    I have been a tata car user for the last 5 years and my car is a teago car. My car broke down last month and was delivered to Muthoot Service Center, Kottarakkara, Kollam, Kerala. The car was returned to me yesterday, a month later. In the car, I also paid the bill for the replacement of the injector, sensor and timing belt. I paid a total of 21000 bills. But when the car is tested, its AC does not work. When I told the service center, they replied that they did not know about it. They say they can't fix it. What a service sir it was one AC that was working well. They can't even make it compliant and fix it. I have to get back all the old parts that were said to have been replaced in my car. 1 out of 3 injectors is said to be new and 2 are only serviced but I doubt it. The service at this service center is not comfortable at all. I will never go to this service center again. Even the name tata will be lost due to such service. Take the necessary action

      I had booked tata tiago on 18 Dec 2021 and was promised delivery by 1st week Feb 2022. Today is the 24th June 2022 and the car is stil not ready for delivery. Fooled Me every month ny saying that the delivery Wil be in the next 15 days each time I asked. It's 7 months now since booking day. Secondly, the dealer says that the prices of the car have increased and that I have to pay the extra amount around 30 to 40 thousand.
      This is unacceptable and cheating as the car was booked last year in 2021, and the delay in delivery was from tata motors, why should the customer bear the expense for delay caused from Tata's side?. And that too after delaying the delivery for 7 long months. Please look into this matter and help me out

        Tata Nano Twist XTA - Automatic

        We gave the car to TATA Nano service center on[protected] for General Service : TATA Nano service center Udyambag, belagavi - 590008

        Issues faced at Service center:
        After one week they are saying there is a Transmission issue and
        No proper communication about what is the root cause of the issue and highlighting many issues present in car and asking 1.20 lakh for the complete service.

        We believe there was no issues when we gave the car for General Service.

        But they are not doing any Car service and just saying about the issues and asking 1.2 lakh.

        Kindly enquire and take necessary actions against the Belgaum Tata Nano service center Belgaum.

          Following up with the complaint raised earlier, there have been Zero updates from Wasan Motors - Chembur and Tata Motors regrading the cancellation and refund process. I have been following up for the same by visiting the dealership as well as via phone calls/emails/consumer portal almost every day but everything has proven to be ineffective so far. To an already bad experience this has proven to be a cherry on top for the pile of poor customer care, lack of communication and zero ethics.

            Hello,

            This is to inform you that I took delivery of Tata Altroz xz from Nitiraj motors Pvt ltd on dated 10th June 2022.
            This is my 1st vehicle in tata and 2nd overall, but the experience with Tata is worst I ever faced with motors industry, there are several reasons.
            During the time of booking the customer relationship was wonderful but as time passes the service as well as the communication mode changes...
            For any vehicle quarry I have to go near to sale representative, your sales person do not have time to full fill the needs n quarry of customer.
            One of your staff Mr. Birender, he does have any sense of communication with customer, on dated 1st June he is about to fight with customer, you can verify the same with CCTV.
            On the day of delivery of my altroz non of your sales person are present, Mr. Mitesh were out of Tata premies and Birender order me to get number plate from one of the room, is customer are responsible to do all these ?, I didn't give rating, so he argued me that why you are not giving the rating 10/10 for photoshoot.
            Non of your staff are present near the vehicle, for any assistance I have to visit your staff., It's a very poor customer service I ever seen, all these staff are making black spot on the name of brand Tata.
            Although he mislead by taking rating snap holding with staff member in front of Altroz.
            He cheated by misleading and commitment was not full filled as bodycover, mate was mentioned but only mate was given after hot communication.
            The way he use to reply and eager to fight with customer, each and every visit I have to follow him for any doubts.
            I was committed that I will get my car within1130 hour on dated 10th June but there was nothing planned, after reaching Nitiraj motors, I have to move for getting my car ready as soon as possible.

            The customer service of Tata at Nitiraj motors was worst only by egoistic employee like Birender and there is nothing called receptionist, they are busy with themselves only.

            Nothing was systematic at Nitiraj motors, and customer satisfaction was not there at Nitiraj motors, please don't spoil the brand Tata, I would like to know the action taken on the team which involves in my car sale especially for Birender if any or go as it is...
            It must be my happy day to get new car altroz but due to behavior of your staff it ruined the entire mood; I must rate the behavior, customer satisfaction, communication as 0/10.

            I mailed the same on dated 11st June to customer care as well as Dealer official mail but yet no reply, while replying on [protected]@tatamotors.com it's gives msg as email not found.
            Please do look into the case.

              Manufacturing defect

              I have some manufacturing defects in my car and for the same issue I've visited service centre nearly 10 times in the last 12months but no response from the team. Even I've asked for help from the dealer but no response from the dealer too. Also raised an complaint for the same at Tata Motors, let's see what happens now..

              I bought tata tiago 5 year back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, your service agent in AM tata Motors jammu told me that due to some technical reason most of the tata tiago facing same type of problem and you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 10500 rs.
              My request is that if most the tata tiago facing that type of problem than is is covered under the manufacturing defect of the product

As I have purchased Tata Tiago XZ No.HP94-2229, Chassis No.MAT626281JKG71601, Engine Sr.No.REVTRN02GRYK73017 on[protected] and Registered on dated[protected] at RLA Nagrota Bagwan Distt.Kangra(HP)176047.It is matter of astonishing that the car gets seized only after driving 10500 Kms on dated[protected].How is this possible when I got the car serviced regularly in the month of March, 2022.It puts a question mark on the company. Now the service Centre (JKR Motor Kangra(HP)/company repairs the car engine approximately 100000+ cost which is huge amount and not bearable for me. Therefore I hereby request you to please look into the matter and also take up the matter with JKR Motor Distt.                   I Had Purchased Dear Sir,

                  I MILAN KUMAR ITTAL had purchased a Top end TATA SAFARI car from you more than a month back.

                  At that time we were not handed over the Users Manual with the Service coupons, Nor was the Duplicate key handed over to us under the pretext that it comes after one Month. The fast tag was handed over to us after 15 days and it is not yet registered against the car. Hence i cannot upload the card

                  It is well over a month and still the Said services are yet to be completed.

                  Such a service is not expected from a company such as TATA whom we blindly trust. Even after repeated reminders I have not got the same. Everyday we get one excuse after another.

                  Please take corrective action immediately and hand over

                  1. Duplicate keys of the car

                    I got my tata nexon dark edition vehicle on 31st march 2022 and at that time they provided single key and told me that they will provide extra spare key and smart watch shorly but still I didn't get any updates from their side and the dealers ( Derik motors, Tuticorin) playing the blame game of saying that tata motors will contact you. When will I get my spare key and what will I do incase if there is anything happen with the key I have now.

                        I have been going to AM MOTORS JAMMU for 2 yrs now and every time after the service there appears to be a problem with my car and I have to bring it back to service station and they repair it with extra money. The problems that appears were not there before they take the car for initial spin. On 18th June i took my good running car for servicing n before leaving the station. The AC started creating loud noise which wasnt not thr when i brought the car and they checked taking an hrs time n said a part need to be put and have to come from stores.
                        Now I'm without an ac in car at this summer time..plz help me raise this issue and get my car ac working without any cost as it wasn't thr when they checked innately. How did it appear during the service.

Now we need a cashless claim but "multi tech motar LLP " faridabad service agency said that we don't provide cashless claim because you buy it from your own..and if you buy from tata then we give cashless claim

I am finding something fishy in this episode. Suddenly the executive Mr Kiran is not responding and some one picks his call [protected]and says he is in hospital.

                            I am going to forward this mail both to Tata motors and prepare a draft legal notice to enable me to go to the Consumers forum. I will ensure that this also gets covered in print, electronic and social media .

                            It is not the money that is important in a customer centric organization. Just by creating CCM CRRM and other name sake positions, you are fooling the general public.

                            Your deler is just procastinating. I had booked a Tigor EV and cancelled the same. I later made a seperate booking for Nexon EV and took delivery. I had requested thee executive Sri Kiran to do the needful and subitted PAN aadhar cheque lea by whatsapp, mail etc. He seems to be dilly dallying . the customer support team at Prerarana gave the number of another executive by nam Swetha for a receipt copy. she too seems to be unresponsive and does not bother to answer my calls.                               Tata Motors- selling cars with misleading advertisement

                              #consumerfraud by tata motors. Tata is advertising features not available in their cars,
                              even the first service provided is extremely late and a nightmare for the consumers.
                              The executives at the authorised showroom and service centre do not have complete
                              information about the vehicle.
                              I bought a #TataTiago from Midas Motors and all I have been facing are safety issues
                              with the vehicle. The salesperson while explaining the features explained about the
                              ATA feature as well, which after continuous emails to the company was replied
                              casually that this feature is not available in any model of Tiago and Tigor.
                              #fakeadvertisement As per the brochure uploaded on the website, TATA motors still
                              claims to have this security feature available in Tiago.
                              Further, the central locking system gets freeze while driving again posing a security
                              threat, the vehicle apart from this had several problems like unresponsive front panel,
                              AC temperature being stagnant, back sensors not installed etc. for which the company
                              has taken more than 7 months while trial testing while harassing me time and again.
                              Even after issuing legal notice and being called by COO of Tata / Midas accepting the
                              issue, Tata Motors does not wants to take any corrective measure.
                              Selling a car while showing features not actually available in car is clearly a fraud.
                              Further providing faulty vehicles having manufacturing defects and risking customers
                              lives seems to be normal for company.
                              I feel mentally harassed by the delays and frauds committed against me.

                                30 సార్లు రిపేర్ కు వెళ్లింది నా TATA ACE GOLD BS6 TS19TA1609 కరీంనగర్ జాస్పర్ ఇండస్ట్రీలో కి 6/6/22 వెళ్లింది.అంటే 13రోజులు అయింది ఇంకా రిపేరులోనే ఉంది. 16/6/22 సాయంత్రం 5 గంటలకు TATA ACE అయిపోయింది తీసుకుని వెళ్లమని పోన్ చేస్తే నిన్న17/6/22 వెళ్ళి డెలివరీ తీసుకుని 3 కిలోమీటర్లు వెళ్లగానే మళ్లీ అదే రీజనరేషన్ ప్రాబ్లమ్* వచ్చింది.వెంటనే మళ్లీ జాస్పర్ ఇండస్ట్రీలో కి వెళ్లి ఏంచేశారు సార్ మళ్లీ ఆప్రాబ్లమ్ వచ్చిందంటే మేము చెక్ చేశాం బాగుంది మీదగ్గరకు రాగానే ఇలా వచ్చింది ఉండనివ్వండి రేపు చేసి ఇస్తాం అని అన్నారు సార్.దండంపెట్టి బండి వదిలేసిరమ్మన్నాను.
                                నేను ఏంచేయాలో అర్థం కాని పరిస్థితి పై అధికారులకు చెప్పాను వారునాకోసం మెకానిక్ లతో మాట్లాడినారు వారు చెప్పనా నాబండి పనికావటం లేదు.
                                ఫ్రెండ్స్ ఏంచేద్దాం మీరన్నా సలహాఇవ్వండి.
                                నేను దేనికైనా సిద్దమే ఇలాంటి తప్పుడు TATA BS6 VEHICLE S మన మంచిర్యాల లో అమ్మకాలు జరగకుండా చేయాలి.
                                TATA MOTORS వారు కచ్చితంగా సమాధానం చెప్పాలి.

                                  Punch Accomplish AMT vehicle was booked on 20th Feb from Rudra Motors with a verbal delivery commitment within 2-3 months. But till now we haven't got any update.

                                    I owned a Tata vehicle called Tata Nexon (Dl 1CAC 6608). I had an accident on April 24th (Sunday) at Habitat centre, near lodhi road. On the very same date I delivered my vehicle at Tata Treo (Okhala branch, New Delhi) to get it repaired. Since then they started making false commitments like we will get your vehicle repaired and delivered to you in 15 days but in reality they started repairing my car after 21 days from the date I delivered my vehicle to them. I called Karan([protected] Insurance guy in Treo, Advisor) and he requested 10 more days. I called him after 10 days then he said that we are facing a part shortage in the market and will get the part in 4 days then it will take only 5 days to get your car fixed and ready to be delivered. After 5 days I called him and said all the parts have arrived and have started the work plz give us 4 more days, till that time he didn't give a single photo of my car nor he informed me how much work they have done on the vehicle. After 4 days (40days in total) when I again followed up he said this will take more time to fixed the vehicle and gave me the contact no. of Mr. Dilip([protected]-Body shop Manager) Dilip told me the complete different story he said few part are yet to arrive in 2 or 3 days of time spam and then we will take a week to get your car work done. I was already frustrated and gave more time but again the same story, that sir we need some more time because the Leg (Part of the vehicle) has not yet arrived and we are waiting for it. I was straight forward and told him to get my vehicle out of your service center. I will take it with me as it is and get it done somewhere else on my own but they told me sir give us a week's time and I will get it repaired for sure. After an argument I agreed to it but again he gave me nothing but just a false commitment. After a lot of follow ups again they shamelessly ask me one more week, but still the same excuse I requested him that i want that car immediately because i have to leave the city on immediate basis because of work and have to airlift the car to the another city, but they didn't give the damn about it and said sir it's going to take another 2 or 3 days plz sir we doing our best ( which they were not doing). Just because of them and their false commitments I had to cancel my flight ticket and change the flight date and car airlifting ticket, it cost me around 7k for the flight ticket and another 17k for the airlifting ticket just because they told me sir i will definitely give your car on that very date. All I want now is a strict action to be taken against Tata Treo Service centre(Okhala, New Delhi )employees who are dealing with my car, just because of their unprofessional behaviour I had suffered a lot. I am filing a legal complaint against Tata Treo Service Centre (Okhala, New Delhi) in Consumer Court and am not going to take delivery of my car until they are not going to take any serious action against them. I have all the call recordings of Karan & Dilip with me, in which you can find out how leniently these people are serving their customers by making such false commitments.

                                      Undoubtedly the car I purchased from the showroom is very good. However, my experience from the workshop has been extremely poor so far. My first major Service was heavily priced Rd 6700 approx and without even car being washed properly. When complained no response was received. Even AC Service claims were all false since it was never faulty being a new car and very less used. But this is the reality with TAG motors unfortunately.
                                      My 2nd paid minore Service was very poorly Services and the supervisor switched off his cell after taking the payment leaving me in wait for 6 super stressed hours before I finally got the delivery at 11 pm after multi level Escalations. Poor Tata, despite everything they hv nothing. Jago Tata Jaago. Learn something from Maruti. They hv the best in class Service despite giving bad products.
