Tata dealer bhasin motors and national garage from raipur cg, are asking for car handling charges for tata tiago xt varient 7000rs. As superme courts verdict on handling charges are clear then why are they charging handling charges. And they are charging more for regustration 43700rs which is way more than 5% road tax in raipur and not telling any sensible reason for overcharging the registration charges. And also telling us tha handling charges are excluded from ex showroom price because it reduces the insurance price and hence they have to take it seperately and charging 7000rs as handling charges in bhasin motorsand national garage dealers of tata motors in raipur chattisgarh.

    As i had booked tata tiago 2018 model on 05/03/2019 by paying rs.20000 as an advance from concorde motors mysore road, bangalore and later due to personal reason cancelled on 06/03/2019. Till now i have not received refund amount which they had promised while cancelling and not giving any valid reason why it is not yet refunded. Please resolve the issue as early as possible

      I had purchased tiago xt petrol on 10 dec 18 on this purchasing a call and a msg also came in my mob. To collect a gift through showroom of rs 3000. But the showroom manager is strictly denied for that..
      And i had also purchased tiago nrg petrol on 18 feb 19.. On that they should give the reffral code to me. But now they denied the same thing.. So... What should i do...

        Sir i have complained through your online complaint registration vide complaint number 1-[protected]. Til;ll to date i didnt receive any reply. Thereafter i gave several calls to customer care and no action is taken.
        Sir, my complaint is that. I booked a nexon zx+dual tone full option vehicle on 10/10/2018 after paying rs. 11000/ at marina motors, pantheerankavu, calicut, kerala after test drive and seeing all the features. But later on i gone through the csd purchase on 20/10/218 and got an availability certificate of above mentioned vehicle from marine motors with engine number and chasis number. Due to stoppage sales at csd in october 2018, i was inforned that csd will be opened on 12/11/2018. Marina motors gave me again the availability certificate with the same engine number and chasis without changing the validity date. I reached kochi csd after verifying all the documents they said availability certificate validity is 30/10/18, which is not acceptable. I came back to calicut and got availabilty certificate from marina motors on 13/11/18 with same engine number and chasis number. Vald upto 22/11/2018. I went to csd kochi and remitted all the amounts and received the issue note. On 15/11/18 morning i submitted the issuing note to marina motors to deliver the same vehicle.
        But unfortunately on 15/11/18 marina motors staff is saying the chasis number and the engine number given is wrong, the nos bearing is single tone vehicle. So i should take this vehicle. I said no, i want dual tone xz+full option vehicle. Then they said i have to wait for a week. I agreed and wait till 7/12/2018 and received a vehicle after seeing the vehicle i asked them. This is not the same one which i have purchased. Old one it is tri colour red, white and grey on top.
        The new one is red and top grey. Ok i received the vehicle and went to home and checked all the options. I realized that three this are not in this vehicle.
        1. Back camera is not working while on running forward.
        2. Moble chrger socket is not there in the back seat side.
        3. Back light below the dicky.
        4. The tri colour
        I asked about that and they said that now coming vehicle dosent have these things. But i cant agree with this. This is not my mistake and they are cheating me. So i complaine tatamotor online got that complaint no. Please do something otherwise i have to go for legal actions.

          Ok. So me and my family have travelled 650km so far in our trip. We went to shakleshpur for a trip, this is happening on our way back. Suddenly i notice the engine checklight glowing and the gear shift indicator showed 'f'.
          I open the manual and find out that i am supposed to call the number which is in the back side of the manual. And then wat happened? They connected me to the road side assistance and they said no point in us coming there are no technicians as it is a sunday, so we won't be able to come pick up the vehicle.
          [protected] this is the number from which i got the call regarding road side assistance. He dint tell me his name inspite of asking him several times.
          I dont understand one thing. You guys weren't this lazy to help during the time of putting the vehicle on our head. After you buy a vehicle from tata. It's you and the vehicle. No one is going to help you from the service centre. Figure out watever it is yourself and die however you want.
          So sorry to tell i am not going to suggest a tata vehicle to anyone whom i know. 11lakhs on a car of tata is utter waste. Because when it comes to service they will flip their hands on us.
          Good job tata. Hats off.

            I got a offer later from tata motors ltd i don't know it's fake or true they conducting with me a telephonic round interview and posting me in production department as a graduate engineer trainee at pune motors plant they ask me for money 5000/- charge for security amt.
            I also paid the money rs5000/- and i resigned my current company for this job when it is fals it's totally lossing me please take a action for the confirmation.

              My self suresh sawant, i have purchased tata sumo gold on 03.08.2018. After driving around, i have noticed the front both sided wear is defective. After that i visited to the showroom at auto industries goa pvt. Ltd, at nuvem but i had not got any response from there unethical behavior from the team, they are saying we are selling the vehicle and defect of vehicle we are not bothered. Then i visited again after one month that they had sent me to their service center @ v. N naik road, fatorda, margao. Service center have sent me to ceat limited but ceat limited is saying that the defect is in your vehicle manufacture and they will not replace the tyre.
              Why i must to suffer and why auto industries goa pvt ltd is dinned of doing the vehicle defect work.
              The experience of buying tata sumo gold is completely depressed and disaster for me. Very highy irresponsible company auto industries goa pvt ltd. Nuvem-goa.

                I dr rajnish pandey booked at 30000rs. Tata harier on 25/10/2018 now my plan is cancelled.As per rule i emailed 2_3 times there's no positive response i disscued on phone there os no proper response .For next step pleases advise.

                  I recently bought a tata tigor car from kosmo motors jalandhar. One of their dealing manager misguided me in accessories and took more money from me. Actually first their dealer said they include 3 things in accessories and then i took one more accessorie as a discount from them at that he asked me to give 1000rs, but i took it free from them as a discount. Now after two months when i knew that the item i took as discount, it was only 500.

                  I have purchased Tata Nexon in Mar’2018. Tata service did not responded to my problem properly. After 25K KMs engine was replaced. Now I have driven 30K KMs and this same problem araised. No one is responding for this problem.

                    This is anup sukumar, from hassan karnataka, i got my manza (Ka13 n 4063) serviced on 05/03/2019 at automatrix, hassan.
                    Other than general oil change service, i asked to change front lh & rh brake disc & pads & rh lower ball joint & to do wheel alignment (Without balancing), which is also evident in bill also,.
                    1. But if you observed job card its described as something else.
                    2.in final billing they have charged me rs.455 for just wheel alignment which usually gets done within rs.150-200 in any branded alignment centers who has state of the art equipment, attached the equipment photo which is used here (God only knows from which era it was!!), on top of this they dint even provide the alignment report!!
                    3. Using the situation, they dint missed out on piling up the labor bill as much as possible, even though the lower ball joint has to be taken off when disc needs to be replaced, they have charged that work as extra.

                    4. From past 5 months i been waiting for the lh air vent for car which is broken & time & again when i enquire their answer is same "will come next week"

                    All these things dont make a huge difference to my pocket but
                    Surely makes a big difference in making up my decision to buy the new tata harrier, bcoz i have to think 100 times before going to service my car next time, being a hardcore loyal fan of tata products (I own two cars - manza & xenon), things like this should not have been happened in the 1st place & this is not the first time this type of cheating happened to me, service head (Who has come from maruthi suzuki) is of no use & a total non sense,.

                    I expect a proper answer & resolution of matter within 3-4 working days, failing which i will be forced to file a complaint for this & previous cheatings.

                    Note: car is washed foc just bcoz they were unable to get it washed at previous free check-up camp & earlier paid service.

                    i Have spoken with Rohan, Roshni and Regional customer manager Mr. Kapil. All are worst in resolving customer issue. Customer speak something they listen something else and ask something else. and they irritate customer a lot. This may be the policy ot TATA MOTORS LTD, it is really surprising.

                    I am totally DISSATISFIED with the service of TATA MOTORS LTD PUNE.

                      Kind attention!!!

                      I have purchased tata tiago xm in april 2018 (Up20-be9575) which has completed 5467 km only.
                      Now this is to bring in your notice that i was travelling to local market mayur vihar phase-3 new delhi on 10 march 2019 around 11 am, while travelling on the road suddenly front left side tyre got burst and when i check the rim of the tyre also got damage (Even on the
                      Plane road, pics attached herewith fyr).
                      I tried to change the spare stepney with the damage tyre but it couldn't fit the rim due to some other damage in the stand near the tyre and rim.

                      I have already shown the car with the help of crane at the nearest tata service center who were also shocked to see the condition of the tata tiago xm.

                      Now firstly i would like to ask from tata company that what type of quality you people are providing to your valuable customers??
                      What if me and my family who were sitting in the same tata tiago xm at the same time of the incident got hit or got injured then who is supposed to be responsible for that? Am i?? No!!!

                      Even my child who was sitting on the front seat and got hit in the left window.
                      Also, i'm suffering due to inconvenience for non-availability of transport in my home.

                      My tata tiago is still standing at tata service center b-123, sagar motors sector 5, noida - 201301.

                      Being a loyal customer i have faced this great issue in which any big incident could take place, so with the great repo of the tata company, i would like you to resolve the concern and repair the damage parts of my tata tiago xm which got damage due to bad quality of your product tata tiago xm.

                        I got a call from a recruiter said that they got my resume shortlisted from shine.com and told me that they have vacancies in tata motors for production post, after that I asked them that should they charge money they simply denied and told me to submit my I'd proot, CV and marksheet via mail to them for telephonic interview process.
                        Please let me know if anybody knows this is fake or what?
                        As per I know Tata motors won't recruits via this portals.

                              I have purchased my car tata tiago from mascot tata on 18oct 2017. And its battery is not working properly from dec2018. I informed tata motors regarding this problem they refused to replace it... As much as i know from warranty card of the battery its guarantee/warranty period is 18months from the sale. They have my battery's warranty card, photostate copy of my car rc nd and rejection letter of battery also... Sir/mam plz help me n solve this problem.

                                We are a tata nexon customer bearing vehicle no. Tn07cm4134, which is purchase on jan 2018. Due to some business loss we were not able to make the payments in between which has been sorted out and the payments has been made regularly. We had a outstanding due of 2 month with is around 36, 000/- for which the vehicle was seized without any information or prior notification. This happened on 05.03.2019. But we have made a payment of 24, 000/- which they collected instead of rs.18413/- (Actual emi) on 20.02.2019. The act has been happened in 13 days from the last payment made which we feel is unwarranted inspite o[censored]s making the payment regularly. We did get any notification while making the last payment about the seizing of vehicle in case of the rest of the amount if not cleared. So there was not communication from tata motors. It was really disappointing that their executive create dramas and humiliates the customer and the family. They charge the customer for their own drama created. We layman hard earned money goes just like that in the name of charges. More over we had our office stock worth of rs.50, 000/- which has to be delivered to a customer and we incured a loss of that order, company's cheque book, swiping machine and cash of 7, 200/- cash was inside the car. I want to know my customer rights on this issue
                                1. Can the vehicle be seized within 10 days of the last payment made without any prior notification and for the outstanding of 2 emi
                                2. Can't tata motors review a customer's payment statement before executing such act
                                3. What for this happened just to take more and more money from the customer in the name of charges
                                4. Customer has to pay the emi, interest, charges for your own drama and also to take up insult and loss.
                                5. Don't you have any humanity, you cheating customer in the name of charges.. Each and every rupee we pay is our hard earned money, you snatch all those by the name of charges conducted by you

                                Now for the outstanding of 2 emi which is 36, 826/- tata finance is claiming us to pay 62, 000/- putting on all charges for their own drama. Its so painful why you want to build your company by legally snatching money from the customer. There is no support to the customer. Collection staff behaves the way they want with the customer raise their voice in the residence, creates drama in the middle of the road, if we call the office they support their executives action. No way to voice our pain. They taken the vehicle, if any damage also they are not responsible.

                                    It is to inform you that my car tata tiago xt up 61-ad-9707
                                    Was damage during driving/accident dated 27.02.2019 then i was informed about accident to mr. Sumeet puneet automobile azamgarh u. P. And have one week time taken by mr. Sumeet for repairing the damages/resolove the car problem then i deposit my above mentioned car for repair to tata agency puneet automobile azamgarh according to earlier telephonic talk with mr. Sumeet. After deposit my car for repairing. Now at present he/mr. Sumeet saying about my car he is unable to repair/resolve the car damages in one week, he release my car after 1.5 month. It means he have taken minimum 45 days time for car repairing. Sir i want to say about tata employee how to play diplomatic role to tata customer, it is a very unfair. Sir its too long time for repairing, i have no much more time like 1or 2 month diplomatic talk, again and again increase your time no fix time in future very bad performance of your dealer puneet automoble azamgarh up. Sir kindly resolve my above mentioned.

                                      I have purchased tata nexon xz+ diesel from kamal and company bajaj nagar jaipur in jan-19. I'm 7th mar 19 i took my car for first service and reported following issue
                                      1. Drop in pickup
                                      2. Vibrating breaks at high speed
                                      3. Android auto restarting automatically after every few minutes
                                      4. Rattling sound from engine
                                      5. Hollow roof causing tin like noise in rains which is very irritating
                                      6. Central locking not responding sometime
                                      7. Steering making rubber clinching sound
                                      8. Jerk in clutch

                                      They took my car for whole day at service center. I waited there from 11.30 am to 6 pm but none of my problem were attended. The gm of service center mr. Saini didn't even bothered to explain to be what is the cause of delay. Everytime i enquired, i was told that we are working on it but in real the car was sitting idle whole day and in the evening they washed it and gave it back to me. I am not getting proper response from the service centre and none of my problem are resolved.

                                        Tata bolt petrol xm - registration - ka50 p1914 - vehicle purchased in may 2015 - barely driven 9500 kms.

                                        Already multiple problems like cabin light not working and 1st gear engine stopping on incline or road bumps issues cropped up in the first 2 years of purchase.

                                        Now the radiator fan has stopped working at 9, 500 kms due to which engine fumes are coming due to over heating. After spending lakhs of rupees on a tata car i requested them that the radiator fan issue should be resolved free of cost, since the radiator fan is a crucial part of the engine, which if fails will cause engine damage and the engine can get siezed.

                                        Mohan kumar from tata motors bangalore has claimed anything can fail in the tata vehicle anytime after the warranty period and customer has to pay the charges.

                                        Even after spending lakhs of rupees on a tata car - they are not even ready to repair a fan free of cost which usually does not fail in suzuki, hyundai cars.

                                        Engine also got over heated and fumes coming because radiator fan not working, and tata person mohan kumar is stating all this is normal in tata vehicles after the warranty period.

                                        Vehicle has barely completed 9, 500 kms in 4 years and already engine overheating due to faulty radiator fan. Due to the faulty radiator fan, i do not know to what extend the engine has got damaged.

                                        This car was being regularly serviced at adishakti motors in bangalore near hebbal and the last servicing was done in september 2018 barely 6 months back and the dealership is asking me to spend more money on fan repair, something which rarely fails in a hyundai or suzuki vehicle.

                                        When a Tata Motors personnel Mohan Kumar states that its ok for the radiator fan to stop working after only 9500 kms, it puts a big question mark on the credibility of Tata cars. Are they using cheap quality parts for their cars?
