      Dear Sir, I gave my car Indigo to agency for checking oil leakage problem, Agency guys said leakage is from tappet cover and they repaired it by changing gas kits and made me assured that problem is solved, After some days I faced again oil leakage problem, I again gave my car to them and they said now leakage is from manifold and repaired it and charged me again at that time they said me to change timing belt too I refuse them not to do anything else rather oil leakage problem but they force me to change timing belt but I refuse not to change belt and when I go to agency to take back my car they said we checked the timing belt and its ok no need to change it then I said why they ask me to change it before checking it and they said we think that your car is driven around 95000 km so may be it need to change but now we checked it and seems ok, Even I said thousand times to them for only doing leakage check they still interfere with timing belt and when I take my car back while driving I heared too much engine noise from my car and at next day i complained them that my car is making too much noise they said bring it any day they will check it. After a week while i am driving my car my timing belt broke and engine make too much noise and smoke, I brought my another car and take my car to home. My car timming belt is perfect and there is no knocking noise before they interfere with my timming belt and even after 3 times of repair there is still oil leakage problem. These Agency guys are fruads they made consumers cars to give problem after some days so that we bring our cars again and they can charge us again. In last three months I visit agency around 7-8 times and spend more than rs 35, 000 on my car charged by agency but still my car is not working and lying idle at home. I am having 2 Tata cars Indigo and Indica i already sold one and going to sell this in coming 1-2 weeks. I am not going to leave these fruads for looting me. In case you can help me by any way please let me know.

        I booked a tata vista on 31st dec 2013 and received the vehicle on 14th jan 2014. while booking and on the day of delivery i have asked the dealer Auto matrix Puttur, DK, Karnataka about the mfg date. They said we can not check it and it will be revealed when we get the RC. When i got the RC i was shocked to see the mfg month is dated Feb 2013. After that i approached them for compensation as they have given me a old vehicle without any information. They said they will check with the senior officers and prolonged it till yesterday. Yesterday when i asked again they are saying there was a discount for the vehicles. My car has a problem, engine goes off automatically while driving they repaired it once and the problem is not yet rectified. facing the same problem now also. and my new tyre worn out within 3000km and when i informed them they said they will check with the company and till now i didn't get replacement for tyres also.i think these problems because the car is a old one. will i get compensation for giving me a old car without informing me and there was a discount for cars in december from all the manufacturers and not only tata. it was ok if they gave me a car which is not older than six months. but they gave me a 11 months old i mean almost a year od that too without informing me. so please help me regarding that"

          Sir, My TATA NANO No, AS-08-6722, had a minor breakdown on the evening of 25.04.2014 at Mojowari 3km away from Thaizuari Army Camp and 70 km from Haflong, District HQ of N.C.Hills District, Assam. I informed through the TATA toll free and was advised to arrange for toying the car from the breakdown spot. As advised I approached ROSHAN TYRE SHOP & RECOVERY VAN, Katabari, Guwahati-35 on 28th(27th. being a Sunday) and as demanded paid rs. 12000/- as advance for the purpose.I gave them complete address of the breakdown spot and the drivers of the recovery van said that they have been there on earlier occassion and there is no problem in reaching that spot.I gave them the name and position of the roadside multipurpose shop and name of the owner of the shop with whom the key of the car has been kept.I also suggested them to proceed in the morning so that the job is finished before sundown. However, on the same day at around 2.30 pm the TATA call center informed me that the recovery van has already left for the purpose.As they have done a mistake by sending the toying vehicle at such an odd hour to such a remote place I decided to help them by providing an escort from Block Bazaar a place 30 km from the breakdown spot.But the vehicle reached there at around 11.30 pm and my escort declined to move at such an odd hour and offered to move at 4 am next morning.Thereafter a blame game continued over phone for almost two hour and they returned without completing the assigned job. Now they charging me double payment for performing the job once again. Sir I argued with them for over a week to lift my car from that remote place before something undesirable happens but they did not and continued blaming me over phone and charging extra amount for the purpose. Now on 5th may, 2014 I have towed the vehicle myself to Haflong for repair and spent Rs. 8000/- again. Sir, kindly give me justice at the earliest.             I have got done job in Kolkatta they have done the work. They have changed all ball joints of, bush and all neccessary spare parts to make the vehicle smooth and noise free. But after the job was done there is no improvement at all on small rough patch of road the vehicle is generating so much noise like before. The company has billed me Rs. 13000 for this particular work but the value of money is missing totally. I want to lodge strong complain against the company, either get the work done or else refund my Rs. 13000. I am the owner of the Car. The vehicle is Tata Safari - LX, Registration Number - MH43 - AJ- 7731 My Name is Dr. Manas Mukherjee Please resolve my complain at the earliest. Best regards

                I have purchased a Tata Sumo Gold Lx on 14.02.2013 from SBM Motors, Lalmati, NH-37, Guwahati 781029 (Assam). From day one my vehicle speedometer is not working properly and after complaining at dealer (SBM Motors), they told that the whole speedometer must be replaced. But till today my vehicle speedometer is not replaced because they told me that at present they do not have speedometer set in their stock and they (SBM Motors) also told me that they have given many orders to the company to send the same. As the company have not send the required speedometer set till now due to which the speedometer set in my vehicle could not be replaced. So, I am requesting Tata Motors to look in to the mater and take early action as I feel lot of harassment for waiting such a long time to replaced my vehicle speedometer as it is under warranty period.                   My tata indica vista car Reg. No.MH 02 BZ 7692 bought in the year Jan 2011, got broke down on road on 12th April 2014, when I called up emergency no. they told me that I do not have extended warranty, n will be charged a membership fee of Rs.950/- just for checking the car and whatever repair charges extra, I told them that I had bought 2 yrs. extended warranty, which shld show in their records but they said its not updated, I told them the exd. warranty papers are there at home but they denied giving any service, I was stranded on road with my family for 3 hrs. as parts of tata's r not available locally, I had to any how temporarily get it started from local tech. n anyhow bring the car to my home, after checking the exd. warranty papers I again called then n they told me to take the car to nearest service centre for free repair, the problem was the crank sensor had gone bad n not available anywhere else, but I was bluntly told that it doesn't meets the condition of service and the warranty has been lapsed, since in 2013 there was no service done in the centre, my car has run only 8000 kms till date, i have done 4 services till date even thou run only 8000 kms, I wasn't aware of such conditions while taking the policy or even after, nobody told me that my warranty will be made void, and even my policy was not there in their records whn I called them in emergency, they have eaten my hard earned money and was stranded on road with family for more than 3 hrs, this amounts to taking customer for a ride, and cheating them by falsely selling policy and making it void by any unaware conditions, The part gone is a electrical sensor which doesn't need regular service its a manufacturing failure

No.UP93S0061 bought in the year APR 2007, i am in defence . i posted to hard area since 2008 to 2013 so all my free car services and extended warranty services got lapsed on 28/04/2010.till date my car mileage is only 22000. i wanted to know is there any way to get few of my lapsed free services.

                      I bought a winger maxi van seating capacity 12+ 1 dual AC model 2009 through Shakthi Motors Thrissur, Kerala. I have been causing problems due to poor performs and non availability of spare parts.I have been trying to sell this car from Jan 2010, until now I could not sell and I approch RTO office to register from contract carrier to private passenger car, they told they cant do anything only 9 seater can give private registration. The insurance amount is Rs.18350 and tax Rs. 4100 for 3 month. At present I am working in Saudi Arabia after 3 month they will terminate my service due to over age, then it will be a problem for me to maintain this car.I shall be glad if you exchange this van with a new or used passenger car(Diesel).

                        I am working in tata consultancy services and being a tata employee I have a firm belief on tata group.But the vehicle which we bought tata nano lx model, from saraswathi motors hajipiur, patna, the service provided is extremely depressing and I need an immediate resolution for this as the sales person Mr Rakesh kumar has constantly failed to deliver the promises made by him before purchase.Kindly do an immediate follow up and get back to us ASAP as this issue has completely broken my trust on TATA groups and their services.hope you will get back ASAP. The procedure to deliver the vehicle has not met any compliance and now they are denying from the promises they made before purchase that is the music system and the gold coin ...I have been continuously chasing them going to their show room 4 hrs distant from my place but they are always ready with some excuses.Try getting back to me ASAP.

I made my complaint on 4th April 2014. Please find it as follows: To, N. K. Jain Manager, Tata Motors, Brijlax Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Cc: http://customercare.tatamotors.com/Complaint) Subject: Delivery of an accidental Tata Indica Vista Car I purchased a Tata Indica Vista Safire, 90PS, ABS car from your showroom on 26th April 2013. The car details are as below: Challan No. O/CT/42 Serial No. 611250APK77854 Chassis No. 611250APK77854 Engine No. 323B[protected] Colour: S-RED I discovered during the recent service of my car at your authorised workshop in Varanasi that this car had made three accidents before I purchased and received from you without informing me anything about those accidents. The service history of this car shows that it was repaired first time after accident in the same workshop on 02/06/2012, second time on 27/10/2012 and third time on 10/01/2013. For detailed descriptions of the jobs works done during the mentioned repair and paint works, and for documental records of the mentioned dates I have attached below the entire ‘Service History’ sheet with the email. In legal terms it makes a fraudulent case with a customer of internationally reputed Tata Motors Pvt. Ltd. I am sure nobody would like to purchases an accidental car knowingly and from the authorised showroom. I feel it is a cheating with me and the entire dealing has been provoking to take some action but I would like to hear back from you first, in case you come up with any acceptable solution in this regard. Because of these accidents, repair works and service history the exchange and resale value of car has gone down in an unexpected way. Kindly let me know what your reply is about this issue! For me, it would be batter if: My car can be replaced with a genuine Tata Vista Car, My money is returned and you call back your accidental Car. I already have faced an inconvenience caused by your showroom by ‘putting’ damaged stepney-tire tactfully that took months to be replaced. I have already shared this issue with the ‘Grievance and Customer Care Department of Tata Motors Pvt. Ltd. I am writing this email to you following their suggestion to get a judicious solution of this unfair deal. Kindly let me know your reply as soon as possible so I can proceed further.                               my name is RAGHU.i own a TATA INDICA VISTA LS car, the reg no. is KA11-M-4740.I bought that FROM URS CARS, MYSORE in mysore dist karnataka state.from the day of buying i am facing lot of problems in my car.within two year 7-8 times it is obtaining emergency service . Saturday from breakdown service man came, and assist, but when he went out within 15 min the vehicle doesnot starting.on that day itself 2 time i took breakdown service.but again within 4 hour i face that same problem.i am already facing that problem in 15 days back also and throght towing they take it out to the urs car dealership, near lakshmipura, ysore. in that service center i requested them to solve the problem, but they are very careless.they are not checking properly, they are concern to ready the vehicle temporary only.i ask them to check earthing, wiring etc... but they told that they check everyone.and there is no problem in the car.they are not bother about my problem.for them they have to give preference to gate pass as early as possible.

                                  It pains me to inform you that this vehicle has been a cause of big agony for me. I would rather say that purchasing this vehicle and trusting your brand name was my biggest mistake of life. It has so far covered the millage of around 40000 and this short run i have spent more than Rs. 1.5 Lacs on its repair since last one year despite being driven single handedly by me.
                                  I took this vehicle on hire purchase agreement from TATA Moters Finance LTD have been paying installment on time but repairing cost incurred on this vehicle has burdened me a lot and now i am finding the payment of installment very difficult. I also approached Tridev Moters your authorised dealer in Bhiwani to get this vehicle exchanged for an another model of your vehicle.
                                  But on hearing the vehicle name i want to exchange for a newer one they refused to entertain me during the telephonic conversation.

                                  This is more disgusting to know that even your authorised showrooms have refused to exchange the vehicle of your brand. Multinational brands like Toyota and Maruti Suzuki are so conserned about customer satisfaction that when the discover even small anomalies in their products they recall them for free replacement of parts.

                                  It is not expected from a brand like tata that it is so indifferent towards the apathy of its valued customer.
                                  I hope you will take viable action to relive me from the pain and suffering. I am undergoing and hopefully direct your authorised dealers to accept my request.

                                    This is vasanth from madurai.we are using Tata indica vista car and that was some problem last 13days before due to pump to filter tube and then we went to Tata motors authorized dealer A.R.A.S.in near palanganatham madurai, we asked for particular spare. we must need a spare for that and they were simply replied that we don't have a spare and it will come next 14days once we registered order, i really shocked for this answer from them and requested them to arrange space some thing or give my any reference number where i can get the spare and they simply replied we will not give any other reference.it seems they are not ready to take care of any response for customers even we bought the car there only. My question is : 1.why are they selling cars without any spare availability and if they are not interest to keep spars and they should inform early as we will not response for any car parts in future and we will not give you a proper response and we will simply tell that you have to wait for 14 to 15days - is that good behaviour for bushiness ? 2.why 14days required for spare parts ?- Is this coming from America or Japan ? We are living in a fast world if you put order from Chennai or some where you will get that spare with in a 3days or max 5 days. I am not sure as it is coming from any other different vehicle ??????? 3.I raised complaints against that dealer in their customer care and informed which I faced problems from there.they raised complaint request and told me it will be sort it out next 2days but still i did not receive any response from them even i had chased them 3 times.it seems that customer care also not ready to resolve customer complains.if they are doing like that then where we have to complaint Thanks Vasanth Mob:[protected]

                                      Hi this Rajesh From Tirupur - Tamilnadu.

                                      I have Indica vista car TN 39 AW 6061, Model of the car 2009. I have continuous complaint on AC cooling in my vehicle. I have registered 4 times complaints in coimbatore office & 1time in Tirupur office, even though after 3 months i have receving same complaint in the AC & not cleared.

                                      Each time i am paying charges for the new parts changes. Nearly i have spend around Rs. 15000 for AC repair charges alone.

                                      Finally January 1st 2014 again they repair the AC and the billed Rs. 8000 around. Again now AC are not working and i have given for service in coimbatore.

                                      Again yr service team saying we will clear the problem, this is the answer i am getting on each time with yr team.

                                      Also i am not receiving proper feed back from yr service center, when the vehicle will be ready. Each time i need to call them for the car is ready or not.

                                      I liked very much on Vista car, so that only i have booked for my marriage. But now i am worried a lot why i am booked this car.

                                      Due to yr service team failure, TATA MOTORS cars name get spoilled and this is the reason of vehicle sales failure compare to other cars.

                                      Looking forward to have to proper sollution for my vehicle.

                                        I bought Tata Manza in 2010. The car has excellent service record from authorized service stations only. In three and half years, six times one or other component failed, and car reported to service centres six times in addition to routine services. At 44000 kms, the engine gave signs of failure.. The service centres took no action and at 52000 kms within ext warranty period, the engine failed and needed overhaul. Now they are asking for money for many metal parts and process of machining and lathe to be done on internal components. The car is stuck at Gurgaon work-shop for more than a month, and Tata Motors is trying to ignore, elongate and bargain the matter. How can they ask for a single penny for the job which are not recommened anywhere in service manual. They sold a low quality product, and against their claim of 75000+150000 kms the engine failed within 50000 kms only. Now they want to get rid by providing a car fitted at local workshop on my cost.
