Hello Sir,

I have booked nano lx cng from pimpri (Pandit Automotive pvt ltd on 22nd of FEB 2014, by paying 10, 000/- and it was decided the on road price was 2, 88, 238/-( Sales consultant Kedar his mobile number [protected])and 30, 000/- discount was offered to me at the time of booking and his senior did offer me a tata music sytem at a discounted price of 2500/- which we agreed to.as he wanted me to book nano from him and not from Yash motors or concorde motors.

I have applied for loan with ICICI and 1, 46, 000 which was delivered to the cashier on 3rd of March and today when I gave the cheque for the balance amount that is 1, 02, 239/-, as 10, 000 was paid at the time of booking and discount of 30, 000, kedar refused to take the cheque for that amount and said you have to pay 10, 000 more, I said when I have booked the vehicle it was amount was decided and now why you want me to pay 10, 000 more. he said the price has changed from 25th of FEB, then I said but I have booked it before 25th of Feb and I have all the documents and you did committed that if I book before 25th of Feb I will get 30, 000 discount that is the reason I withdrew the cash from the AMT and and booked nano but now you are going back on your words.

but now he wants me to pay extra 10, 000/- it is not fair when you commit some thing please stick to that. based on that the loan amount has been transferred to pandit automotive accounts and the my first EMI would start from 15th of March.

Please help it is not at all accepted from pandit Automotive.

    My car has been facing some starting and engine misfiring trouble since January 2014. I have already given the car for servicing and repairs to Richard Garage 3 times in the last 45 days. Still they are unable to detect the problem. They have replaced the battery and serviced the starter but there is no difference. They have also changed the engine belt but the problem is still the same. The car just does not start. It takes at least 3-4 tries to start the car. Even after starting the car the engine keeps accelerating. Sometimes it just shuts down after starting the car. Please do look into this issue as the car is unusable at times and its also getting troublesome to give the car for repairs every now and then. The service provided by Richard Garage is very poor as they are unable to detect and fix this issue for months. Please look into this issue urgently.

      Dear Sir, I am in Chennai. My vehicle (Tata Indica V2) TN 18 M 5855, Running Km. 48234. My vehicle Service attend in S.S. Motors, Alappakkam. That person was told him to Head problem the vehicle. The problem was not covered by the Warranty. And then breakdown people suggest My TVS, Porur. The My TVS Person was told him to FIB Pump Problem. The problem was not covered by the Warranty. But the service person told to not covered the Warranty. But i was purchase the vehicle for 16 months only. So i am mentally upset for the problem. so kindly attend the problem for the warranty period for me. Otherwise i will surrender the vehicle for TATA MOTORS. Thanking you. K. Kabilan Cell :[protected]

        Hand brake problem

        Hello,
        Am manikandan, I purchase a new TATA Nano(Special Edition) LX on June 2013 in TATA CONCORDE in Velacherry, Chennai, India.So far I have faced many issues like alignment, Engine sound, till now there is no proper response from the service station which I have given, just two services has been completed and 10200 KM has been crossed.

        This alignment issue am facing from the 6th month from the purchase.Now the life of the front two tires has gone, regarding the alignment i already informed to the service station but gave a very worst response.Now i am not i able to sell the vehicle also becuase of this alignment.For this two tires am requesting TATA Motors to give a warranty and replace a new tire for the my loss.I have bought many cars so far this is the worst and very bad experience i never had.Kindly do the needful.

          I am having tata car which is financed by tata motor finance, i was having personal problem and i lost my job due to which i didnot pay my 3 months emi, a collector by name shyam having mobile number [protected], he start using rough language and start harassing my parents that he will ask seizing people to take away my car dont even think of doing nonsence with me when my parents and i asked him to show id card he just ignored he was so roud that my parents felt very bad when i asked him what is ur manager name he says that satya prakash or satya prasad i dont know exactly, this is the way customer are treated by tata motor finance, i really felt very bad i told him i will clear all pending emi in month of march last week but he started saying this alll he wont listen i know im defalter but im having problem in december 2013 and jan 2014 i was totally disturbed because my grand mother was hospitalised and all my salary got into this, after requesting him many times he was just very roud...i rrequest tata motors finance to take necessary action...

          The collector of Tata motors in dehradun branch Mr.junaid is a very ill mannered person..he came to my home drunked and using fowl language from my mother.without knocking the door he directly entered in my home.
          I request tata motors to take immidiate action on him...

                Tyre So from there I feel that either the Co ( Tata ) or a dealer cheat me then I pass complaint to the Co
                On the date of 10.1.14 I received a call from a dealer for come to our show room them I went there and he take my
                Tyre no and the chassis no and he told me that I will send a message to Co
                kindly let know that how much time will take for this proses because I am very faith on Tata and I always told to my friends that when ever you want to purchases the car always go for Tata products

                this is shiva ganesh
                i have purchased a vechicle in 2013 april model: indica Ev2 colour: spice red, from Andhra Pradesh, Karimnagar district, Town : JagityalBranch. My car was showing indication that, there is a problem in engine(check engine light was on) . This was happened on the 2nd day itself i repeatedly approached the branch service station more than 30 times. There was no use but lot of expenditure and lot of time waste. My car was kept with them for more than 29 days at a time and one week next, and then its keep on happening.
                And there was a serious problem which drooven me in to accident like more than 10 times. i sstoped using it, but one more good thing is when ever i take my car outside it is stopping and throwing me in to accident.
                And the best part is once i met with accident and by god grace every one was safe and then i approached the branch and i complaint online support of Tata .They were like they will repair it again.

                Now i have filed a case in consumer forum, if i get chance ill try to demolish the tata motars completely.Case is going now, if any one want help regarding how to file a case in Consumer court please Call my mobile no. [protected]

                The same issue with the tyres happened with me also. And good thing is the Branch manager &amp; chief mechanic told me that those tyres were under warranty. When my tyres got air and bubbles were formed in tyres. Asked them to replace those tyres they said bridge stone company is not cooperating with the Tata now so the warranty cannot be applicable now.
                And here comes fun part: the branch manager took my seat covers for exchange and left the branch, so i have lost my seat covers also.

                  A) 62000KM Engine Size head week
                  B) 10000 KM after Break Problem
                  C) Injector Not working properly
                  D) Timing Belt
                  E) Baring
                  F) Ac Not working
                  G) Heater Not Working
                  H) RPM High
                  I) Smock
                  J) Light.
                  K) Clutch Plate etc…
                  L) 4000KM Services Not done so Warranty Expire
                  M) Fuel Pump
                  N) Fuel/ Mileage 13km per km

                  There are numbers of other bad experience such as most time service centre are usually urging upon whether parts are replace on payment basis, or such parts are not covered under warranty.

                        Tata nano, MH 05 AX 1308, was having problem of water leakage.after 2-ervicing at Krishna Motors, DOmbivali, the problem of leakake not solved, but surprisingle I observed 2 holes at said area.When the issue brought to the notoceof service center they have said that we have not done this.Further the issue is discussed with " Mr.Rane, where he insisted to get the repair done by Krishna motors.Now the issue is about the holes as nobody is accepting who has done this. 12 times I have raised customer complaint & there is no right response. I don't want repairs. I want the said faulty part to be replaced. Or change the car.

                          Date 18th of December Sir/Madam I used to be the proud owner of one of your esteemed product TATA Safari, which I bought in December 2007, (vehicle no DL-8C-L-4652). I have driven this vehicle very successfully for about four and half year baring minor repairs. A continuous complaint in vehicle was its air-conditioning system. (Reports can be taken out from M/s Tayal Motors, Faridabad and Him Motors, Udyog Nagar, Near Pira Garhi, Delhi =110034). But today I feel ashamed to say that the company which has produced a vehicle like SAFARI does not have a proper service and repairing backup for this kind of Vehicle. (must tell you that at least 8 to 9 of my known have bought this vehicle on my recommendations) My bad luck started in april this year when I made a request at M/s Him Motors, Udyog Nagar, Near Pira Garhi, New Delhi to get the Air conditioning system repaired completely during regular service of my vehicle and whatever time it takes. Him motors took the charge and after five days of initial checkups they informed me that the compressor used for air-conditioning of the vehicle is not working and needs to be replaced and on confirmation they said after this the air-condition will work perfectly after its replacement. Him motors charged Rs.52000/- approximately for replacing Air-conditioners compressor and servicing of vehicle and returned the vehicle after 10 (Ten days). I used the vehicle for about 10 to 15 days (about 400km) and found that the air-conditioning system is still not working properly in fact it’s not working at all. I made the complaint to the same company for the same problem a month later, (I use this vehicle to my out station visits and use my other vehicle in the city). Further to my destiny they took my vehicle and after 4 to 5 days they got back to me and said that the valves use in this the air-conditioning systems are not working. This information made me confused whether initial report that compressor of the system was not working (for which I had already paid for) was correct or valves report is correct which needs to be repaired. But at that particular time I had no other options but to get the valves changed for which I had further paid a handsome amount of Rs. 26000/= (Twenty Six Thousand only). I got the vehicle back after approximately 9 to 10 days again. Again I run the vehicle for about 10 to 15 days again (about 300 to 400km) with in city and found the same problem again with the vehicle that the air-conditioning system for which I had already paid for Rs. 78000/- approximately till now is still out of my control. This time I met Mr. Methew, manager at Him Motors, and raised my concern to him in a little hard manner. He promised to look into my problem and give every possible help to me. Further they kept my vehicle for two more days and got back to me and said the radiator of the vehicle is not working hence the Air-conditioner system is not working. After hearing this I Really blasted over the person in my telephonic discussions and told them to refund my initial amount. He confirmed to get back to me in a short while. And further he got back to me and said that they will get the vehicle repaired. This time I got the vehicle back in 5 days. Now after running the vehicle for about 800 to 900 km, one day I found that smoke is coming out of radiator in the middle of heavy traffic on Delhi road, and found no coolent is there in radiator and it had started leaking. I somehow manage to drive it back to office after filling the radiator and parked it there. But while taking it back to office which was merely 5 km from that particular spot some I heard some noise from engine. I parked the vehicle there in my office and called some local mechanic to show what actually has happened and during inspection they found that there was no engine oil in the engine which made the engine so hot so that it created a hole in radiator and entire cooling pump system has failed. The vehicle has driven approximately 2000 km after its service was done and every time it went to workshop for air conditioner repairs, none of the mechanic or supervisor checked the complete systems before handing over the vehicle and we are not the masters of this field. After that I have shown my vehicle to so many mechanics and experts. First of all no one is ready to touch this vehicle for repairs and, but who so ever gets ready to repair the above problem they all have the samse estimate of repairing i.e an amount of Rs.100000/- approximately is required to get back to working conditions. Can someone tell me what was my fault in all this. Can someone tell what to do. Why should I pay again and again for none of my fault. I was not aware about this site of yours where I could have launched this complaint. I bought this vehicle on installments from bank and this vehicle is parked for the last 3 months. Please help me out as I have not much money and time for experiment with the same company which make fool of me (may be other’s). Hope you will understand and help me out in this as the earliest as this has created a lot of tension in my mind. Kindly do the needful at the earlies. Ajay Sikka

                            I got a indigo manza under no.PB12N0713, chassis no MAT613001ALH27125 from your company on 10th dec 2010, and also i got extended warranty at the time of purchase the vehicle.
                            on date d[protected], i visited MACRO VENTURES PVT.LTD MOHALI for the regular service of my vehicle.there the service adviser (Mr. Parveen) told me that the following parts should be replaced as they are defected and they will be covered in the extended warranty (1. GLOW PLUG, 2. FAN, 3.POWER WINDOW MOTOR) and he need a approval from the company, so that the required could be fetched from the company and he further told me that this process will take 4-5 days. and the very next day the sevice adviser called me and told me that he has got the approval to replace the parts under the extended warranty scheme. and he told me that he will receive the parts in next 4 days & then he will call me to replace them, but after waiting for his call for more than 7 days I called the service adviser on 8th day, he told me that the required parts had been fitted in some other vehicle and he further told me that again the approval will be required and in just half an hour he again called me and told me that the company will not cover these parts in extended warranty, if you want to replace the parts then you have pay for that, i was completely shocked and surprised to got his answer even i could not drive my vehicle because of this fault from last 20 days.
                            this is just mockery of the plolcies of TATA MOTORS. i am getting harassed by MACRO VENTURES PVT.LTD the attitude of the company is not up to the expectation that we expect from franchisee of TATA MOTORS who is an ethical company.
                            i ill never recommend any body to visit this agency for service and buy nay vehicle of TATA.
                            I am so much harassed by this kind of service, it means there is no use of extended warranty then what is the benefit i got, and why are you recommended at the time purchase the vehicle.
                            kindly look into the matter very seriously it spoils the name of the company and it also shows that TATA MOTORS makes false commitment with his customers,

                              Dear sir, I sri Basudev Mohapatra, Owner of Vehicle No- OR 02 AX 1125 bring to your kind attention to the following facts: That on 07.12.2013 due to some mechanical as well as engine problem in my above mentioned Tata Indica Vehicle, I had send my vehicle to your service station under Bharat Motors, Pahala (Bhubaneswar ) with my driver .Though a job card had been issued to me but nobody attended my vehicle and caused in ordinate delay even to inspect the vehicle or even to know the grievance from my driver .After awaiting for an hours together when i telephoned to one of your manager namely sharma, he had neither paid any attention to my call nor even made any assurance to attend my vehicle by any of your mechanics .So feeling extremely painful for the above experience I had asked my driver to return back and to decided to repair my vehicle elsewhere .Though i have registered a Complainant through your customer care service and i have been given Complaint No I-[protected] but most probably no step was taken from your end .Therefore I am once again constrained to inform you about my grievance and expect that you must take immediate action on my complaint and ensure that this short of non professional activities should not be repeated by your service station .As we have a great respect and expectation from your company .Kindly make me know about your Future course o faction in my Number [protected] :[protected] Reg: Basudev Mohapatra Advocate Orissa High Court .

                                My vehicle MH-18-W-4321 Manza Prchase May 2010 Kms driven 12, 000 Tata complaint no[protected] I am Dr Pramod Shankpal, The chasis of my car [front and back portions ] totally rusted, with many holes in it, so last week AC piping broke, whole support system for AC broken, complained to Concorde motors worli Mumbai, they say they will need approval from tata manager-poona for this big repair costing apprx 20, 000 my car is lying with concorde motors worli Mumbai for 15 days, have have faced many issues since i purchased this car [ pl check how many times i visited tata workshops to get faulty switches, door locks, diccky locks repaired, till today i made 14 rounds of tata workshops to keep this defective manza running, Sir, I am writing here to see that what you could do for customer like me, as we spend this bigger amount of money for our satisfaction, but this TATA organisation making me a fool after selling this type of scrape car and poor services. I am very surprised, how TATA motor can manufacture and deliver such a poor quality to customer. this is manufacturing defect, how can a non-mechanical basic part of car [body frame-chassis in my case] get rusted so fast, i need complete repair of this cars body frame or i should be given a new replacement for this defective manza car, With deep anguish I am approaching your good offices for quick & corrective action please and thus saving me from any further mental & monitory stress, want TATA motors to, Replace product or repair it fully front and rear part of chassis of this car I FEEL CHEATED . I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING AFTER SOME DAYS OF MY WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE THAT CALL BACK THIS CAR TO THE FACTORY AND AFTER DOING THE PERFECT WORK, HAND IT OVER TO ME. It is surprising that a company of Tata's repute produces cars that have such recurring faults, appoints such dealers who couldn’t care less for a customer, and such after sales service which appear to be money sucking trap I can not define my mental strain.                                   This is bring to your notice that I Vijay Prakash purchased TATA INDIGO make Tata Moter, model DLS finding below ghastly experience on using CAR. A) 62000KM Engine Size head week B) 10000 KM after Break Problem C) Injector Not working properly D) Timing Belt E) Baring F) Ac Not working G) Heater Not Working H) RPM High I) Smock J) Light. K) Clutch Plate etc… There are numbers of other bad experience such as most time service centre are usually urging upon whether parts are replace on payment basis, or such parts are not covered under warranty. Being sole earner on transport income, it will pushing me to write such experience, I have already registered two complaint number I-[protected] & [protected] I would appreciate it if you could organize to fix all our maintenance related issue at the earliest. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.                                     The ECS was presented to them on Dec 1, 2013 against Dec 2, 2013. This led to the following: · ECS being rejected · Additional cost being levied as interest on my TMF account · Additional charges of Rs.112 levied by bank for return of ECS · Unnecessary phone calls placed by collections agencies and demanding money when the amount has already been paid. · My CIBIL credit rating being disrupted This has led to a lot of dissatisfaction which I feel is totally unfair by TMF. I would like to proceed with a consumer complaint against TMF to get a suitable compensation.
