On 2nd april, my car tata tiago kl 44d6978 has a problem with ac.ac not working. On 3rd april i approached my nearest tata service center malayalam vehicles, muvattupuzha. They said they have no facility to rectify ac complaint and they need to send the car to malayalam vehicle, the service center at vazhakala, kochi and they did the same. They intimated me, opened a job card for vehicle kl $d 69978, est delivery at 04/04/2019 :19:52:00 & est. Cost 2832.5.

So far as on today, they are not giving any pieces of information regarding the work and date&time of delivery and cost of the work.

Please, do the needful at the earliest. I am facing a hard time without a car in the hot sun in kerala.

    I entrusted my tiago car bearing reg no kl 13be3664 for paid services on 10/4/19 the vehicle run 44428 km. After service i received back the vehicle on the same day at about 5.30pm. While i stared the vehicle i noticed a missing sound and not easily stared as before any how i managed to keep the vehicle in my home. On 12/4/19 at about 9.00pm i started a long journey with my family from kozhikode to alapuzhza. While i reached at calicut university i stoped the vehicle for purchase some article then i could not start my vehicle some how imanaged to start it and reached at alapuhza. Then also the vehicle could not be stared and the central locking system also not functioning the vehicle is still at kottayam district. All the difficulties i faced only after the service of your authorized service center marina motors i paid rs 8194/- as service cost, i have not face any problem before the service, the representatives of marina motors frequently call me to do service under them. The service provided by the company is not slandered one. I experienced my difficulties 12th 13nd 14th and 15th i call the marina motors for the help but they never attend the phone. They are doing the work either with inexperienced persons or apprentice, i am not satisfied the work they are done on my car i have a grievous complaint on it they want to do extract the money unnecessarily by replacing genuine and working parts of the vehicle. I here by requested to cure the defects which had occurred after the service provided by the marina motors. Delay to this complaint is due to my journey and continuous holy days.

      Hi i am madhav nandan, i have booked tata tigor xz+ on name of my father hari shankar prasad karn dated on 31/03/2019. At #yashraj motors pvt. Ltd. Near to sri radhe gobind complex, g m road, ito chowk, darbhanga, bihar 846004. We paid rs 51000 as booking amount, dealer promised that car is not available and will be delivered within a week from chennai and we will get the car by 10th april however it's 16th april now and dealer stopped pick up calls and responses are bleak. Me and my family find this irritating as he is also not confirm that our vehicle arrived or not. Please take serious action against such fraud dealer. Till now there were no response from yashraj motors the branch manager name is shiv shankar prasad. All by payments and no finance we are buying this still problems. This dealer is a big liar.

        I am seen add in olx for vaciency of tata motors hr call me and told me to you are select for the supervisor post in tata motor and fill this foam and after i fill the foam they will sand me apoiment leter by mail and told me to sand the online fees of
        The foam 2500 in the bank account. I was pay the amount of 2500 and after they will sand mi joining letter and sand me fake courier no and told me by this corrier we sand with in 7days and in the courier location of the job. And my call is not receive.

            I purchase a carTata Tigor xz+ from your authorized delar Rajhans AJMER on dated[protected].on that time sales executive Mr. Abhisekh handed over me car and said that all the relavent document and asseceries I will hand over to you on Monday dated[protected] at BEAWAR. after that time I also approach them on telephone so many times. but they always ignore and said as ie. I am busy in seasion, busy in house work, property work, I am at highcourt Jaipur, I am at Bhilwara and then last they said that I rezine the job.than I also contact delar on telephone but I have not received response from them .Please arrange to delever me all the relevant document and asseceries. ie.             on dated[protected] at 5.30 PM Mr Vijendra come and handed over to me R .C. and Insurance policy . Then I ask him other document and asseceries. He said that he will consult them and reply but till date I am not received any and I also remember all the concern.

            After seen the Insurance policy I got that the insurance policy was ordinary inspite of 0 debt policy. They also charge from me Rs.3000/- extra for 0 debt policy

              No trained staff to explain about car, fake promise, no professional talk. Before booking car talk softly after booking rude to customer. On delivery they gave damage car and after argument they replaced door. Iam totally upset on tata overall service and people behavior. They said 1st service teflon coat will be provided now they saying your wish, if you need pay and do.

              Overall my experience with tata was worst and can't...

              I am driving Tata Zest XMS 1.2 Lt Since Nov 2016. This is the second time my Clutch Set is gone. First time During travel to Pune, Lost Clutch in between (14000 Km) AMC saved my life

              now second time after 42000 Km, clutch is gone and now dealer is saying Flywheels is not available

              This is my third card after Alto (80K KM No Problem)
              Spark (70 K Km No Issue)

                Ear sir, I have purchased new car of TATA as Tata Tiago NRG from TATA motors Guna Madhya pradesh, here a complaint is this that, car is heavy heat during travelling from Sawai madhopur to Sheopur so when I called to helpline number then they told me that we will arrange facility one hour but i have passed two hours although no response, during this time alone with my wife and my little baby who is only 3 year, on the way where car fan is not working and car is heat there no any facility for survive like water, milk or tea, the area was very sensitive like tiger reserve and limited phone facility, but your road side assistance not give any proper response, when i called how can be reached at my home but no cab available on this period and time, so after long time almost spent 4 hours i have used local tuching van for pick up car from way to nearest show room and local cab for me, then i will reached so I never refer tata vehicle to other person, I have very unsatisfied for your service, you have only suggestions and sorry word . after all second day your service provider said to me to arrange me tuching van but they told after 4 hours means 12 PM.

                agar mai kahu ki kya aap log apni wife ke sath aur chhoti bacchi ho 3 sal ki aapke sath to kya aap log aisi jagah 20 minute bhi ruk sakte hai jaha chay, paani, milk ki suvidha na ho aur sath hi pura forest area ho, iske alaba tiger area ho raat ke 8 baje ho. aap bataye, is dauran mai lagbhag 4 ghante raha hu aisi condition me, is dauran koi durghatana ho jati to isake liye kon jimme daar hota ? kya tata Motors aisi risk leti rahti hai, aake assistance se sirf mujhe 4 ghante me aaswashan hi mile hai iske alaba kuchh nhi. tab maine local car tuching vana higher ki aur local mechanic ko dikhaya, tab jakae kuchh kaam nikla,

                    Hi I am kalpna saxena, I have booked Tata xenon YODHA Eco pick up truck on 31/03/2019 . At #GNGAUTO near to ajeet Cinema gurugram HR 122001 . Dealer applying pressure on me to do you process of loan with 3-4 days . After that I visited to bank bank took 2-3 days .on 5th of April 2019 . I got Delivery order from bank . After that I told dealer that delivery order is confirmed from bank . Kindly deliver my car on 8/04/2019 . Our motive to purchase this pick up truck this navratra . Dealer stopped pick up calls on 8/04/2019 . After that in evening 8:30pm I got a call from sales executive Mr viresh Chaudhary he giving me the reason that your order is in transit you have to wait till 12/04/2019 . So I Sayed no problem take your time but give me one date when you will be delivering my vehicle ..they said on 14/04/2019 you definitely get your vehicle . Till now there were no response from gng Auto . All payments were cleared on 05/4/2019 . This dealer is a big lier .

                      I bought my tata nexon diesel automatic last week.. The very 1st day i heard a continuous rattle in my dashboard..
                      2nd when the car is on 20-25kmph the front left side tyre bubbles.
                      3rd when i rotate my steering wheel it makes some weird noise and when i fully rotate it, i heard a sound that something is broke..
                      I went to tata motors fatehabad haryana.. They did wheel balancing for tyres but issue is not resolved yet.. For rest of things they didn't do anything.. Please look into the matter.. I was afraid of tata cars just because of these reliability issues but somehow i bought it.. But now i think i was true.. Tata can not make reliable cars.. It's been a week and i am facing these problems from very 1st day..

                        Sir / madam,

                        I have booked a white colour tata nexon from concord motors, kayamkulam, kerala in the name of ms aswathi on 02 march 2019. The sales execitive attended me was ms lavanya. I have done the remaining payment of rs 190000/ (180000 as cash and 10000 paid online) other than finance amount on 25 march 2019. The delivery of the vehicle promised by the dealer was 15 days after the payment date (25 march 2019). I have not recieved any call from the dealer for delivery of the vehicle. Upon query from the dealer, informed me that they will not be able to deliver the white colour vehicle & compelled to choose any other colour of same variant. On further query it has came to know that the sales executive attended the booking (Ms lavanya) failed to update us regarding the non availability of white colour vehicle. On 11 april 2019, i have contacted ms manjula, tata motors ernakulam and informed all the issues. She told me to contact mr sreejith, sales head of concord motors, kayamkulam. On the same day i have contacted mr sreejith and he was not agreeable to help us out. He also told me that we have to pay rs 30000/- extra and to accept any other colour. On 13 april 2019, i have contacted hr manager, concord motors, kayamkulam on the issues, she also added me that the matter is not in her purview. As a reputed vehicle maker in india, we have opted for a tata nexon well in advance for an occassion planned in our family in the second week of may 2019. But the dealing from the reputed brand due to an irresponsible dealer was poor. The same was happened with my friend a month back. He was also not delivered with white colour, and final at the time of delivery had to opt for blue nexon due to the pressure from dealer. So this time we will not be able to accept the pressure from dealer, because vehicle is an emotional asset, cannot be accepted due to anybody's compulsion. So i request you to resolve my issue at the earliest and deliver a white colour tata nexon. The screenshots of booking form and payment details are attached herewith for your reference.

                        I got call from the dealer & Corporate office, Kochi, but I did not get any update on the issue. As they have told me that they will get back to me after checking the issue. Only I got a mail from the dealer stating that my vehicle is in transit and will reach by Saturday (20 April 2019). But my issue concerning the extra amount of 30000/- asked by the dealer is not addressed by anyone. Upon my repeated queries to the HR Manager, Concord Motors, they are not clearly answering my issues.

                          We are extremely disappointed from "kvr dream vehicle pvt. Ltd." (Kasaragod outlet, kerala) kannur dealership of tata motors.

                          I have booked car on 26th march 2019 and expected to get it on or before 30th of march 2019. But till now they didn't delivered the car. But due to their delay they are asking me to pay the extra amount other than from the quotation.

                          Hi, i booked a nexon xm 1.5 on 30th march 2019 in klnotors, ekkattuthangal, chennai. They committed to deliver the vehicle on 10th april. When i called them on 10th april, they said vehicle is in transit and we call you tomorrow. I am almost calling daily but they are saying same reason. I paid full amount including loan. But they are not taking any action on it. I am really disappointed. I even soldout my old car by expecting the new car on time. Now i am suffering to go office without any car and am depending on public transport. Please let me know how to get it resolved.

                            new tata nexon gearbox oil seal leaking

                            Bought a new tata nexon from RSA MOTORS CHANDIGARH on 22 march 2019, just drove it 3800 kms and found gearbox oil seal broken and oil leaking, service person are saying that they will replace in warranty but why in a new car, i think they gave me old or used car... another complaint is still going on with the same dealer of another car of mine with electrical issues

                            My vehicle no. Gj 15 at 6975 had a break down near bharuch gujarat on 11.04.19 at about 4.30 pm. A proper complaint was raised for road side assistance at about 5.00 pm at your toll free no and a conference communication was made between customer care, near by service centre and my driver. Most surprising the help vehicle came at 10.45 pm after repeated phone calls and no help was given to us. We were told to wait for the whole night and next morning (Today) they repaired the vehicle at about 1.00 pm that too only kaam chalau so that we can reach our place vapi. I seriously criticise your non cooperative attitude and behaviour, i loudly condemn your attitude and way. I will wait and see what action tata motors take on my complaint.

                              I bought tata hexa on 6th april 2019 and had issue facing cabin voice and vibration specially in 3rd gear. I was complain about deler about this and they manage to take car from home to workshop and manage back to home but still problem is same and few more sound is included in it. Wrost experience to buy tata hexa.
                              I feel cheated by the deler and company. I trust the indian company that's why i want to buy tata car but i was wrong.
                              Now what to do???
                              I think to do consume complain against this issue.
                              How it's possible to start cabin voice within 2 or 4 days i can't understand.

                                I have bought a tata tiago xza on 15th feb 2019 in my wife's name (Neetu joseph). The registration no. Of the vehicle is kl 08 bs 7812.

                                I have been facing issues with the non-linear acceleration of the car every time when it is in reverse mode and also at times during it is moving forward in 2-3 gear (Auto mode).

                                Once it had a break down and the service center guys (Hyson motors, thrissur) took it and told us that it is a throttler issue and they fixed it. But we have been facing this issue in i have escalated this issue during our first service and they have not taken any action saying there are no error codes when they scanned.
                                I doubt there were no mechanical check happened on the car like performance testing of fuel pumps, map sensors or even the spark plugs to resolve this issue. Hyson motors service team has asked us to take the car after service without resolving the issue. Which is not acceptable for us.

                                I am totally disheartened by the product quality and after sales service of tata tiago. It would be great if you could provide me assistance to resolve this issue and take the car out of service center.

                                  I, mr jehangir ahmad lone from jammu and kashmir from district bandipora have purchased 3 vehicales from fairdeal tata motors srinager in last year july to august which total net price is 25 lac tata nexon xz+ 2 vehicales and amt tata tiago but from last year to till datw we didt got any arto registration no on any vehicle and which creats aproblem for us and in a week we have paid 1000 rs fine if the traffic police stops us and we have paid more than 22thousand fine or challan to traffic police because we are running the vehicales with out no plates, and last time when i vist to fairdeal tata motors for this issue and the gm of fairdeal tata motors shows me the ego of money and he also showa me his wallet with attitude that i will give you money he treated me as beggar and he argues with me when i argues back than they call some bouncers or bodygurds and around 50 staff members and bouncers gathers me around and humulate me and they also told me that we are not responsible for your vehicales go and fitr them on road, i am very depressed to see the behaviour of the staaf and the gma well, we are looking to buy more naxon and harrier from tata but this will takes my steps back, i tells you kindly take aserious action on it ans i also fill a complain in police station aganist the fairdeal tata motors ans also highlights this issue on social netwotrs which will pur harsh impact on the sales of tata motors if you cant take any action with in 24 hours.
