I got a phone from naukri that you are selected to attend interview on tata motors for attending you have to pay 2500 for registration and to create a employee code a hr will call you by today evening and i attended it he told that we will mail you that you are selected or not and again he called that you were selected and you have to pay bind security of 25, 500 and i paid after that he told this is the last procees 35, 500 and then only you will get an offer letter. Now he is switched off his mobile phone

    I have bought a new tata tiago vehicle with chasis no mat626288lka05265 in the month of february and i paid for insurance, registration charges, permanent registration charges along with the purchase of the vehicle. I was promised to be provided side bidding as free accessory for my purchase.
    I am reporting these 3 issues after a month time and doing 12 follow ups with the dealer in this one month.

    1. I paid 25k as premium for the insurance but the dealer provided me insurance with a premium of 20k. So clearly he pocketed 5k. While purchasing he clearly mentioned me that the premium amount is 25k and took money for the same, but after receiving the insurance print out premium is written 20k only.

    2. I paid 3000 rupees for permanent registration for the vehicle and even after one month of follow up, the registration is not done. My temporary registration is expired meanwhile and the dealer doesn't even care.

    3. I was promised to be given side bidding as accessory for my purchase but none is provided. Everytime i ask, they say that stock is not available. When i call the inventory people like a new customer who wants to purchase the accessory they told me accessory is available and asked me to immediately come to showroom for the fitting. I went to showroom and asked them to do the fitting for free as stock is available. Immediately they changed their tone and said some other customer has already purchased this product and now it is out of stock. So, clearly they have intention to cheat.

    I have made several calls to the dealer and visited showroom as well, but the people there didn't care after payment was made. Their only motto was take money from the customer and let him suffer roaming around the showroom.

      I am the owner of tata's tiagoxz. I was purchased my car (Vehicle no. Mh.10 dg 7981 & chase no...) on 21st of january 2020 from tata's showroom belongs to sangli that is jv motors sangli, maharashtra. From the date of purchasing i have facing some problems in my car, & i have told about queries to the agent at the time of 1st servicing but they can't help me well enough.
      I hope you will satisfy me about this.
      Problems are my car is as, 1) always vibrating the car when it gets speed. 2) after the car travel near about 40km her ac automatically shut down. Or not working properly.3) dash board noise is also very irritating..
      Please sir, i hope it will be clear after this.

        Hello sir this is ansar from tamilnadu (Ooty)
        I purchased a tata harrier xz (Tn 43 k 4140) before just 6 months back. I face lots o[censored]pdates given to the vechile and i also faced a problem with some spares in the tata harrier which was changed to me through warranty being a premiere vechile of tata we had a lot of hope of tata vechile and we purchased and faced spare problem changing the spare in warranty really feels like “how can a brand new vechile purchased just before 6 months have this much complaint on its spare parts “ i faced a brake drum prob in just 1000km and it’s was changed with warranty i have door rubber cut prob and prob in gear oil seal and so you can check my vechile history for for information really a very unsatisfied customer of tata motors. And a major dissatisfaction and problem where all tata harrier owners feels are in just 6 months tata motors have given many major updates in the vechile like :
        1) increased bhp
        2) panaromic sunroof
        3) automatic transmission
        4) machine cut alloys
        5) reduced the size of the side mirror
        And etc
        Where as all previous tata motors customers had a faith on tata motors and purchased the vechile where we dint have any of this major updates.
        It’s highly disappointing that customers who purchased the harrier vechile to just support the tata motors are now just left out so disappointing on tata motors for this very short time major updates given to the vechile. We feel like the harrier old model is totally out dated from the market now with boring alloys engine perfomace and without sunroof and automatic transmission.
        So we kindly inform you to take perfect action on this to make tata motors harrier customers to get satisfied with the old tata vechile are give us some exchange policy are get updates from the company are do something. We all feel really disgusting what tata motors did with harrier customers really a very unsatisfied customers.
        “i bought this car with a dream getting into tata motors.in just 6 months you have made the old one the outdated model by giving 10 new updates in just 6 months for the new tata harrier i am totally fed up now thinking about the my tata harrier.
        It’s a kind request from my side to just give us all the updates.

          After delivering the car Mr Sailendra Bhagat of ASL Motors, Jamshedpur had taken back the faulty mobile charger and mobile holder on assurance that it will be replaced. Till date since last one year I am waiting for replacement of damaged Mobile Holder and Mobile Charger by ASL Motors of Jamshedpur.

            My son sandeep booked tata altroz xe patrol through rama auto cars, passenger car dealers, rohtak, haryana on 31 jan 2020 as good management and better service. The delivery was fixed 45 days or before from the 31 jan 2020. After booking rama auto cars has not responded. Repeated request and reminder rama auto cars fixed the delivery of car on 24 mar 2020. Now, suddenly rama auto cars neglected to deliver the car. Please help me and guide. Thanks

              True north showroom in mayapuri, new delhi not equipped with good sales team.. First of all they don't brief the customer with exact and clear information. No offer to test drive or inspect the car before purchase... No clarity on accessories or what all the customer will get in the car... All in all a bad experience with the dealer.. If this is what happens before even buying the car, god knows what will happen after the car is bought... Very much disappointed with this...

                I have purchased tata altroz from srt tata motors coimbatore on march 6th 2020.

                The rto registration of the vehicle is still pending even after 2 weeks of delivery.

                The ac stopped working in 2 days. When i call the representative he said he resigned. When i called the manager he is not even replying. I have called around 12 times he is not attending. My crm is worthless and says you need to do registration but my rto amount is with them.

                No one really cares and worst and worst service by tata.

                  I have purchased tata tiago on dec 31th 2019 and drove around 2k km in 2 months, in which i found wheel balancing and alignment was entirely not proper. After the first service when drive past around 100km/hr whole body was shaking like it will break while running itself. So went back to service station i got to know that drive shaft was damaged.
                  I am deeply disappointed with the car with fact that, how can a new car's drive shaft will get damaged that too within 2 months.
                  I am disappointed that, i took a loan to buy defected car, and i and have keep it and have pay for it life long,
                  I urge the concerned authorities to please provide me a satisfactory solution.

                    My tata zest met with an accident on 3/2/2020 and it was taken to trivandrum motors on 4/2/2020. The insurance survey was over on 7/2/2020. Today ie 18/3/2020, after 40 days i still do not know when my car will be delivered to me after repairs.
                    I understand that some parts are still not delivered to the dealer by tata motors and hence they are helpless. I bought your car thinking that being an indian company's car, parts will be easily available. Very badly let down.

                      प्रणाम, सर मै चरण सिंह मेरी ट्रक नंबर up82t8784 है मै एटा up से हूं। सिर मेरी ट्रक 1618 5 लीटर टर्बोत्रोन है। सर ये ट्रक 29 फरवरी 2020 को अलीगढ़ से 7 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर पचफेटा नाम की जगह खराब हो गई । सर मैंने टोल फ्री नंबर से बात करके अलीगढ़ अशोक ऑटो सल्स टेल्को मै बात करी । उन्होंने ट्रक देखी और ठीक नहीं करी । फिर मैंने ट्रक को खुर्जा एलबीएस मोटर्स को दिखाई उन्होंने 6 दिन मै ट्रक ठीक करी । नए इंजेक्टर डाले थे । ट्रक 35 किलोमीटर अलीगढ़ से एटा की तरफ चली और घिर बंद हो गई । मैंने एटा टेल्को रामा मोटर्स में बात करी टोल फ्री के जरिए । उन्होंने ट्रक देखी और दूसरे दिन की बोला ट्रक देखने को फिर सर अगले दिन उन्होंने गाड़ी टोचन करके टेल्को लाने को कहा । हमने कहा सिर आपकी ट्रक है, न्यू ट्रक है आप ही टोचन करा के ले चलो पर इन्होंने मना कर दिया फिर हम होचन करा के ट्रक टेल्को लाए है और 6 मार्च से ट्रक रामा मोटर्स एटा में खड़ी है और अभी तक ठीक नहीं हो रही है। सर माल वाला हमें परेशान करता है ।हम पर पनल्टी लगा रहा है । सर हम बर्बाद हो गए है । ड्राइवर का खर्चा भी खड़े खड़े हो रहा है। इसलिए सर आपसे प्रार्थना है कि ट्रक को जल्दी ठीक करवाने का प्रयास कर दीजिए और हमें 19 दिन से ट्रक खड़े होने की पेनल्टी दिलवा दीजिए ।हम गरीब आदमी है । बड़ी मुश्किल से एक ट्रक बनाई है ।और अभी ट्रक 7 -8 महीने की है । प्लीज मेरी हेल्प करिए। थैंक्स । up82t8784

                        Got a new Tigor BS6 delivered and this, unfortunately, didn't come with a boot cover. There is a no inner cover for the boot and all the wires are hanging around. (There are slots to fit in a cover though)
                        On asking the dealer, I was told that Togors dont come with the boot cover these days. If this is indeed true, doesn't seem right.

                          Hi i have purchased tata tiago xz (O) model car from gajanand motors palanpur gujarat in first week of feb. Month. While i got paid receipt for extended warranty it shown name with someone else. While i inquired in gajanand motor they don't have any satisfactory answer and said that in first service it will change the name. After that call comming from tata that you have 5 months passes and you didn't come for service while i purchased a month before.

                          My question is this new one car purchase is already second hand saled to me? Why online vehicle is not on my name and with somebody else name? What is the scandal? Even after completed all formalities and got the vehicle.

                            I bought tata tigor xz+ a year back and after 3 months the heater as well as the defogger installed in the car stopped working. Due to this we faced a lot of problems during the winter season and our long trips. We had to roll down the windows in extreme cold because due to temperature difference inside and outside the car, fog would appear on the windscreen and to remove it we had to roll down the windows because the heater and the defogger were not working. I had informed the service centre during my second and third service. They even tried to fix it and the heater worked once or twice after that but then again without any reason it stopped working and the problem is still not resolved. I think there is some manufacturing defect in the car which the company is not trying to resolve. My car no. Up 32 kk 2553. Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

                              I visit dealer several times to repair same problem.in every month i need to visit dealer garrage same issue. They only to close jobcard, not vehicle problems. I request you to solve my problem. I am surviving from last year.

                              A few person has unethical behavior and delay in his work, means not work with efficiancy. Arise unacceptable issue.

                                I had given tata harrier for service on 14th march, 2020 to malwa tata service center, jahangirpuri industrial area, 110033.
                                On reaching home after taking car back from the service centre i found that emergency key was missing from my key set.
                                On informing the service centre, they are clueless about the key.
                                This is a highly unprofessional and careless behaviour on part of service centre, previously also i has faced lots of issues with this service centre.

                                This is possible that the key has been stolen by someone with some malicious intentions. The key can be used to steal the car also.
                                I haven't got any assurance from the service centre about the replacement of the key. I want that my whole key for tata harrier is replaced and not just the emergency key free of cost.

                                    Sir i have purchased the vehicle 407ex from the above mentioned dealer on 27/6/2018 vide invoice no. Ipmmer[protected]. On 28/12/2019 the said dealer replaced my ems ecu dcm 2.5 which went faulty within this short period. Stating that the warranty period was over the dealer charged me a sum of rs 17750/-for getting it replaced. Vide their bill no. Ipmmky[protected] dated 28/12/2019. As the vehicle started engine oil leakage problem subsequently it was again taken to the dealer and vide their invoice no. Ipmmky[protected] dated 13/3/2020 i got charged rs 8650/. Rs 26400 within a span of one and a half years makes me doubtful about the quality of the vehicles tata's provide to the common man. I request you to kindly let me know the warranty available to the ecu dcm 2.5 and let me also know whether or not the dealer is charging exorbitant rates for servicing which may be made a bit more affordable to the common man.

                                      I hv purchased tata car on 29th feb and they charged me rs 6500/ for handling charges. I denied to pay it but they said its necessary and if you hv any problem you can drop mail to tata customer care. Customer care and tata official said handling charges are right n it can't be waived off.
                                      Could you please help me if these charges are right or not attached is the copy of charges.

                                        I have purchased tiago nrg petrol varient in nov2018, as said by sales manager milage will be 22kmpl but till now it has not crossed even 19kmpl.
                                        And also vehicle too noisy and suspension already worn out and same hasbeen replaced as it covered under warranty period. But they have replaced only one side suspension assembly, after repalcing sterring got obbling and it is pulling left side on road. When asked service centre they ae telling its normal.
                                        I fed up with is tata and service team.
