    my name is sumedh thakre. i had purchased tata nano on 29 november 2011.from jaika motors amravati maharashtra which has following details. reg. date. 22.12.2012 wehicle no. MH 27 AR 0612. chesis no 612256bkk55046. it has some problems from starting. so we had to visit service centre regularly for the same problem. Last time on dated 21.11.2013. i was returning from the serivce centre to my home town having distance 83 km. tota car burned. now our dealer is also not responding properly. i have mail to tata motors on [protected]@tatamotors.com but no reply from them my contact nos are [protected]/ [protected]

      i am living in indore (m.p.), i goto jammu, KATRA MAA VASHNANDEVI darshan, here my TATA INDIGO eCS accident, for repair i goto TATA AUTORIZED serviec center National garage in jammu, (last 11july 2013)
      after long time 28 oct, 2013 . i go jammu, and very poor work, and all parts his change to duplicate also very dirty danting, painting work
      i complain "NATIONAL GARGE" . his not complete my vehicle properly.and LOT OF PARTS THEFT.and VERY LARGE BILL GIVE ME (1, 85, 000).

      I am Australian citizen and came to India for two months in Punjab, because my relatives live here. We bought a car Indica Vista- TDI (Terra) from branch office Dada motors in Moga, Punjab on 11/02/09. but I did not get any purchasing bill or invoice and service book. when I contacted them and asked about invoice bill. they made a excuse every time. they are so rude as well. they treat the customers very badly. In future, I will never come to India for holidays. I shall be very thankful to you for this if you can provide any assistance in these matters.

      Recently on 19th Feb 2010 i purshased a New Tata Indica Vista(Aura quadra jet model) at Prani Auto plaza Anantapur i made all the payments for Rs.538000/-(In words Five Lak Thiroicesty Eight thousands only) but recveived the invoices and bills for only Rs.5, 18, 978/-(In words Five laks eigteen thousands nine hundreds and seventy eight only).when In equired for remaining bills that i have to receive for the amount Rs.19022 /-(Ninteen thousands and twenty two only) i was given a harsh treatment and got no answer.Pls give the clear break up for the amount that i have paid.Not to mention i got all bills and also receipt of amount from Prani auto Plaza, Anantapur.Hope you condiser my request and see that i receive bills or balance money back.

      Sir,
      I have purchased above TATA NANO car in Jun 2012 & my car was undergone for Ilnd Free Service at ROSHAN MOTORS PVT LTD, JAIPUR on 15 Mar 2013 which was found entirely unsatisfactory even after paying Fitment Charges of Rs. 450/- for Mechanical Checkup beyond Free service as well as AMC (for 40000 KMs or 4 Years which ever is earlier).
      During handing over my car for service, I have complaint about following problems in my car to M/s. ROSHAN MOTORS :-
      (a) AC not working properly and not cooling.
      (b) There is sound in Break system.
      (c) Cabinet of inside door handle is loose & dropped.
      (d) Door light is no working.
      Eeveon after paying fitment charges of Rs.450/-, the above complaints were not not attended by the above agency and I am facing still the above problems. I have pointed out that above problems during taking back my car to the concerned staff & they have suggested me that "You will receive a call from PUNE Office and if you are not satisfied, you intimate your problems to them". Accordingly when I have received call on[protected] from your office, I have complained above problems. The man on call has been assured me that your problems will be solved within 72 Hrs. On[protected], I have received a call from Roshan Motors, Jaipur at 10.10 AM and they have told that "Your car is required to solve your problems" and I have agreed to hand over the car to your representative opposite Chinkara Canteen because my husband is serving in Army Area where civilians are not allowed to enter inside the Army Area. About 10.40 AM my husband received a call from Roshan Motors, Jaipur that their representative is reaching at destination within 20 Minutes, so you bring your car outside the Cantt area. Accordingly my husband brought the car in time but rep of the agency was reached at the destination after 2 Hrs from the scheduled time and my husband become tired.

      After handing over the car, I have enquired Roshan Motors, Jaipur about the time to give back the CAR. They have confirmed that "your Car will be returned about 05.15 PM". About 02.30 PM my husband received a call from Roshan Motors, Jaipur and said "Clutch Paddle of car is not working properly" and it will take time to repair the same, so either leave the car for two days at service station or take back. Then my husband told them to attend minor problems and returned the car by 5.15 PM on same and take back on Saturday from our house because there is holiday on Saturday. The rep of Roshan Motors reached at outside the Army Area at 0640 PM on continuous call from our side and we have wait about 1.30 hours on the road where is heavy traffic. The representative of Roshan Motors, Jaipur also brought a certificate for signature about satisfactory completion of problems but I have not signed the same as problems were not solved.
      On 23 Mar 2013 my husband received a call from Roshan Motors stating that "your car will be collected on 24 Mar 2013 for remaining work". Accordingly we have left the car at our house and went by auto to markets and to visit our relatives. When we returned from market, my children told that no body came to collect the car. We socked that unnecessarily we have traveled in auto and expended unwanted money. Now I am informing you that till to-date we have not received any call neither from Roshan Motors, Jaipur nor from your office. As such I compel to lodge complaint to your good office keeping in view the reputation of TATA MOTORS.
      In view of the above, I hope that you will look into the matter to short out the problems of Car at the earliest.

      I am a genuine customer of Tata Motors and I Have an Indica V2 DLS Chassis No. MAT6001499WK41491 Regn.No.UP15AM8222. I Got Serviced my Indica from Shri Vasu Automobiles Shatabdi Nagar Meerut UP on 16/06/2015.
      After the service I found mysel[censored]nable to start my car in the morning of 18/06/2015. Due to above Reasons I contacted to service centre and after some time one person named Vaseem come to my home and told me to change my fuel filter element.On the advice of service centre representative I had got changed my indica"s fuel filter element on 18/06/2015 but the trouble of starting is still in continuation.I am much upset, humiliated in public and the negligence of Service centre caused me much mental stress.
      I am writing this notice to you for refund of my expenses of Rs.6973 on 16/06/2015 and Rs.179 on 18/06/2015 with 15% Interest till the payment of my refund.

        its not even a year since my father purchased a xenon model XT-EX, and it has started showing damages like the engine below the car has come down with a distance of 4 inch above the ground . thus, making it unpleasant to drive . the sevice offered by th Tata Motor service centre, Sivasagar Assam, was very poor, charging more than Rs 30, 000 and sending the car back in almost the same condition without repairing major damages.

          This is chinni from vijayawada. On 11th nov, 2013. i got this fake mail from tata motors saying that i have to deposit Rs9, 160 in there account by tomorrow . These were the wordings below.And i did deposit money.After that i cam to know this al is fake.
          You have to deposit an refundable security amount by cash Rs

          9, 160/[protected] in The ((STATE BANK OF PATIALA AND VIJAYA BANK) in

          favor of (H.R.Department Authorized A/C) The Job profile and salary

          offered by Company will be mention in your call latter. Your call latter

          and Air Ticket will dispatch very shortly after receiving your

          confirmation of security deposited in to the Bank.

          And after depositing you send me your deposit slip scan copy and your id

          and add., your two mobile number or phone number.

          hello friends even i have received a mail from [protected]@tatamotorslimited.co.in i have deposited the security amount of rs.9, 320 /-and extra Rs.30, 000 /- in punjab national bank and in bank of baroda.
          please i request the cyber police to check out this type of fake mail id and try to recover the money from them and issue it to the people who have lost their money.
          younsters please be careful from this type of mail id and i request the cyber police to find solution for us..

          those fraudsters name is harish shan and i deposited the money in the name of jaiveer singh and sahil singh..

            My name is Mr. Ramesh Kanojia residing at Worli koliwada, mumbai-30.
            On 8-8-2011, I booked the Tata Indica EV2 Xeta car from Concorde Motors (I) Ltd, Prabhadevi.
            Vehicle No. : MH-04-EX-8531
            Engine No. : 475S172FYYP31956
            Chasis No. : MAT600283BPFS50176
            The dealer assured me that I will get the delivery on[protected]. But they did not give the delivery on the said date as a result I was about to cancel deal. But the dealer offered me a 4 year warranty on my car without any terms and conditions. I asked him to give the same in writing. He gave me the letter saying that "we will assure that your car is under warranty for 4 years. if there is any technical issue come in the 4 year, it will be cover under warranty" . In the letter they have not mentioned any terms and conditions.
            Besides these, at the time of delivery the dealer has not given me the Extended Warranty booklet. When I asked for the booklet he told me that when we assured you the warranty in writing there is no need of booklet.
            Now there is a problem occured in my car but the service center (Worli) is asking for repairing charges which I have refused to pay as my car is under warranty as per the dealer's assurance letter. We met the dealer and show him the letter but he deny saying that the letter is fake. Now they are saying that as I have not done the third service we can not give the warranty benefits. I went to the service center thrice for third service but everytime they refuse saying that the appointments are full. After then I got ill and I could not go for servicing. After one and a half month when I went there they did the third and fourth service together. Apart from this, in my second service I complained about the headlight and bubble problem. But they kept it as pending complaint as the required part was not available that time. I kept on reminding the same many times but they did not responde. And now they are refusing to do the same pending complaint because of warranty issue.
            Though my car is under warranty, I am not getting any response and propoer co-operation from the dealer and service center. The responsible employees are refusing to meet and talk to me. When I went to the dealer to personally meet them they treat me very badly. I am getting very very bad and third class service from dealer and also from service center.
            Now it is my humble request to you to help me out for justice and get my car back as it is in service center since last 12 days.

              I just want to know that TATA company is really faithful...i don't think so cause in pune unit of TATA Motors which is Concorde Motors attended a interview on 30th Sep for Customer Advisor post.., CA who generate revenue for company...after interview got selected n took some days for salary confirmation when got ready HR told me "CAN MAKE U JOIN BY 1st NOV." on 21st Oct., then on 23rd he told me that company seized the recruitment process... so wht does it mean TATA is a brand n they r not able to recruit even short listed candidate who will generate revenue..then how general people make faith on TATA. As per individual person these are the steps which create a negative image of the organization.

              I am sunil kumar i working bhagodya motors pvt ltd hospet in 2001 to 2011 but im not getting any employee benefit ex. PF and Gratuity and Leave Salary.I asking for the these benefit in work shop general manager and general manager also but they people are not responding. i request you to please short out my problems as soon as possible.(PF No.GB/BLR/0028010/000/308).they people are taking work in employee but not given any benefit how believe in tata motors.if you want more details please call dis no.               If the organization deducted your PF every month and as you hav your PF A/C no... so direct go to PF office and fill a form to get back your all pf money... it will take around 15-20 days n u'll get your PF.

              Harresment of vehicle loan EMI

              Tata super ace is not a good product in goods vehicles.More problem in gear box and mileage, that product is not comfort level for goods.Vehicle No.TN 18 Q 0711.Pls banded the product

                High Maintenance, AC not successful, Overheat problem and Warranty not covered on product

                I bought TATA NANO CX model in may 2012 within 1 year time 3 times I faced problem in Airconditioner due to ac fuse and blower problem. Still Blower create noice if I keep Airconditioner and Light start. Also faced overheat problem 3 times within a year. TATA Nano clutch plate burnt and dealer not ready to cover it under warranty. High maintenance on product....

                I have purchased a tata indigo car dated 27.01.13 from Ace Auto Car cuttack.. After the purchase of three month, the pump problem arises . Trupti motor the authorised dealer of tata motor has done the the pump problem & assure me theroblem will not arise in future.Again the same problem arise on 02.10.13. now the car is at Ace Auto Car .                   Sir, I have taken a loan in 2003 from Tata Motors finance Ltd. I have already paid the full amount as per your time schedule. I approached to the Tata Motors Finance for NOC for the same at several times. But they informed me that the Two wheeler finance section was taken over by ICICI and further NOC will issued by ICICI two wheeler finance. I Aproached them also at several times. Till today I havve not received the NOC for the same.                     Hello,

                    I am writing this on my sisters behalf. She got a call from Bharat Kashyap claiming that he is from TATA MOTORS company. He told my sister that her resume got selected and she is having her interview round on 25-Sep-2013 in Mumbai. He asked her to deposit Rs.9550/- to PNB account. That amount is refundable on the interview date. He also told that he will be sending flight tickets to her and for her guardian (only 1). When I called him, he also told me the same thing. As she wanted to join a company, she deposited amount in given PNB account. Now I am trying to call on Bharat's number, his number is switched off. Due to Bharat, my sister is very tensed. She is depressed.

I am owning a TATA ACE EX Vehicle which was giving a mileage of 18 km/litre in my service.Last month i had a starting problem along with vehicle not exceeding the speed of 40 Km .So i decided to give it for service to the Authorized service center where i bought the vehicle named AMBICA SALES & SERVICE ANKLESHWAR DIST BHARUCH STATE GUJARAT.

                                The services of TATA MOTORS are pathetic and fully discouraging, due to which i am facing problems in my daily life. Our tata Indica vista no. up-80cl-0990 has faced an accident in etawah up . we send our car to the local service agency i.e TATA SKUND MOTORS, Etawah uttarpradesh. The service manager was not helping us and delaying the delivery of our car ......please do some thing regarding this ..!!!!

                                Tata Motoes — poor service

                                On Friday 14th august it was long weekend, I thought of taking my family to nainital. Ensuring that it’s a long distance trip its better to get my “safari” duly checked and serviced.

                                I reached in the evening suddenly the vehicle got stopped, because the people who serviced the vehicle forgot to tighten the battery wire due to which there was no ignition. “ mind it happened on the same day when the vehicle got serviced at your sec-14, gurgaon service centre.



                                Some how this problem was resolved, suddenly there was a problem in the clutch plates of the car and the vehicle got stopped



                                Since then from the night of 14th aug, I have been trying your customer care number but no body responded to thousands of my calls.



                                Finally they picked the call on 15th morning. I registered my complaint that I got stuck on the hills please arrange to send the mechanic whole day this conversation was going on every time I call they use to respond that mechanic is reaching in 30 mins finally they said, due to heavy rain mechanic cant come, then I hired the taxi and went to pick your mechanic from “Thakur Motors” bhowali road, nainital. The mechanic looked at the car and decided that clutch plates are damaged we will have to take the vehicle to the service centre.



                                After an hour I got a call from your customer care that you can only get car repaired from the haldwani service centre only. If you don’t do so or if you get it repaired from a local vendor the warranty would be void.



                                Now, I had to come back to gurgaon on Saturday evening but its been almost 4 days I am stuck in that bloody place only.



                                You must be having the recorded lines of your customer care if you don’t have I can provide you, I have the recorder in my phone, I have made almost thousands of calls to your people if you want I can show you my itemized bill statement.





                                Your service manager at gurgaon “ Mr Rathi [protected]” and Mr Brijesh [protected] donot pick my calls and don’t even have the courtesy to call back



                                They are one who have really cheated me. Mr Rathi charged me rs 9000 for the extended warranty for the vehicle. Its still in warranty. He told me whenever required all the repairs including the spare parts will be replaced at the cost of the company but later I came to know from your customer care that I will have bear the cost of clutch plates.







                                I have been trying their number since 14th but they never responded.



                                I was fed with these guys I again called your customer care people they provided me the number of Mr L.C. Gaur, your manager at the Tata service station in Haldwani

                                Now from Sunday onwards he is sending his mechanics but they never reached, I asked him to provide the details of his people he provided me the number of “ Uttam singh [protected]”

                                I asked him y is he not able to reach from haldwani to naintal “ he responded that the TATA people are not providing him the conveyance charges also if needed the stay at the hotel. Mr gaur says that I ‘ll have to bear all these charges of I want my car to get it repaired.



                                I am ready to do that also but then why the hell you guys claim that you have good customer care. After spending 10 lacs on a vehicle are we suppose to get such service from your people .



                                Its raining heavily here and I am stuck in this place.



                                I want to draw your kind attention to the below mentioned points



                                If my vehicle is in warranty am I supposed to bear the charges for the repair


                                As a customer do I need to provide the conveyance and the stay at hotel to your people at my expense


                                Who will bear the expense of the phone calls and my extended stay at hotel in nainital


                                If your people doest this sort of service, I’ll make sure the vehicle is not serviced from your place or rather I’ll have no option but to sell it.


                                The day I have purchased the vehicle one day or the another its giving problems again and again you can check all your records and my complaints. But this time the limit has crossed.


                                If this is called service I have vehicles of good brands from Maruti, Honda and Hyundai I don’t have any complaints for them.





                                ”Mr Ratan Tata is dreaming to launch Nano, I just cannot understand what rubbish he is planning to do if he can satisfy the safari segment customers.”






                                There only one line I can say for tata that is “TATA CUSTOMER KO KAAATA”

                                I purchased a new Indica vista from RD motors, Kolkata, just 10 days back. I have the following problems in that vehicle.
                                1. AC blower not working properly.
                                2.Defugger not working.
                                3.Engine barring sound is there.
                                4.Speed drop problem is there.
                                5.Milage is coming only 6 / litre(Diesel)

                                As defugger is not working it becomes very difficult to drive a rainy day/night.

                                And the major thing is that when I went to the dealer to complain about the same, I got the following reply..."IT HAPPENS WITH ALL THE VEHICCLES OF INDICA VISTA...SO NO NEED TO WORY....and bla..... bla....bla......."

                                I cant understand what I have to do. And to whom I should contact.

                                  . I am Srutheesh.n.g, had buy a car- tata indica v2 ls in January 2013. But the car is 2012 model and the Tata company charged 2013 model car's amount on my car. The actual amount for 2012 model car was below 4.23 lakhs (on road price) in later december 2012. But the sales executive said that it costs 4.73 lakh. He also said that there are Rs 40000 deduction and accessories worth Rs 3000 are free. So that, I have paid Rs 52000 as down payment (Rs 1000 for booking and Rs 51000 as downpayment). He agreed that the car will be delivered in two weeks with complete registration. He also added that he will reserve a car for me so that it can be deliver as soon as possible and the monthly payment should be under Rs 9000. I have selected jet silver colour. After few days , he contacted me via phone and said that there is shortage for selected car and one month is the waiting period. I shouted and asked him for other colour variant. But he said it is not possible and better to cancel the booking. But I were unable to do so. Next day someone called me and introduced as insurance manager. He also said about to cancel the booking but I didn't. I've found that they needs to cancel the booking. But I did not know why they pressure me to cancel the booking. In the evening of that day he called me again and said that there were another colour variant (white) and able to give me, but there might be changes in insurance amount because the vehicle is 2013 model. I said then ok. I had reached the showroom next day. They show me the details. In that, no deduction and monthly payment is Rs10060. But no changes in down payment and offer worth Rs 3000. I said ok anyway. After few days, they called me and said that the vehicle has been delivered. I got the vehicle but it's colur was jet silver. I called back them and asked about the colour change. The sales executive said that they tried hard to get that colour variant. I replied thanks. After one month, during service period, my friend noticed me that the vehicle is 2012 model. I was in trouble to do what, because I realized that I was trapped. I decided to complaint against them in consumer forum. But I needed more time to collect the details about the car dealings. So that I took more time to complain. My car is insured by Mahindra finance instead of Tata.
                                  So, sir, I am adding the details of my car's amount and the top model's amount.

                                  I asked the details of Indica eV2- one of the top model of indica. This model has efficient engine than my car and more fuel efficiency of 25 kmpl. But the sales executive doesn't suggested this car for me. I asked why. He said that this model costs 5 lakh and above - good sign of cheap business.

                                  Sir, I am already too late. I have paid monthly payment for 6 months yet.
                                  Sir, can you help me to get compensation? Or, I need to change the scheme to the actual scheme of 2012. Because, currently it is 2013 scheme. My car is 2012 model, not 2013.
                                  Otherwise I am wishing to return the car to them hence stop the business with them with I need my complete money back.

                                  TATA — over billing

                                  i got a tata indicom handset for my home.

                                  i have an unlimited outgoing plan from tata to tata bec. most of our nos are from delhi and are of tata mobile consumers..


                                  in the meantime my land line terminal was not working fine..
                                  the signals was not proper of the same.

                                  still i was getting a bill amout of INR 1500/- as an average.


                                  i heared from my known that when they used to call at my no. it usually gets connected to a person who says that he is calling from a STD booth.
                                  i used to ignore thinking they might have dialed a wrong no.

                                  last month my mobile charge was of rs. 1300/- which i paid on time as always.. bt i got shoked when i found that the outgoing of my phone was barred. i contacted to costomer care n then the executive informed me that the monthly limit for my no. has been crossed. which was INR 4000/- (in just within 7 days of the month)

                                  i said that how it can b as my phone was out of working.
                                  i asked him to get me the details bt he refused to do so by saying." Please submit the amount to enjoy the services"

                                  now i just got my bill yesterday which has the calls details...
                                  i was really surprised to know that it was having the nos. which are really unknown to me and my family members.

                                  the calls were for almost each and every state of our india.
                                  such as bihar, ambala, ranchi, up, agra, hariyana, punjab etc.

                                  we doesn't have any relative of frnd in these area as well as the calls the surprisly the calls were also made in the time when my phone was not working..

                                  it shows that the entire tata indicom is a span and full of cheaters...

                                  PLZ give me the no. of indian consumer form as i wana make a complaint for a cheater company named TATA.

                                  Respected sir,myself want to register an complent for an car,actually sir i have brought an brand new tata safari from jaika motors ,amravati(maharashtra), before 4 months from the next day car got problem it is related to aircondition,after one week windows got problem then after the chain begins an car got illness.in for months my car goes to workstation for 8 to 10 times and each time they takes 3 to 5 days.sir my car is still there.now i am tired of all these.i need my money back.also the compensation of 10 trips by 1000 each ,i had purchase that car for near about 10lakhs

                                  Tata Motors — COMPLAINT ABOUT NEW INDICA CAR

                                  I have purchase a new INDICA DLS KL 03 T 2561 from RM Motors. From 0 km I found that the water is getting inside the car. Also I found somany problems in this particlar car. Last 3 moths I am runnig around the service centers for RM to resolve this issue. 4 times they kept the vechile to find out the problems. each times they kept 3 to 4 days in their custody. Finally RF asked me to show their Alapuzha cervice center. The vechicle given to them on 15/9/2010 (Job No.1577) returned the same on 23/10/2010 and they informed me that the problems they found and resloved. On 24/09/2010 I have drive the car to Ernakulam at the time of raining and found the water getting inside more than before. Also somany other issues I found which they informed to resolved.

                                  What shall I do?
                                  Dear competent Authority,

                                  We had kept our vechile for generl servicing and checking.

                                  It was handed over at 10:20am of 09/04/2011. The attending supervisor Mr. Vinay

                                  has quoted rough estimated Rs.400/ and deputed Mr. Omkar[Mechanic] for the job.

                                  The vehicle has not been deliverd on promise time of 14:30 Hrs of 09/04/2011.

                                  The machanics have not attended the job properly. The progress is quite siow.

                                  I request to intervene and provide assured delivry on 11/04/2011.

                                    We have purchase the super model car for about Rs. 18,50,000/- . We have believed that the car will be run trouble free for a minimum of 1,00,000 Kms and (or) up to the period of 36 months. we have paid the payment for extended warranty of additional 2 years also.

                                    But unfortunately, we have cheated by the TATA Motors by selling very very poor quality car to us. The performance of the car is very worst.                                     We have done done 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Service in time and with in the Kms specified by the TATA Motors.

                                    But, we have attend the VST Motors, Trichy Service station for the running repairs, repeated repairs and for unsolved repairs as detailed below:

                                    1. Clutch plate worn out. clutch smell
                                    2. steering Wobbling
                                    3. Dust entering from Dicky door.
                                    4. Wiper spray not working
                                    5. Navigation problem
                                    6. Slow pickup
                                    7. Poor millage
                                    8. Beep sound
                                    9. Air bag indication

                                    All the times, while we approach the TATA Motors for service, they have taken time of 7 to 25 days of time and change some spares and deliver the car with out proper solution.

                                    With in 43,000 kms, the clutch plates were worn out about 4 times, and we have suffered lot. that is for each and every 10,000 Kms we have to change the clutch plate and spares for the amount of Rs.35,000/- and wait at VST motors for 15 days.

                                    As such, now the car completing its 2 years in great struggle, with a very low running kms of 43,000. Now, the big question raising is, how we have to run the car for at-least further 3 years period or up to 2,00,000 Kms.

                                    Now the car kms reading is 43378, and again the clutch plate worn out. The VST Service station, Trichy given an estimate for about Rs.42,000/- to solve the problems by changing the new clutch system.

                                    All are well known that the car is under warranty for 36 months or 1,00,000 Kms and we have paid the payment for extended warranty of further 2 years.

                                    As such, we cant pay the payment for the estimate given by the VST Motors. We believe that the TATA motors will take immediate and effect full necessary action to solve the problems with in 5 days.

                                    At our experience with the TATA Aria car, the defects of clutch system, steering wobbling and navigation system cant be solved.

                                    Tata Motors — out of service

                                    Dear sir'/mam,

                                    As per requirement i had submit all the necessary docts.of registration & address proof, Just 2
                                    days berfore i had received the message of service may be stopped, Even i had an investigation by reliance cuatomer care office, i have already complete all the necessary requirement, so why my connection is out of service ? i want justification & do the needful immediately for my service continuation.

                                      I am writing to you in relation to Nano CX car purchased by me on 15 may 2013 from Garyson Motors, Ludhiana, punjab. Details of the car are as under:-

                                      I have following complaint against the dealer:-
                                      -The dealer fraudulently delivered 2012 model car when the booking was done for 2013 model car.
                                      -No information was provided by the dealer with respect to year of manufacture during booking, billing and delivery of the car.
                                      - The dealer purposely did not handover the service book or other documents which could have given out the year of manufacture at the time of delivery. the same were handed over two days after the delivery.
                                      -The reps of the dealer now make false claims with respect to the information on year of manufacture and try to cover up the issue by claiming that the discounts and accessory offered with the car were to compensate for the 2012 model of the car.
                                      -Poor response of the sales team and customer care team of Garyson motors, Ludhiana while addressing and resolving the issue despite repeated calls since 07 jun 2013, given to Sales Manager, Garyson Motors, Ludhiana.
                                      -Till date the dealer has not responded to address the issue only counter allegations and false claims/promises are being made to delay the issue.
                                      - I have contacted TATA motors customer care both on telephone(no one attended even after keeping on hold for 1 hour 5 min) and email, but no response has been received so far.
