I had bought Tata Safari Persona Edition XZ+ 2 weeks back. Within a week time the Battery was discharged and had to be jump Started. after another one week the Battery got drained and had to replace battery and taken to service center fo checkup. Now the issue raises that was any Quality check done before delivering brand new car to customer.

      I own a tata harrier from 2020 oct bought & regularly serviced from lakshmi tata chennai and i have been facing clutch issues right from 500 kms and have been facing unnecessary revs, clutch jam, 2nd gear issue etc through out these 2 years and now the service center is saying the clutch is burnt and cannot be covered under warranty and asking for an whopping 95K for replacing all the kit . even after repeated complaints on every service they said the clutch is good but suddenly now they are saying its burnt, either it is a manufacturing defect or service negligence
      note: clutch failure happened within 100km from my last service on the same day[protected] if its not service centers fault then whose it is ??
      i have also seen many forum posts stating the same issue and some posts claiming free replacement and some saying the problem is recurring also from there i am clear i am not the first victim, need a proper resolution asap.

        Android auto is not wireless. When we connect through wire it gets disconnected automatically and ask for reconnect. If this is the issue why the system is provided with android auto when we cannot use when we want. Service center says thus complain is from every customer. Even kiger is giving wireless Android auto and mobile charging.

          I had booked a Tata Nexon more than 4 months before from SP Vehicles. I was promised by the dealer that the car will be delivered within 4 months.
          However when I follow up I get the routine reply from the dealer that they have forwarded the priority list to Tata motors and there is no reply from Tata Motors.
          It is extremely unprofessional of Tata Motors not to respond to such email and keep the customer waiting without a deadline.
          I had never expected such a dealing from Tata Motors and would never reccomend it to anyone else if there is no proper response.
          Kindly let me know the status of the car which I have booked and it's delivery date.

          I had also raised a Customer complaint for which also there has been no response so far. Complaint #[protected].

            I have booked Tata Nexon XMA White petrol on 3rd of May 2022. But still delivery pending.
            I am fed up with the G.M of Tata motors dealer Inderjit Cars, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra 401107
            My charm of buying a car has lost now.
            Tata runied my 4 month.
            Dealer is saying it will take another 2 months for delivery
            Tata shows no transparency on booking.
            Hard to believe but it's true.
            Whenever I filled a complaint on delaying delivery everytime I got the call from (GM) and everytime I got only assurance.
            Sorry but my charm has lost now.

                My name is Shoibu Hassan, a pride owner of TATA TIAGO Plate number KL07CR8215.

                I would like to bring to your attention about the recent steering failure that caused severe panic during the travel with my family.

                Immediate notifying the matter to TATA service centre the feedback was “ It is a bearing complaint” and further they added there is lag in service so the repair is not covered under warranty.

                I purchased the car on April 2019 and till corono pandemic the service was on time. There was lag due to pandemic situation which I totally agree but from 2021 the service has been restored to normal cycle.

                The total km run by me till date is 24, 000kms in 3 years and 3 months which is below average kilometers of a normal user. Even at 24, 000 km the car has a major compliant then it is definitely something of a redflag on safety and its further usage. We never know what major repairs will come if I further run the vehicle and when it reach around 50, 000 km.

                And the cost of repair as informed is around 60, 000 RS. I seek your attention to provide me with a reasonable clarification on the reason of such complaint in my car at 24, 000 km from the authority so that I can peacefully drive the car with my family after rectifying the same..

                  Tata ace gold diesel bs 6 a lot of 25 vehicles giving problems with in short time of purchase. Dealer say that the problem is with pump. Cooperation in this regard is almost zero. These vehicles are used to public service in bulandshahr nagarpalika.

                    I booked Tata Punch adventure AMT on 1 March'22 at Garve Motors, Tathawade, Pune.

                    They commited for its delivery on papers as 4-5 months.

                    It's 6th month running, yet dealers say they are not sure of delivery date.

                    I made payment of[protected] and 11000 in 2 days).
                    Attached is receipt of payment and commited date by Garve Motors.

                      My name is Sudipta Ghosh .
                      I have purchased 1 Tata Motors Car service centre, Salap, West Bengal via a sub dealer of Tata motors Chinsurah on 15th Aug, 2021 . Got delivery on October 22, but till date I have not received my Blue Book .
                      My Registration no is WB16BF 7202 .
                      I have informed so many times, but still they are unable to provide . Now for the last 1 month they are not receiving my phone calls also . My RTO is Hooghly, West Bengal
                      Please help me or suggest me if I have to take any legal action .

                        A guy name chethan has accepted our booking ...according to the booking time it has to be delivered within 1.5 months ... but even after 3 months ...he's telling by miss he has booked black color car instead of white ...whose mistake is this ??? Carelessness at its heights...I need quick action against this or we are truly pissed off by the behavior of tata motors...I would never suggest any people to go with tata motors ...and the car we booked is harrier ...if this is the response we are getting from your side ... I'll be better off with skoda or other German car...truly heart broken...I would never ever suggest anyone to go with tata motors ...coz these behavior

                          I have boght tata nexon xm model in 2017 pertrol version, in city i am getting very very poor avarage of around 5 to 6 km per litter only. I have tried taking avarage in all mode like city/eco/speed. But my everage comes only 5 to 6. Kindly check and do the needful. My car registered in mumbai - maharashtra.

                              Recently my tiago met with an accident its just been one year i have bought the rishi.2nd insurance i took from madhya pradesh as one of my friend works in new india.
                              Sai motors rula has the insurance executive mr. Amit pandey he got the opportunity to start the mental harassment to my dad by govind the poor service and again again pitching same thing that u have insurance is from out of the state so we cannot settle it for good.it rakesh time.its not feasible to process and what not until he got us para mood.now my father is in mental shoony against me for not taking insurance from him.
                              Please take a strict action against these executives.or i will have no other option to go to the consumer courts.

                                Hello,
                                The infotainment system in my Tiago XZA+ DT 2021 model is not upto the mark. Especially the Google maps has a lag/delay. The voice instructions are accurate but the on screen display is delayed and does not match with the voice directions causing over running or missing turns. This is not at all a good experience.
                                Moreover the touch screen sensitivity is also poor at times.
                                TATA should either provide a good infotainment system or not give one instead of giving a mediocre one.
                                However the sound or music quality is excellent.

                                  I bought Tata Nexon from Fairdeal Motors Pvt Ltd. (Tata Showroom) in Jammu on 10/09/2019.
                                  Very recently I lost my number plate. On approaching RTO, Jammu I came to learn that my application for a new number plate will not be accepted as my car is BLOCKLISTED. On inquiry, I came to know that I have to pay Rs. 16695/- as per public notice no. 279-83/ PA/RTOJ/2021 dated 17.08.2021.
                                  In addition, I need to pay Rs. 28001/- as penalty/late fee for getting the number plate after one month of purchase of the vehicle.
                                  On approaching the dealer, t I further came to learn that they had applied for the number on 10/10/2019 i.e. exactly after one month. Finally, the application was approved on 16.10.2019. The process got completed on 13/11/2019.
                                  The dealer denies the slackness and blames RTO for this delay. Whereas, RTO, Jammu holds dealer to be fully responsible for late application. The dealer says that the penalty amount is to be paid by the customer. The dealer denies their responsibility and does not take the onus of this action. The General Manager kept us waiting for 2 hours today i.e. 30/07/2022 and finally sent the staff to manage us. Finally, the General Manager of Fairdeal Motors Jammu did not meet us.
                                  I have no objection to paying the pending amount of Rs. 16695/- . However, due to this late application by the dealer, I am to pay the penalty of Rs 28001/-. For no fault, as a customer of TATA motors, it is unfair to ask the customer to pay the amount when the failure of timely application is on the part of the dealer!

                                  It is desirable that Fairdeal Motors Jammu must pay Rs 28001/- and the customer should not be made to bear the brunt of the fault of the dealer.

                                      Dear Sir, with due respect I would like to draw your kind attention that recently I bought Tata punch adventure on 23/05/22 from Jaigaon Rangeet outlets, Alipurduar district, WBengal and I was attended by Nisha( salesgirl) and after purchasing it I am not served well because she and her team there, is not taking any liability upon them. Their team failed to do anything they had promised me before its saling...1)They did not deliver the vehicle within the promised time 2) free accessories which were promised, not given yet 3) They gave me my regn no plate very late 4) Not given the no plate of the region that I had opted for or had chosen 5) after the late pasting of regn no I am not given RC book...and the staff Nisha is very rude and irresponsible...she says she has no responsibility about serving the customer to whom once vehicle is sold. I hope that you and your team will read and understand my grievance seriously and try to reaolve it
