Hello,

Recently i have given my car for servicing and the concerned person called me and informed me that to replace some parts due to damage and i asked for the pricing for the same. Then he said it will be approx. 2000 to 3000 but after bill got generated with Rs-20000. When i asked why this mush of amount then they confirmed labor charges were 9000/- for complete work.
this is very high amount and they didn't inform me before that labor charges will be this much for particular work. Till now i haven't paid the bill due to this as i am not ready to pay 9000/- for labor charges.

Request you to check on this and give me some solution to close this matter.

    Initially when the sale had not happened, the sales person was ready to do any thing that i asked for. But when the time was to deliver his comitments he miserably failed. Here are certain points that i wanted the company to get aware about.

    1) I had contacted with 3 dealers before giving my booking amount, this dealer had promised me with shortest delivery date bt that was delayed by 27 days.
    2) He had promised me with certain accessories at the time of sale, Which was not documented at all. Luckily I had saved the chats with him due to which they had to agree to give those accessories.
    3) I had asked the sales person to arrange the driver, which he for got as according to me he had too many clients to handle. I am still not able to digest that he had said this.
    4) On one fine day the sales executive calls me and says i can take the delivery of my car. One day before he calls me and says the car cannot be delivered as the pre Delivery Inspection was yet to be done.
    5) Even today i have received my delivery without the accessories and with ample scratches and marks on it.
    6) The sales executive was totally unapologetic and he was behaving very rudely.

      From yesterday I has less air in front left side wheel, so today I went to check the issue. I found that the wheel rim was bent. What should I do now. Repair shop owner says that maybe the wheel got into a pothole and this happened. But the point is what is thr point of buying this much expensive alloy wheels, if they bend this easily. What should I do now?

        Z Connect is not working in Jammu and Kashmir.Its working perfectly fine outside Jammu and Kashmir.Told Tata customer care a lot many times but still no proper time line and effort towards the issue.

          I have sent my car wb66ak7773 for 3rd free service in malda service center. Your representative denied for service with a language if you not change mobil we will return your car and they have return my car without doing any service..in 2 nd service time they also told the same but they did servicing, this time they forcefully return my car and later on seeing no hope I have to do it Is it fully blackmail towards customer. And your representative doing it intentionally... This will not only loose your customers satisfaction but also your brand reputation..

            Steering Issue

            I am facing a lies issue from service center
            My car met with an accident.
            After 1.5 months they ( multitech motor faridabad ) told me u r steering column is not working
            I have extended warranty but they said not applicable but insurance company says they lied they intentionally damage the steering column.
            Now tell me what's my fault

            I bought a brand new tata tigor xz+ dual tone cng from arya motors gurgoan, i told them about the breakage of center trim part and they told me that at 1st service raise this issue to service center and they will change the part.

            At malwa service center on 1st service i told them about the same concern and they registered my complaint.

            From 1st service its my 3rd service of the car and the period of 3 months...

              I am facing issues in my new vehicle. Tata Nexon - KA03NM8120. I purchased this vehicle on July 2016 from KHT motors domlur bangalore.I am facing issues water leakage in boot space, wiper rim issues, paint issues, glass scratch. Every tim i can't go to your mahadevpura service station. It costs 700 to commute. I am put up in chamarajpet. Key motors rajajeshwarinagar is near to my home. Raise the complaint to tata motors and det this fixed from Key motors Rajajeshwarinagar. I felt disgusting after paying 10.67 lakha i got vehicle with issues.

                2 times I faced this issue
                1st time I was in Tata motors authorised workshops for normal health check and washing of my car, but after car wash when the car was given to me it is not starting at all and all the instrumentals light are on.
                All the workshop buddies tries to solve this issue but no one was able to solve that, then i have to spend whole day in the workshop but the car is not fixed, i have to drop the car at the workshop and next day whole day was spent on my car, in the evening suddenly the car is working normal, even the workshop engineer have no idea about the fix, but that time it was fixed i asked them if this problem occur again and if i was on my way and it breakdown then how i will manage, they assured it won't happen again.

                but again today 26/aug/2022 i was driving and suddenly the same thing happen again and i am not able to start the car and all the DRL instrumental lights are ON, car is not able to start/locked i was on the road side not sure how to fix this, already call to workshop manager for help but not getting any solid answer from their end.

                I need to raise this concern to senior Engineers of Tata motors so that they can help on that because nobody knows here what is breakdown and how to fix that.

                  I purchased tata punch on June 2022, basic variant, after 1 month when I checked lights there are left side indicator & parking lights both are not coming, when I went 1st servicing at karimnagar, select motors, I complaint those problem.but they are saying change total wireing it's cost 33, 000/-.
                  I asked those persons there is warrenty na.but they are not responded properly.

                  Please solve my problem, complete I trust tata motors and company values, solve the problem.

                    Booked Nexon EV max on 20th May'22., but still not yet confirmed about the delivery date. Very poor response from sales team of Tata Motors. Tata motors is unable to deliver vehicle to dealer, so it seems poor customer Centricity. I am repenting my decision to go for Tata motors, instead if I would have booked any other brand, then the vehicle must hv delivered by this time. I will be forced to alter my decision and go for other brand car for such kind of poor response and wouldn't suggest my near and dears to opt for any Tata cars.

                          Tata Service is the worst in india, it's now a year, I have done approx more than 20 complaints in Tata. I am always disturbed by Tata. After purchasing a Tata Car My life is ruined. Now tell me what to do with Tata Motors should I report to Ratan Tata, Like this will happen, I will also try for the fact that I have been suffering with my mounted audio controls issue for more than 7-8 months. and tried to discussion & all but my issue has not been resolved till now. and before that there was the lock issue from the purchasing. I don't know what the issue is with Tata. Should I do a job or need to do all this? what you want.

                          They have wasted my 7-8000 money in petrol only for visit service center, because I have visited more than 10 times their service center which 40 km far from my house.
                          their service manager are really worst Anish and Ram Naresh Agra service center. They do not want to solve the problem they just do the arguement only. every month I just tell my problem every time, they forgot issue and every month they just order something. but it never works and every time they do arguement for the issue.

                          really never purchase the tata motors car ever in life .

                            i have booked TATA Altroz XMA 1.2P MODEL on 31 may 2022. The motor gave us a 2month of timeline on delivery. Its been of 2 months and 3rd month is just getting over, we have no updates when we are getting the car. The representative is saying that they is no car coming out of TATA motors Pune where they book the order for car and trying to give us a higher model car. Need to know what's the timeline. Why the delays ?

                                I booked Tata Nexon XZ+HS Petrol (MT) Royal Blue on 23rd May, 2022 with Rs. 11, 000 as booking amount, at Tata Dealership- Garve Motors Tathawade, Pune-411033.
                                I received email from Tata motors on 24th June, 2022 which mentioned that my waiting No. is 1 at dealership and my Plant Order reference no. 50499596. Today is 24th August, 2022 and its been more than 90 days of my booking, and yet there is no allocation of my car. I am not getting any information either from Dealership or from Tata Motors about tentative date of delivery of my car.
                                I escalated the issue to Territory Sales Manager of Tata Motors "Mr. Ankit Mrinal" via email, but no satisfactory answer even from him. I called Tata Customer Care and they connected me back to Dealership, and they are repeatedly saying that they have no. information about allocation of my car.

                                Based on email from Tata motors on 24th June, I sold my existing car to make financial arrangements, and its been more than 2 months that my waiting no. 1 is still not cleared. and I am facing challenge in my daily commute due to rainy season.

                                I showed my trust in Tata Motors and waited till now patiently, but such behavior from Dealership, Tata TSM and Tata Customer Care is spoiling my customer experience with Tata Motors.

                                I have not received my XMA car Nexon till now . Booked in the month of December 2022. Plant people are not disclosing any info. I am having serious doubt the working of XMA Nexon model. Pls rethink about this car.
