Sir,
I Sourav Shankar really sorry to say that i am not satisfied with the service provided by aastha motors, Patna (Bihar). We have two cars from TATA motors only because of the name and fame of TATA. But the service provided by Guinea motors, Patna (Bihar) can't be neglected and yes! i appreciate. But in aastha motors, the employee are not well behaved, the way of talking is really pathetic and rediculous. They gave us car in little bit good condition but after my interuption.
When i requested for the feedback form, they tried to show as they don't know what the feedback form is. I discussed about it and let them understand then they told me that they could not give me as the forms were not available. They also said that they did not know where it has been kept. So, i decided to give my views through mail.

    I have problems with TATA INDICA XETA GLS, purchased From A one motors Delhi, On 5th Jan 2008. Several times i had to visit the workshop, for the problem of Missing On petrol ". Mechanic shall repair everytime but without entering the problem in job card. This is 3th time that the problem occured and the workshop (Raghuvanshi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Bodyshop 485 A/2, Dilshad Garden Industrial Area, Main G T Road, Opp. Dilshad Garden Metro Station, Dishad Garden, Delhi – 95) I wish somebody of TATA MOTORS listening this time.

      i bought a new tata vista in nov' 2011 (just 3 months earlier).

      i send my this car on second service, to rama motors at okhla-1, new delhi. they said me that they will topup my car engine oil if required. but i shocked when they said that my this car is top up by 1 liter engine oil, at just 5500 kms.

      is tata is making such bad engines, that requires 1 liter engine oil in just 5500 kms?
      or this is a plan to cheat a customer by tata authorised service centers.

      secondly they said they will lubricate the doors after washing, for this they charge very huge amount, for just spraying a small quantity of rust free spray.

      does tata motors thinks that customers should be satisfy by such type of cars and such type of cheating & looting behaviour of tata authorised service centres.

      unsatisfy customer of tata motors.

      Perfect Service Centre, Okhla — Cheating Customers

      Sir, Around mid-Feb 09 I called up Just Dial to find a Godrej Repair company to replace a Baffle Tray which had cracked. Around 10 vendor reps called and I selected Perfect Service Centre, #D-10/4 Phase 2, Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Industrial Estate, Delhi-110020, Phone:[protected], Mobile:[protected]. Their service engineer (Shakeel[protected] installed a defective tray and charged me Rs 1, 250/- (850/- for the tray, 250/- installation and 150/- for home service). On 2 Mar 09 after repeated calls, he came and took the tray promising to replace it and has not been heard from since. The Company (Mobile:[protected] has stopped responding to my calls. Please let me know how can I take this complaint to the Consumer Court. Do I need to file an FIR ? I have their receipt in original. Thank you, Ashutosh

      I Booked a TATA SAFARI VX 4*4 through your dealer M/s NATIONAL GARAGE. Jammu ON 24.11.09 and The vehicle was to be delivered
      09-12-09. i paid booking amount on same day and the remaining amount as bank draft on[protected].
      On the day of delivery tata people told it will be delivered on 15th of December.15th dec. nothing happened no body called to tell when they are going to deliver the vehicle.So i called tata moters on 17th of dec. i was told to talk with Mr. Vishal the GM TATA MOTORS JAMMU, he asked me he will call next day, nothing of that sort happened. I again called him next day on which he got angry and talked ruidly and mischievously over the phone and when i asked him that when the vehicle is to be delivered then he misbehaved and told that i am not your servent and he banged the phone.Is this is the way to treat your customers? And today on 24th dec. i haven't got the delivery of car.
      sir i think that your co.is proud of our nation and this type of behaviour shows me that there is not good management of your co. very worst and third class management is being implemented in your co.
      in future i can not refer to any person about your product inspite of that whether even your product is monopoly item or not.

      Subject: Complaint against harassment, faulty workmanship and uncouth and rude behavior from staff of Rama Motors, Okhla, New Delhi 110 020

      Ma’am/Sir

      I, Jayanta Mukherjee, R/o. B 223, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi 110 019, owner of black Indica Reg# DL 3C AC 8360; would like to bring to your notice, the harassment and rude behavior that I have been facing from Rama Motors, Okhla, New Delhi.

      My ordeal started on February 06, 2012, when I had handed over my car for running repairs in the fuel pump and other related and small work. The details are as follows:

      1. The service advisor’s name: Varun (+[protected]
      2. Estimated date of delivery: February 08, 2012; Actual date of delivery: February 09, 2012 at 2130 hrs.
      3. Amount paid for all the works: Rs 21, 500/- (The detailed invoice is attached)
      4. The pump was not fixed properly, had to go back the next day again to get it checked.
      5. The front wheels had been left loose (bolts were not tightened) which could have led to serious accidents and injury.
      6. The washing and interior cleaning quality was of the lowest standards possible.
      7. The workshop Manager, Mr Avinash (+[protected], tells me that the problems and the delays are because of shortage of manpower. This is certainly not my headache.
      8. The workshop manager (Mr Avinash) and another guy, Mr Vivek (+[protected] behave in the rudest possible way indicating maybe that they are doing a favor to me by fixing my car.
      9. Had to go back and get the catalytic converter de-carboned (something that was there on the job card, but they did not bother to fix).
      10. One of the problems was that, the central alarm was not sounding on opening the driver’s door, the boot and the bonnet. Varun tells me It’s because the locking remote is bad. On insisting, it was found that the switches were spoiled and hence the alarm was not working properly. Therefore, the service advisor tried to misguide me to cover up for their inadequacy.
      11. There was an electrical issue with short circuiting or maybe earthing which was also on the job card and on asking them was assured that it has been fixed. As it appeared later, it certainly had not been touched, forget about fixing.
      12. There was a major problem with the fuel pump resulting in low pick-up and fluctuating RPM, even though I paid Rs 14, 310/-, it was never fixed requiring a third visit.

      None of the works paid for had been completed and moreover, the behavior of the management staff (Mr Avinash, Mr Aditya) along with the workshop staff was appalling and unbefitting of Tata Motors.

      The second ordeal:

      1. Went back the next day (February 10, 2012) with the same issues. The car was rewashed and the catalytic convertor de-carboned.
      2. The electrical issues remained.
      3. The fuel pump issue remained.


      The Third Ordeal:

      1. Went back with the same complaints on February 18, 2012
      2. Service advisor: Sagar (+[protected]
      3. Again ended up paying Rs 8, 830/-
      4. Got the car back after nearly a week later on February 26, 2012.
      5. The RPM fluctuations and the low pick up, which, till now had been blamed on the fuel pump suddenly turned into an issue with the clutch and the electrical issues turned into a faulty alternator. (They had checked the alternator during the 1st visit and certified it running properly).
      6. The fuel injection system was also overhauled.


      Within 270 km of running the car, my Fourth Ordeal starts:

      1. Suddenly while driving to work, the “Check Engine” lights came on and the car started making weird noises. Called up Rama Motors. This was on March 07, 2012.
      2. Mechanic from Rama Motors identified the issue as being in the fuel injector system (something that has already been fixed and paid for)
      3. Mr Avinash gave the commitment to deliver the repaired car on the very same day or else, provide a loaner car. Nobody from Rama Motors called up regarding the loaner car nor did anyone call to inform that the car would not be delivered the same day.
      4. Today is March 9, 2012; on calling Avinash he started yelling at me and telling me that he does not have to report to me. The car is not yet delivered and I am still stuck with no transportation due to the sloppy work and unethical work culture of Rama Motors.


      The whole point of this letter is to inform you and keep you abreast of the ground realities which are contributing to the general dissent to buy Tata cars. And, also to inform you about the legal action that I shall be initiating against Rama Motors.

      These complaints have been lodged with Tata Motors customer care before (Complaint no. 1-[protected]) and also with the National Consumer Forum (Complaint no. 360778).

      The most shocking and appalling thing about the whole ordeal is that the management staff is so insensitive to the customers issues (and I thought customer was king!!) and this is leading the workers to just follow the lead. I would like to lodge the complaint against Rama Motors in particular and the following people in particular for all the harassment and uncouth behavior:

            I dropped my car (Indigo CS no PB 51 A-3000) at Raj Motors for insurance claim. When I went there for picking the car they introduced me a new problem in car that is loud noise in car due to faulty Nozzle. When I dropped the car there is no any problem then why should I Pay for the same.
            After lots of discussion they said you just pay 2000 and we will replace or repair the same. Next day they did not produce any bill for the same. Even they demanded 500 extra for settlement of claim. First day they confirmed the bill amount 1577 but while collecting the car they demanded 500 extra for surveyor. That’s all is not enough for them even one engineer came to me and whispered in my ear and said after 10 days we will also replace your Fog Lamp currently these are duplicate. But I don’t know how they get convert into duplicate.
            That means all engineer in workshop has regular practice to get replace original parts with duplicate parts. When customers face the problem in cars then they demand for extra charge to get solve the same problem which is not realistic. Also they don’t produce any bill for these amounts.
            Same harassment I have to face two months back when I dropped my car for regular service. It’s a regular problem with TATA Motors workshop. They don’t produce the bill and regularly replace the genuine parts with duplicate parts. Because first day they said Nozzle always matches with chassis and engine no and it don’t get repaired. Then how they solve the problem very next day and produce new nozzle which match with chassis no
            This is not about 2500 which they charged extra but its all about ethics and values which they are showing. That means TATA Motors cheats the customer.

              would like to inform you that I was visited at PAHWA MOTORS on 12.02.2012 to exchange My old Car i.e. Model Maruti Zen, 1998 with TATA NANO.

              I was interested in the TATA Nano in exchange offer but I think TATA Motors employees doest want to sell their cars. As there is Mr. Rajeev checked my CAR and told me that your car value is Rs. 12000 only. I was surprised and shocked that I thought he was joking but he was serious.

              This kind of behaviour he is insulting all customers. I think if I will sell this car in Scrap though I will be get around Rs. 20000 to 25000 then how can I give you in Rs. 12000.

              Sorry dear now I think you and your scheme is very POOR as well as your employees are also not meaningful. They are doing insult everyone.

              I was very very hearted and now decided I will never go to TATA MOTORS Showrooms.

              Also like to inform you that after that I was gone on MARUTI Showroom Jahangirpur at they valued my CAR Rs. 30000. For your information only.

                With My new Car extra Spare Wheel, Tyre and tube I have received Old and for that I have received a written complaint ( which they are blaming tyre company and tyre company blaming dealer ) from them which is attached.

                Complain with tata motors : -
                Jan 2012 raised a complain - 1-[protected]
                After 15 days when I called they updated please talk to co-ordinator at BBSR - leena rani - [protected] – She updated she don’t know.
                9th Feb 2012 when I called them they told complain closed ( even they never called me or discussed with me anything )
                9th Feb 2012 again I have reopened this ticket - 1-[protected] and file this complain here.
                Please help me to get my New Spare Wheel, Tyre and tube (staypin) .

                  Hi, I'm Prakash Giri from Kolkata, I complete MBA and registered my profile in different job site. One evening I get mail offering for Any ty pe of Job with my academic qualification. Yes, it's from TATA MOTORS PVT LTD. At first, I could not imagine that What I get but they asking for Rs 8,500 by next day as saying the last day to deposit Refundable Security Money in any State Bank of India in Authorized A/c (What is Authorized?). By the way they also said only 92 candidate selected and only 90 post are there.
                  If that are real then why they ask for Money.

                  I hope after this Tata Authority would do something for Prevent this kind of hoax.

                    SEEMS SOME FRADULENT PRACTICE BEING ADOPTED BY THE DEALER IN CONVENIENCE WITH REGIONAL MARKETING HEADS.

                    SOME OF THE CAR PARTS ARE REPEATEDLY MALFUNCTIONING & ARE GOING CHANGED UNDER WARRENTY PERIOD BUT NOT BEING WORKING SMOOTHLY EVEN AFTER A LAPSE OF ALMOST TWO YEARS. NOW WHEN WARRENTY WILL EXPIRE THEY WILL LEAVE THEIR CUSTONRS TO SUFFER FOR THE SAME.

                    AFTER USING THE CAR FOR JUST ONE YEAR THE ROOF JOINTS DEVELOPED CRACKS. (WHEN SHOWN TO TATA MOTORS SERVICE STATION -HIM MOTORS PEERAGARHI, THEIR COMMENT IS THAT WE MIGHT BE KEEPING THE CAR IN SUN SO THE CRACKS HAS DEVELOP). NOW EVENAFTER CUSTOMER COMPALINT ON LINE AND WRITTEN REGISTERED LETTERS, THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING / CARING FOR SUCH BIG COMPLAINT IN A YEARS TIME.

                    GREAT LESSON FROM TATA MOTORS- THE COMPANY IS MANUFACTURING THIRD GRADE & FAULTY CARS & ITS PRODUCTS AND AFTER DITCHING THEIR CUSTOMERS & EARNING MONEY ON THAT THEY DAMM CARE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                          I Ritesh chaudhary purchased a tata manza car with registration number JH 10Z 3424
                          from B.D. Motors from Asansol (West Bengal) in march 2011.I went with my family to gorakhpur (U.P) to celebrate new year where a sudden breakdown happened. we called on on 24*7 assistance cell via complaint no 1-
                          [protected] DT 20/12/2011 IN MORNING 7.00 am but to our wait no one came till 5.00 p.m after several phones.then one who came told there were no staff and we have to manage it ourselves.we hired a car and tortuned the car to the nearest tata showroom HANSRAJ MOTORS. We handed the car to the showroom and we were told there was problem with injectors and wiring and the car will be done in seven to eight days within company gurantee.
                          We returned back by hiring a cab and we were given two contacts number to bein touch with one was off manager Mr. Jha (mobile no.[protected]) and one director of the showroom Mr Turi (mob no.[protected]).I had a talk with Mr Jha on two to three ocassion every time he said the parts have been ordered and booked in transport and car will be handed very soon.it is a month now and no response till date.Ihave sent my driver Anil from west bengal two times and they sent him back with the same execuse that parts are in transport.after my driver second visit i am surprised that Mr jha mobile is switched off and no reply on turi mobile other number mentioned in manual book are all out of service or no reply.now i am in delemma what do to should i sent my driver or how can i get in touch with
                          them.every time i sent my driver i have to bear an amount of Rs.5000.00.now i want to know what is the status of my car and when will it be done. i lodged a comlaint against Hansraj Motors via complaint no 1-[protected] dt 18/01/2012.i recieved a sms to contact cro at 2580371 but to my surprise no one is answering the call .
                          i am surprised a company like tata motors who ensures servis at every steps while purchasing the car is doing nothing but fools customer. due to neglegency on the part of tata motors i have been hiring a cab for my business purpose with averege travel of 150 km per day and i have incurred a loss of more than 1.5 lakhs due to tata motors.
                          i sent the mail to customer care and recieved a mail from tata motors AS below:

                              Dear All,
                              Thanks for support But please clear to me for the labour
                              of Cylinder head dismental and assamble, injectors replaced and d-kit
                              replacment.

                              As all of you aware about my vehicle is repairing in Urmil Motors.
                              They make a performa invoice showing the labour Rs.= 15,000.00/-

                              Whereas it is very high labour for the same
                              1.) Why G[protected] Glow Plug was changed in the vehicle. because I
                              have no starting problem in my vehicle.

                              2.) This is the case of timing belt slip/broken Why they replaced
                              [protected] TIMING GEAR (FIP).

                              3.) I have no fuel leakage problem but they replaced the[protected]
                              ASSY FUEL LINE COMPLT ON ENGINE.

                              4.) Please clear me why[protected] ASSY. OIL SEPARATOR replaced.

                              This is the cheating with customer and please suggest your persons not
                              to cheat the customer and me the fool.

                              IT IS THE MATTER OF TATA MOTORS FAITH.

                              Please clear the same to me as i am not fool and having the faith in tata
                              motors

                              Tata Motors — cheating me

                              Dear sir,
                              Tata motors send the call letter.that the you have been selected on project basis.that they tell to deposit the amount of 8,850 refundble in bank against them.after the pay on that basis they call for interview.whether it is tata motors i dont know they mention tata motors in call letter .it is orginal i dont know.they are cheating me in the name of tata motors.please take action against them.

                                I have bought a Tata Indigo CS eGlx on 12.09.2011. This Car had a defective Tata Green Battery,which i returned within 5 days along with Warranty Card.Even after 4 Months the Battery has not been replaced. Further, I have not been handed over the Registration Papers or Number. The Dealers Personnel Mr.Vikas Yadav and Mr. Ashish are constantly giving false excuses and consolations . I have written several times in Tata Motors Greiviance Box but it did no good. I think the Box is just for show. I have lodged Telehonic Complaint also. This shows that How much the company bothers about its Customers. I Curse the day i thought of buying Tata Indigo instead i should have chosen a Maruti Vehicle.

                                  This is to for your kind notification. I have Purchase the Safair
                                  Reg.No UP14AW9964 VIN no MAT4030819NF07195 on 22/07/2009 from
                                  SRINATHJI MOTORS.

                                  Now I have problem with my car When I was going to gurgaon my car has
                                  been stopped with a noise.

                                  I have towed my car to Urmil Motors Ghaziabad on 27/11/2011 and handed
                                  over to Mr. Manoj Goswami.

                                  I was very surprised to hearing thit the TIMING BELT GOT SLIP DUE TO
                                  ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE and its Valves and Cylinder head needs to be
                                  replaced, Injectors are suspected.

                                  I have purchage the Extended Warranty for the vehicle. They have
                                  refused the doing the job in extended warranty due to oil leakage.

                                  They Give me the estimate of the same work Rs. 125000/=


                                  Please suggest me What is my fault. I thinks my fault is to purchage
                                  the TATA SAFARI because its Cylinder head damaged only in 25355kms
                                  run.


                                  Now Please tell me How I pay for the Rs. 125000/= for Cylinder head,
                                  Engine Valves and Injectors.

                                  There is no fault in my side.

                                      On Saturday 3rd December night, I parked the car and withinn say 2-3 minutes there were fumes coming out of the Bonnet and People gathered and then there was fire gutting out.Luckily there was a society nerby an dthey helped pour water into it and somehow things were bought under control in 10-15 minutes.

                                      JUST IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IN CASE MY FQAMILY WOULD BE IN AND THE PANICK THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN CREATED

                                      As you are aware , all the servicing are done at your workshop only ( I DO NOT GIVE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE AND YOU ARE AWARE OF IT)and also just recently we replaced the battery.the short circuit has STARTED form the battery and the entire battery is damaged and burnt now now. you will understnd once you have alook at the car

                                      Also as you are aware we have changed the thermistor control IC atleast 4-5 times now and ALWAYS THIS PROBLEM IS REPEATING.I THINK WE NOPW NEED TO TAKE THIS UP VERY VERY VERY SERIOUSLY BOSSS

                                      THIS TIME THIS HAS LED TO A MAJOR ACCIDENT WHICH COULD HAVE GOD FORBID TAKEN SOME LIVES ALONG

                                      I WANT AND DEMAND A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION BE DONE TO PROBE INTO THE ISSUE AND DEMAND THAT THE CAUSE BE FOUND SO THAT IT DOES NOT REPEAT

                                      A DISASTER HAS GOT AVERTED , BUT LETS US INSUR EIT DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! AN ACCIDENT DOES NOT INFORM YOU BEFORE COMING.WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!

                                      LET US MAKE SURE THE CAR IS BACK IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND SAFETY MESAURES IN PLACE THIS TIME

                                      ALSO I VERY MUCH DEMAND THE COMPENSATION FROM TATA MOTORS IN TERMS OF AGONY , HARDSHIP AND SHOCK CAUSED TO MY FAMILY AND ME BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT.HOPE I DO NOT HAVE TO REACH THE CONSUMER COURT FOR SAME
