With most regret I would like to say that i booked Tata Tiago XT (petrol) on 4th may 2022. It's been one month but the dealer has not yet delivered the product. The excuse they gave was that Tata is not producing Tiago(petrol), instead they are busy producing Tiago (CNG). Does Tata motors consider only CNG buyers as their customers or every customer is of equal importance? It's really disappointing. Kindly deliver the products within 10-12 days or i will have to visit consumer court for exploitation cases and also i will give a tweet.

    Engine oil leakage in Newly Purchased Nexon

    I purchased Nexon XZ+O petrol on 03052022. Everything was running fine until I noticed some light smoke near the Air Dam with a burning smell. On returning home I examined and found that the engine oil was leaking. My car has clocked 970 kms and yet to undergo 1st service.
    I instantly contacted Tata Motors Customer Care twice to get it towed as, whole engine oil has drained and it might seize my engine if I start it, with specific...

    1) I took my vehicle to the tata motors bodyshop, Greater Noida on 12th Feb 2022 to register my claim. The Bodyshop executive asked me to fill out an insurance claim form. I filled the claim form along with the reason for the vehicle's accident in brief as I was told by the body shop executive that I will get a call from Surveyor asking for details on the accident. The Bodyshop executive told me that they will pick up my vehicle from my residence after two days for repair. But they didn't pick up my vehicle after 2 days. When I called them, they told me that they still didn't have any slots available to repair and will pick-up my vehicle once it is available. After a few days, I called them again, then they told me that they still didn't have any available slots and would pick up my vehicle after the Holi festival. After the Holi festival, when I called them to pick-up my vehicle, they said that they can't pick-up my vehicle as they have stopped the pick-up service and I'll have to bring my vehicle to the tata bodyshop to get it repaired. Then on 25th March 2022, I went to tata bodyshop to leave my vehicle to get repaired. So it took around 1.5 months to register my claim only.

    - Who is responsible here in delaying the completion of my claim registration hence delay in repairing my vehicle? Justify it and compensate me for loss of my time and delay in repairing my vehicle.

    2) After leaving my vehicle, Tata Motors Bodyshop executive called me the next day and told me that my claim is not completely approved and they are not approving right hand side running board damage. When I asked why it was not approved, he asked me to talk to surveyor 'Kamal Goyal' and shared his contact number. I tried to call him so many times but he didn't pick my call. So I dialed the customer care number who connected me with him. I told him about the vehicle accident in detail and asked him to completely approve my claim. He talked very rudely and asked me why I didn't tell him about the accident details earlier. After this call immediately, I had another conversation with him in a conference call made by the Bodyshop executive. In this call, your surveyor was talking again very rudely. He was getting angry as I called him through customer care to raise a complaint.

    Your surveyor was talking in a High tone & in a threatening node that it doesn't matter that the driver at the time of accident(Abhishek Goyal) had permanent DL if the vehicle owner(i.e. me) has 'Learning license', the claim will be rejected. He threatened me further that if I go to investigate my claim to seek a completely approved claim amount then my claim will be disqualified and approved with zero '0' amount. Even I will not get that amount that they approved that time. After this conversation, I also tried to contact him multiple times but he never picked up my call. By scaring with his statement, I agreed to get repair my vehicle for damages what they informed me.

    - Who talks like this? Was it the appropriate way for your surveyor to talk with your customer? Did you mention anything on this in your response?
    Take action on this and compensate me for this misconduct and mentally harassment else I am going to take action against this.

    - Is this IFFCO Tokio policy to threaten your customer like above, to misguide him and to take his consent to repair the vehicle partially and save your money based on false and improper information? Justify this and I am also going to take action against this.

    - If Owner's License is also mandatory to claim insurance then how did you issue the Policy to me. You had no right to sell your policy if the customer had no document that you need at the time of claim. Also it was not mentioned in your policy documents. Justify it.

    3) I was informed by Tata Motors executive that only RHS damage is not approved and wasn't informed about the other damaged parts(Hood Panel, front bumper, front bumper Grill Upper and Head Light LH) for not being approved. I also didn't get any call or any email from the Insurance company on this partially approving damages. Even I tried to reach your surveyor and called him multiple times but he didn't pick up the phone. When I received my vehicle then I came to know that other damaged parts were also not approved which I wasn't aware of.

    - Who will take accountability by not sharing complete information? Justify it and compensate me for this also.

    4) I explained to your surveyor that how my vehicle got multiple damages when I talked with him first time through customer care when claim was under process. Your surveyor could have updated this in claim but he didn't update this to save your company's money. Same I clearly mentioned in my first email sent on 18th April 2022(see the attached email for reference) and also explained in the conference call made by you on 20th May 2022.
    - You can't disapprove other damages by just saying that it was not written in claim form.

    5) I am very disappointed with Tata Motors services over this issue.There was no assistance provided by tata motors in registering the claim. Even they delayed my claim by approx 1.5 months and never accept their mistake. I am really wondering to see Tata Motors Services management team to keep silence on this issue.
    - Will escalate this issue to higher management in Tata Motors.

      I got some serious issues in my tata punch . HR12 AP 5703. In just Around 950 kms drive its Radiator fan got burnt and then got replaced in 14 days. Immediately after that with in a week
      Its showing new problem its AC getting off while driving the car. Thats the worst part you never know when it could get off while driving a car. Horrible experince with new tata punch car.
      I never imagined that it could happen to us.
      Its a punch to our face..

        Tata Nexon Complaint

        I bought a Tata Nexon (Automatic) in August 2021.
        The last 10 months, driving this car has been nothing short of a Nightmare, and If I could afford it, I would probably donate the car back to Tata Motors.

        I am the proud owner of a Harrier (DL 11 CC 0744) which i bought from Tata Motors (Rohini from Malwa Motors) in June 2020.

        2 months back (i.e. in March 2022) someone hit my Tata Harrier from the side and the cap on top of the left rear view mirror came off. Please note that the entire system is in place, but only top cover of the rear view is now missing.

        I have been trying to connect to various Tata service stations and i am unable to find the replacement cover.
        Tata Treo in Oakhla gave me the phone number of the service parts guy (OM Parts) but even the official service parts representative is unable to source the cover.

        The picture of my Tata Harrier is attached.

        I request you to please help me source the cover of the left rear view mirror. Without this car, the car is giving me an eye sore because of its looks.

          I had booked Tata Tiago XZA midnight plum car on 19-Feb-22 at Venkata Ramana Motors, ECIL, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA.

          I was promised to get the Car delivery in 6 weeks time where as I am still waiting for it in 16th week (7th-June-22)

          Every week I am getting the same answer for the dealer that there is shortage of chips and so there is a delay and will get my car delivery in next week.

          I am tired of listing same answer week on week.

          My initial car choice was to go for grand I-10 Nios but as per my wife suggestions to support made in India and also safety rating of Tata cars we took decision to go for Tiago.

          Now we are regretting for our decision to choose Tata Car.

          We are very much frustrated and dissaponted as we had many plans with our new car which we have missed it.

          I am writing this in frustration and to express my very bad experience which I never expected from Tata company.

          I lost hope on Tata and the kind of dealer's you are having and don't expect any response or action from you.

              Dear Sir, Further to my Complaint#[protected], I would like to bring to your notice that this is fifth time in last six-seven months, I have to visit TATA Motors Service centre for one or the other problems, Hence, reliability looks poor to me now. The following problems occured:-
              (a) AC Malfunctioning, giving warm fumes and smoke inside - JP Motors Solan (H.P.)
              (b) Front panel repaired and left unconnected - JP Motors Solan (H.P.)
              (c) Front Panel shifter wire change - JP Motors Solan (H.P.)
              (d) Car Software - Getting to default Economy mode only - True North Motors, Delhi
              (e) Car Software - Getting to default Economy mode only - At Roorkee now.
              Further, on a highway in between the Fuel tank lid got stuck and had to manually hit & trial to open the same for refueling. Well, this malfunctioning of my TATA Harrier XM Jun 2019 model is aggravating each time. It looks as if Tata Motors is forcing me to go for their AMC package only and there is no reliability expected. Further, things get compounded as each time I have paid and for last two visits No Bill has been given to me on pretext of faulty printers or so and never got email details as well. Highly disappointed with Tata Motors after sales services and fault coming again and again in harrier. Looking forward to hearing from you and some help and support

                  Today I had a very bad experience with tata services at Orange Auto.
                  Team members in sales from Attapur branch are not able to communicate
                  with the service centre at Hafeezpet.
                  I took the car from the Attapur branch in April and found a dent at
                  the time of delivery and informed the sales person (Varun & Vinodh).
                  They felt sorry and asked me to get it repaired in my 1st service and
                  I agreed to that.
                  Today (9 am) I took my car to Hafeezpet for repair and informed Varun
                  ( I got the reply : all will be taken care of) but nothing was done
                  till 10 am. I checked with staff at Hafeezpet, but they asked for an
                  email from Attapur.
                  After communicating again and again, finally an email was sent (by
                  Siddharth) at 12:30 pm, after sometime when I asked to start work on
                  the dent. They asked for the approval from the CEO in that email. ( I
                  don't understand why the CEO ).
                  Till 1:30 pm I was just talking with different persons in Orange Auto
                  to get the repair started but no luck and finally I left the service
                  centre on assurance that the repair will be taken care of today and
                  the car will be delivered back to me at my residence.

                  Now the whole day this so-called CEO was busy and not able to approve.
                  When I checked the status of service at 6:00pm, it was as it is and
                  nothing was done by anyone. No one from attapur even asked for the
                  status and no follow up was made.

                  Main issue is that even the car is damaged by the dealer itself they
                  are nowhere concerned and treat it as if the damage is caused by the
                  customer, a pathetic approach.

                  At the end of the day I talked with Prashant : [protected] and I'm
                  still hoping for the solution by tomorrow.

                  Tata creates good cars no doubt in that, but service provided by the

                  I'm facing after purchasing TATA NEXON from Orange Auto.

                    I am a big fan of Tata Motors, and was very proud that I was able to buy the best in class Compact SUV i.e. Safest Compact SUV of India additionally promoting the concept of "Make in India" & "Vocal 4 Local". I booked Tata Nexon on May 09, 2022 via Treo Okhla India. On the date of booking they gave me a verbal commitment for delivery in 6-8Weeks but finally on the document they wrote it as 12-16 weeks. as an explanation they said that they cant give it in writing but will deliver it in 8 weeks maximum. I was ok with the information shared and felt like they are giving me a clear picture and planning things well. I tried asking for my SO booking number but wasn't shared the same saying that its their internal thing and cannot be shared.

                    Yesterday i.e. June 04, 2022 after almost 4 weeks down the line post my booking I tried asking the sales person and I get the information that the EDD has been extended to 20 Weeks. I ask their formal mail for the same and they now gave me the SO booking number saying they cant help with this and now no verbal commitment will be taken care of only a written thing is valid.

                    I want to know why this unprofessional behavior is tolerated by the principle and why the consumer has to follow up. I am working in the automotive industry as well, being well aware of the situation I empathies as certain things cant be controlled, but creating a fuss and backing out on the commitments is something not acceptable. I have planned a certain trips post the deliveries of the car, made the necessary bookings and now due to thus delay everything else is jeopardized. Who is responsible for such indirect losses?? and along with that losing my mental peace and moral is something adding on. I have no place to escalate the matter I don't know how and where to connect to take this?

                    It'll be of great help if this matter is taken into priority and resolved ASAP.

                      I have booked the Tata Altroz XM plus at Riya Autolink, Ahmedabad, Gota show room.

                      At the time of booking amount they have raised 15000 when they called me for car delivery.

                      At the time of payment, event they didn't sure for amout of Insurance, RTO change, Basic price. They mentioned that these are adjustable at the time of Invoice generation. I feel, this was cheating with me. Riya didn't provide the clear rate of car with all charges they are going to make invoice for. Enclosed is the rate they have increase event not provided the rate in authorised letter head.

                      I have purchased tata nexon kaziranga petrol in July first week. They provide me may 2022 make with one key .for IRA activation they told me that after R.C. IRA activation process will start. Now after 1 month I let to know from customer care that IRA is already activated in the name of Preeti Singh and her KYC has been done in the end of April and even in tata backend owner name was resistered in the name of Vaibhav Talwar . My name is Suvek Singh then how it happens. It means Preeti Singh can monitor my car, with the help of second key dealer can do anything. I m feeling cheated . Where is security ? Is tata allow such things?

                        I bought tata tiagor xz 3 year back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, your service agent in kajwani fairdela Motors told me that due to some technical reason most of the tata tiago facing same type of problem and you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 10500 rs.
                        My request is that if most the tata tiago or tigor facing that type of problem than is is covered under the manufacturing defect of the product

                          My name is Vipul Patel, living in Ahmedabad. I have booked the TATA Altroz XM plus from Riya Autolink in end of Apr22. At the time of car delivery, they have forced to make a full payment without no defined insurance amount and RTO. During car booking, they have mentioned with all components of invoice like insurance and RTO and AMC that were totally differ at the time of car delivery. I have raise this concerns to managers but nothing happen even they haven't clarified the actual bill when i have made payment. Although i made full payment and took delivery. However something wrong happen with me.

                            Hi,

                            I gifted a Tata Ace HR 68C 8320 from CMPL Chandigarh to my younger brother Davinder kumar 7 months ago in July 2021. It is giving problem since beginning and whenever my brother goes to agency, they just do some temporary work and send him back. Now they have charged him INR 8K and the problem is still there. I believe there is some major techno-mechanical problem in the vehicle since the very first day and the agency did keep us in dark. Now they are not giving us satisfactory response and service.

                            Can you please look into this matter and resolve the issue? Otherwise I may need to raise this matter to head office.

                                  I have brought a Tata Nexon in October 2021 from Sagar Motor Noida. Vehicle registration No. Is UP14EW 5334 AND Chassis no is MAT627224MLJ 70566.
                                  I am facing Engine Heating Problem from very early after purchase. I have complained the same at the time of First Sevice and Second Service, but they ignore it and said there is no problem in the Engine. The temperature meter also does not show the correct temperature of the engine, since the engine was overheated and stopped working but the temperature meter was showing the normal temperature of the engine. The front seat belt Sensor is also not working.
                                  Finally, the Engine of the Vehicle has been Seized on the 13th of May 2022 at Faizabad Uttar Pradesh when I was returning with my family from my hometown Muzaffarpur Bihar. The vehicle is lying at Shree Dev Wheels Faizabad Uttar Pradesh.

                                  I would request you take action on the same get vehicle replaced as it has multiple manufacturing faults.

                                    I booked Tiago NRG on 21st may 2022 with the commitment of delivery 1 month, or max 6-8 weeks, now they are telling no idea when will deliver vehicle, suddenly prices increased but no information all false and fully disgusting service at Begumpet select showroom.now cancellation also fully tedious process all fake guys

                                    Before booking daily 4 to 5 times they will call, after booking waste service, booking time simple QR code but cancellation fully disgusting process
