I had purchased a car named Tata Tiago XZA+ on dated 31st January 2020 from PMG Motors Mohali. The car is not start after two days of battery backup. Now this car is not taking reverse gare and parked at my residence at Shimla. Now give me some suggestion to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I had bought my tata nexon diesel on january 2019 and since then it delivering very poor average.
At first i thought that since the engine is new this problem is there but after 6 months also my average remained low.
Right now the average doesn't go more than 13 kmpl sometimes it also goes less than 10 which is very very less for a diesel. My friends maruti baleno is petrol and gives more than 15 mileage.

True north showroom in mayapuri, new delhi not equipped with good sales team.. First of all they don't brief the customer with exact and clear information. No offer to test drive or inspect the car before purchase... No clarity on accessories or what all the customer will get in the car... All in all a bad experience with the dealer..
