off problems and the same is reported many times and visited 3 to 4 times to showroom (Raj motors, rohtak) with car and they replied that your car system is updated but till now during driving 9000 kms, problem is same and didn't resolve. Even on delivery of product company didn't allow me to take drive test of car and handover the april 2019 manufacturing model in november 2019 without any such information. Even also i had reported above same problems to showroom within 2 hours after taking delivery of car but didn't take any action. Now i am frustrated and mentally disturbed after investing such amount on harrier. Company should take this faulty manufacturing product back and must solve my problem otherwise i have to go with legal action against company.

                                The dawn of the year 2018 was when I decided to get a new vehicle. Below is a factual series of my experience with receiving a brand new yet faulty car at the expense of a whole lot of time and uncertain safety on the road purely a result of the total negligent customer service.

                                1. Test drove Mahindra Thar and Tata Xenon of which We chose Tata Xenon because it was spacious and our dogs seemed to liked it.

                                2. Booked a Tata xenon.

                                3. (31/01/2018)Visited the authorized dealer - Arvind Motors in Peenya to collect the vehicle.
                                On the same day, while I was pre-checking the Tata xenon it had diesel leakage from the tank and the vehicle was dusty with numerous scratches on the boot door.

                                4. To this, the managers reaction was - "Sir, usually the driver(not the owner) comes to collect vehicles like 'crew Cab' hence, we deliver the vehicle without cleaning and washing as well and the drivers don’t mind it."
                                And the reason for the fuel leakage was blamed on the driver who drove the vehicle from the factory and forgot to tighten the screw.

                                5. Arvind motors accepted to wash the car and polish off the scratched boot door and approved that the vehicle was ready to be driven home.

                                6. (20/3/2018) After the first long drive I could feel that the car moves towards left.

                                7. (29/03/2018)Drove it back to Arvind motors for wheel alignment, after half-a-day of wait and testing they said the car was fixed.

                                8. (05/06/2018) Second long drive and the car still moves to the left.

                                9. (12/06/2018) Drove it back to Arvind motors- had to go through the same prolonged wait time for the wheel alignment.

                                10. (22/06/2018) On 3rd long drive the car continues to move towards the left.

                                11. (29/06/2018) This time Arvind motors took the car to an outside wheel alignment Centre and assured that the problem is fixed.

                                12. From then to now (February 2018 till date) the car continues to move to the left. This vehicle is absolutely dangerous to drive on the road. It has been a torture to drive this vehicle. I have to workout heavily to drive this vehicle in order to tilt the staring wheel towards right the entire drive. At times I have to request few of my friends to drive when we are on road trips and due to the strenuous driving it has adversely effected my shoulders and hands for which I required medical attention for shoulder injury.

                                The reason for me to buy a brand-new car was to go on long road trips where I could avoid repeated visits to a service station or repair station (which is often visited by incase of 2nd hand cars), but after buying a brand-new Tata Xenon I ended up frequently visiting the service station leading to not just physical but also mental strain and now finally have come to a conclusion that the Tata motors Company has no regard for it's customer safety and is selling faulty defected vehicles to the public. Is this something I should really settle for?

                                I request a full refund and a fine for selling a faulty vehicle.

                                Wish i was not betrayed by TATA Motors.

                                  I am a very big fan of tata products so became owner for 3 tata cars all are on my name using my personal, recently i owned a tata tigor petrol, now i am totally suffering with tata service response now my car ran 600 kms on that day 24 may 2020 i am travelling to my relative village along with my total family that is 10 pm i noticed petrol smell so immediately i tried to found from where it is then i saw petrol leak under my car it is very near to exhaust immediately i stopped my car then i believe i save my hole family from fire accident, today is 26 may 2020 two day over but no response from tata service team from local showroom than i informed to tata toll free number received complaint di after one day on my frequent calls i. E more than 10 times to toll free number post that i am again trying for help from local tata show room but still they are refusing to service, i never imagine such improper response from service team, for the past two days my car is parked at an un authorized un secured place, who is responsible for the issue, i can say this is a worst service and worst response

                                    Bumpher of tiago is not upto the mark seems as a manufacturing defect. It comes out from the joint attached picture will give you more clarity.

                                    This problem exist from the very beginning, i took 3 service they fix it, bumper again comes out.

                                    I took one insurance cover to change bumber still new bumper has the same problem all services and parts were taken from authorised service center.

                                      3 days back, i have called tata service center requesting an assistance as my car was having trouble moving properly. I took my car for ride after a month because of lockdown. So due to this trouble, i have called them for assistance as i got stuck on the road. But service center keep on asking me for a reference number. They informed me i need to call tata service desk and get a reference number for my complaint as i have a valid guarantee for my new car. Otherwise, they will come for assistance and i need to pay them as i don't have a reference number. 2 person came from near by service center. They checked the car and were not able to find the issue. So they suggested to take the car to service center. But the car will only be serviced freely, if i have a reference number. I know my issue is not going to be addressed by this day and i decided to get my car back to home and somehow managed it.

                                      So i decided to call the service desk as suggested by the tata service center. Call went to queue and no one was available to answer. Waited for around 30 mins so that someone could pick up. No luck. I kept on trying at different time and after 4 or 5 attempts (Each lasting close to 30 mins) someone picked up. But they were not able to hear us. Again tried. Connected. Informed the issue to them. They told us that they will connect us to their technical department. After a few mins on hold, they came back and said they are not able to connect to their own technical department (Very strange) and also informed they have raised an emergency call back and we will get a call back shortly. No call was received on the day. Process repeated on the next day. Didnt get a call back. Called again. Informed them no need of connecting to their technical deoartment and just give me a reference code so that i can take it up with the near by service center. But they told me its not the process and assured me a call back in 5 mins. I was sure i was not going to get a call back. Still waited and no call back till this day. I am writing this after 2 more days from this incident.

                                      I know there are restrictions due to covid 19 and all. So i have given them much time and always talked politely as well. But this is not acceptable. Its not the standard of service i was hoping for when i chose tata. First of all, its very important to understand the issue of a customer when they are calling from the middle of a road.

                                      I want to know why there is no answer or call back from tata customer care/ technical department. If its hard for you to address the issue quickly, why giving us false promises like call back in 5 mins. We have our own schedules and things to take care each day and it's been spoiled by these lies. Call me back [protected].
