I have purchased tiago xz car on 8th nov 2018, when i booked the car i asked the dealer to show my car, the said car is not in stock we have to bring from pune, but now i came to know that the car was in the showroom it self, but dealer hide me to show and after decoding the chassis no. It was 7month old manufactured vehicle. So asked him to replace the car, he was refused and tata motors are also towards dealer not toward justice, the dealer cheated me.

    I would like to bring to your notice that i sent a courier to sharjah on monday 21st, and was told by 23rd the same will be received. Yesterday i contacted mr suryakant/suvidha (Contact no. [protected]/74) and they told me that the same reached dubai on 23rd, and should be delivered. Till evening i was continuously calling them to check and they kept telling me that it will be delivered by evening. It is very sad, that till now, the same is not received. It was sent for a very special occasion, and its very disappointing that the same has still not reached the destination. If that was the case, i would have sent it through dhl or blue dart. They may be a bit expensive, but it would have reached on time. Whenever i am checking the site to track the parcel, same intimation is being shown. Earlier on 2 / 3 times i sent the parcel to the same address and it reached on time, that is why i sent it again. Would request you to please look into the matter.

      Rear fog lamps, park assist switch and rear charging point are missing in my xza+ model too but these are mentioned in the brochures and the vehicle that was test driven.

      It was not informed to me at any point of time.
      Clear case of cheating.

      I want them back, i visited showr0om in bangalore, they are not supporting.
      This was not expected from brand "tata"

        I have purchased tata nexon in 30 aug 2018 having engine and chassis number mat627162jlg33403. From the date of delivery i am complaining about a peculiar noise in the cabin. I amd in constant touch with sharda auto and people from the plant have visited but they couldnt find a solution.
        So i consider it as a manufacturing defect.
        Kindly replace the car as i have bought a new car not a second hand car

          Purchased your passenger vehicle tata tigor xz full option in october 2018 at marina motors pathirankavu kozhikode kerala, the issue is that the suspension of the car is too poor while driving on highway and also on offroad the vehicle is jirking roughly. On offroad driving the whole vehicle is shivering. Even the driver and passengers can't travel comfortably. Vehicle covered 2220km and your service men changed three side suspensions even then the problem persist. I want a complete diagnosis from your professional service men to resole my problem... Or otherwise take my car back and pay me,,,,,

            I saw very bad conditions in workshop of jp tata motors, solan, hp. There were no exhaust fans anywhere and even windows were not there. I felt suffocated in a minute and kept on thinking for months about the miseries of mechanics working there day and night. Nor there was proper arrangement of lighting and poor and dumb mechanics or say servants were working in the relatively dark environment. They were finding difficulties to see properly but not daring to complain against master. Those people are sacrificing their previous lives for handful of livelihood money. It's clearcut violation of basic human rights. It should be addressed as early as possible and owner of the workshop should be penalized in public to teach lesson to all others.

              faulty and manufacturing defect in new car

              Sir,

              I purchased new tiago car on 15th of january 2019 in which i found on inspecting the car that it has rusting in many parts of the car. The radiator is also in damage condition. Engine also choke some times while shifting gears from 2nd to 3rd position. Rear doors safety rubber guards are also in broken condition. Front wiper water sprinkler are also not working properly. I had contacted the showroom regarding this issues...

              I call back my money... Showroom said your cheque bounce,,,, that show the debit received... Showroom told i pay ur money after three days.

                Dear Team,
                Very poor car and very poor dealership there are too many problems occurs in my car. Even nobody listen my problem. There are two more problems occur in last ten days. Very Bad experiance with tata motors as well as aakriti world. I want to drive this car in any condtion. My money are totally wasted. Poor quality ever. My car was going atleast three to four times for checking these problems but entire team not able to repair and solve this problem. I want my money back or change my car. There are some problems are as follows:-
                1. Head Lights vibrate while drive
                2. Right Hand side door Front noise
                3. Rear door noise right hand side
                4. Viper problem
                5. Heavy noise in dashboard

                  I have booked a tata nexon xz petrol variant (White colour) on dec 15th from kht motors (Kundalahalli main road, bangalore). I booked for 2018 model of nexon because of the december offers. They promised that the delivery will be made within 20 days (By jan 4). I made the full payment on dec 22nd believing this. During the 1st week of january they are informing that 2018 model white color car is not available and there is no other option but to go for 2019 model. Till this date they are telling that they did not get the chassis number because the plant has not manufactured white colour nexon xz variant. I am waiting endlessly for the car delivery and the dealer says they didn't receive the chassis number yet. I booked and paid the complete amount during december itself because of the december offers, but now i am worried that the dealer will ask for more money and i don't know how long i have to wait. If i am not going to get a positive response i am going to cancel this car. Please help me with this.

                  Same thing happened with me. Dealership Rudra Motors Pune first say your car is in transit then say there is no car available in company stock after 10 day of booking and bank loan payment.
                  Now a day with the help of computer and mobile dealership can get live status of company stock and other dealership stock. but even after this facility they take money and after few days say no car available. Are Tata motor dealership chit with customer.

                  Request Tata motor authority has to take this issue in priority.

                    I cherished buying a tata nano for my daughter 3 years back, this morning after fetching my younger daughter from college her car broke down, it took over 100 calls to concorde motors and 9.5 hours of waiting before someone involving prabhakar, hegde and archana from concorde to arrange a pickup from the break down location both my daughters were stranded till help arrived (8 am to 5:15 pm. The car is now at wasans workshop at kandivali,, my one question if this happens is in mumbai imagine someone outstation. Please help.

                          I am booking a nexon diesel xt variant 2018 model on 7th january 2019from your dealer (Concord motors ltd, n. Paravur, kochi, kerala) sales person is agree to give vehicle before 20th janu. (20th january is my sister's marriage) i had paid rs.10, 000/-, after 3 days.. He is inform me 2018 vehicle is not in stock. I am say ok.. And i book 2019 model vehicle. After four days a person calling from finance department and he said, your vehicle is ready and pay your full amount, he told me when your full amount credit after three days will deliver your vehicle. I am agree with him. Next day (16/01/2019)
                          I am paid full amount (9, 59, 686) to dealer's account. Next day (17/01/2019), i call sales person to confirmation of vehicle delivery. But not picking call. I try to contact to finance department. He said to call back arrange.. I am waiting his call still evening, finally he pick my call and he said new vehicle will come after 20days. This is cheating. I am already sold my old car, my sister's marriage is 20th january and i want to pay bank interest for vehicle loan with out purchase car. Tata is most trusted brand in all world. But your dealer is disposable your brand name. I am very

                            Sir I have bought my car of tata tigor in 2017 and now there is problem in its gear box which have no treated during services and there is a problem in engine and the engine of car gives very very very very bad smell.

                              While going to the office at 11.00 on 04 jan 2019. I took a stop for a medical shop and after that when i going to start my tata tiago xz. It was not started, like totally dead. Then i call [protected] after talking with there they transfer the call towards the emergency breakdown person. This was my complaint number [protected]. They told me a person will reach by 45 min. But they not reached even after 2-3 hrs. So, i spent my own money and took my vehicle to an authorized tata service center at saswad road national auto wheels. This is a very pathetic and worst experience what i got. After that, they call me at evening 6.30 hahaha

                              Service center person told me it a battery issue. But i don't understand within 18 months how the battery issue comes? Then they sent my vehicle battery to the exide company. They told me it is a process. Now, from that day to till date my vehicle is in a service center and still they don't know how many days it will take. I talked with the manager mr. Tiwari ([protected]) he told me my vehicle battery is currently in bombay initially (In last week) he has told me a battery was in pune dealers office. Today i talked with him now it is in bombay.
                              Now, i don't know when this battery will come from bombay to pune service center and when i will get the vehicle.

                              Today, when I call to service center they told me the battery is rejected and you need to buy a new one. My vehicle battery and its report will come today after 2 hrs. I was thinking, as yesterday Manager told me the battery was in Bombay and today in Pune. I don't know whether they are lying or what? But this was what I got experience from the Tata authorized service center in Hadapsar, Pune. It was very bad for me.

                                First i bought a car xz+ rear fog lamp, park assist, request sensor on left side etc. Many featurs missing.. That avilible on test drive car.. 2,, when i give sudden acclertion to overtake sometime engine give jerks and loss power for sec.. Thats very dangours to drive a car on highway.. Withn in 10days 2 visit to service center.. They said sabhi nexon mein problem hai dhree dhree race diya kare.. Aise kaise overtake karege? Suddnly race doge toh miss mare gi nexon.. Super answer by service center

                                Am really feel very bad every one says dont go for tata.. I choose because of i think tata is changed now.. I m worng.. Please dont go for tata dnt waste your money and time

                                  My concern is about a new tata asset as tata tigor car.
                                  I bought this car by paying 7.81 lacs on 11th jan 2019. Its been only 2 days and the car has stoped in a mid when i was travelling with my family. While driving suddenly i found that gears are not shifting and my car has been stucked into 2nd gear. After that car is not getting on. I called to a mechanic, as per him gear lever lock has been broken. The lock which is having a life atleast for 2 years in my case it has been broken in just 2 days. Car is releasing black smoke as well. It started reacting like an old car. They have sold me an old car but i paid for a brand new car.

                                  I am writing to you all with a hope that you will solve my problem. I am not going to accept a new car which has been repaired just after 2 days of purchase. Kindly provide me a fresh piece of tata tigor.

                                    Hi,

                                    Since the day I bought Tata Nexon which was delivered on 26th August 2018, the Rakshabandhan day, I am having two major issues with it and seems the product I recd is either not QC checked or faulty. Have registered complaint about them with TMSC at the first and second free service as well as on the TMSC Mobile App from Tata Motors. They have only been updating the software in both the services and Once they kept the vehicle for 8 days again to check but only sent me saying they have again updated the software and let us know if the issue occurs again.

                                    My car registration number is MH04 JM 6206

                                    The two major product faulty issues are as follows

                                    1. Tata boasts of its driving mode but those seem to be faulty as they change automatically, sometimes just stop functioning and complete nuisance when they keep changing with the associated alarm( Check my videos to suffer them). This issue occurs regularly on long distance drives. As soon as I started taking my Nexon on long tours, I started facing harassment from my Nexon. The driving modes started changing automatically and the indication sound associated with it making your life hell continously doing tan tan tan…It stops automatically and display goes off and you getting stuck on whatever mode it stopped. the modes then dont work anymore. Have made many videos of it and gave it to Concorde TMSC Thane who are yet to resolve this issue till date. They said they have involved manufacturer for it but nothing happened. My vehicle ( just four months old) was with them for more than a week and they were not sure of its delivery. I just visited them to check what is happening and they handed over me the vehicle saying the software was now updated by their expert technician and it won't happen anymore.

                                    This similar issue is also faced by many others who have uploaded the videos on youtube. I have now myself found out some users who faced the same issue to check what the problem is and asked TMSC to check with the other Service centres who have found out the cause of it and solved it. I am hoping something is done soon.

                                    2. The second major issue is The car would just not shift to Automatic from Neutral on city signals sometimes. This is again a major issue as normally in city traffic signals you bring it to neutral while stopping at signals. To my utter embarrassment, once signal turns green the car would not shift to auto/drive from neutral after trying several times and the whole traffic is stuck honking from behind. The issue was not felt after first service but again resurfaced after second serviceand is there till date.

                                    I am not asking Tata any much more as there are many small issues like rattling noise, steering going hard on reversing, fogging of lights, screeching noise etc. But being a new car buyer you just shouldn't provide such product which is not tested properly on its reliability or at least proactively acknowledge the problem and send the resolution but not make people beg or plead for resolution

                                    I salute Tata Motors for making a globally recognized safe product but If I am not able to drive it due to its reliability and vehicle being most in TMSC…..I am anyways safe!!!

                                    The team only contacted me and asked to wait for their call again. They are saying they don't have resolution yet.
                                    I had come across a similar issue with a pune based car whose problem got resolved after Bafna Motors Pune found the reason for the issue. I have already given the details of the Pune car with a video which was uploaded on youtube by that owner.

                                    These guys at Concorde Thane have spoken to Bafna Motors Pune but they still saying they are awaiting for a reply to the DR they have raised from the senior management and let me know.

                                    The car is still with me and today its 26th January...more than a week has passed again.

                                    Its 01st of Feb 2019 and I am still awaiting to hear from Tata or TMSC who said not to visit workshop yet until you hear from us further. I have called them yet again but no calls from them on any updates. This is how they are treating new car buyers who have been shown faith in Tata and taken a gamble with their products.

                                    I think Tata Motors Customer Care is just here to reply messages and not walk the talk. Its 07th February and I have not recieved any call from TMSC or my vehicle has been called to check.
                                    Last message from you guys was to take up my vehicle to TM Service Centre but the response I got from them I have already written about.
                                    You guys are just harassing new car buyers and testing their patience. It won't be long enough when the trust factor will be gone by car buyers.

                                      My tata nexon xz+ got issues from day 1 till now. Purchased my car on 5th november 2018. Got multiple issues which i complained to the tata motors servicing centre in dimapur. Regarding
                                      1. Steering getting hard on reverse.
                                      2. Very annoying sound on the steering on bad roads.
                                      3. Engine missfires on sudden accelaration while over taking cars.
                                      4. Display goes fully black at times.
                                      5. So much of rattling sounds on doors and dashboard on rough roads.
                                      6. Oil leakage on the mobil chamber.
                                      This is my fourth visit in 2 months and they still couldnt resolve it
