Dear sir

I have a tata magic express (Br06pd6467). Due to some starting problems in it, i visited ideal motors workshop for repairing. They told me that its engine has seized and you have to purchase a new engine which is known as prolife.
After the installation of new engine they further changed some other parts also, and handed over the vehicle to me on 1st january 2020 but the problem remained same.

I bought a new tata tiago at the end of november 2019. After 1500 km of distance covered i have given the car for service at i s motors pvt ltd roorkee. I have been told for engine waxing and some other services and the total cost for that is rs 1100, at that time i said yes for that as this was my first experience and i don't want to take the risk for the car. After talking to a friend immediately after 10 minutes i called and informed the service person to cancel my engine waxing and all other paid services and just do a routine checkup. I have been told now it's too late and they have done engine waxing and i need to pay 1100 for that. After arguing for about half an hour they agree for canceling the paid service and i need not pay anything for that.

I am totally disappointed with the behavior of the staff. I told them about other problems of my car like the gears are too tight and when i am applying reverse gear sometimes it's making too much noise. Also, i told them couple of other things but none of my problems are solved and my car is in the same condition even after the service. I highly recommend not to buy tata cars. This is such a heartbreaking experience even after spending so much money in the car. The name of a serviceman is hem singh who talked to me over the phone.

    I have purchased a TATA Nexon ZXA+ Diesel in June 2019. Within 1 month during rains both my front headlight unit (2) and taillight unit (2) shows high condensation and fogging.

    The level of fogging in the front headlight unit is severe and the same has been raised during my 1st and 2nd servicing. The fogging was replicated at the service centre as well. As per the Dealer Incident Report filed by the TATA Service Centre, the response received is that unless the fogging is in the focusing area of the beam, TATA cannot replace my units.

    This is a serious driving hazard as the condensation can over the focusing area suddenly at any point in time causing accidents. My car is under a year old and is under warranty. TATA Motors response is irresponsible and frankly deeply disturbing.

    Other Nexon car owners who I know do not have the issue hence the defect is clearly in my car however I have been informed this is ''normal'' and TATA cannot replace the same even if the car is under warranty.

    I request a response to my issue at the earliest. I am attaching photographs of the fogging for your reference.

      I am book a tata tiago xm on dated 15 th nov 2019 sagar motor noida. As per confirmation delivery should be 19 th nov 2019. But sagar motor noida not deliver at time line so i am cancil my booking. But as checklist 3000 panelty should be cut on my booking amount. But sagar motor cut my 6000 thousand. That's very discussing. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        My name is manav arora my car tata harrier pb 79 8055 is a defective piece as i am facing so many problems as i want to start with the history of the car 18/12/19
        There was leakage in
        1) main engine oil seal- @ 9874 km only 2) shockers - @ 9874 km only
        There was oil leakage as well as noise coming out from shockers so i did not want to change it but roshan tata in jaipur service center they assured me that this is a small problem but somehow i allowed them to change it but after that there was noise coming out from gear box.
        Next incident happened with me on 30/12/2019 breaks down of car
        I was coming out from pinksquare mall in jaipur and fire was there in my car and smoke was coming out from the car and i was with my family and we were standing on highway at that time i called in few seconds 24*7 road side assistance

        I called road side assistance 2 times as no one came from their end as was waiting from 2 hours but one technician said that he is coming from indra gandhi nagar and other on second person that he will come from sitapura when he came he did not bring any job sheet or job card he will give he just said me give the car keys.

        Issue - Clutch plates Burnt 

        Now my car was given to Roshan tata apex Circle Jaipur on 29th by toe service and i went on 30th december 2019 as there was no call made to me i went at 11:30 and i asked the advisor why was not a single call made to me but he said his mobile was switched off and on job card it was written overheating. Who said overheating without asking they are writing anything . So i asked service manger to tell what happend he informed me that clutch plates are burnt as well as fan belt was making noise already and there was already noise in gear box. So i had specifically word with service manger to open the car and what are the problems please inform me till then don’t put any thing .

        But i got a call on 2nd December that he had fixed the clutch plates i was shocked and fan belt without customer permission how can they do that when i had already told them . He said from tata he got permission but i said him that i have paid money who is TATA i am the customer i will go legally as there are many faults and this car is defective . So please they are doing illegal things . But till now i have not received any Positive efforts or call from Tata to chang my Vehicle so i am going legally against Roshan tata as well as Tata also for not understanding what problems i am facing with them .

          The veh has been issued to indian army with date of manufacturing 2019 and the vehicle is under warranty.

          The power take off (Pto) and batteries (02) are not working.
          The fire fighting equipment is a very critical asset to the organization and requires immediate repair.
          The veh was also forwarded to the local tata workshop but the defect was not rectified.
          Request dispatch suitable help for rectification of the same.

            I had bought tata nexon on 14th of aug 2018 and the reg no is mh46be8614,
            I had been delivered a faulty car and since then i am complaining for different issues at the service centre and they always trying to cover this and every time they come up with different stories.
            After every service i experience some new issue and since i purchased i m driving this car with at least one or two issue persists. There were multiple issues reported in service centre and there were multiple issue raised verbally but till date nothing has changed, in fact the worst service advisers team & technician i have ever seen in any industry. They never respond properly and service technician unable to find the issue and its resolution,
            Even during the last complaint registered at tata i had received a call from their gm service and he had given me an appointment and i was told to come and all the works will be accomplished in front of me and when i reached on scheduled date he was hardly aware the issue and could not recalled anything discussed with me.

            And during my last paid service done before 28th dec, i got a feedback call from their crm team, and i raised an other issue of noise from steering which wasnt experienced earlier before that service and she told me to visit again and visited twice but my vehicle wasnt attended and i was told to come some other day since it was a minor work it doesnt require to take in service & it could be rectified.
            During my last service i raised issue of suspension they have changed the suspension but still issue is there and suspension is not working, a lot of noise from steering, they dont have the parts available with them it was the answer from service team. The service team intentionally asks to come at certain time and keep waiting for delivery till the service centre start leaving and then they deliver the vehicle and due to delays it always miss to inspect the vehicle and new issue experiences next day. This time on 28th i was determined to take the vehicle after the inspection only, though initially service advisory did not respond me to delivery and technician told me they dont have idea about the issue and how much time it will to get it rectified and after making me wait of nearly 2 hours they handed over me vehicle around 8pm in the evening and when i asked if all the reported works completed they recklessly said me yes, when i inspected nothing was done except regular service and as per them one suspension when i raised this issue with then they written on my bill that these works are pending once they will get the parts they will call me and since then it is almost 8 days passed i havent received a call for the work but got only feedback call.

            Kindly intervene and do the needful at the earliest, my frustration is at its threshold level. By not intervening and rectifying the issue make me believe that vehicle is defective and you will force me to take a legal route to resolve my issues and grievances/

              tata tiago xz+ side door lock

And from the very next day after the first service i have an issue with door lock, it's not working front left side door, so when i submit it for they some how retify it, but still again i am face the same issue, door lock is not...

                Dear sir, i have an car of tata tiago ex model and last month its repaired in insurance and also given for service to authorized tata service center in dharuhera rewariharyana. Service and repair done in 10 days. But it's not an issue for that. Issue is that at the time of delivery time 06:00 pm no person available and only cashier available for this. I had paid my money and pick up my car. On the way i had checked that my front mirror damaged and then i have call with service supervisor. He says that please bring your car next days and show me. After that on next days they see and said that it's already damage before service. Then i had shared photo of insurance survivors for this. Then they agree that it will damaged in service area. Now they agreed that mirror will changed in 2-3 days but as in date on responded from their side after so many follow up. Please resolved it and try to repair my front mirror asap.

                  I am facing issue with my tata nexon diesel xz+. When i try to accelerate it lags and just don’t pick up the race for few seconds then when rpm goes above 2000 finally it starts to accelerate which is very annoying. Whenever i try to overtake it does the same thing. Sometimes it just works fine and is a bliss to drive but most of the times it lags the pickup like a fuel supply is cut off. Specially when i drive it after 10-12 hours of parking. I am facing this problem since i purchased this car in july 2018 since then i have been complaining about this to pmg motors mohali but they are not ready to believe that this is the problem. Last week when i literally shouted they did something after the laptop and it just fixed the issue. But today after service 45000km the problem started again and they are again not ready to believe that the problem is there. 1 n half years and tata motors is not able to fix this problem it’s very shameful. Getting very frustrated now and want a resolution.

                    I purchased tata nexon xz diesel model in september 2019. Since my purchase i had complaint several times regarding jerky engine movement and low pick up to service center. While on slope, overtaking, the engine gets stalled for a sec and you would never understand what happened... Hard gear shifting... Problem with third and reverse gear. However everytime they take vehicle for servicing and do some temporary work. After few days the problem starts again. I am really upset with my decision of purchasing a tata car despite i was warned by several friends.
                    I would request tata team to help me out and slove my problem.

                    Since day one i had a complaint for leakage in wiper washer tank but tata service centre don't care about customer.

                      It's very regretful to receive such an experience from a company like yours. Hartron motors in gurgaon which has mr sashi as general manager has provided extremely discontented service. Mr sashi apologised and tried his level best to assure that he would
                      Take action for what has happened but i want to let you know about geeta, the receptionist who laughed while talking when the car which was supposed to be picked for repairs at 11 had no communication or person showing up till 1:30. She did not know how
                      To talk to a person who is irritated due to the careless approach of the team. She was taking the situation so leniently that had to request her to make me speak to the person who logged in about the pick up. Banita singh, other executive did the log
                      In and told me the driver was on the way at 11:30, still on the way and about to reach at 1 and she was not available by 1:30 as she was busy taking lunch and miss geeta told me that she would call back but they did not care to call back or apologise even
                      Once. Sir, i time and again requested them to make me speak to manager or someone else but they were least bothered and the approach towards customers was extremely casual even after knowing the situation. They first connected me to
                      Mr ankit, customer care executive who wanted to know about what actually happened. Sir, i explained it all to the receptionist who forwarded, miss geeta and 1 more person before so on asking if there is any communication among employs in this service
                      Centre or too many people are there that they don't know what has happened at all. To this, he replied that you can come and visit the centre to see how many people work here. I wonder what kind of customer care is this? Firstly you came to pick up the car
                      At around 3 which you're suppose to pick at 11 and then you misbehave by laughing and asking to show up to the store if you want to know how many employs work here. I am surprised about this.

                      Also we got our servicing done from this centre last time but they skipped certain things and asked us to not report when we receive a feedback call and mr sahib would make sure that it gets done in the coming days which was not done too.

                      Sir, we specially get our servicing and other repairs done from tata to receive the best outcome and due to the trust element but we feel extremely disappointed because of what all happened.

                      This is just not the way to treat a customer.

                      The approach of this team is extremely careless and casual. They need to be trained on how to deal with a customer, communication and redressal.

                      Even apart of being into hospitality or customer service, basic dealing when you are at fault and you know it's your mistake is required.

                      Please look into the matter as the car is at the same centre for repairs. I hope i don't have to face any more consequences of sending my car to this centre.

                      I request you to take a strict action against the above mentioned employs so that nobody faces something similar to what i did. Hope to receive a reply on this.

                        Booking was made with lexus motors limited for the purchase of a tata sumo gold on 28/09/2018 vide sbi cheque no. 360721 for rs. 10, 000/- and again on 05/07/2019 vide sbi cheque no. 023465 for rs. 3, 00, 000/- which vehicle's booking was cancelled by us on account of the extremely poor performance of the previously purchased tata sumo gold (Wb 19j 4099) and which could not be repaired till date despite multiple visits to various service centers and also the attempts made by the engineers of tata motors ltd.

                        Due to this poor performance we had cancelled the booking and sought refund of the booking amount of inr 3, 10, 000/- and also sought the refund of the emi paid to tata motors finance.

                        While tata motors finance have been gracious enough to refund the emi deposited with them on 17-october-2019, we regret that despite repeated requests and followups we have still to hear anything from lexus motors.

                        Visited the new town office of lexus motors on friday 27th december 2019 and met the gm passenger vehicle sales ms. Sarojini sengupta who had assured the undersigned that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours.

                        It is regretted that till date there has been no response again from lexus' motors end.

                        We seek an urgent resolution of the same and refund of the entire amount of rs. 3, 10, 000/-

                          Dear sir,

                          This regards to my policy renewal for tata nexon on 25th dec, 19 with shreeji auto automart pvt ltd[protected].
                          I have selected cholamandalam as my insurance party for renewal of my policy but due to problem in tata motors insurance portal, while generating policy in system it got converted to magma hdi and amount of rs.11, 646/- paid by me through hdfc bank credit card to magma hdi instead of cholamandalam.
                          Due to error in generated policy, they are saying we will provide you revised policy, but not giving any written confirmation.
                          I request your intervention and provide urgent support on the same.

                          I Bought my New Tata Tigor car in july 2018, after only 15 months later all four Apollo tyres of my said car get splited after scrubbing, pls arrange new Tyres as soon as possible.

                            I have given my tata indigo to one of the showroom in chennai since my engine has seized while running.
                            After 20 days i got an estimation on the work done on engine.
                            Total billed amount is 97395 with gst.
                            In that the total price of parts replaced was only 27000
                            But the labour charges on that was given as 70000 including gst.
                            It's really painful..
                            I have never seen such an estimation anywhere.
                            Kindly help.

                              I have lodged complain since so many times, but did not resolved till today & this site shown that complain is resolved which is totally wrong. My car fuel pipe is damaged since last six months, my car mechanic is not getting fuel pipe from any of the authorised dealers of tata motors. As, i have converted my car in cng/petrol, at present i use to use care with cng.

                              M/s car mechanic is m/s bajrang motors, sevasi, baroda. Car mechanic name is mr. Dipeshbhai patel - mo. No. [protected]

                              I think to replace my car, but, now my family instructed not to buy tata car. Because i faced so many times problems of non availability of spares for indigo glx car - petrol model.

                                I have booked a grey color Tata Tiago on 15 th of dec 2019 via chq of RS 25, 000. It's was through csd so final purchase order I have given them on 21st Dec 2019.
                                On 21st they said they will give delivery on Monday but due to office reasons we asked them to deliver on Christmas.
                                On Monday their official Abhishek called and said a branch have fallen on car so the delivery will be delayed .. for next 2-3 days they said they are arranging the car. But from Friday onwards they start saying
                                They can't provide the grey color car with digital meter we have white so take white
                                When we start protesting against it they started saying you have two options white or grey without digital meter.

                                We met their GM on Sunday he misbehaved and said no branch thing has happened my executive has lied to you for sales. We don't have car take white or cancel the order.

                                Finally after 2days of humiliation from the GM and VP of Tata motors Safdarjung Enclave we cancelled the order

                                We request Tata to plz take necessary action against these cheaters so that again this will not happen with anyone else.

                                A lot of efforts to buy the first car has all gone waste.

                                And can't say if can trust Tata again

                                  I have purchased nexon diesel xz+ in the month of jan 2019. From the day 1 i am visiting tata service centre but not getting permanent solution of my problem. I have complained that my cars suspensions are making noise on bumpy roads. Also several times this car has gone to service centre for other issues as well but suspension issue is the most important one which has not been resolved yet. Service centre is unable to find the reason of noise which completely shows the product is not up to the mark. I don't want to keep tata nexon as my peace of mind has been completely gone and feeling regret of buying my decision to tata car. Request you to please take this on priority. Currently car is at bafna motors - tathawade (Pune), earlier it was concorde motors.

                                    I have booked tata tiago xz on 19 July 2019.Sir, due to personal reasons I cancelled the booking on 10 Aug 2019 same information given at Deogiri near bharat petroleum. Hard copy given at Deogiri showroom Alibag. Many times I talk to service regarding refund of booking amount on [protected] service center [protected].No response was given by any sales person.
                                    I request you to refund booking amount ASAP. I am facing the problem of last six month.Kindly do the needful ASAP.
