I had purchased a TATA MANZA Quadrajet from RD Motors of Kolkata. This vehicle bears the following details:

1. Delivery Taken by us 10th Jan 2011
2. Registration at Motor Vehicles 7th Jan 2011
3. Vehicle Registration no. WB06F- 3343
4. Name : Garg Agrotech P Ltd.
5. Invoice No. and date: RDMot[protected] dt 29/09/2010. Time : 10:24:31 P.M.

However, in March 2012, when we approached the service centre for renewal of extended warranty on the vehicle we were informed that the vehicle was sold to us on 29th Sep 2010, and hence the eligibility for extended warranty had expired in January 2012 itself. We fail to understand how, a car which was delivered to me in Jan 10, 2011 could bear such an old date of invoice.

We had subsequently tried to request to the service centre to consider providing us the facility but we were denied the extended warranty. Moreover, even our warranty period was forcibly expired on 29th Sep 2012 itself and we have been incurring expenses on the vehicle since then.

    With utmost regret i would like to divert your attention to a matter which has taken place in the course of 5 months
    I would like to inform that in august 2012, my father Mr. Navjeewan Kumar Singla became interested in buying one of the light commercial vehicle i.e. TATA ACE ZIP from SPEED MOTORS ,INDUSTRIAL AREA.
    At that time we were not aware that it would turn out to be our worst decision. Though at first we thought of getting it financed, but looking at the tedious procedure we agreed on getting it on cash payment.
    The same was intimated to the sales agent. We got the vehicle. The sales receipt showed a HYPOTHETICAL CHARGE by HDFC BANK.
    We informed the same to SPEED MOTORS. The same was changed but took a long duration of 1 month. I would also like to add that we did not received the original bill.
    A duplicate bill was delivered to us.
    Now when we received the insurance copy of the vehicle, it also includes a HYPOTHETICAL CHARGE by HDFC BANK. When we had a talk with the MANAGER of speed motors Mr. Kapoor, he asked us to come to the speed motors office and assured us that the same would be corrected. This morning i.e. 11 December 2012, my father reached Speed motors office. he was asked to sit and wait while the same would be done. During this, the papers were handed to some person and the Manager left. My father was left waiting for his work to be done.
    When no one came to guide my father, he asked the person who was handed our papers. He said he had a talk with the people from hdfc bank and that my father can collect the NOC from HDFC bank.
    When he went to hdfc bank, he was told to submit Rs. 1000.
    We have no problems in depositing Rs. 1000 but the question arises Why should we pay?
    Was this our fault? We are being harassed at every step.
    Now when we are about to receive our REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE we are in a doubt that it would also carry a charge.
    I request you to look into the matter with immediate effect.

      I have purchase a tata star bus from jagat radha motors motihari and finance by tata motors finance ltd.The loan instalment paid by me finally on dated-24 Jan 2012.I inform to finance officer of tata motors finance ltd motihari by written by telephone and also by face to face to give me NO DUES CERTIFICATE. Ten month gone but till now he or tata motors finance ltd do not give me my bus no dues certificate.The tata motors mentally harass .So i complain online for further action .

        1. On 13.10.2012 i was called by you for replacing my car's door trims
        2. After reaching at your servicing centre your service advisior mr. Gopal confirms me that all the four door trims are getting replaced
        3. I confirmed with hime two or three time and he gave me the same answer.
        4. As per his suggestion he asked me to pickup my car at 5. 00 P.M. because he said that it will take time. And i legt my car at your servicing centre.
        5. I got a call at 4.00 P.M. that the traims are not getting replaced because you do not have all four trims.
        6. I mmediately i came to your service centre and i got the same answer
        7. Then i meet Gopals' Manager that is Mr. Patil, and he promised me that the issue will get solved on monday.
        8. I explained Mr. Patil that i have visited balaji service centre 3 times in between because of the same problem> ( balaji cars call me wrongly for replacement of door trims)
        9. Today it is thursday and still my problem do not get solved. It is almost 10 months now after i launch my complaint to Balaji cars.
        I have following questions
        1. Who is repsonsible for my time�(nearly 10 months) which i spent for running after this issue?
        2. Who will bare and compensate me against my headque?
        3. Who will take responsibility for my expenses happened because of this problem?
        4. If you are not able to replace the parts within warrenty, then what is the use of paying foe such a third class service?
        If you do not answer my questions then i assume that all the things are acceptable to you.

        Please go through my following chain of emails. As discussed with you on phone today[protected] you promised
        me to solve my following two issues immediatey.

        My two issues pending since my third servicing.

        1. Mirror knob still need to be replaced, for which your executive placed the order for replacement in your system
        after third serving. Which was under warranty.

        2. Door trims mismatching problem- during warrenty backside door trims were replaced from your side because the
        cloth was damaged. But after that the texture is mismatching with the front door trim texture and dashboard texture.

        I told this many times to mr. Gopal and pratiksha and they agreed to this then they took the photo and placed the
        order for replacement of front door trims as well.

        I got the call from your side for replacement and for pending work then on 29 July I brought my car to ur serving
        center but nothing happened. So I took my car back without any work from ur side. That day I told all these issues to
        mr. Khan, he had taken the photo again of my car and he promised me that it will get solved soon.

        So now can I expects the action from ur side, before my car get damaged more. If this thing happen the whole
        liability will be on ur head.

          Dear Sir/Mam,
          Sub—full car repaired yet problem persists as company parts are faulty.
          I have an Indigo car No-DL4CU1235.In Aug 2011, it complained of diesel leak and henceforth it was taken to authorised company workshop M/S Metro Automobiles.
          The company personnel after inspection arrived at the conclusion that diesel pump reuter (make lucas) is at fault and needs to be repaired. I agreed. The invoice no MTRAUT-MN[protected] dated 20/08/2011 was for Rs.23003.I was told that pump is fine and is under 6month guarantee and any fault in pump will be repaired for free within that period.
          However the car broke down soon to my utmost horror. The car engine went dead, refused to start and was towed to the same workshop. I was told engine needs to be overhauled and I will never face any problem with this car and was given a guarantee for engine for next 12 months. The invoice no MTRAUT-MN[protected] dated 21/10/2011 was for the amount Rs77949.I was told that the car esp. engine is as good as new and in the car as nearly everything has been repaired or replaced and will only require service at every 1,000 kms.
          Than the battery of the car went bleak, so it was also replaced. Whenever the car was taken on road after max 15 minutes engine begun to heat and car always stopped and at times on buys road and had to be towed. Such instances were nightmare. Once it dropped dead near Okhla in evening around sunset time and it was hell towing the car that night. After that I contacted the workshop. I was told since the engine is new, that’s why it’s heating up and if first service is done than there will not be any problem. I got confused as new cars never heat up.
          Yet I send the car for service and it was billed for Rs 2344, invoice No-- MTRAUT-MN-R[protected] dated 05/12/2011.Yet the car heated up again and again that too when it went barley 2km from the workshop. It was like a ticking bomb waiting to explode. So it was parked back to workshop.
          So I stopped using the car. Finally I asked company workshop as I am fed with this recurring account and I don’t want to run any more expenses. They convinced me it’s going to be last time as it’s only a small negligent issue of overheating. Bill came of Rs. 5108 dated 08 Feb 2012.I felt proud on Indian workmanship but my joy was short lived. Again the car refused to ply on road even for a single day. I parked the car in their workshop and told them they can keep it and do whatever they want to do with it. I was told they are not able to diagnose the problem, even after two services, so they decided to do the alternator overhauling as this was only thing left. Till than they had changed all spare parts. So electricity work was done again. I was told only the top body is old, inside everything including engine electric items, wiring and every possible part is brand new.
          Yet the car refused to work. To my horror when I took the car out from the workshop engine oil begun to leak like running tap. I felt like tearing my hairs apart or commit suicide. Seemed to be a scene straight from some vintage Charlie Chaplin comedy movie .However the comedy of errors was always billed upon me. It was billed for Rs.7758 dated 20th March 2012.So it was parked again at the workshop.
          This time I was told due to oil and diesel continuous leak engine is heating up. Finally the problem they said has been diagnosed and it has been diagnosed by 4 engineers from Tata Motors. I was told 4 engineers from Tata Motors flown down to check the car and now it’s in superb condition. The leakage was closed and car repaired under supervision of Tata Motors’s engineers who are automobile experts. It was billed on 21st May 2012 for Rs 9944.
          The car was taken out for a test drive from the workshop and returned immediately as tyres went kaput and car heated. This costed me Rs .7261 on a bill dated 25th May 2012.
          Yet the car overheated again when taken out for test drive.

          .I told them I do not have much money ,it’s better to buy a new car than spend so much on its repair. I was told it’s a small amount and buying a new car will cost far more .This car will work for at least 5 years. Than I was told the oil pump is at fault. Engine is not getting diesel as retuer is at fault. This was the fault they told me when I went first time and then the bill was for Rs 23003 dated 20th August 2011. It’s another day, another dollar for new wine into old bottle.
          Car was regularly parked at company’s workshop and never really worked. I was enlightened that Reuter is repaired by company named Lucas and it has a guarantee of six months whether the car is in use or not. It was supposed to be a job to be worth doing and it was supposed to be worth doing well as I was paying for it. Yet this old problem was not fixed again properly and I was made to cough up Rs.16,392 for a bill dated 19th July 2012.
          Even after this last hurray the car overheated and is gone for dead. Iam nearly bankrupt spending money and have been told by your esteemed workshop that they are due diligent and are doing full labour but cant hep if the company provides faulty parts. So when they repair one part another goes off the hook. Due to this continued overheating the coolant tank has burst and coolant is also leaking. It will run a bill of Rs 5,000 and above and yet there is no guarantee that it will work. The old problem of overheating is still there and this will run a hefty bill.
          Till today whenever I had a word with your customer care nobody listens. I have told them umpteen times about bad spare parts, bad service and yet nothing from your end. I always registered my complained or as I was told by your customer care but no reply. Bad product, bad customer service.
          Not something Jamsethji Tata dreamt off when he had the idea to start an Iron and steel factory and make Sir F. Upcott eat every pound of Steel that TISCO made. Making customer pay for company’s bad products was never practiced during reign of later JRD Tata.Mr. Ratan Tata also exhorted the same when he gave us India’s first truly Indian car. I still remember the republic day parade when Tata cars accompanied President’s convoy to rajpath after we had our Indian car. Every Indian looks up to Tata Motors as it has reversed India’s position in England as it has given us prestige in market of our earlier colonial masters. Here I am suffering from your faulty product and I am not a rich man .
          When i complained to tata motors initially they took the car for inspection.they made a bill of over one lakhs and now ant me to pay it and get car repaired from another dealer.When i said i wont pay than tata motors has confiscated the car. than they took me to metro automobiles and made fun of me .daily tata motors customer care call me and harras me.they do not want to return my car.they say issue is closed and has been resolved.if i want my car back than i must get it repaired from dealer of their choice and pay for it or forget about car.

            I had taken an Auto Car loan from Tata Motors Finance. The first 8 EMIs hit my account on time , the 9th EMI never reflected in my account. I started getting rude calls from TMF Borivali asking me to appear before them at their branch. On checking from my bank, I was informed that the ECS mandate was wrongly dated and hence the EMI was not cleared from my account inspite of sufficient funds being available. By the time I was able meet the concerned people at Borivali Branch...who were very rude and treated me as if I was some kind of criminal by making me wait for more than an hour...the next months EMI had already hit my bank and also got cleared. After that all EMIs came in my on time and got cleared...this inspite of not submitting any new ECS mandate to either TMF or my bank.

            While I was ready to make the ECS amount payment, the branch refused to accept the amount without the bounce charges which I have denied to pay since it was more of a technical fault. I have also scanned and submitted my bank statements showing that my funds were available during the time the ECS was supposed to hit my account to the Customer Care. Though I was being assured that they will be looking into the matter , nothing has been done for the last two years. Now my loan tenure is also over, and leaving the ECS which never hit my account due to the mandate problem, all amounts have been cleared.

            This entire issue has also been reported by TMF to Cibil, thereby affecting my report. I have all correspondences with Customer Care as well as the then Branch Manager Digamber Dhige(who was a lotus in the muck of grime in the branch). Unfortunately even he is no longer with the branch.

            I am ready to pay the ECS amount anytime I am asked for...but not ready to pay any charges which are not due to me, because it is not my mistake.

              he is forcefully fire me from my job without providing my TA -DA & monthly salary . Although i want to continue my job.

                i would like to bring in ur knowledge that i have loaned a tata indica vista by tata motors finance indore. but last three emis i could not deposit . the miss communication was held by firs in tata motors they allowed me to deduct the e.m.i through ecs system. the date of ecs was given by me from10-15 of every month. but they arranged the date of 02 of every month. i m a part time salaried employee how can i deposit my e.m.i before of 02 in every month. for after this i went to visit indore office to terminate my loan amount they did not talk politely and mr. aadarsh chouhan who is in collection behaved rudely and talked like rubbish thing. he was saying and misbehaving like he is the boss.. so i m much depressed and in tension to commit wrong with me. i asked few days for repayment but he did not listen anything and giving threatened to take away my car without any leagle notice. sir pls co-operate me.

                      I have purchased TATA Manza in May'10. At time of purchase I was told that company recommend Castrol synthetic oil for this vehicle and the drain out interval is 20,000kms Same has beenmentioned in the booklet issued to me and confirmed by the TATA serivce engineers. I got my car oil change at 20,000 kms of running and my next due should be 40,000 kms. However when I visited the workshop due to some other work, I came to know the drain out interval has been reduced to 10,000kms. Its sounds very weird because no intimation given to the customer for this and stating that if this is not done, your extended warranty will get void. Also I want to know what is the reason for this sudden change, is the quality of oil has degraded or the engine is not performing upto the mark?. I have rasied the issue to the service center and their help line no. Apart from an answer of contact service centre by helpline and vice versa, I was told your complaint will be resolved in next 48 hours. Unfortunetly I never received a call and when I followed up again I was told that the we are sending you a letter stating that the change is done to provide better service.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased a TATA Indigo Manza Vehicle from Ashok Motors, Guwahati in year 2011 and sent to Arrah, Bihar at my permanent residence. I used to do servicing at Guinea Motor, Ara Garden, Bailey Road, Patna. I have sent my vehicle to service centre like 10, 000; 20, 000; 28, 000, 32, 000; 37, 000 but never satisfied from their servicing at Guinea Motor Patna.
                      When, I had went for servicing on 37, 000 in the month of March, 2014 and requested them that I am facing pick up problem and some other issue problem in my vehicle like hard clutch, Mileage problem, Gear problem etc. After whole servicing they told me every thing is now fine and your vehicle is in good condition except they were not having gear cable and they will advice me. But, after test drive of my vehicle i was not satisfied and insisted them there is still pick problem. But, they denied and ride with me for test drive in rush area and told me pick up is good.

                      On 7th of March, I could not able to start my vehicle and reached to service centre, Guinea Motors with the help of some other vehicle. They have checked my vehicle on 9th of March and told that TURBO of vehicle need to be changed which will cost around Rs, 50, 000.00. My vehicle is in the extended warranty but they have rejected my claim citing that servicing of vehicle was not done on time. I have lodge three complaint to TATA Motors vide copain No. 1-[protected],
                      1-[protected], 1-[protected] but till now did not received any call or resolution .
                      I am just suffering this situation only because of bad servicing of my vehicle. As on today, they again telling that there are some other other problem in the vehicle like some short block, etc and it will cost around Rs.80, 000 that means total cost of repairing will be Rs.1, 30, 000.
                      I am not satisfied the reason mentioned in the rejection letter as the servicing of my vehicle was always done on Authorised service centre (Guinea Motors, Patna)and on regular basis like 20000Km, 28000Km, 32000Km, 37000KM. The authorized service centre of TATA Motors has its duty to inform the fault in the vehicle after properly checking, Test drive of the vehicle. But earlier, it was not advise me from thier end that what was lacking in my vehicle.This situation arises because of bad servicing and ignorance of service centre and myself is going to suffer monetary loss. So, I request to look into this matter and want my claim under extended warranty for cost of parts &amp;amp; servicing.
                      Kindly, look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve this issue

                            We are a proud owner of Tata Vista model Quadrajet Aura since Feb 2009.

                            We were so happy with the vehicle that we became a strong supporter of TATA cars and always recommending in our friends circle of leading software technocrats, engineers, business men and like-minded people to go only for a quality, value-for-money product – a car from TATA.

                            We had taken an extended warranty for 2 years. Other than the TATA car & quality, we were lucky to have a caring Service provider at Ghaziabad, who are always ready to listen & solve our small problems by offering quick, efficient and reliable service. Above all these factors, TATA has a very good call centre doing regular cross check up and collecting data for any service complaints. They used to call up at regular intervals, checking up the status of any complaints.

                            In all these 2 years we had only minor service calls.

                            But all of a sudden, a few days back, our car started emitting black smoke and suffered loss of power. We have given the car to service station at ghaziabad vide Job Work dated[protected] for servicing. To our shock we are told that engine needs to be changed/overhauled costing a fortune. To convince us, they attempted by showing two small rubber hose pipes by lifting the car and explained the criticality of same causing the engine damage .

                            In light of above, following is my submission:
                            1. The vehicle is in good exterior condition and has never met an accident in its service life.
                            2. The Vehicle is covered under valid extended warranty.
                            3. The vehicle has been serviced apropos Service Schedule from Tata Authorized Service Centre.
                            4. I have strictly followed the Owner’s Manual for Cautions and Precautions, whereby there is no mention of visual check by owner of these critical hoses which may lead to engine damage.
                            5. The instrument cluster of the Vehicle has no indicator warning of any engine damage till date.

                            Tata Motors has sent a standard reply that the engine has been damaged because of dust entry.

                            My question here is to Tata Motors. I am rewriting it here:
                            1. The reply they/GAS is giving is unconvincing.
                            2. I would like to reiterate that I have had strict adherence to service schedules and periodicity for the vehicle which can be verified in your ERP system.
                            3. How could the rubber hose as displayed by your service supervisor get damaged when there is no access to it? It is a clear case of bad product design/poor quality.
                            4. There is no mention of visual inspection by the Owner in Manual for this critical component for dust entry/cracks etc.
                            5. If it is so critical then there should be an alarm to indicate the damage to the pipe. Why did the CHECK ENGINE light not go on in the dashboard? Why is there no LED or light in the dashboard?
                            6. Replacement/Inspection of this critical component is not mentioned in the Service Manual.

                            Vista, it seems, has a design fault. The Intercooler is located inside front bumper and it has very less ground clearance at this section. There is possibility that bumper scraps at speed breakers, which increases possibility of intercooler damage. In any case, I am not in sync with the standard reply from GAS. Request someone from TATA/GAS to call me and convince me technically. Simply shrugging off shoulders is not done, I will not accept this design flaw, the damages have to be compensated by Tata Motors.

                            Will someone please pass me contact info of somebody senior at Tata Motors to help resolve this issue? Otherwise I am being forced to take up the matter with Consumer Courts.

                                I have taken a Tata Ace uroII in the name of Sunil kumar c/o Sh Harbans Lal of which contract number [protected] and Reg No. UP15AT3795 on dated 24.01.2009. I have alredy paid 43 instalment on till date now I would like to pay the balance amount completely at a glance and like to close my loan account. For which I go to meerut sales office of TMFL but they did not responding well alongwith they told me to pay Rs. 5000/- AS PMT charges and Document chg Rs. 2750/- to settel the account. But my outstanding amount is Rs. 27706.42 only. Just tell me that What is the PMT % for PMT and why should be again chrges against documentation levied on coustmer.

                                  respected sir,
                                  i got my nano in mid september 2009.....we were so happy to get it so early.....
                                  i must say that....i love my nano..& want to love nano....as far as .......i m thankful to ratan saheb..because of him i m running on roads according to my choice.

                                  but i m facing a great problem..of average...my nano is capable of 11-12 km/l
                                  i m really frustrated ....after every service we were told of its improvement...but no results
                                  because of its poor mileage my monthly expanses are in questionmark
                                  i m fade up of its services here in lucknow .....after every service ..we r prepared to face some new unknown problems..with previous one

                                  i never wanted to complaint for the same....now i m bothered to.......now please i want ur attention..guide me,what should i do ?

                                    Its on March 2012 theat i bought a TATA nano(LX). Now after thee 5the monthe I am facing combination of problems.
                                    Car stops at free will randomly,at times after parking thee car and leaving it idle for a while,when I try to start thee car theere comes no response, even after turning thee key fully no ignition sound comes.And it starts when it feels to(completely out of hand situation)It is embarrassing especially when it happens on a 3rd parties presence.

                                    Anotheer issue is with the yellow light theat appears near the speedometer sometheing related to the Engine,on the run the light lites up for a split of a second and thee car slows down as a result as if its going to stop by itself.This is happening for 2 weeks now.

                                    Bothe theese issues are occasional it does not come up always but theey are persisting.

                                    Its totally disappointing,as TATA promises so much on TATA nano and is failing to fulfill them.

                                    I purchase TATA NANO Car in the month of SEPT 2011 IN Fist week . At the time of delivery. sales-boy asked me that some work is pending which are committed by them and one handle of door was broken & RC book is not issue me dealer is not responding still

                                        My Name is Shone Philip. I booked for Tata Vista VX few weeks back. I opted for finance as well from HDFC bank. But unfortunately i got very bad experience from both. They behaved like 'm in an era where there is no other option for me to buy a car... If i have to wait for long period i could have chose Maruti Swift and a car-loan from a a nationalised bank. What RF motors did is, they delayed to send margin money receipt to the bank and HDFC ppl delayed loan, which was already approved, by not sending the fund transfer on time. They delayed like this for few days without any justification!!
                                        If their pre-sales behaviour is like this how will be their after sales!!!
                                        Since its monsoon over here and i sold my previous car, my life got terrible that i have to depend on taxi/autorickshaw everytime i go out. Then i decided to cancel my booking and go for a used car which is readily available. I cancelled my booking on 9th of July and they promised me to refund my advance Rs 2,05,000/- rupees which i paid a week ago. I said okay... Nw when i called them, Mr JAYESH, the sales team leader is telling i have to wait another week for the money. Is it a gentleman deal??
