Dear sir,

I had come to the service centre to get the servicing of ac of my veh tata manza at the tata service centre at fatorda (Goa) after taking due appointment a day prior and accordingly took my veh to the wkshop with assurance that the reqd work would be done within few hours time. However subsequently when i handed over the veh for the job... After more than 2 hours the service advisor came up... Asking me that the veh needs to be checked for leakage in the pipes and for that the veh needs to left to them for two days. And if i needed the veh urgently... Then they fill the gas for ac without checking for leakage.

Sir, pt which i intend bringing to your notice is the unethical business practice of cheating loyal clients by misguiding with an intent to earn few extra bucks and the unprofessional conduct of wasting valuable time of the client's, which is happening inspite of taking prior appointments and due assurance from the service centre... Just because of the corrupt practice of taking bribe for getting the work earliest.

The above practice of the said service centre is destroying the reputation of the highly regarded company of yours. Kindly do something prevent the wrong practices being followed here.

    arya motors trying to con

    I booked nexon through arya tata motors gurgaon on name of mr bhumesh in december and concerned sales agents were urshima arora and nitin... They continously misguided us and tried to con us on their pricing which kept on changing as well as their delivery time and available colours so finally i purchased my car from hartron as they offered better price and my choice of colour though that was available with arya motors as well but they wanted...

    Recently I planned to buy a Tata Hexa from Siva Shankar Motors, Visakhapatnam by the name of P. Geetha Devi . I gave them an advance of ₹50000 cheque ( which was deposited on the second day) during the third week of December, but to my disadvantage the loan was not sanctioned for which they tried for 2 weeks. But when the loan sanction was declined I asked them to return the money . They agreed to it and said that the payment will be reversed as it is from the same bank. After 1 1/2 week of not keeping their promise, they called me and said they need a letter of cancellation from me to reverse the payment. They could have told this before but they didn’t . Anyway I went to the branch and gave them a letter of cancellation and told them that I wouldn’t be available for the next few days to come to the showroom, but after calling up for 1 week they said it would be cancelled only if I present the reciept. This was so surprising to me as I wasn’t given any receipt and when I gave the cheque they said there would be no reciept as it would be a bank transaction. And after 1 week of arguments with the branch manager they agreed to refund the amount without the reciept . This is so wrong .i am sick of waiting . I am going to take legal action and I’ll make sure to spread this issue using various forms of communications if I don’t get a refund into my account in 1weeks.

      I tried to withdraw my pf online but it rejected by pf Authority due to establishment has not deposit pf.
      After there i tried to withdraw my pf offline (submitting manual application) but employer say that 'We have completed submission process and it is schedule for process with the PF authorities.' i have maile pf Authority about my claim status but pf authority say that 'TATA MOTORS FINANCE is a exempted company kindly contact your employer.'

        The accidental vehicle (No:hr51be-1060 (Zest) on dated 9/02/19, was not inspected properly, due to negligence in surveying radiator and airbag was not shown to insurance person to claim, it was during the vehicle delivery,, two marks were showing in meter, when i told to check that then they came to know that coupler of airbag wiring was broken and radiator also leakage due to hitting in front. As the insurance claim was closed that too in two claims.. I was assured to help me out but still, i am stuck without a vehicle. Now in the name of oblige they are harassing me to pay for repairing work done which was to be claimed

          Since tata motors never responded to my earlier complaint on this site, i am posting a the same complaint as a new complaint. Hopefully i will get a response.

          I bought tata tiago xz in the month of october 2018. At that time there were two offers going on - 1) choose gift and 2) scratch and win gift

          My coupon number is 1899

          1) choose gift
          Under the choose gift i was to fill up the form on click2redeem.com with the coupon number and code.

          7/december/2018
          When i tried to submit the online form to claim my gift i kept getting error message. I then contacted my dealer and requested him for the help. He said he will fill up the form and will do the needful.

          19/december/2018
          But he did not do the needful and when i followed up dealer he told me to fill the form myself. At this time when i again went to the same website it loaded ok for me and i could fill up the necessary details. On trying to submit the form i keep getting the message validity period to claim my gift has expired.

          Now i am completely unsure how to go about this as this problem has happened due to web form error and dealers false commitment. No fault of mine.

          2) scratch and win
          At the same time there was scratch and win offer as well on purchase of my tata car. On this offer i won wrist watch. At that time dealer told me he will fill up the necessary online form. He also kept the coupon with him and informed me that the wrist watch will be directly delivered to my residence address. Just to be on safer side, i took the photo of the coupon before handing it over to him.

          Now that almost 3 months have gone by and i still have not received my gifts.

          In both these gift offers without any of my fault i am not getting my gifts. And i don't know whom or where to contact to get this resolved.

          Hopefully tata motors will look into this and sort it out.

            My tata zest tn38cb5374, for the past one year the complaints in the car are repeating after every no one taking it as a serious issue, they just resolving that moment and not at all providing loaner car... I have given the music system for replacement, they said with in 15 days it will come but now it's almost more than a month no response from their said, very worst and lethargic customer service, feeling very frustrated.

              We have taken tata 1615 tc in june 2018. For tanker purpose. That we already told with dilbag singh. Its chasis no-mat395042j2f12959 and engine no-isbe5.91604081e63696460. T/l no-hp89-1680

              T/l was attached in bharat petroleum corp ltd. At first compny did his safty. But from 25/02/2019 bpcl fail his safty due to silencer fix/provided in between of its body. 2nd option given by company for providing heat proof metal

              So yoy are requested pls do the needful asap.

                Sir i purchased my vehicle i. E. Tata 909 cabin chase on dated 22feb 2019 from tata cargo motors pvt ltd, by the name of my company m/s jai maa bhagwati enterprises, when i purchased my vehicle they provided me invoice and insurance but they did not provide me any temporary rc or any temporary no., same night of vehicle delivery my vehicle rear all four tyres with rim were theft from the place where i parked my vehicle on that night after that i make a complaint to my nearest police station and they also provide me the complaint no. For the same, after that i intimate my vehicle insurance company they send their surveyer. He demands the documents i. E. Invoice copy, fir copy, insurance copy and temparory no. Which was not provided to me by ur dealer side which is mandatory according to motor act that no one can issue any new vehicle without insurance and temporary no. Because of this insurace is not valid and ur dealer is selling all vehicles on trade certificate for his maximum profit. And right now your employees are saying that sir u did police complaint very earlier otherwise we will issue temp no. Today sir kindly solve my problem that how can i got my insurance claim from the company with unavailability of complete documents

                The oil drain bolt has not tightened properly and oil has changed and due to that oil has spilled out completely and oil low level warning has blinking and also engine warning lights were also blinking

                    Myself prathik jain s, i have purchased nexon xm on 18-feb-19 (Monday) at tata showroom, mandya. After driving around 406 km i have noticed a huge engine sound, vibration of the car at 80kms speed and a warning signal in the display. After that i visited tata showroom for clarity. Then we came to notice that there is a problem in flywheel, pistons and needs to be changed by removing the entire new engine of the car. Pls note it is not acceptable for any car owner to repair a brand new car with in a 7 days of purchase. The experience of buying nexon is completely depressed and disaster for me due to the above problem and i wonder replacing of the flywheel will cause further problems to engine of the car. Now the car is less driven and also it is still under temporary registration, so kindly request you to replace our nexon car with new one without any defects rather than replacing only the flywheel. If, however the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 01/03/2019 (Friday). I will consider taking further action to resolve by complaint either through the department of commerce or through the consumer court.

                      I have brought a new tiago from guinea motors (P) ltd. Patna bihar. Last 10 months ago. Already more than 3 times car has been breakdown on mid highway.. I has personaaly towed to nearest point to my office near to guinea motors showroom.. All time they charge and last time they provide a 8, 000 paid amc, as permanent solution to it...
                      Again they are doing so...
                      Very highy irresponsible company.. Never ever i will suggest any one to buy.

They are told me to given accessories and fast card and i pay for us but now nawal motors mathura not provided any accessories to mention above.. Please help as and resolve my problem..                             The worst experience with my tata nexon car mh-12paz0903, my car engine was broke down, smoke was coming at bombay central kept in tata's concord motors, worli for 4days, reconfirmed that they have replaced engine, i have been told that engine has been replaced by new one & only old engine number plate is put, today we reached at sholapur at 5 am, reverse gear is not getting in action, ultimately we had to push it neutral, upper lights functioning, leakage of oil in engine, tata nexon worli concorde motors service station, has given worst experience of my life. They were asking for consumable payments of diesel filter, oil filter and oil, i told them engine broke down why you are asking me this charges. I had found one small in my car, crank part, it seem they haven't replace engine. Can tata manufacture engine without number & use old engine plate!!! If tata doesn't replace my car with new one i shall go to consumer court. I shall buy better version of car.

                              With due regards, i am to inform you that some days ago we bought 14 nos. Tata zest vehicles for the reason of cab service. But, i have seen that tyre conditions of these vehicles are very poor.in 10000 kms the tyre are not in use conditions. Also to inform you that various mechanical problems are also there in these vehicles. Several times, we go into the service centre but the response from the servicing authority is very low.

                              Also to inform you that these vehicles are under emi system and all vehicles emi will pay monthly basis. And moreover, these vehicles are bought under one entrepreneurship.

                              In this situation, we seeking your kind attention in this regard to solve these issues, otherwise tata motors goodwill will be down in the market.

                                I have made complaint to tata motors on 14/02/2019 bearing no1-[protected], they have replied in vague and yet my complaint has not solved. I have replied on 21/02/2019, but there is no reply from them. I have intended to move to consume court for deficiency in vehicle given.

                                Tata zest vehicle has provided with music system as entertainment, but the company has embedded number of important feature for standard working of car. Now my musical system was not working due to lost pcb board. Due to heavy cost i want to drive car without it. The general manager of supplier dealer has also agreed that car can be run without this. But as the some important feature of the standard working of the car embedded in this system, car cannot be drive as normal driving ie the reverse gear music is not working which is one of the requirement of standard working of the car, as this has embedded in the music system. I have made complaint to the tata motors to provide all these standard feature directly to the car instead of embedding them in the musical system which is not the part other car.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have tata tiago hr51bl1875.
                                  I service my car from multitech motor faridabad haryana 5 days back. They provide 3rd class service as during wheel alignment they drop two nuts of left side back type. The main problem is that after servicing car star missing problem to large extend. No one in the service station listing our problem. At 8.00pm on 22.02.19 my car stop in mid of the road & not start. I m in trouble because of your bad service. And i always recommend people not to any of tata product as they will not provide good service...

                                    I bought tata tiago xt on 10.11.2018 from banerjee tata burdwan west bengal. Just before delivery i got a call from the dealer that they are providing insurance for national insurance while i was interested for icici lombard. I asked them whether it is cashless or not. They told me its cashless they will give me the support for any problem with the claim.

                                    Suddenly after seven days later my car met with an accident. I had given my car to body care which is a authorized by banerjee tata burdwan. After that when i had gone to take my car, i came to know that my car insurance with national insurance is not cashless. They asked me to pay rs.22500/- and it will be reimbursed by national insurance. Then i called ceo banerjee tata mr. Animesh & abijeet banerjee (Territory manager, tata motors) told them that they are suppose to provide me cashless insurance as per their tie up with national insurance.

                                    But now you are saying its not cashless. I have to pay the amount first then it will be reimburshed. Than they told me that they will credited the money from companies account to my account within two days. I will transfer the money to body care & take my car. But its more than a month they have not given any money in my account. Still now they are saying it will resolve by two three days.

                                    But till date i have not receive my car its lying with body care. The poor service i had provided by banerjee tata dealer of tata motors.

                                      Delivery date : 24 dec

                                      At the time of delivery itself i feel missing in the engine and inform the dealer. They said its lack of fuel and i refuel it and run about 150 kms. The same is there and on 29 th december i went to derik motors and the technical team there and another dealer workshop trivandrum motors technical team had tried about 8 hours to find the complaint and almost check everything. At the fourth day of buying tata tiago i hv to spend eight hours in workshop for no reason and still they cant sort out solution. I hearby humbly requesting a replace for the same and hope u do the needy asap.
