Dear sir / madam,

I have purchased a new truck model no. Tata lpt 3718cr bs-iv 10x2 from rajkot dealers - gujarat on dated october 2019.

Now the issue is that my truck is running only 42000 km and waring tyre only short running kilometers. I have complained to the dealer for this problem but till date there is no solution given to me for this issue.

    I have purchased this vehicle in month of june 2019. Within less than a year it started giving me issues. On the new year eve, when we were on our way for celebrating new year, it was not at all moving beyond speed limit 50km.. Warning symbols were shown in between and when we reached nearest dealership, they were not able to identify the issue. Eventually it got fixed by itself.

    Now power steering is not working and reason is that due to the rust in engine, fluid got leaked. At the dealership, they are asking us to pay an amount of 4k to paint the same to avoid rust.

    Why would i pay for something which tata should hold responsibility for. Only mistake which i made was that i purchased vehicle from tata motors when there were plenty of other options.

    What is the security here? It cost almost 20l for this vehicle and within an year engine is rusted. God knows what all will happen in near future.

      I have huge respect for tata motors and so i bought a nexon car (Reg no: ap16fe4888) in july 2018. The car is excellent in its price range and i am happy for two years until the recent service (4th service-paidservice 8000/- approx on[protected] at jasper automobiles, vijayawada, andhra pradesh. I have given the car for service and also said two main complaints regarding the ac cut off problem while driving and rear left door unlock problem and left the car for two days in the service centre. After one day i. E on[protected] they gave me the car and said all set with the regarding the problems i raised. The very next day[protected] the ac was cut off and i went to the service center and asked them the same regarding the recurrence of the problem that there is a problem with the cooling coil in the vehicle. After checking for 5min they said that there is no problem with cooling coil (We cleared the dust in the mat) and now the problem is solved and asked me to come if the problem persists while driving. Believing in them i have gone out of station with my family (My wife and 10months baby) which we suffered suffocation the whole journey due to ac cut off all through the journey as we couldn't open the windows since it was pouring rain outside. As it was sunday, it's a holiday at the service center. At one moment, i lost all the gratitude for the tata motors but then i realized desperately, i should raise a complaint to the customer care so they would solve my problem. I have confidence in tata motors customer care that they will respond to my issue and resolve it. I request you kindly do the needful and let me get my car in perfect condition.

          Service issues

          I having tata nano car..i gave my car service to Tata authorised TAFE ACCESS service centre in Erode on march 1st week.Doe to corona lockdown there is some delay to deliver my car..I gave my car service for the reason of over heat in radiator problem.At once they started the service related to temperature issues..First the service advisor told me that have to change theradiator fan..The problem wasn’t solved .And then he chaged the radiator...

          Hi,

          My name is arun kumar g, i own tata tiago and i’m from hosur tamil nadu, a recent incident when i have been to tata service - the true sai works, hosur made me to write this, the hospitality in hosur service station is really worst, people are very careless and irresponsible about customers, there is no proper structure for billing - they will make you wait even after paying bill - they will simply take money and ask yu to wait just for smoke break, there is no proper response over any compliant and the authorised person won’t even explain things what went wrong and what they did to your machine, i really felt to change my car just for the sake of irresponsible and careless behaviour in service centre.

            I have purchased tata tiago xza+ from tejaswi motors (Hi-tech city).

            1. They are charging logistic charges of 6500 inr and after asking gave bill on letter head with fuel, driver, stack yard charges etc which are not at all related to customer.

            2. For insurance it is quoted 42k and then i denied for dealer insurance and requested for i will take insurance on my own. But they are not agreed for that and handover insurance invoice with 32k. When i asked about 10k difference they are telling dealer discount bla bla. I will get insurance on my own at 32k.

            3. Even after 1 month also they are not giving invoices and not completing billing process.

                Iam using a tiago xza 2017 model. Vehicle is under warranty. The fuel gauge is not working, i raised my complaint in my nearest setvice station focuz service kollam, kerala.                   I have booked altroz xz at venkata ramana motors in hyderabad.

                  They are chagring around 10, 000 rupees for customer care (Handling/logistics) changer and accesories.

                  When we asked why you are charging that amount then they said that tata motors officially charging that amount so we are applying the same to customers.

                  When i said that you should not change that amount to customers then they said that you can cancel the booking we are okay to refund your booking amount.

                  Then i have descided to raise complaint after receiveing the car.

                  Also they said that they will provide the altroz company mats and mud flops but they provided me cheap quality not even worth of 1000ruppes but they charged 1500 ruppes for accessories.

                  After car delivery they have provided me tax invoice only for 8, 61, 000 ruppes but i have paid 8.71, 000 rupees to showroom.

                  When i asked remaining 10, 000 ruppes tax invoice or bills then they said that we have charged that 10k for handling nad accessories bla bla bla and they wont provide the tax invoice or bills for 10k.

                  So i want to raise this conecern here to get the solution (Refund or accessories wroth that amount).

                    Rcvd date, after then call me 25th jun an says to pay 2050/- amount online for pay deposit and next day i have rcvd one mail from ([protected]@hrdepartment.in) offer letter
                    After then again they say 4500/- need to pay more to dress code i told her i don’t have money then they say pay 2000/- at list then i pay 2k now today 29th jun again they say u need to pay all amount... Maje lagta he ye fraud kar rahe he online vo bhi tata motors ke naam par agar tata motors is tarah ki konsi bhi job vacancy nikal leta he to koi bhi amount charge nahi karte ye company ka patient use kar rahe he, isse rokna chahiye ye long aur logon ke saath fraud kar sakte he aur company ka naam badnam kar rahe he

                      I took one tata nexon xza+ from muthoot automobile solutions kollam on[protected]Ch no:mat627130llb04253). When i use car seat belt (Left side) and automatic gear not working properly. On[protected] morning got a breakdown for my car. Gear system completely not working. So kindly record this complaints and take nessassary action. If get this compliant in future please change my car

                        My name is jaswant singh from bhiwadi rajasthan i purchased tata nexon xza+ diesel on august 2018 since then i was completely satisfied with the car but since febraury 2020, i started facing jerking problem in car while driving my car starts jerking by which accident can happen. Months ago while overtaking a car my car started jerking and somehow i controlled the car and saved from collapse but this problem is repeatedly going on with my car and i don't feel safe to drive on roads as it is risky to me and the other people also and when there is speed breaker/damage roads car stops there as we apply breaks.in february this problem started so i went to nearest service station of tata motors but they were not able to find the fault so i went to service stations of bhiwadi rewari and gurgaon and on 13 march 2020 i went to arya motors gurgaon so they took the car for whole day for service but they were not able to find the defect too since then i am in contact with tata motors services and i have emails as a proof but my problem is not solved yet. Seriously now i am tired of going to service stations again and again and no one is telling about the problem in my car. And i gave my car to arya motors for service for 1 week and they were not able to resolve it.

                        So i do not think that this problem can be resolved because it is a manufacturing defect and your service team is not attending me properly and i can't risk of going to service station with this car. So please resolve this problem or give me replacement car as i dont think that it can be resolved.

                          सर, मेने दिनांक 09/06/2020 को olx पर टाटा मोटर्स कंपनी में जॉब के लिये आवेदन किया था, दिनांक 11/06/2020 को [protected] नंबर सोनिया सिंह ने मुझे फ़ोन किया कि टाटा मोटर्स में आपके क्वालिफिकेशन और एक्सपीरियंस के हिसाब से आपको जॉब मिल जाएगी आप इसी नंबर पर अपना फोटो, आधार कार्ड, और अपनी लास्ट क्वालिफिकेशन कि मार्कशीट व्हाट्सअप्प कर दीजिये, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरीफाई होने के बाद आपका 24 घंटे में टेलीफोनिक इन्तेर्वेव हो जायेगा, इन्तेर्वेव में सेलेक्ट होने के बाद आपको 1250 रूपए फाइल चार्ज देना होगा, दिनांक 11/06/2020 को [protected] नंबर से फ़ोन आया जिसपर रोहित सिंह बात कर रहा था उसने मेरा इन्तेर्वेव लिया और मुझे सेलेक्ट कर लिया, सेलेक्ट होने के बाद मेने रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस जमा अ/क नंबर [protected] ifsc code - punb0481000 में 1250 रूपए जमा करवा दिए उसके कुछ देर बाद मेरे ए मेल पर उन्होंने ऑफ़र लेटर भेज दिया, उसके उन्होंने सिक्यूरिटी और hdfc bank में सैलरी अकाउंट खुलवाने के लिये 5000 रस मांगे उसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे जोइनिंग लैटर मेल किया लेकिन जोइनिंग लैटर और ऑफर लैटर को ध्यान से देखने पर पता चला कि यह सब फ्रॉड हे, मेने तुरंत उनको फ़ोन किया और इस सम्बन्ध में जानकारी दी, और मेने कहा कि मुझे मेरे पुरे पैसे वापस लोटने का कष्ट करे तो उन्होंने बोला कि कंपनी आपको पुरे पैसे 15 दिनों में लोटा देगी, लेकिन अभि तक मेरे पास वहां से कुछ भी रकम नहीं आई हे और साथ ही उन्होंने मेरा फ़ोन नंबर भी ब्लैकलिस्ट में दाल दिया हे जिससे मेरी उनसे बात नहीं हो पर रही हे कृपया इस सम्बन्ध में मेरी सहायता करने कि कृपा करें |

                            Dear tata motors,
                            I paid an amount of 21000/- for tata nexon xm to tristar auto agencies ltd (Vizag) on 14/02/2020. They promised to to deliver the vehicle within a week but they failed to deliver and l also hold my patience up to 10/03/2020 as per their consecutive requests and again they failed this time also. Later on 11/02/2020 l sent an email regarding cancellation of my vehicle due to their inability and also i lost trust in thier words of telling next date. Later i buy this vehicle from another showroom within a week also. But till now, i. E on 25/06/2020 i didn't get my refund amount even though i'm following up this regularly and they are saying we moved your file to upper management. Please take a strict action against them and refund my amount asap

                              I have booked a tata nexon on[protected] and paid rs. 5, 000/- as advance amount to m/s jp motors - tata cars showroom and service. Centre isbt · near inter-state bus terminus tuti kandi shimla 171004, himachal pradesh with receipt voucher no.108708 dt. 06.02.2020, for me (Manohar lal). On 19th february, 2020 due to some financial problem i contacted the dealer for cancellation of the booking. The dealer assured a refund in 2 weeks when receiving the booking cancellation request. Till date, i have contacted the dealership every week but received the same answer that it is under process'. Kindly intervene and send my refund immediately. Kindly note that i am eligible to claim an interest in booking and the mental disturbance i am getting by calling them again and again with no positive reply till now.
                              Kindly treat this letter as 1st notice from me for getting the refund of rs.5, 000/- if this prolongs to litigation.

                                I drive a 2018 make tata bolt xm diesel. While i truly love my bolt & has been a big fan of its driveability, space on offer & the fuel efficiency, i have also been facing one issue since the very first day of delivery for which i visited the dealership while the car had run for around 1500kms. The issue is as described: while going over uneven road surfaces there was this typical noise "gadd gadd" types. So the service center kept the vehicle with them for few days & then returned the vehicke saying its resolved. But then the issue was still there. So over the next 3 years i have visited tasc multiple times& the right lower arm has been replaced multiple times, the steering column assembly has also been replaced, h frame has also been replaced however the issue is still there. Though the service guys are cooperative still it is very frustratimg that an issue has taken more than 3 years to have been identified & is still not rectified. I was trying to find out where to escalate & landed up on this page. I love my vehicle however this issue has been a major irritant. Kindly get it resolved

                                  में कटनी मध्यप्रदेश का निवासी हूँ मेरी कर टाटा हैरीयर जिसका नो. Mp21ca9311 जो हमारी फ़र्म कैलाश फ़ूड प्रोडक्ट के नाम पर है । मेने कार सर्विसिंग में कटनी से जबलपुर भेजी और कार में कुछ मेजर समस्याएँ थी जेसे कार का क्लस्टर और इंफ़ोटेनमेंट सिस्टम चलते चलते बंद हो जाता था ब्लूटूथ कनेक्ट नहीं हो रहा था । इसटेरिंग ब्रेक लगाने पे बहूत वाइब्रेट करती थी । जिसमें की 10 दिन बाद फिर मुझे कर कटनी से जबलपुर सर्विस सेंटर भेजनी पड़ी और फिर बार बार बोलने के baad भी 6 दिन बाद मुझे कार वापस दी गयी यह बोलकर की आपकी कर रेडी हो गयी । और 17/06/2020 को कार वापस दी गयी मुझे और मेने अगले ही दिन कार चेक करके उनको फ़ोन से बताया की अभी तक ना तो मेरा ब्लूटूथ काम कर रहा है कार का ना ही सटेरिंग वायब्रेशन बंद हुआ है यह दोनो समस्याएँ कार में अभी भी और मेरी कार की डिपर लाइट भी नहीं जल रही है जिसका कोई रिसपॉन्स नहीं दिया गया । दो बार कार 100 km दूर सर्विस सेंटर भेजने के बाद भी मेरी कार का कुछ काम नहीं किया गया ।
