I under signed purchased a car tata tiago on[protected] from m/s globus auto
Dilshad garden. When i purchased this car, i was told that you will get rc of
Car, number plate and insurance papers of car in 07 (Seven) days. After 7 days
When i wanted to talk to team leader shri. Ankit mittal and nitish, they did not
Picked my call till two days. Then i contacted on another number a lady spooked
To me and through her i talked to mr. Ankit who told me that your papers of your
Car for rc and number plate, insurance have not been forwarded to concerned
Authority as the car was purchased through csd canteen and we have not yet
Received the money from csd canteen and we will forward the papers only after
Receipt of money from csd canteen. Then i told him that at time of purchase of
Car you new it very well that car is being purchased through csd canteen then
Why did you committed that rc of car, number plate and insurance papers of
Car will be delivered to you in 07 (Seven) days. Then i asked how did you sold me
The car if you did not received the money, then he had no answer and
Disconnected the communication.
I am in need of rc of car, number plate and insurance papers of car as in case
Of any miss happening on road i will ensure that you are held responsible. Be it
Known to you that i am of 72 years of age.

    Respected sir/ma'am

    1. I am the owner of a tata hexa (Registration no hr14p9393) and reside in jhajjar which is 30 kms from raj motors in rohtak on delhi rohtak road. I had put my vehicle for servicing (Third free service) on 19th january 2019. As i went on to pay the bill i was given a tax invoice of roughly rs 17500 and as i contested my bill with the previous service invoices with the lady that gave me the bill, i was treated very rudely and was explained various schemes (Annual maintenance contract) rather than see to my grievance for atleast half an hour. To which i replied that i would like to meet the service manager and spoke to mr pranav from tata motors ambala branch from where i had bought the vehicle. On receiving a call from ambala branch the service manager changed his stance and told me that he would rectify it to the best of his capabilities, but prior to that i was made to believe that the billing was right. The bill was amended to rs 10500 approximately.

    2. Then as i moved out of the agency it was 1900 hrs and dark as i moved out with the vehicle after mentioning that i was not completely satisfied with the service of the vehicle. I noticed that despite paying extra for wheel balancing and alignment my vehicle was not alligned which resulted in wear and rear of the tires in particular direction. Also i had requested for the headlights to be adjusted as they were not giving me adequate light in night driving conditions which was left untouched. Also i told to check the odometer which was being faulty yet it was not checked. My vehicle was again not tend to properly as the polishing done was not upto the mark. The service indicator was not reset. Also there was a noise in the driver seat, again not rectified. The tailgate is not aligned. There are marks on my alloys which indicate that during balancing of wheel it was not taken care of properly. Also on checking i noticed that two tools from my tool kit are also missing although very cheap and menial. But has caused a lot of discomfort to me and my father who had gone alongwith me for vehicle servicing as the both o[censored]s are hypertension patients, proof of all above mentioned things is as enclosed.

    3. I am posted as of now in shahjahanpur and have joined back at the station the very next day and have driven almost 500 kms that day as i had to report back on duty. The journey i did was with my wife who is epileptic and this rash attitude in not rectifying the vehicle caused my wife and i to undergo lot of stress as the vehicle didn't respond the way it was supposed to after the service. Due to the limitations of my job and the length of the complaint i couldn't get back to you.

    4. I would request that the matter be looked into as it was very irresponsible and as a customer i feel agrieved.

    5. I would urge you to kindly look into the matter or else i would be forced to file for compensation in the consumer court for your agency has endangered my family's safety.

    6. For proof of the above mentioned complaints i'd request for you to send a whatsapp no as the videos are too large to be attached. Also i have given a not satisfied certificate while paying the money in the customer feedback form.

    7. Ive attached a screenshot of the email i had sent to the customer care. As mentioned above from points 1 to 6 is the exact verbatim of the email.

    There has been no solution for my problems and I have only been put through calls for fake promises that something would be done but this lack of support reflects very poorly on the company as it doesn't seem to realise the pains caused to me.
    As of now I would be happy if none tried to waste my time and I would like to take official action now so kindly spare me

      My name is nagar babulal patel, i have purchased tata car from active automobiles on 5-3-2018 and i have paid rs. 6643 for extention of warranty of 100000 km. But till date i can't get the warranty card and the engine of the car was failed on 30000 km only company has open my car engine and repair the engine but new issued are always comes from the car. Now the music system is failed and when i go to show room for repair the show room takes 5 to 6 days to repair it and that time i have no car to use.in 650000 rs. How bad car the company make which engine fails in 30000 kms. And now it has 52000 km its audio and information system is failed

        Sir,
        With so much trust i bought a tata vehicle for the first time and its a regret now that i have already bought. I bought tata nexon xt diesel, initially i had no issues bt aftr 10 months o[censored]sing it so many problems began to rise though some got solved after r complaining for 5th time and a legal notice being issued against the service centre (Nili motors) dimapur, they finally opened their eyes n solved it. But the problem with the gear shifting is quite disturbing and unpleasant to drive especially during a long drive. It gets difficult to shift gear while driving in traffic especially at some point of time. And turns back to normal which i didnt had this kind of problems before. The service manager says its a problem with all the cars and doesnt take my problem seriously so i had to write up here hopeful that something good comes out of it.

          I was cancelled booking within 3 days, they said i need to reach out the showroom for refund amount.
          I went to the showroom and provided cancellation form and they said, they will issue check/ will credit booking amount in my bank account provided within 2 weeks.
          After multiple follow-ups with the tata motors concard showroom at chandanagar (Their email #cre. [protected]@concordemotors.com), they were saying i need to contact tata online support team. I have requested to provide point of contacts for whom i have to reach out. They were not providing those details.

          I reached out tata motors customer care. Every time they will open new complaint number and will close within few days without resolution. Here are the complaints they created.

            I bought tata tiago xz in the month of october 2018. At that time there were two offers going on - 1) choose gift and 2) scratch and win gift

            My coupon number is 1899

            1) choose gift
            Under the choose gift i was to fill up the form on click2redeem.com with the coupon number and code.

            When i tried to submit the online form to claim my gift i kept getting error message. I then contacted my dealer and requested him for the help. He said he will fill up the form and will do the needful.

            19/december/2018
            But he did not do the needful and when i followed up dealer he told me to fill the form myself. At this time when i again went to the same website it loaded ok for me and i could fill up the necessary details. On trying to submit the form i keep getting the message validity period to claim my gift has expired.

            Now i am completely unsure how to go about this as this problem has happened due to web form error and dealers false commitment. No fault of mine.

            2) scratch and win
            At the same time there was scratch and win offer as well on purchase of my tata car. On this offer i won wrist watch. At that time dealer told me he will fill up the necessary online form. He also kept the coupon with him and informed me that the wrist watch will be directly delivered to my residence address. Just to be on safer side, i took the photo of the coupon before handing it over to him.

            Now that almost 3 months have gone by and i still have not received my gifts.

            In both these gift offers without any of my fault i am not getting my gifts. And i don't know whom or where to contact to get this resolved.

            Hopefully tata motors will look into this and sort it out.

              Dear sir/madam

              Tata zest xe as siddhanath tours and travel
              On 20 december i purchased tata zest xe from your dealership. Unfortunately, the salesperson didn't work properly. I made the down payment on 3 december while the loan was disbursed on 15th december and car was delivered on 20 december.

              The concerned person hasn't yet proceeded with the procedure of the car delivery, as i haven't received the car passing from your side. Hence the passing procedure or payment of the fees, i did it on my own expenses. Now i have applied for the refund fees which i had paid for the passing purpose to your office, also a cancelled cheque is provided to you. Still i have not received any refund from your side.

              Most important the cng kit provided by the showroom isn't working properly and i haven't received an official bill of the same.

              So i hereby request you to please refund me the fees involved for the passing procedure.

              If it's not possible for you to refund, please collect the car back and refund me with the whole money.

              I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 5 february, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                I took car loan against my tata indica ev2 lx mh 01 am 4659 in sept. 2011 and repaid loan installment till sep 14. Due to some personal issue i handed over my vehicle to tata finance against settlement of balance dues which is approx 63000/- on oct 2014 even the cost of my vehicle is much more that time but the executive did not provide us any loan closure letter even the excess amount of car sold. As per tata finance they settled my remaining loan agaisnt car and that matter was over.
                After 4year i went to take home loan but that time i came to know that in my cibil showing negative impace due to balance of car loan which matter was closed long back. Further, i complaint about this issue in customer care inspite of closing my loan they are asking 10time more amount from me to close my loan account and not providing any document where they sold my vehicle and in which cost.
                Please help me.

                    I went to wakad service center to change my wheel cap. But store person was so dull to respond even. I had to wait for nearly 54 minutes to just get an answer.

                    This is the response there. No line no proper answer. I am continuously using tata car for 8 years. Previously vista now tata zest. But this is the respnse which i get irritated.

                      I have booked Nexon XZA+ on 15 January 2019 from bafana motors pune. They committed me to delivery date on 25 January 2019. They have given us receipt of booking where delivery date mentioned as 25th January. We have processed loan through bafna. Bafna motors told us you have to do loan process as soon as possible. Every day they followed on documents for loan. My bank disbursed loan amount on 21 January 2019. After that we have not received single call from bafana motors. I have called them on 23rd January and asked when we can come on 25th January then they are saying that we are not able to deliver your car on 25th January. I am continuously follow up with them. They are not picking up phone, it's really pathetic service. They used our money. Today is 30th January
                      but still i have not received my car delivery date. Tried calling manager but he is not picking phone. I must say worst service of TATA .

                        I have a tata tigor xz+ delivered on 16th jan from concorde tata motors, guindy, chennai and all i have is complaints with the way it has been delivered.

                        The brochure indicates that there is a key ring illuminator available in the vehicle but the vehicle provided to me didnt have that feature. When asked they said that only vehicles from dec making have this. I booked the vehicle only in dec still i wasnt provided with the specific feature.

                        The vehicle on delivery wasnt even washed properly.

                        Also regarding the mud flaps, they have used rubber instead of plastic.

                        On contacting the sales rep, he is saying "we gave you offer right. This is how it will be. Dont make an issue of everything".

                        We never asked him to discount and compromise on the quality of the parts.

                        Why is it taking so long even for an status update?
                        After the way the sales rep spoke yesterday, I am starting to wonder if I even received a proper vehicle or some faulty vehicle.

                            I have booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ automatic petrol variant with all additional and 0% insurance with a very attractive deal (Glasgow Grey Single tone color) on Dec 22nd, 2018 from Concord Motors (Lajpat Nagar, Delhi). I booked for 2018 model of Nexon because of the December offers. They promised that the delivery will be made By Jan 3rd or 12th 2019. They called me on Dec 29th, 2018 for pay rest of the amount and complete the loan process. spending the whole day in the bank and showroom. they informed me around 6 p.m "TATA ALLOTTED ME DUAL COLOR GREY CAR AND I HAVE TO PAY SOME MORE AMOUNT".
                            then I was called the customer care of tata motors and tell them the complete story. they give complaint number. after several calls and follow-up, Concord called me for a meeting to resolve this issue. they convey the clear message during the discussion Concord Not gone sell car in a loss, whatever the mistake or fault from concord they don't care and customer have to suffer.
                            they gave me some solutions like:
                            1) Take Dual Color car and pay rest of amount difference.
                            2) Cancel the car and take the refund in 15 days
                            3) buy 2019 model car and pay the rest of the updated amount without any deal
                            4) they book the car once again in 2019 and I have to pay the updated amount as per 2019 (I was told them to let me think and inform you but before informing) and they booked on Jan 8th, 2019 with all wrong details.
                            and they want to close this issue with the mental pressure, not to think about the stress/pressure of Customer. they declare to provide the solution of customer.
                            Now Buying a new car from Tata is a nightmare for me.

                              We are clover organic enterprises, paid rs. 5000 as advance on 25th june 2018 for mega xl and agreed to deliver the vehicle on 30th june. After 30th june they failed to deliver our selected variant.

                              Then, requested for refund the advance, they are not paying back our advance. Enclosed is the receipt of our payment for your review. Please help us.

                                Hi tata motors team, thanks for arranging the service team to talk to me and understand the issue. Yes. This is for the diagnosis of the problem which would take a max of 2 hours and the decision would me made post that. I would definitely not permit the complete dismantling of vehicle and the refitting of the same.
                                This issue persists even after repeated visits.

                                On the other note, i finally got the invoice provided by my concorde motors omr showroom today. I have been charged 11, 000 rs as handling charges.
                                I was initially told that handling charges are for taking the vehicle to & fro for the rto and expenses towards getting appointment as the complete registration would be done by the dealer.
                                The dealer did not hand-over the vehicle initially to me even when i have made the payment in full. He also told about this charge also applies for the pdi which has to be done before the delivery of the vehicle. This would at least make sense, if the vehicle of my choice has to be got from manufacturing unit newly as told by my dealer after my ordering.in my case i was delivered a 3 months old stock (Manufacturing date). Also, the pdi seems to be an eye wash as the vehicle requires multiple service centre visits within the first week of purchase and the pending complaints.
                                On the date of delivery of my vehicle jan 3rd 2019, i questioned the dealer on the invoice asking why the handling charges are indicated as zero while i have paid rs. 11, 000/- towards the same. He told that it's rto copy and cannot be mentioned. The breakup can only me mentioned in a calculation sheet separately.

                                The dealer has cleverly excluded the handling charges in the invoice copy that is provided to the rto and now after several follow-ups’ handed over the handling charges invoice separately.

                                I need a response back immediately on why i have been over billed and after the buying of the tata nexon my personal life is ruined struggling with a faulty vehicle with multiple complaints & fleecing of money.

                                Attached the rto copy and the invoice copy received today. This is adding to the pain and agony that i am already facing with the faulty vehicle with engine noise and steering hardness & engine starts missing while starting from the signal.

                                My dealer got sign in a white paper stating that it’s for invoicing / registration formalities and used it without my notification / sharing for printing form 20 and refused to provide the copy of the same with me. Even now, he is telling that only rto has access to it and he cannot provide form 20 or form 22 to me after getting full payment from me by cheque. Using this unethical practice, he has gone ahead and registered a 3 months old stock vehicle which has multiple problems within first week of purchase.

                                Will anybody give a 3 months old vehicle for a vehicle that is delivered on jan 1st week?

                                On these continuous harassment, by the dealer concorde motors (Omr) no 398, rajiv gandhi salai, old mahabalipuram rd, nehru nagar, chennai, tamil nadu 600069 can something been done?

                                Is consumer court the only option for us? Can tata conglomerate which goes by "a industrialist not a businessman" engage dealers like this and keep silence on their harassment and fleecing of my money as handling charges and rto agent charges. The vehicle is already registered with rs. 5000/- extra road tax above the invoiced value which goes to rto.in addition to this another 11 k as rto agent charges?

                                Kindly understand that this is something beaten in courts several times and still it cannot be continued. Pls arrange for the refund of my handling charges.

                                  I have purchased tiago xz car on 8th nov 2018, when i booked the car i asked the dealer to show my car, the said car is not in stock we have to bring from pune, but now i came to know that the car was in the showroom it self, but dealer hide me to show and after decoding the chassis no. It was 7month old manufactured vehicle. So asked him to replace the car, he was refused and tata motors are also towards dealer not toward justice, the dealer cheated me.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that i sent a courier to sharjah on monday 21st, and was told by 23rd the same will be received. Yesterday i contacted mr suryakant/suvidha (Contact no. [protected]/74) and they told me that the same reached dubai on 23rd, and should be delivered. Till evening i was continuously calling them to check and they kept telling me that it will be delivered by evening. It is very sad, that till now, the same is not received. It was sent for a very special occasion, and its very disappointing that the same has still not reached the destination. If that was the case, i would have sent it through dhl or blue dart. They may be a bit expensive, but it would have reached on time. Whenever i am checking the site to track the parcel, same intimation is being shown. Earlier on 2 / 3 times i sent the parcel to the same address and it reached on time, that is why i sent it again. Would request you to please look into the matter.

                                      Rear fog lamps, park assist switch and rear charging point are missing in my xza+ model too but these are mentioned in the brochures and the vehicle that was test driven.

                                      It was not informed to me at any point of time.
                                      Clear case of cheating.
