I bought Tata Nexon from Fairdeal Motors Pvt Ltd. (Tata Showroom) in Jammu on 10/09/2019.
Very recently I lost my number plate. On approaching RTO, Jammu I came to learn that my application for a new number plate will not be accepted as my car is BLOCKLISTED. On inquiry, I came to know that I have to pay Rs. 16695/- as per public notice no. 279-83/ PA/RTOJ/2021 dated 17.08.2021.
In addition, I need to pay Rs. 28001/- as penalty/late fee for getting the number plate after one month of purchase of the vehicle.
On approaching the dealer, t I further came to learn that they had applied for the number on 10/10/2019 i.e. exactly after one month. Finally, the application was approved on 16.10.2019. The process got completed on 13/11/2019.
The dealer denies the slackness and blames RTO for this delay. Whereas, RTO, Jammu holds dealer to be fully responsible for late application. The dealer says that the penalty amount is to be paid by the customer. The dealer denies their responsibility and does not take the onus of this action. The General Manager kept us waiting for 2 hours today i.e. 30/07/2022 and finally sent the staff to manage us. Finally, the General Manager of Fairdeal Motors Jammu did not meet us.
I have no objection to paying the pending amount of Rs. 16695/- . However, due to this late application by the dealer, I am to pay the penalty of Rs 28001/-. For no fault, as a customer of TATA motors, it is unfair to ask the customer to pay the amount when the failure of timely application is on the part of the dealer!

It is desirable that Fairdeal Motors Jammu must pay Rs 28001/- and the customer should not be made to bear the brunt of the fault of the dealer.

    I had purchase the tata punch adventure from sab motors mohan nagar firstly 5078 rupess extra was taken from me and to adjust this i had added accesories and after six days when bill of acceseries came to me it's was 1036 rupees extra taken from me
    Also one item mention in bill i had not taken

      Dear Sir, with due respect I would like to draw your kind attention that recently I bought Tata punch adventure on 23/05/22 from Jaigaon Rangeet outlets, Alipurduar district, WBengal and I was attended by Nisha( salesgirl) and after purchasing it I am not served well because she and her team there, is not taking any liability upon them. Their team failed to do anything they had promised me before its saling...1)They did not deliver the vehicle within the promised time 2) free accessories which were promised, not given yet 3) They gave me my regn no plate very late 4) Not given the no plate of the region that I had opted for or had chosen 5) after the late pasting of regn no I am not given RC book...and the staff Nisha is very rude and irresponsible...she says she has no responsibility about serving the customer to whom once vehicle is sold. I hope that you and your team will read and understand my grievance seriously and try to reaolve it

        I purchased TATA tiago XE from Dehradun Oberai Motors' New Tehri Outlet on 7th July.I paid Rs 5000/ as booking amount which was supposted to be returned and same was also promised by Delear.

        Now they are making countless excecuses and denying the refund.
        I sincerly request you to resolve the issue asap as it is pending for too long.

          We have an AC school bus Tata make. We have been facing issues with the bus since last one month. Sometimes it fails to start, other times it stops while running. If we try starting it after 15-30 min or later, it starts without any problem.

          For this issue we had called MG Motors, Rohtak. They send two technicians with a Laptop (charged 2500/-). After the diagnosis technician conveyed us that all electrical are OK and there is some problem with the injectors (2 nos. faulty) which needs repair or replacement. As this is a school bus so we were not able to take it at the same time for the repair. Again after some days it stops on the way and we called the technician again. This time the technician told us that the fuel pump is faulty. So we brought the vehicle to the service centre. To our surprise this time technician told us that ECU/ECM is faulty and needs replacement.

          2 technicians, 3 check-ups and 3 different solutions by Tata with no guarantee of problem solution. These incidents clearly indicate that the technicians are not able to diagnose the actual problem.

          You are requested to align the trained/knowledgeable technician from Tata to check the vehicle as soon as possible.

            Dear sir
            i dr. sonu saini bought tata nexon ev in june 2022 from roshan tata motors raja park jaipur, after one month on 29 july, 2022 i sent it for first service.

            i had first great experience in my life, how?
            1. they sent a person to pick up the car who had no valid id proof. He showed his id card only with his photo, no name, no contact no and no other details.
            2. what they did in my first service ... cleaning, polish, nitrogen air in tyres(attached bill)
            3. when they dropped car at my home the car was not proper clean inside and outside, i talk with service manager and he told send back your car.
            4. their car dropper boy said to me sir it had not cleaned as looked.

            sir tell me is this your servicing process, i am shocked, i have another company car but their service experience is good.
            solution -- shut your service center which can not provide quality service

                I bought Tata Harrier car on 2 November, 2021 from tata telmos hisar bearing registration no. HR20Y9100. It was going well till 16 July after it has become a big torture to me. It was missing its pickup from 16 July.
                I was travelling to a city hansi near hisar on 21 July and it suddenly slowed down and didn’t accelerate above speed of 10.
                I called road side assistance who came after 4 hours giving excuse of rainy weather.

                Service department of tata telmos kept my car for 3 days and told me my car is fit no problem is there.
                A driver from agency ( Vinod Kumar) came to drop my car at my home and while I was returning to agency again to drop driver the same problem occurred. It felt like car has become unconscious.
                I asked the driver if he also felt the same problem he agreed with me that car has a major problem its not working.
                He told even in front of service manage of tata telmos hisar (Vinod Jangra) that car is having problem in acceleration.

                Service experts of Tata Telmos were making silly excuse that the car was having fuel only two bars that’s why problem is occurring, I told them I faced same issue in full tank also but they are not accepting the problem

                Service manager kept my car for another 3 days and told me that he has contacted in headquarters and the car requires a software update. After that update he gave me car on 26 July 6 pm.
                Today again I was in the city itself when same problem occurred and I called Mr. Vinod ( service manager), he again made an excuse that the car has sensors in accelerator paddle due to which there is not a sudden pickup.

                I am sharing the video for the issue

                I am highly regretful of buying this box of problems for huge sum of ₹20 Lakhs. It has become a problem for me mentally and financially.
                I urge tata motors to take this matter into concern and resolve my car issue in a day or two or I’ll have to move for legal proceedings.

                  I am writing to inform you about for booking made for Tata nexon XZA+ ST on 1st Jan 2022 with Kropex motor hosur road
                  while booking EDD was shared as 14-16 weeks but later on 2nd may I have received communication saying revised EDD will be Aug 2022.
                  due to my previous experience where EDD was revised after completing
                  the waiting period I am regularly following up with Dealer but no response.

                    Hello Tata Team,

                    I have Tata Nexon XZ+ variant. Since couple of months i was facing issue with lock/unlock my car. Yesterday i handover my car to showroom and they tolld me that we will upgrade software for lock/unlock and you issue will be resolved after upgrade.

                    Today i got my car and observed that ORVM not closing automatically after car lock. So called showroom again and explained the issue. They told me that this could be software issue. Later said if you want to fix this issue then your auto lock feature for speed beyond 20kmph will not work. Either of one feature will work.

                    When i told him that i will send a mail to Tata Motor and get the exact reason then they are arguing with for wait for some time our technical team will connect with you for same issue.

                    Tata Team, Please help me in this asap.

A call from a number for job from tata motors .they took my interview and said u have to pay 480 rs for name clothes and travelling charges as i cleraded the interview and after that they told to pay 2500 i couldn't pay so my sister paid for it it was for laptop mobile etc . Then I got a mail for paying 5000. I understood it's Fraud. I said no and now they are not picking up calls. I know it's too late please help me.

                          we have purchase TATA PUNCH - Adventure model on 17.July.2022 from Roorkee showroom - Uttrakhand. We have requested to team that our residence is in Haridwar that's why we only considering RTO number from Haridwar (UK 08), but they applied for RTO number of roorkee (uk 17).
                          when we talk t concer person of showroom they told us that this is mistake done by Accounts department now we do not have any option we have to accept this number only.
                          My concern is even we have prior notified them to allot us only Haridwar RTO number (UK 08), So without permission how they can apply for another number for us.
                          kindly take this matter into your consideration, you support will be appreciable . looking for your immediate interference into this matter.

                            I bought my car Tata Tiago iCNG top model and took delivery on 16th July. And on the day of delivery there was water on the driver side front and back. We thought it was due to cleaning done just before the handover.

                            After few days we noticed more water getting accumulated. We complaint to the . There was water rising up to half centimeters. We took our car to the dealer, Rudra Motors Viman Nagar, I gave my car to them on 25th July for checking. I am yet to receive any update from them. I got a new car for almost 9 lakhs and within 1 week the entire car will be dismantled to check for the issues.

                              My vehicle no MH49BR6190 was break down on 16th July 2022 and registerd a issue online with company (issue no[protected]. Company arranged Toying vehicle and send to Jaika motors for vehicle issue. After 2 days they said the vehicle issue was solved and then vehicle was send to Aditya tata motors for the third free service. After 2 days asked me to take back your vehicle and on the same day again vehicle breah down with same previous issue. Again they took back my vehicle and tried to solve the issue. After 3 - 4 days they said issue was solved and they drop the vehicle at my house. Then next day I try to start the vehicle and again same issue happened and my vehicle break down.
                              Because of this I am facing lots of problem related to daily working and my duties. My self Dr Amol Gadbail Doctor by profession and working at Government hospital.
                              Kindly I request you to solve the issue permanantly as soon as possible or replace the vehicle.

                                My Altroz Saga:
                                I took the delivery of Altroz XT version on July 7th from one of their dealers in Trivandrum, Kerala. On exactly the 14th day of taking the delivery with just less than 50km driven so far, the car stopped on the highway with a "DCT FAULT" error in the middle of driving, with the gear change not happening and loud noise coming from the car, Car not speeding up beyond 30kmph, and too much congestion to move. Finally, we had to call the RSA and tow away the car. Even the service people found it difficult to move the car to the towing vehicle. Sent multiple emails to customer care, tried to call multiple sales people, no responses from anybody yet. One week passed, guys from Tata Motors landed in Trivandrum to troubleshoot, even they are not able to find out what is going wrong !! Here I am sitting desparately, with 10 Lakhs lost in the sea buying this car.. There is no solution in the vicinity, and days passing by.

                                  I bought brand new tata harrier car top model automatic on 25.03.22. Yesterday i was driving the car, suddenly there was a sound and RPM reduced to almost zero . I stopped the car . Again started but it was not picking up the speed . I tried my best to contact TATA help line, i talked to emergency service. They asked my location . I sent my location at [protected] and started waiting, but no response. After 30 minutes again i called, then i came to know that my complaint is not registered. I was standing on highway for 3 hrs 10 minutes, then mechanic came checked the car and told that Turbo pipe has been disconnected. How this could happen in brand new car ? I am shocked .                                     I booked one TATA Nexon XZA+ Petrol Daytona Grey on 23rd Feb., 2022 from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Progressive Cars, Kapadvanj, Gujarat. The dealership promised to deliver the vehicle before 90 days. But as on 25th July, 2022 even after passing of five months, I have not yet received the delivery of the vehicle. Whenever I call the dealership about the car, they always reply that they have placed the order but it has not yet been billed and i have paid rs 10, 11, 000(ten lakh eleven thousand) in advanced. When i called Tata Progressive they always extended date of delivery without my consent. Many times they not attended my phone call. no one take responsibility for over date.

                                      I had purchased a Tiago XZA (Regn No GJ 18 BK 4320) in Feb 2019 from Harsolia Brothers, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The car is used either by me or my wife and as on date it has run around 16000 km. I would also like to mention that my car has been regularly serviced at authorized Tata Motors Service Centers only.

                                      Ever since, the service of my car last year (kilometrage was 9000 km at that time), there has been an unusual noise when the engine revs up more than 2000 rpm. I was told by the service advisor that he has not found anything unusual with the performance of the engine.

                                      Recently, I had got my car serviced at Sree Vasu Automobiles, Tata Motors Service Centre, Meerut on 02 June 2022 . Post the service, there was a problem that at the pickup was very low when moving the car from standstill. Also at lower RPM (slow running), there was a missing sound from the engine and I could hear a short sound coming from the exhaust. The average has also dropped considerably to about 11 kmpl, which earlier used to return almost 20 km per liter of petrol.

                                      I had raised a complaint and the representatives checked my car thoroughly again, I was informed that there was an issue with the engine, and it requires to be opened and probably the connecting rods and crankshaft were required to be replaced the expenditure of which would be not less than 15-20k.

                                      I fail to understand that how come a vehicle engine which is just about three and half yrs old, run barely 16000km and serviced at authorized service stations fail so prematurely. Even if I get the repair work done, the output will not be the same as a new engine. Secondly, are the engines produced by Tata so unreliable that they start failing in less than 10, 000 km.

                                      I thank my stars that I did not buy another Tata Car, as I was quite inclined towards buying a Harrier/ Safari as a replacement to my 8 yr old Ssanyong Rexton. I also really don’t know whether my decision of purchasing a Tata Tiago which costed me almost 7 lakh rupees was correct or not. I don’t even know whether the engine in the present condition is reliable enough to use anymore or will it even last 20-25K kilometers.

                                      In the present state, I am perplexed as to what should I do with the Car, I would request Tata Motors to provide a viable solution to the problem so that owning a Tata car is at least worth the money spent.

                                      It has been more than 15 days. I havent received any intimation regarding the issue from TATA Motors. Please check and revert, else i'll be forced to file a lawsuit in the consumer court.
                                      It has been around 6 months now. It seems that Tata Motors is not interested in resolving the critical issue in my car. The car is unreliable to be taken on long journeys. I will be approaching the consumer court in case the issue is not resolved by Tata motors in next 7 working days

When my car was in ideal for two days and turn on the engine, after few seconds I switch on my AC and increase fan speed to three point. After one or two minutes, the AC drop off and the fan alone running. I have to turn off the engine and turn on to solve this issue. Some times it will resolve it single shot or I have to switch off/on several times to make AC work properly....
