I, dr. Virender kumar nim, working as professor in a medical college in pondicherry, had tata indica since 2003, which i gave in exchange of tata zest in march, 2015. Because i liked my previous car, a tata product too much. Both the cars are petrol version, present one is xt model, registration number py o1 cg 7135,. I am happy about this car, but some issues are there, which not solved by the service center in pondicherry, schakaralaya motors despite telling many times since beginning.
Spring action of side indicator lever is not working since beginning. Is has to come to neutral/center after bringing car straight, but it is not.
Music system is giving many problems almost since beginning. Initially controls on the stearing wheal were giving problem on and off, and now not working at all. Now quite long time usb is not working. Now the moment a pendrive is used for music it stop completely. To start the music again i have switch off the car completely, remove the key for at least 5 to 10 minutes, the start again, even then can use only blue tooh connected to my phone, still can't use pendrive. This i brought in notice to the service center at pondicherry, schakaralaya motors. They are not able to solve my problem. Now they are not responding to my massages also.
Can you get into my problem, and solve them at earliest. If possible somebody more competent person to attend my problem.

    I bought Tata ZEST petrol version 1.5 year back, at 9500 km my clutch plate is burn and I have been asked to pay RS. 4350 for parts and RS. 5300 as a labour charge including GST.
    My car is in warranty period.

    I think Tata motors should seriously look into it.

    I was planning to buy Maruti Breeza but I bought Tata ZEST XM.
    I think buying Tata product is my mistake, all my friends had warned me before buying Tata car but I didn't listen to them.

      I gave my break down car at sab motors service station, loni road industrial area, mohan nagar, ghaziabad on 14th april 2019 by describing the breakdown issue of oil and coolent mix problem in engine. I was told for a call back next day for sharing the problem and charges i didn't get any call by afternoon so i called back and issue was addressed to me with charges of 8k to 10k for which i gave my consens as charges were bearable and was also told for delivery in 2 or 2nd half days as the parts which were suppose to be changed were available in service center. After 3 days on 17th evening i called back for a confirmation of delivery on 18th and i was told by adviser and his senior for 18th april evening on 18th evening car was not delivered by saying that road test is not successful we will be able to give it by tomorrow. Next day they called me told me that vendor did not gave the part on time we will not be able to deliver it to you today please come tomorrow evening which is 20th april 2019. Till date i was not provided with a loner car after even requesting on 3rd day i was paying in full to ola and uber because of this delay. Now yesterday they told me in evening at 5:30 which was the promised time of delivery again, that my cars engine is not working properly its need to be overhauled for which the charges are 15k to 18k extra. I mean is this a joke that mechanics and engineers was working on some other area where in actual problem was of other part of engine for they took 8 days straights and now god knows when will i get my car back.

      Tata nano 2012 model, its resale is even lesser that what i am being asked to pay. What kind of company and service dealer we have and there is no direct body to address these issues.

        We booked a car on 31march 2019, confirming that they will bill the car same day which clearly means the car was in stock with the dealer wasan motors. Next day 1st april we get a call saying billing did not happen. We did not object and agreed to april billing.
        Full payment of the vehicle was made on 8th april, and the entire process was delayed a lot, to finally get vehicle ready on 21 april. When on 21 april we went to take delivery of the car, to our dismay we find the car with wrong alloy wheels. This irritated us a lot and we left the car with the dealer only. We would like the company to take this matter up very seriously with the dealer.

          Dear sir,
          I purchased tata tigor xz (O) diesel on 24.01.2018 from omkar motor sasaram bihar. After purchasing this car i am facing too much problem. First of all till now i did not received my registration card. During this period i have called several times to dealer and customer care number of the company but it goes in-vain. After one yr and four months my dealer show me on mobile my registration card which was wrong in that card my car shows petrol engine in place of diesel engine i told him again to correct the particulars of the registration card.. Please provide my registration card urgently.
          Second problem is in my stepney which has wrong size of tyre. My car tyre size is no.14 but in stepney it is no.13 which is smalller than original.
          Third problem is about quality of tyre of your company. The quality of tyre is very poor. After running only 23000 kilometers tyre has bursted.. Company of tyre is good year is provided with car by you. It is very shameful for tata motor to provide such low quality tyre which has bursted in such less time and less running.
          Please pay attention to my car problem and resolve it urgently. I am depressed now with the behaviour of omkar motor sasaram bihar because after calling more than hundred times they did not pay attention to my problem mobile no of dealer is [protected].
          Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            I bought tata tiago two years back and it got ran 20k km. Three months back i noticed the more jolding while driving.. Then i checked with service centre they said tyre blowout in one place we will send this to company for warranty. They gave temporary tyre, till now i didn't receive any proper response for that. Today i found another two tyres also got same issue... I felt very bad on tata motors quality and services.

              Hi i had purchased new tata nexon xz+ diesel variant 2018 model and its manufacturer date is 9/2018 i got the delivery in feb2019 but there r many features missing in my car when is yook the test drive in that there were all features this all features r missing

              Power window switches illumination removed

              Reverse parking sensors dedicated switch removed from centre console

              Rear fog lamp removed

              Passenger side keyless entry is missing

              Rear 12v charger missing

              I have the brochure when i booked the car
              Now dealers r saying that these features removed but when i booked the car they does not infrom any of these details why tata motors r cheating with customers i had paid the amount of top model xz+ dualtone variant and tata motors r removing features from top model plz resolve this problem as soon as poosbile...

                Dear sir/madam
                I would like to bring to your attention the behaviour of one of your employees. Mr. Vivek working at parin moters rajkot as a service advisor was quite rude to me when i was merely to issue in my ragular running my car number is gj03kh7203 there are some problems in my cat so i went to service center to resolve.
                Your all advisor are sitting on there desk but they have not time to take my complaint i was waited 30 minutes, after 1 technician came and test car.
                Problems are mention below
                1-front alloys hitting
                2-stability control not working
                3-car bumping on speed of 25 in second gear and also bumping on higher rpm above 3500,
                4-on hard acceleration - car going under power
                5-stearing vibration, body vibration,
                6-driver side door not close easily,
                7-engine knocking on hill drive,
                8-noise level is too high than ragular
                9-milage is very low,
                10-co-driver sit lock not work properly

                Your technical said that above problems are normal
                Till we check about this.
                I ask to advisor to take complaint but he was busy, again i waited 30 minutes after i request to take complaint, but till he was busy, finally technical asked to take complaint, i waited almost 1 hour, than i decided to escalate this thing to you. Last time i request to take my complaint, i asked if you have don't time than i wiil service my car to another workshop i'm not here to time pass i have lost of work till i have spend 2:30 hr in your workshop. Your advisors vivek rudly said that if you don't want to service you car that go away from here. I was very disappointed on this thing
                i'm totally unsatisfied one of the best bad experience of services sector sadly back from workshop
                i think it reflects badly on your company, and it also raises a measure of doubt within my mind as to whether i should continue doing business with your company.

                  nexon - poor product and service quality - brake looks rusty and started getting noise within 2 months of purchase

                  Getting very poor service from tata service center. Within 2 months of purchase i am facing this issue. Brake plates look rusty which is not acceptable for new vehicle purchase.

                  Service center is not able to fix noise after two attempts and they requested me for not escalating this to tata motors.
                  Tata motors complaint department is not reachable over call center toll free number and when they set up a call back there...

                  Dear all concerned,

                  I am really pissed with tata tiago with registeration number hp 31 b 6032 which i bought in june 2017 and is still under warranty period every now and than some issue is coming in this car sometime sensor are not working sometime central lock part is not working and had to be replaced and now gear box wire had broken which could have resulted in accident while i was driving.
                  I bought this car having impression that this car was affordable and best in segment in performance and in features but i am really pissed with the kind of issues emerging every now and than i request you to please address my issue as i was firstly avoiding small small issues thinking it is a small thing but now these issues are becoming life threatening as 3 days back emergency breakdown happened with this car
                  I will be taking this issue very seriously with higher authorities as well and i want this tata car to be replaced as i am not comfortable with this car now. I will also take action against company as providing such defected car to there customers.

                    I bought a new tiago xza car on 17th april 2019 from mk motors kottayam. When i reached home car was over heated and petrol smell came from the ac vent and over heated smell like burning. Then i reported to the showroom. Again i started the car and it seen that the cars radiator fan was not working and the coolant box seems too hot and the burning smell again comes. Showroom advisor told me to come on the next day morning and he is not arrived yet. I need to replace the car. It is very difficult to close the bonet, locking system of the bonnet is not working properly.

                      I have booked the tata nexon xz+ dt with bafna motors phugewadi pune on 31st mar 2019. I have made the full payment for the car on 31st mar 2019 and i was told that the car will be delivered on 10th apr 2019 with registration plates.
                      I keep on following up with dealership and they keep delaying the delivery as they were not able to get registration number from rto. Later we decided to get the delivery on 21st apr 2019 and when i followed up with them today they are saying there is some problem in rto and they didnt get the registration number till now and they are not sure when they will be able to deliver the car.
                      The sales person is prem kumar and his manager sandeep jatale who are handling my booking.

                            I wanted to extend warranty of tata tiago (Jk05f 4631) whose registration date is 17-june-2017 but the dealer of tata motors refused to do so by giving lame excuses. It is pertinent to mention that my car has travelled 28000 kms and its warranty is expiring today. May kindly help me out in extending the same for a year. I have taken my car twice for service but was not done to my satisfaction. Some part was to be replaced under warranty which they didnt agreed to do and now warranty has also got expired.

                              non delivery of vehicle on the promised date after full payment

                              Sir / madam,

                              I have booked a white colour tata nexon from concord motors, kayamkulam, kerala in the name of ms aswathi on 02 march 2019. The sales execitive attended me was ms lavanya. I have done the remaining payment of rs 190000/ (180000 as cash and 10000 paid online) other than finance amount on 25 march 2019. The delivery of the vehicle promised by the dealer was 15 days after the payment date (25 march 2019). I did not...

                              I booked a tata tiago xza on 30th march 2019 in adishakti motors bangalore. On 31st march 10:30pm i get a call from a sales manager yunus saying the color i requested is not available in whole of india. I said then please cancel the booking. He said it will take 4 working days to get the amount. I didn’t receive the amount even on 6th april 2019. I went and asked them they said md is not available and hence signature is not done so amount can’t be released. I met there dgm also and he assured me that i will get on 16th april 2019. Nobody informed me in between these days. So i visited again on 17th april. Still they are saying that md has not signed. I should give them another 3 working days. I am not able to understand why can’t they refund the amount. Now i am sitting in their office waiting for someone to give me the cheque.

                                On 2nd april, my car tata tiago kl 44d6978 has a problem with ac.ac not working. On 3rd april i approached my nearest tata service center malayalam vehicles, muvattupuzha. They said they have no facility to rectify ac complaint and they need to send the car to malayalam vehicle, the service center at vazhakala, kochi and they did the same. They intimated me, opened a job card for vehicle kl $d 69978, est delivery at 04/04/2019 :19:52:00 & est. Cost 2832.5.

                                So far as on today, they are not giving any pieces of information regarding the work and date&time of delivery and cost of the work.

                                Please, do the needful at the earliest. I am facing a hard time without a car in the hot sun in kerala.

                                  I entrusted my tiago car bearing reg no kl 13be3664 for paid services on 10/4/19 the vehicle run 44428 km. After service i received back the vehicle on the same day at about 5.30pm. While i stared the vehicle i noticed a missing sound and not easily stared as before any how i managed to keep the vehicle in my home. On 12/4/19 at about 9.00pm i started a long journey with my family from kozhikode to alapuzhza. While i reached at calicut university i stoped the vehicle for purchase some article then i could not start my vehicle some how imanaged to start it and reached at alapuhza. Then also the vehicle could not be stared and the central locking system also not functioning the vehicle is still at kottayam district. All the difficulties i faced only after the service of your authorized service center marina motors i paid rs 8194/- as service cost, i have not face any problem before the service, the representatives of marina motors frequently call me to do service under them. The service provided by the company is not slandered one. I experienced my difficulties 12th 13nd 14th and 15th i call the marina motors for the help but they never attend the phone. They are doing the work either with inexperienced persons or apprentice, i am not satisfied the work they are done on my car i have a grievous complaint on it they want to do extract the money unnecessarily by replacing genuine and working parts of the vehicle. I here by requested to cure the defects which had occurred after the service provided by the marina motors. Delay to this complaint is due to my journey and continuous holy days.

                                    Hi i am madhav nandan, i have booked tata tigor xz+ on name of my father hari shankar prasad karn dated on 31/03/2019. At #yashraj motors pvt. Ltd. Near to sri radhe gobind complex, g m road, ito chowk, darbhanga, bihar 846004. We paid rs 51000 as booking amount, dealer promised that car is not available and will be delivered within a week from chennai and we will get the car by 10th april however it's 16th april now and dealer stopped pick up calls and responses are bleak. Me and my family find this irritating as he is also not confirm that our vehicle arrived or not. Please take serious action against such fraud dealer. Till now there were no response from yashraj motors the branch manager name is shiv shankar prasad. All by payments and no finance we are buying this still problems. This dealer is a big liar.
