1. Bearing in mind utmost dignity and respect your Company deserve I am compelled to write the following few lines for your Serious consideration 2. I am owning one TATA Vista LS (TDI Engine) registered under Kerala Gov. as KL 29D 2542 purchased on 26 Aug 2011.The Engine no is 4751BT14HYY940154 and chassis no is MAT608535BPH63679. 3. During the first 30000 kms it’s steering gear box came to a halt and get replaced at CONCORD, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam(Dt) as it was on warranty period.In the next 20000 Kms it met with same problem again and it is advised to replace the steering gear box at the servicing centre. 4. It is a matter questioning the reliability and serviceability of the product and service provided at the servicing center .I am not convinced with the advice got from Servicing Managers Mr Eldho at CONCORD, Perumbavoor and Mr Jayan at CONCORD Ernakulam to change the steering gear box at own expense. Their approach to my problem was mere negligence and devoid of responsibility. 5. It will be a non-sense act to start spending money at this early life of the vehicle .It questions even my decision to invest hard earned money on your product believing reliability and quality. 6. The technical failure caused on the product twice in such a short duration points complete unreliability. So I am not ready to change the part at my expense as I doubt it will not guarantee sustained durability again. It became an utter head ache and suffering for me and my family. 7. So I request you to involve in my case favorably through proper channel to sort out the matter as early as possible. Same complaint has been raised through Consumer cell TATA Motors and the reply i received is attached here for your reference.I am not at all satisfied with their response as they compelling me to change/repair the part at my cost even if the problem exists with their component.

This is in reference to the telephonic conversation we had yesterday regarding the issues in your Tata Vista KL29D2542.At the outset we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.The subject vehicle had reported in Concorde Motors Perumbavoor workshop with issue in Power steering assembly.Since
your vehicle’s Tata Motors warranty has expired in August 2013 and also
since your vehicle is not covered under extended warranty coverage, the Power steering assembly needs to be replaced on payment basis to rectify the issue, cost of the same is coming to Rs.14203/.As an alternate option we can do overhauling of the Power steering assembly for which the cost will be coming around Rs.7000/-.As a goodwill measure we can provide a discount of 10% on labour charges for doing these repairs.Please feel free to contact the undersigned for any further clarification required.

    We have bought one new commercial vehicle(Tata Xenon) for our company i.e Inder Enterprises Pvt.Ltd. in the month of march 2014 from your nearby dealership in the name of Speed Motors, plot no-182/84, indl.area, phase-1, chandigarh.Earlier the quotation given from the dealer was higher than the actual price, we have made down payment according to the higher value.The said vehicle was financed from the bank and we came to know from the banker that the there is price difference of Rs.28412/-between it.After Knowing that we have made several efforts for that refund amount to the concerned person which was dealing with us i.e Piyush whose mobile number is [protected].I have visited personally to the dealership two times for that refund amount but they always say we are doing. Now its almost 3 months we are facing the problem.So, I request you to look into it seriously & solve the matter as soon as possible because number of calls has been made to the local dealer but now those people dont even pick my call.       Hi I purchased indigo manza aura in December 2009 from tuli motors kirti nagar( now closed). Ever since we bought this car it has become a pain in the neck. We have been regularly facing problems ever since then. First it was heating of the car, then power window went faulty. As if it was not enough again heating problem developed. Leakage in the coolent container and worst of all now the part which blocks the outer air from coming inside is broken and it's not available anywhere. Imagine our plight driving in this scorching heat of Delhi with hot air coming in!!!. All this has made me start regretting my decision of going for a tata car so much so that I will never recommend it to even my enemies!!!       Bought a tata manza from AR.AS.PV.PV dealer in Madurai. They gave us some months old product in which many problems started. Within few months nd less kms . Starting problem occurred with changing relays nd finally starter motor. Then clutch master cylinder later clutch slave cylinder. Nd now engine oil mixed with coolant liquid. That they took time nd repaired it. Within 100kms same problem repeated now. even paid for replacements coz of this faulty product. But vehicle is just 18 months old covered only 25000kms . Feed up facing problems with this car .. its not second hand . bought a brand new. But we were cheated by this Dealer. We need tata to replace this vehicle.

        Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased a new tata safari strome on 28th march 2014 lx model.The ac of the vehcile is not working properly since 27 days .I went to your car dealer at Hoshiarpur, Punjab many times and told them about the problem and they assured me that the part has to be replaced and we donot have the part with us and we will get it by a weeks time.As the strome is a new vehicle we donot have all the parts available with us.Don't u think this is ridiculous.You people are selling this beast and your dealerships donot have proper spare parts.You should ask strictly to the people of Cargo motors Hoshiarpur and Jallandhar.They called the part as relay with complete set of wiring.I have been calling them since but still the answer is not available yet.I am fully frustrated and I assure you that I will not hesitate in moving to courts.The heat is on in north India you people know it very well.The biggest problem is to get down anywhere anytime as the running ac stops.I request you to get my problem solved by saturday or get ready for the music of Indian law.

          Dear sir, I have purchased indigo LS as on 02.06.2014 from veer motor, bhopal contect no- [protected], [protected]-04. After purchased i have filled in car 20 ltr. Fuel Rs. 1300/-. but after noon same day 02.06.2014 car not start. i have tray again but car not started . agency mechanic checked but he was unable to start car, and as per telephonic conversation with agency person ( veer motor ) asked we have change the vehicle. and agency has refund 1300/- fuel cost. But now still time agency person not give satisfied answer. and he was asked me i have unable to refund fuel cost. And also agency not give any accessories items . Our side all payment are cleared. Plz do the needful. Action. C. NO. MAT607331EPB10505my investment of the day is 200/- flower mala, 501/- pandit pooja, 500/- sweets.dear sir, i am investing again this full amount 1201/- for the change car but that time i am only asking for my diesel but agency concern person is behaving like bullet. dear sir, plz plz do the needful action.

            Sir, I am the owner of Indigo CS car with registration number KL 08 AS 1525. I went to have the regular service of the car on achieving its 1, 14, 000/- kilometers. I cannot express in words the bitter experience I had with your dealer. Even now I am suffocating off blood pressure for the said bitter experience. I gave the car for service yesterday. The moment I gave the car, the technician / the person attended my car namely Nivin said that the service is a major service and the same will cost Rs. 9, 000/- When enquired, he was stating about change of time belt etc. etc. I told him that the time belt in abundant caution is already replaced when the kilometer was at 80, 000/- Any way he called me yesterday that the check engine light was cured and there after by evening once again he told me that the problem is with the main component termed it to be ECU or EMU (subject to correction) and the same will cost Rs. 15, 000/- He said that it is better to replace it; for otherwise any other disorder will not be correctly read and the same may cause irreparable damages to the car. Any way he was keen to collect Rs. 8, 850/- from me after service, stating and providing the bills of changed parts and labour charges, when I gave him Rs. 9, 000/- forgoing Rs. 3/- or 8/- in the total bill. i do not have any complaint over it, but I mentioned the same only to convince you that the dealer was prompt in collecting Rs. 9, 000/- from me. When he delivered the car the A/c was not working and he himself stated to me that it is because of engine check light blink, A/c is not working. I told him there was no problem for the A/c when Mr. Divakaran of Hyson Motors took the car and when I accompanied him to show him the humming sound etc. etc. Any way the CRM (stated to be Customer Relation Manager) namely Manoj called me and stated to me that I have not told at Hyson about A/c complaint and how can I blame them for malfunctioned A/c after delivery of the car. I have not taken delivery of the car. The A/c was functioning promptly. The miscreant labours have damaged it and the dealer is having a right to repair it. Any way, Sir, attention of yours is invited to the above. When I had the ambition of purchase of a car, I was behind Tata for it is only Tata provides the maximum facilities inclusive that of Turbo as experienced by me in my car for a lesser price. I was quite comfortable with my car right from its purchase. I used to attend local technicians / mechanics and it is only on scores of engine check light blink, I approached your dealer. The behaviour is not at all satisfactory and even having a customer relation manager, he was not pacifying me rather he was shouting at me. The person who attended the car seemed sober. I felt these people are only interested in bills and collections of bills and not in the customer satisfaction side. Better you may advice your dealer to have proper customer care relation with its customers; other wise TATA's name will be spoiled. In this regard I would like to bring in to your attention the way your dealer people behaved at the service center. They asked me take delivery of the car and kept me waiting for 1 and 1/2 hours for delivering the vehicle. It is also brought into your attention that the delivery attempted vehicle was taken back again to the service centre and it is only when I asked why they took my car again to the service centre they returned and said A/c is not working. Had the A/c not working promptly, when I delivered the car for work, why then they took the car back to the service centre that too after calling me to take delivery of the vehicle; if considered, will give you the answer that how your dealer is behaving to TATA's esteemed customers. The dealer is attempting to put the blame on me or on the ECU or EMU costing Rs. 19, 000/- they say the price of the unit. Sir, my car A/c was working promptly. More over the ECU or EMU was not with the dealer and they said without payment of half price in advance they will not order for it. Even if the said half amount is paid then also the customer has to wait for 10 to 15 days; they say. In such a situation how come the attempted repair of thiers over the ECU or EMU and the accusation for the default over me for the fault of A/c and the customer care relation manager's explanation, that too blaming on me that it is after delivery I have complained about it. Or blame it on the so called ECU or EMU Sir, I am totally fed up with the service attitude of your dealer. The experience was so bitter. I never used to project my profession as an Advocate any where. I consider myself in many among the citizens. I do not want any privilege as an Advocate. But I want the privilege as a customer. Especially when I am a totally satisfied TATA customer in all these days when I worked with local mechanics. Hope you will reciprocate to this and remedy my grievance and also the behavioural and service pattern of your dealer at Thrissur; both I beileve will be remedied. Few days back i gave my car for servicing at Jabalpur Motors ltd., Indore.I am having trouble regarding clutch and staring.There is no response from service center since 4 days.Its a humble request to make servicing of my car as soon as possible and process my complaint application at Jabalpur Motors ltd as well.

                Dear/sir 1. My car ap16br 8558 (Indigo manza) which is under service maintenance at the service center jasper automobiles, vijayawada, ap. . 2. Your service quality is very poor defective and not up to the customer satisfaction. My car had given service at your dealer jasper automobiles, vijayawada on 24.05.2014 wide your job card no- jc-jaaatm-vpi[protected]. The complaint i had given to your dealer for millage problem. They told to change the clutch for my car for better millage. They changed clutch and other necessary spare parts for better millage. They charged 18, 600.00 rupees for every thing. But they didnt rectify my problem. Iam getting dishausted about your dealer. If you are not able to rectify the problem, then why should your tata motors releasing cars.
                As iam running the transport company in andhra pradesh i had 15 motor trucks of tata. . Iam your customer since 8 years, if you are not able to rectify the customer problems we are not instrested to buy your products. I hope tata motors will take necessary & proper action about my problem and about your dealer.

                  Dear Sir, We have purchases three vehicle of Tata tipper-LPK 2518 TC on dated 12/12/2013 FROM Roshan motors Pvt Ltd. Commercial division, Plot no-G-504 Road NO9A, Near water tank, V.K.I Area, Jaipur Rajasthan in the name of “Enthral construction company Pvt Ltd.” Currently our work in going on Bareilly bypass road at Bareilly, yesterday dated 30/05/2014 one of the Fuel pump of tipper (Registration no RJ14GF/4633 having chasis no MAT448137D3K19639 and Engine no-B[protected]K[protected] has failure. We have sent the tipper to Tata Authorized service center (Grover Motors) Bareilly for repairing the fuel pump but they said that, it comes not under Tata motors liability part and forward to pump to MICO service center at Madhava Diesels Rampur Road C.B Gang Bareilly-243001.Mico has reject replace fuel pump due to show reason “proper filtration/particle in the fuel” it mean to say HPCL does not supply Pure Diesel. We are purchases Diesel from HPCL Pump and Duel Lab testing by Client APCO Infratech Ltd. Further that Other sixteen numbers of Tipper are working properly at site AMW, Tata, And Ashok Leyland so this reason of rejection not understandable. We have Also talk to customer care of Tata motors dated 31/05/2014 having reference no-[protected] but they are not agree to do any action in this matter. Due to this we are facing loss of Rs.10000.00 (Rupees Ten thousand) everyday due to Brake-down of tipper, such type of action by you and your’s vendor, costumer pass hopeless message and disappoint for future planning to stay connect with Tata motors, they can choose other option for growing their Business part. So, please take necessary action in this matter to short out as soon as possible, at the time of purchases we are connect only Tata motors. We don’t know about your vendors, so it is your liability part that to do necessary correspondence with vendor. We hope your kind and positive action.                     Registration no. MH 06 BE 477, Tata Indigoecs This complaint is in continuation of my previous complaint about AC issue in my car. I don’t exactly know where my car is standing right now, whether it is at Panvel Tata Service center or Nerul Tata service center. My car was having cooling coil issue and the same was under warranty period and part was installed on 24.05.14 i.e. after 22 days calculating from 02.05.2014 when I first took my car to Tata Service center, Panvel. After installation of cooling coil Mr. Ramesh Rane ([protected]) Manager of Panvel Service center observed that car was having issue of compressor also and then he called me and said that we are ordering the same part and that would be available in 3-4 days but till today they have not installed the part and now they are saying that part is still not available with them. Then he said me to call Mr. Sanjeev Shimpi ([protected]) who is GM of Fortune cars, Nerul but he is also reluctant to do anything from his end and his sayings are also the same that part is not available with them. If Tata motors are unable to make available the same part customer then why they are selling cars to customers that means Tata Motors can solve only minor problems on immediate basis if someone car is having major problem then it will definitely take more than a month. It’s just an harassment from Tata Motors to customers and disturbing their minds, Trust this time I have to say that Tata Motors services are hopeless and Pathetic. I have never faced such kind of issues when I was having Maruti Alto. It’s high time to sue you people, I don’t when I will get my car back but it’s for sure even after getting my car back I will sue you because I had faced lot of issues in absence of my car. There were certain incidents happened where I have to beg for car from my building premises even though I am having my owned car. My father suffered a lot since because of this bloody Tata motors car. My father is going to get operated on his eye on Monday and I don’t have source from my building premises to take him to an hospital and this time also I have to beg for car in my premises. Trust even I will get my car back I am going to sue you.

                      We struggling to repair our Tata Nano from day one as we have replaced Fuel pump 3 times, AC repaired 2 times but still not yet resolved, Silencer problem replaced 4 time & now yesterday Water pump gets faulty and engine getting Heat and we are not able to run it for 1-2 klmtrs when i logged the complain to break down dept & they are not addressing properly and asked to toe it for nearest location Sultanpur instead of Lucknow that is only 15 klmtr distance and earlier we have replaced all the parts from Lucknow only now they are teaching me the company policy.I am really fed up with CAR as well as the quality of services been provided by you guys.Being a leading brand it doesn't suits to your brand image, Please take it up on a serious note & get this fixed immediately.

                        Ons het 'n tata indica 2013 model sy binneste knop wat die wind reguleer het van die begin af nie gewerk nie met haar 15000 km diens het tata vereeniging gekyk en gese hulle moet parte bestel om dit reg te maak ons het die voertuig vandag na hulle terug geneem ons bly in heilbron en moet vereeniging toe gaan wat plus minus 200 km is dit beteken 'n dag se verlof as ook brandstof geld van 7 uur vanoggend wag ons daar tot amper 12 uur net om te hoor dit is nou 'n kabel en nie die knop nie die vraag is hoe het hulle gekyk toe die voertuig gediens is nou het hulle alles gediskonekteer tot die part kom dit is winter en die ruite wasem indien die part kom moet ons weer verlof by die werk vra as ook weer brandstof in gooi vir foute wat gemaak is deur tata vereeniging en al wat hulle se is ons is jammer jammer gooi nie brandstof in nie en jammer gee nie verlof by die werk nie nou wil die werkswinkel bestuurder vir my se ek moet weet dit vat lank om die kar uit mekaar te haal en jammer julle moet weer kom

                          i have booked Tata indigo ecs 29/04/2014 while booking the dealer said that vehicle will deliever in a week or less than 10 days but after paying the token advance of rupees 15000 now i am ready with all the documents including the bank sanction letter yesterday i called them and enquired my vehicle delievery they didnt pick my call after continuos calling to them they said like vehicle was not ready production problem.OM SAI CARS.

                            Respected sir, I am Loleetha.V.S, from Trivandrum (Kerala), submitting a serious complaint in front of the forum that, In 2012 October last week and in November, Tata Dealer -"Mohandas Motors, Trivandrum" Offered a Music system worth Rs25000/- with every purchase of Tata Nano LX Model AC Car at free cost. Attracting by this offer I booked a Tata Nano LX during that function. In March 2013 the Mohandas Motors Billed me a Tata Nano LX model AC Car ( N0 KLO1-BK-6019), But when they delivered the Car to me they didnot gave the "MUSIC SYSTEM " . One mr Varun conducted our doccumentations. I noticed him that the offrered Music system is absent. He said that " Mohandas Motors will certainlly issue the Music System when the stock comes onwards. But sir, at this time itself I didnot get the Offered Music System. The Music system fixing part laying vaccant and Iam in delema.                               I got a mail from tata motors of behalf of shatish yuvraj he mentioned dat you pay 9550 rs for Interview den we provide airline ticket n ol now he didnt recive our call.                                   Dear Sir, I gave my car Indigo to agency for checking oil leakage problem, Agency guys said leakage is from tappet cover and they repaired it by changing gas kits and made me assured that problem is solved, After some days I faced again oil leakage problem, I again gave my car to them and they said now leakage is from manifold and repaired it and charged me again at that time they said me to change timing belt too I refuse them not to do anything else rather oil leakage problem but they force me to change timing belt but I refuse not to change belt and when I go to agency to take back my car they said we checked the timing belt and its ok no need to change it then I said why they ask me to change it before checking it and they said we think that your car is driven around 95000 km so may be it need to change but now we checked it and seems ok, Even I said thousand times to them for only doing leakage check they still interfere with timing belt and when I take my car back while driving I heared too much engine noise from my car and at next day i complained them that my car is making too much noise they said bring it any day they will check it. After a week while i am driving my car my timing belt broke and engine make too much noise and smoke, I brought my another car and take my car to home. My car timming belt is perfect and there is no knocking noise before they interfere with my timming belt and even after 3 times of repair there is still oil leakage problem. These Agency guys are fruads they made consumers cars to give problem after some days so that we bring our cars again and they can charge us again. In last three months I visit agency around 7-8 times and spend more than rs 35, 000 on my car charged by agency but still my car is not working and lying idle at home. I am having 2 Tata cars Indigo and Indica i already sold one and going to sell this in coming 1-2 weeks. I am not going to leave these fruads for looting me. In case you can help me by any way please let me know.

                                    I booked a tata vista on 31st dec 2013 and received the vehicle on 14th jan 2014. while booking and on the day of delivery i have asked the dealer Auto matrix Puttur, DK, Karnataka about the mfg date. They said we can not check it and it will be revealed when we get the RC. When i got the RC i was shocked to see the mfg month is dated Feb 2013. After that i approached them for compensation as they have given me a old vehicle without any information. They said they will check with the senior officers and prolonged it till yesterday. Yesterday when i asked again they are saying there was a discount for the vehicles. My car has a problem, engine goes off automatically while driving they repaired it once and the problem is not yet rectified. facing the same problem now also. and my new tyre worn out within 3000km and when i informed them they said they will check with the company and till now i didn't get replacement for tyres also.i think these problems because the car is a old one. will i get compensation for giving me a old car without informing me and there was a discount for cars in december from all the manufacturers and not only tata. it was ok if they gave me a car which is not older than six months. but they gave me a 11 months old i mean almost a year od that too without informing me. so please help me regarding that"

                                      Sir, My TATA NANO No, AS-08-6722, had a minor breakdown on the evening of 25.04.2014 at Mojowari 3km away from Thaizuari Army Camp and 70 km from Haflong, District HQ of N.C.Hills District, Assam. I informed through the TATA toll free and was advised to arrange for toying the car from the breakdown spot. As advised I approached ROSHAN TYRE SHOP & RECOVERY VAN, Katabari, Guwahati-35 on 28th(27th. being a Sunday) and as demanded paid rs. 12000/- as advance for the purpose.I gave them complete address of the breakdown spot and the drivers of the recovery van said that they have been there on earlier occassion and there is no problem in reaching that spot.I gave them the name and position of the roadside multipurpose shop and name of the owner of the shop with whom the key of the car has been kept.I also suggested them to proceed in the morning so that the job is finished before sundown. However, on the same day at around 2.30 pm the TATA call center informed me that the recovery van has already left for the purpose.As they have done a mistake by sending the toying vehicle at such an odd hour to such a remote place I decided to help them by providing an escort from Block Bazaar a place 30 km from the breakdown spot.But the vehicle reached there at around 11.30 pm and my escort declined to move at such an odd hour and offered to move at 4 am next morning.Thereafter a blame game continued over phone for almost two hour and they returned without completing the assigned job. Now they charging me double payment for performing the job once again. Sir I argued with them for over a week to lift my car from that remote place before something undesirable happens but they did not and continued blaming me over phone and charging extra amount for the purpose. Now on 5th may, 2014 I have towed the vehicle myself to Haflong for repair and spent Rs. 8000/- again. Sir, kindly give me justice at the earliest.                                         I have got done job in Kolkatta they have done the work. They have changed all ball joints of, bush and all neccessary spare parts to make the vehicle smooth and noise free. But after the job was done there is no improvement at all on small rough patch of road the vehicle is generating so much noise like before. The company has billed me Rs. 13000 for this particular work but the value of money is missing totally. I want to lodge strong complain against the company, either get the work done or else refund my Rs. 13000. I am the owner of the Car. The vehicle is Tata Safari - LX, Registration Number - MH43 - AJ- 7731 My Name is Dr. Manas Mukherjee Please resolve my complain at the earliest. Best regards
