I was done tata tiago XM cng booking from Kamu motor showroom from Nashik with Date 31 March 2022 with booking amount Rs. 5000 to showroom Executive Atul Gavande But due to financial problems I am unable to purchase car currently so I want refund booking amount from showroom but currently showroom is not ready to refund amount so I request you kindly help me and refund my booking amount. I love with tata cars and Currently I have not buy any other company cars

    Recently i have booked a tata nexon XZA+ (Petrol manual) from ZEDEX motors Gurgaon (India) by giving an advance of rs. 11, 000/- on 21.08.2022. During PDI I found that, the car is defective, the paints are not proper and engine is making noise. Then I talked to the executive (Babuli Yadav) regarding all the defects and the condition of car. She assured me refund within 14 days. On 25.08.2022 I have mailed the cancelled cheque and booking receipt and mentioned all the details of refund.
    Now, today is 12.09.2022 but I haven't received my refund nor they are giving me proper reply. Executive Babuli Yadav, transferred our case in account's department and here executive deepti is saying that, I have just received your file and will refund you but nobody is giving me a particular date. Meanwhile, I have already booked Tata Nexon xya+ from Faridabad. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

      Purchased Nexon XZA+ on 10june 2022 and now Today i found water under boot space where stepney is kept after raining. If i wouldn't have seen, my tyre would have been rusted. Is it a manufacturing defect?
      I expect a complete repair with no issues after or replacement.

      Very disappointed with the service. Sale of tata car is good but service and after sale support is worst.

        Hai my name is Jaya C. I had a tata tigor ev which was purchased on December 2021 Trivandrum motors. After 2 months, on February the air-conditioning got complaints. It got repaired at april 2022 and the service center executive assured me that it was fixed perfectly and jt won't happen again. But after 4 months 1 week ago the air-conditioning stopped again. This is the second time i am getting such a terrific experience from tata motors. Air-conditioning repair isn't helping to resolve the issues. Change the air conditioning unit. Don't make regret for choosing Tata motors.

          Very poor pick up
          Makes a irritating noise during pick up
          Clutch is very hard to press

            On 29 june 2022 our vehicle (TATA NEXON EV) vehicle no KL 64 K 8836 had met with a breakdown (main battery cell damage) at 5:30 pm. According to the information from the TATA dealer, We will get a refund (the taxi charge from the location where the vehicle met with breakdown to the destination where we need to go) for that, they had requested for some documents. We had already sent the documents and details of what they had asked to us. There are no more responses from the team. They are requesting the same details again and again. I am attaching all the documents and details here what they had requested

                Two years back my car (Tiago XZ 2019) had battery issue and it was replaced under warranty. Now within span of two years newly replaced battery has stopped working.
                Even after driving the car for long run the battery is not getting charged.
                The car has covered 50, 000 Kms in 3.5years.

                      Dear Tata Team,
                      I Bought a brand new Tata Altroz XT after listening to my heart to buy a made in India Brand.
                      Right from purchase we had several issues with the car regarding front end, door to apron appearance. Anyways post delivery 1st service was informed to the service station on front end gap and flush issues not acknowledged.

                      Please help me do the right thing so that no other Indian consumer or any consumer suffers like I have. Please go through the attachments for complete front end issues.

                        I bought Tata Nexon XM(S) on[protected] for Orange auto Pvt Ltd. Attapur, Hyderabad gave Proforma for Rs. 11, 20, 726/-


                        Showroom Price 9, 14, 900.00
                        Tax 1, 29, 740.00
                        Insurance 47, 886.00
                        Hypothecation+Fasttag 2, 000.00

                        AMC 8, 700.00
                        temporary registration 2, 500.00
                        Exessention Accessories 15, 000.00

                        Total 11, 20, 726.00

                        And I total made a payment Rs.11, 21, 000.00 (Receipt enclosed),

                        At the time of delivery of vehicle they give essential accessories only 3 items ( seat cover + Mud flaps + Floor mat) only for this they charged Rs. 15, 000.00, when I asked about this they told me that they are not having stock, and they not give fast tag aslo, and at the time of vehicle registration they not came, myself contact with another rta agent I did my vehicle registration, I have paid for extra fitting of rear camera at Rs.36, 300/- Cash to fitting labour.

                        And i am asking to pay my extra amount which was not given from you services (fast tag + Registration Charges + Accessories charges with was not give to me) from June 2022, but they not giving, and when I am asking about the repayment just they are postponing the dates.

                        So I request you please do need for the payment with interest (penalty)

                          I have purchased tata altroz diesel variant . It has the problem of checklight and engine oil enhancement since beginning.since last year they have changed injector, then pump, then engine, then silencor but not able to mend that. Vehicle has manufacturing defect i am requesting them to either replace my vehicle or else return my money.
                          Due to this my ill child is suffering also my wife is travelling without vehicle in rainfall

                              Hello,

                              Recently i have given my car for servicing and the concerned person called me and informed me that to replace some parts due to damage and i asked for the pricing for the same. Then he said it will be approx. 2000 to 3000 but after bill got generated with Rs-20000. When i asked why this mush of amount then they confirmed labor charges were 9000/- for complete work.
                              this is very high amount and they didn't inform me before that labor charges will be this much for particular work. Till now i haven't paid the bill due to this as i am not ready to pay 9000/- for labor charges.

                              Request you to check on this and give me some solution to close this matter.

                                Initially when the sale had not happened, the sales person was ready to do any thing that i asked for. But when the time was to deliver his comitments he miserably failed. Here are certain points that i wanted the company to get aware about.

                                1) I had contacted with 3 dealers before giving my booking amount, this dealer had promised me with shortest delivery date bt that was delayed by 27 days.
                                2) He had promised me with certain accessories at the time of sale, Which was not documented at all. Luckily I had saved the chats with him due to which they had to agree to give those accessories.
                                3) I had asked the sales person to arrange the driver, which he for got as according to me he had too many clients to handle. I am still not able to digest that he had said this.
                                4) On one fine day the sales executive calls me and says i can take the delivery of my car. One day before he calls me and says the car cannot be delivered as the pre Delivery Inspection was yet to be done.
                                5) Even today i have received my delivery without the accessories and with ample scratches and marks on it.
                                6) The sales executive was totally unapologetic and he was behaving very rudely.

                                  From yesterday I has less air in front left side wheel, so today I went to check the issue. I found that the wheel rim was bent. What should I do now. Repair shop owner says that maybe the wheel got into a pothole and this happened. But the point is what is thr point of buying this much expensive alloy wheels, if they bend this easily. What should I do now?

                                      I have sent my car wb66ak7773 for 3rd free service in malda service center. Your representative denied for service with a language if you not change mobil we will return your car and they have return my car without doing any service..in 2 nd service time they also told the same but they did servicing, this time they forcefully return my car and later on seeing no hope I have to do it Is it fully blackmail towards customer. And your representative doing it intentionally... This will not only loose your customers satisfaction but also your brand reputation..

                                        Steering Issue

                                        I am facing a lies issue from service center
                                        My car met with an accident.
                                        After 1.5 months they ( multitech motor faridabad ) told me u r steering column is not working
                                        I have extended warranty but they said not applicable but insurance company says they lied they intentionally damage the steering column.
                                        Now tell me what's my fault
