I got a tata tigor XZA+ model on last December and after delivery of car I noticed that boot top cover is missing. Then, I talked to my dealer and they told me that it was not fitted by company. Later on I had talked with several officials of tata motors. But I have not yet received and good satisfactory response.

My question is very simple: how tata is selling an incomplete product to loose their reputation?

    We Four Star Industries, Taken TATA Tigor XZ+CNG From Heritage Motors (M) Pvt Ltd, Thane.
    The issues with this dealer is as below,
    1. When I gone for booking, at that time no one was asked me about why I visited the showroom for 20-25 minutes. All staff was gathering together and they all are in there mood.

    2. From the date of booking to delivery date. No one was responded on my Queries and status. Each time I called to everyone.

    3. For accessories I personally visited and confirmed the floor Lamination for the car on 31st May'22 but till 14th Jun'22 no response from the staff (Yogesh Jadhav).

    4. Shameful thing was on the date of delivery Manager told me to give some money to there people. Same thing also adviser asked me to do.
    On the day I visited with my Wife and my 5 year old son around 4.45pm on 14th Jun'22, and till 10-15 minutes no one asked us anything. My son asked for water till 15-20 minutes no one gives him the water.

    5. The Adviser Mr. Rohit who given me delivery also demanded me the cash as "Good Luck".

    Shamefull thing is Indian Heart Person "Mr. Ratanji Tata" sir is the owner Tata Motors and people selecting the vehicles by considering the TATA and gound level staff Like Dealer Showroom Manager - Prasad Shere and other staff who is demanding the money from the customers and not providing the service to them.

      I have booked an appointment Monday morning and the Service engineer called me on Tuesday evening asking for the problems I told no issue do only water wash..I called them on Wednesday he told car battery has gone which is not at all possible since they battery indicator has never gave indication nor I didn’t feel the problem also to let them know that I bought the car 2021 December which is 6 months and km is 2400 only..

      I opted for pick and drop either delivery guy would have done something or service engineer have changed the battery

      Spending 11L in this Tata cars is a waste.
      Waste service.. after seeing this aswell they won’t do anything.. I have to file a consumer complaint in court

        Hi All,

        I booked Punch adventure ruthm AMT on 30DEC2021.
        During booking the dealer confirmed wait period of 6 to 8 weeks.
        Still i waited for 20 weeks considering present semiconductor issue.

        Still i am not able to get car as per time and no confirmation from Dealer as well as from TML.

        Without any proper plan of availability of components, dealers are taking orders and fail to deliver or convince customer.

        This is not a good sign of customer service.

          I have bought altroz xe rethym which have manufacturing defect and also having accessory issue and i have paid 6.93lakh for the car.

          The service team not resolved manufacturing defects and i have visited 5 times to service station but no resolution got till now. please resolve my complaint .Thanking you.

            I had pre-booked a Tata Altroz DCA on 8th March 2022 via official online methods provided by Tata Motors and has selected Wasan Motors Chembur as the dealer. Later owing to some unforeseen circumstances on my personal front I had to initiate a cancellation and refund of the said pre-booked car on 17th April, 2022 and was regularly and still am in touch with both the Tata Motors Customer Care and the Sales Executives and Help Desk from Wasan Motors Chembur but unfortunately to this date I have had no updates regarding the cancellation of the pre-booked car nor the refund there have been minimal to no communications from either of the mentioned parties regarding this matter.

            Hence I sincerely an seeking for this matter to be resolved as early as possible as it will now be almost two exact months wherein I am still stuck with no updates, no communications about the cancellation nor the refund.

            In addition to the above - The pre booking amount of the Tata Altroz DCA was INR 21, 000 and was paid through the online portal provided by the Official Tata Motor website.

              I have booked a Tata Tigor XZ plus CNG on 26 April 2022 with color Arizona Blue for Marriage occasion as we have promised with this color.
              At the time of booking dealer have promised me for Arizona Blue. Now dealer is forcing me for opting White color instead of Arizona Blue and telling me for not having any option other than white.
              On marriage we have promised with Arizona Blue color and dont want any other color.
              Dealer is also telling me for not giving delivery with other color option and not supporing at all.

                Dear Sir

                I purchased the Vehicle Tata Safari Gold (MP09 WL 5006) from Bhagirath Indore in February 2022.

                I am facing a lot of problems, a few days before, the driver's seat inclined function gets stopped, and after visiting at service center they made me wait for 15+ days to get it resolved.

                Secondly, when a vehicle run over 100+ speed, car steering becomes softer which is very risky as it becomes most sensitive in movements the chance of disturbance in the vehicle is most.

                Thirdly, in this very short span of time, the special edition's Gold color of the Light, grill, and handles get out like stickers. The photos are attached herewith for your reference.

                Therefore, we are very disappointed by the vehicle, the quality is very poor, the extra amount which I have paid for the gold color gets out and becomes ordinary safari, therefore no use of my amount which I have invested for getting special among other vehicles.
                Hence, kindly help me to get reimbursed my extra amount of your gold edition at the earliest.

                  Hello dear Tata Motors Sport Team, I bought TATA ACE GOLD P CX LD on 23rd March 2022, I have been using this vehicle from almost 2 months I have this small business, so I was buy this vehicle

                  When I bought the vehicle at Tata Motors' Khamgaon Maharashtra showroom, the seller said that the TATA ACE GOLD P CX LD will give mileage of 20 to 22 kmpl, but at present the vehicle is only giving mileage of 10 to 12 kmpl.

                  I am a small business owner, due to low mileage this vehicle is useless for me, you re-check this vehicle, check what is the problem in engine or refund my money I can't afford to drive this vehicle . I request to Tata Moters Support team, plz Solve my problem

                    Hi,

                    I booked a Tata Altroz XZ variant on 20th May 2022 from GUGNANI AUTOMCARS PVT.LTD. from, which i cancelled on 31ST May due to no response and lack of professionalism from an Employee named-Sangita.
                    After cancelling i have visited the showroom even and provided the Bank account for refund processing, yet there is no response.

                      I bought tata Nexon on April 4 2022.its just 2month old only.. Today i travelled around 10km in rain .. After coming home i came to know that the boot was completely filled with water. I don't know how the water leakage happened and from where it came i don't know .many are facing this issue and consider it as serious issue and resolve the same

                        Today I have got my car serviced from RAJ MOTORS, ROHTAK.
                        Car is not even washed; just wipped with a wet cloth.
                        I have been charged extra for fixing my brake and tyres and breaks were not even fixed.
                        I put down my concern in the feedback form as well which is submitted in the company at the time of payment.

                          I booked Tata punch on Dec 9, 2021 at SR Tata, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Booking Voucher number:
                          SRT/RCPT/CASH/18-19/0975.
                          It's been 7 months. My car is not even allotted.
                          When i raise a complaint via Consumer complaint forum -Tata motors just gave me a complaint number[protected].
                          Still the query is not yet resolved. I'm waiting for the booking. its been 183 days and counting...

                            I am having issues of service given by tata motors employees, As a Brand name we all prefer Tata motors but behaviour of their employees towards service is not at all remarkable
                            i had taken a Tata Tigor EV 2 months before and 10 days before i started issue of AC COOLING, called so many people but wasnt attended seriously by their side finally went to show room again after they confirmed the appointment after 4-5 days and now when its kept at service station from last 3 days they hadnt informed anything, instead giving reason like product not available etc, not telling at all that when i can get my car back (saying whenever it will done wil call you )
                            i mean how one can answer like this without TAT how one can take vehichle
                            and im having issues with my daily routine (for rain i had taken car but when its started im having nothing with me )
                            They should update customer about issues, progress and TAT SHOULD be given and if they dont know how much time its gonna take they should provide other vehichle then,
                            going to service station should be hassle free and it should be actually helpful.

                              Service centre confirmed me, that this is fule pump issue which is manufacturing defect with 2017-18 model.

                                Fuel pump issue

                                I have tata tiago 2017 model. Now my car is automatically stop working couple of time and need wait for 15-30 min to start it again.
                                Service centre confirmed me, that this is fule pump issue which is manufacturing defect with 2017-18 model.
                                My request to tata motors if this is manufacturing defect with this model, it should be repeated free of cost as this is cost around 12k.
                                Please help.....

                                      I have given my vehicle for servicing and some painting to the Derik TATA Showroom, Tirunelveli. They promised to provide the vehicle with all the repairs processed within 4 days. But for the past 20days the car is still in the showroom and we had to book a cab everytime we have to go out. This is actually hectic and there is no proper response from Mr. Maneksha from the service department. This makes us drive mad and so I draft this complaint against the service of TATA Derik motors in Tirunelveli.

                                      I tried calling them and there is no response and also I tried to call the customer care and complain and they put me on hold for more than 30 min and I had to cut the call.

                                      I hope this message will reach to Top management and action will be taken against the sleeping Dealers and local authorities.

                                      If this scenario continues, nobody will be thinking to buy TATA products anymore.
