Took delivery of Tata tiago XZA petrol few days ago, Promotion of tiago was very impressive with alloy wheel. Yesterday I noticed that the wheels are not as alloy as specified in specification and bill. It’s just a plastic wheel cup which is made to look like alloy wheel. I feel totally disappointed and being cheated by the dealer of M/s. SR Transcarz, Coimbatore. This model alloy is not available in tiago XZA model. It’s available only in Tiago NRG model.
How they are cheated me to this alloy, I need the original alloy wheel to my new car. This model “DURALLOY’ is available in NRG cars, even though the dealer is cheated me.

    I have tata nexon xz+ model.. Worst product worst service.. They charged me 8500rs as pdi.. Par pdi hui hi nhi.. After every 200, 300km face a new issue.. Becoz of no pdi.. Diesel leak.. Shocker pad changed.. Rattling sound from doors.. Jerks issue so many issue faced between 2mnth ownership. I request tata motors please refund my pdi charges. 8500rs... And please improve your service standard its third class service provided by their dealers.. They are careless not even try to understand a single problm

      I bought nexon xza+ dual tone diesel in oct and noticed that basic feature like rear fog lamp is missing... If tata is not able to provide rear fog lamp on their top model then why they kept a ugly place for it. Now after nov it is started coming at factory fitting.

      Kindly note that this is totally unethical and do the necessary action immediately.

        I purchased a tata tiago zx petrol version of dec 2018 model yesterday, i. E. 08.02.2019 from your dealer in haryana 'panchkula roller flour mills limited' at panchkula.
        At the time of delivery i noticed that the ac was not working. When i contacted the service manager of the above centre, he said to bring the car to the service centre on sunday i. E. 10.02.2019 for thorough check-up.

        I am highly disappointed due to this major fault in tata tiago zx car!

        I had never faced such a situation in any of my previous car brands like maruti or honda.

        Please note down my complaint and look into the matter with the concerned dealer and the service team on priority basis.

          Dear sir
          I would like to inform you that vehicle i purchased ie tata indigo cr4 diesel t - permit vehicle mfg. Year 2015 which was in warranty period for 1 year and the battery of my car failed in warranty period which was not replaced for 45 days days, they replaced after 45 days during that period my car was in non working state due to which i had loss in my business, also i had insurance provided by tata finance, after that my car met with an accident in 2017 and tata finance asked me to submit my car at tata fortune, nerul and will me done on cashless basis, but my car was repaired after 13 days, but they refused me to give my car back because tata fortune did receive the claim amount from tata finance for 62 days. Here again i had to face loss in my business & my driver salary also i had bear due to all these things.
          I had given my car on rental basis to a private firm and due to all these problems i had to face heavy loss in my business & also i was mentally disturbed & stressed.

          After that also my car had some issue regarding pick up so they asked me to change the injector for the car which i got changed but after that the problem was not solved then again they asked me to change some other spare parts which i changed but in vain as the problem was not solved after that also. Then again they asked me to change the all injector & diesel pump for which i agreed to them but also i asked them that after changing all these spares if the problem is not resolved then you have to refund my business loss amount & my bills which i had paid at service center, but tata fortune did not agree to my request & till date my car is with tata fortune.

            Respected sir/madam,

            Myself onkar p devalkar residing in dombivli west yesterday got delivery of my new tata nexon xz+.
            And unfortunately the quality of my aero kit fitment is very very poor.
            1. Roof top wrapped with glossy black is in pieces and looks very bad.
            2. Mirrors are done black with some local poor quality paper.
            3. Dealer says they couldn't fit alloy wheel rim bands, and even if they somehow fit it will get removed soon.
            And so dealer has given us those rim bands kept in the boot/dicky.

            I had a good impression about tata and its recent cars, but now i am totally disappointed from the way the new car i got yesterday.
            Dealer is not ready now to take any responsibility and not treating us well.

            I kindly request tata motors concerned team to look soon into my issue and help me to resolve this asap.

            Request you to either replace my aero kit with new one with proper fitting or else return my aero kit money i. E. 75, 000 inr.
            I don't need this kit if the kit and its fitting quality is such poor from tata dealers.
            I regret now buying this aero kit.
            Herewith attaching kit quality and its poor fitting images.

            Request you again to take some strict action against wasan tata, chembur and help resolve me this issue.

            I dropped my vehicle to Wasan Motors, Chembur on Tuesday, 12th Feb and went to collect my vehicle on 16th Saturday, but they have literally not done anything.I am really fed up now.I regret fitting this Aero kit now.The way the Wasan motors guys talk is very arrogant.1. Side skirting are repainted red somehow with hand brush (with all red color spots on the skirting). 2. roof wrapping is still with all bubbles at the edges/corners if you open the door/boot or if we check at the pillars corners. 3. About Alloy wheel Red rings - they're telling this ring will come out in running if Tyre pressure goes down. My sincere question to Tata Motors 'What should i do if showroom guys are telling such and if it falls tomorrow, it is not cheap, it costs 2000/- INR each i.e. 8000/- INR total for 4 tires'.
            My question to Tata Motors is - If your authorized showroom guys are telling - it will fall in running, then why are you selling such items ???
            I am really frustrated now from the way these Wasan Motors guys are handling my issue, I sincerely request Tata Motors to remove my Aero kit and return my Aero kit money.It was my big mistake to decide to fit this Aero kit, i thought showroom fitting quality and fit/finish will be far better than the local ones, but now i think i can fit this accessories at any local shop with better fitting quality.

I face mileage issue continuously. 3 time i drop my car in panchajanya service center but my issue not solved because service adviser not a qualified for resolve the problem.in attached photo mileage observed 15.7 but actual mileage observe is 13.5km/ltr in without a/c.                 Hi this is regarding my zest car which i was using fir the last 5 year and around 30000km run, going through prices and features i purchased the car and very satisfied customers of it, with my references more the 10people purchased the same vechile.
                My complaint is that last time when i went for service of car i was intimated that my car clutch plate has gone defected and told expances of 10000 for itz replacement...
                My concerns was that i usely i don't drive car too much in city in very rare occasions i took car outside like in family functions or in late evenings mitings also and never used half clutch drive.
                I never face the problem of clutch failure in previous cars.
                I don't find my fault in it and it indicates me there is a duscripruncy in sphere part of it...
                I want part should be replaced without cost.

                    We are facing issue like car stops in every long drive in highways around 200 km of drive. We faced this issue almost 6 times and informed the respective service station. They did servicing, but still it is of no use. Please do some thing which should help us to solve this problem as soon as possible and it is causing lot of inconvenience for us.

                      When i sent my tata tiago car for 1st service then they create a job 1st and after 10 mon i got the message to check the vechile post service inspection

                      My first question to them

                      There service attender did not gave me call to know if there is any issue or not?
                      I called to given number of service attender then i asked him why he did not called me than he said that why i should call you... You have to call us about the issue

                      How can be a car serviced in 10 mins, i am not getting it

                      I asked them to solve some issues like : back gear is a little bit harder to taken

Last 2 month but the dealership management stop my salary and incentive also and the h r and manager not give me actual feeb back last approx 2 to 3 month but the dealership person not give proper feeb back / and also disconnected the call also

                          I have given my car up32gn2696 for service on 21.01.2019 in your authorised service center i. E. Srm motors lucknow. When i gave my car then there was no problem and only service was required which was checked by advisor mr siraj khan.in afternoon i received a call from advisor that suspension, excel & brake work is also required, but i said that i'll do that in next visit and my advisor said ok. I was not informed for any other problem as there was no other problem.
                          In evening i made online payment and car was handovered to my driver. When my driver started the car missing, starting & pickup problem was there, he immediately informed the same to advisor, and car was handed back to srm. Next day they said that timing work is required, i said to adjust the timing and work will be done in next visit, advisor said ok. Mechanic said to run 200km on petrol and car will come in proper condition. My car has ran more than 200km and the problem is same. I visited back srm and informed them, now they are saying head work is to be done.
                          I had complaint for this in tata with complaint no. 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]. I want an immediate resolution for same as it is workshops fault, and i will not pay anything for correcting this fault.
                          I am continuously complaining and doing followups for same with srm as well as tata but getting no solution. Tata customer care is saying to contact tml service manager mr rohit gupta but he is saying that srm gm is senior then him and he will do what gm will say. Even mr jitendra k mahura (Rspmm-north) of tata is also saying same. If workshops gm has to take final decision then what tata team is doing for its customers.

                            On 07.06.2018 due to drainout of coollant in my tata bolt car, the thermostat was replaced by authorised dealer of tata motors by company name m/s. Eshwari motors at bicholim, goa (North goa district). Now, yesterday on 07.02.2019 same problem of coolant drainout was occured and so the vehicle was towed at the workshop of eshwari motors at bicholim at 2 pm. By the evening of 07.02.2019 at around 5:30 pm i phoned at eshawri motors to know the position of my car, i was told that the thermostat is not working and as such i asked the person about the reason for non working of thermostat within a short period of six months only and the person on phone told me that the reason is not known to them and that they cannot replace the thermostat on free basis as the thermostat does not possess any warranty since it is of plastic material. Now, on today 08.02.2019 at 10:00 am when i phoned again to eshwari motors, the person told me that the thermostat warranty of six months is expired and hence they cannot provide me a free new thermostat. Further the person told me that the reason behind the non working of thermostat is still not confirmed by them and that the fault is still under diagonosis till this time. This itself shows that the concerned incharge of work shop of eshwari motors are not fixed to any one sentence and are giving different excuses on two different days. Hence i strongly doubt that either the eshwari motors have either not carried out proper diagonosis of the non working of thermostat on 07.06.2018 or they have fitted a faulty thermostat to my tata bolt car on 07.06.2018. Hence i request you to enquire into this irresponsible and fraudulent service provided by eshwari motors. Furher i kindly request you to attend to my genuine difficulty on priority basis since i suffer a huge financial and mental losses doe to the non availability of my car and as such i have to hire the car form the market till the delivery of my tata bolt car.

                              Good morning sir/madam tata motors, fraudsters are using your company name, they are playing with life of job seekers like me😭😭😭😭, i lost my 9000 rupees in the name of tata motors fake job interview. Sir/madam first they took telephonic interview on 5 feb 2019 then on next day they informed me that i'm qualified telephonic round afterwards they demanded for 1000 rupees then 8000 rupees in the name of security deposits, and they are sending fake job letters and mails. Please sir/madam take severe action against them who are using your company name and give justice to me.

                                I have tata nexon diesel xz+ from past 6 months (2 free service completed).
                                When i start my car put ac off and start only fan, all the ducts throw perceptibly hot air.
                                It keep coming continuously without making heater/ac 'on'. I kept fan speed at 7 so that if some residue hot air is there it get out quickly.
                                But it keeps coming non stop.
                                Does anybody facing same or similar issue. Or any body has possible explanation to this do let me know

                                I have also talked to showroom and service center people in bangalore, they do not have any clear understanding about it.
                                They always tell it comes from company as it is.
                                Which i am not ready to accept. The regular fan air appears coming out of the heater. No body giving proper solution neither car dealer, service center or tata motors itself

                                  Iam chithra jain m p from hassan, karnataka. I saw add in olx regarding opening in tata motors. So i called mr avinash tayal – [protected] for job and he said to forward my resume. So i sent my resume on[protected]. Then he texted me to register and he informed to pay deposits. After completion of procedure job would be confirmed. So as per his words i started depositing amount through paytm no. [protected] to this number every time. Finally i deposited 59, 300/- day by day. I got offer letter for 3-4 times. This procedure was started from 7th october 2018 till today i did not get any job confirmation and either my deposited amount its been science 4months.
                                  From 15 days i asked him to return my deposits, he simply giving reasons, and he is responding rudely. So please enquire about my security deposits and return my deposits as soon as possible i have some financial emergency. I hope this matter will be resolved within 10th of this month. So please revert back to this mail. Or else if need to go for further action, to whom i need to contact.

                                    I booked tata nexon xt diesel in dec through csd from nawal motors mathura i also made payment to csd after take confirmation from dealer but i have not received the same till the date. He make fake commitment again again. Now i am very disappointed from the services of nawal motors.
                                    Kindly help to provide the same as earleist as possible or refund my bokking amount and the payment wich i transfer in csd account.
                                    I booked tata nexon for my marriage if the same will not get on time then no need the same.

                                      Hi, I'm Harish Jangra, I have given my Tiago Car for 2nd service to JD autonation, near Shivam Motors, Sirgitti, Bilaspur C.G. dated on 28/01/19.
                                      Job card card no- 4921 and also logged complain of some noise in right suspension.
                                      next day i visited the SC to collect the car but team asked for 3 more days to do the needful. after that there was no update from their side and finally again i visited on 4th Feb ( after 7 days) the SC and found that they have removed both front doors and cutted all electric wires of center locking, power window sound etc. without my permission and information, and the complain yet not rectified by them.
                                      after escalation they were just connect the wires manually and just taping it.

                                      I have escalated to same matter to their seniors and ask to fit new wires KIT, but still their is no response/ calls from any one.

                                        This is gowardhan lal dangi my private car was happend accident on 08/11/2018 night and i informed to tata customer care or insurence company and taken road side assistance and submit my car in veer motors workshop bhopal as per guidence of tatamotors or insurance company my policy is zero dep. Policy, and my insurance policy no. Is[protected]. I have claimed insurance for my car (Tata tiago xm no. Mp 39 c-2912) on 09/11/2018.
                                        Dear sir it have been approximately 3 months without any action taken by tata motors veer motors dealer or workshop bhopal regarding repairmen or total loss anything by written or followup of my car. At the time of taking car your representative had insured me that i will not have any inconvenience in case of such scenario but the time your approval process have taken have really frustrated me.

                                        Sir as national insurance company surveyor mr. Sanjay shriwastav ([protected]@yahoo.com) (Mob. No. [protected]) have visited my car and have also submitted report to his senior mr. Udhay dandwate sir, he is divisional officer bhopal (Ua. [protected]@nic.co.in) (Cont. No.[protected], but car is still being scraped in veer motors workshop bhopal. After that my report is forwarded to mr. Dheeraj soni (Mo. No-[protected]), he is regional officer national insurance company indore office, i given approval for repairement of car, but still no proper response is coming by veer motors workshop dealer or tata motors, please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                        Sir please let me know if something is lacking by my side weather my payment is due or i have submitted less amount but please help me to approve my claim as soon as possible. And if i will feel like abuse of my rights i may go in lap of legal support.
