Rats are getting inside of the driver cabin.
In a car of worth 11-12 Lakh, why Tata is deliverying it without closing holes through which rats can get into even driver cabin.

it spoiled my seats and roof top.

      Hi i have booked tata nexon from stearling motors nashik on 21st dec 20 and they promised me to wait for 3 months and now its about to 8 months and not delivered yet.and the showroom people have now clue of any thing. Have complained in tata customer care and they are clueless also. Useless service. This is why people like me have loose faith in make in India. Sorry to say.

        I booked the Tata Tiago XZ model on 21/4/2021. Price of the car has been increased from 08/7/2021. But Tata Motors assured price protection of the bookings made before 07/7/2021. Now the dealer (Raj Motors Rohtak) denied me price protection stating that my name is not in dump. So Ihey can not give any price protection. On complain, company forwards my complain to dealer and close it without resolving it. No feedback is taken from me. Price increased Rs. 11617/- and also due to this increase I was charged Another Rs. 19500 Appx in registration of car. Total excess amount taken from me Rs. 31000/ appx

              Through this complaint i want to bring to your attention my issues with the TOTO Nexon Full Option car that i have owned for over one
              month now and all the work including seat cover is done from tata showroom and the poor consumer experience that i have faced, which i would rather call ‘harassment’.
              Primarily i have been facing the below issues since i bought the car. While these are listed below,
              i have shared a detailed explanation around each of these.
              • issue : On the second day after delivery of car there was a diesel leak and had to toy the car to service center and they replaced the filter(Photo and video proofs are available). There was diesel leak which is very dangerous for the passenger.
              • issue Tire developed a crack and became completely flat. Enquired about the same at service center and they informed me that if the TYRE GETS HIT BY A STONE THEN THERE IS NO WARRANTY, well i suppose nexon is for Indore driving option. cost of one tire is 9800 well that is a lot for Indore tires lol.
              • issue : Sunroof is not closing properly.
              • issue there is dent om the roof which is not easily noticeable, after the tire issue i inspected the vehicle and i found it.
              • issue manufacturing defect on dashboard.
              • issue manufacturing defect near the gear.
              • issue rear window beading has manufacturing defect
              • issue : there is a sound from rear left side when car goes over a hump.

              I spoke to Jithin K V who is the head of service for Kerala division and he informed me that expenses i have to bear as TATA is not responsible for the same and there can be quality issues with the vehicle which customer has to bear. I have never come across such a rude service Head in my life.
              please be double careful before buying Nexon, there are lot of manufacturing defects.

                  Hi Team,
                  I booked the Tata Nexon xms(p) variant from SRTTataCbe(Twitter handle of the dealer) on May 07th. But I have not heard any progress from them till now. I know it's a pandemic time and the deliveries are deeply affected.
                  But in my case, SRT staff were urging me for the payment so that the vehicle can be delivered in the first week of June.
                  After the loan sanction on May 23rd, I'm waiting until now there is no progress. I have also paid my first loan installment of 20k on Monday 5-JUL-21 without knowing anything about the vehicle.

                  I complained about this issue already on Twitter. They reached out to me and made a false promise that the vehicle will complete production by July 15 and then would be dispatched.

                  Till now there is no response from them. This is very disappointing and reducing the valuable trust of TATA motors.

                  I doubt whether they have really raised a vehicle request with you. Kindly check and let me know the real condition of my order.

                    With great reverence and humble submission I want to submit that I have purchased Tata Tiago NRG in Oct 2018 from one of your authorised dealer namely AM Tata motors hyderpora srinagar Jammu & kashmir bearing Registration No JK01AH-7525, Chasis No:MAT626289JKH79914 and Engine No:REVTRN02HRYK80889

                    After doing my 3rd free service of the said vehicle I found missing problems as well as milage problems so I immediately aproached the AM Tata motors for redressel of the issue.The Am tatamotors dealer worked on it and delivered my car to me but the issue was not resolved properly and the said vehicle was not properly functioning.so after some days they agreed to get my car to their showroom after repeated requested calls.on inspection they told me that their is some throatal sensor problem, I requested them to replace the defected part but instead of replacing the said part as the vehicle was within warranty period, they only change the spark plugs and assured me that problem is rectified now.

                    It is important to mention here, that I also submitted the written complaint as well at that time before the then service manager.they assured me that problem is rectified and error is cleared, even assured me in writting that even if the same problem persists in future we will take action on the same complaint.copy of the complaint is attached below.

                    The above mentioned vehicle persist to have the same problem on & off which I used to intimate the concern dealer(AM tatamotors) and used to go there office with request to clear the problem permenently and save me from on &off trouble.but they just used to avoid by just clearing spark plugs and clear errors through computer just to buy the time and the main problem remained as it is.
                    Then during covid period it was not possible to approach them everytime.so the persistance of problem increases the intensity and my vehicle was unable to drive then I managed to reach the vehicle to the AM Tata motors service center for the same problem rectified but the present service manager denied to provide the service under warranty and is not accepting the written commitment of his predecessor.

                    Sir i am the sufferer for none of my faults.even the service manager was not ready to take my car then after long discussion he just allowed his staff to provide a job card and the vehicle is now lying with them.copy of job card is attached below.

                    To the utter surprise I recieved a text message from the concerned dealer today that I will have to pay now for daily parking charges of 250 rupees.its very much unfortunate from their part.secreen shot of the said text message is attached below.

                    I request now your goodself to rectify the problems of my vehicle properly and permenently by replacing the faulted part within warranty rules as the problem persists from the very begining.i have suffered a lot till now and I have driven my vehicle only 3200 kms and I am not in a position to pay theamount for its replacement.so I request your goodself to take good will approach for your valued customer and hope for the redressel of my grevience very soon.

                      3 months delay., before 3 month back I gave my nexon car for servicing to Kvr dream vehicle.Kannur Kerala ..but till today I didn't received my car ..and dealership persons not at all responding..customer servicing is very very poor..

                        This is to inform you that I’m owner of TATA Nexon XMA (S) (chassis no # MAT 627244MLA06737 );the car received from dealer NCS Kayamkulam, Kerala on 18/3/2021, from the first day my car music system / reverse camera (Blaupunkt / additional purchase) not working properly, hanging always & this issue I’m informed to the dealer on the same day ; Unfortunately they are didn’t provide any solution/ service to rectify the issue & I’m not satisfied with dealer service as this complaint report to the concern more than three months & still no updates / follow up from them .
                        Kindly do the needful to rectify / solve the problem & make your Client happy .

                          It has only been 4 months to guys this car and my Car engine suddenly heats up and get lock on the highway.

                          This is not expected from the TATA Motors to provide such a vehicle.

                          Though your Technician arrives their within 2 hours it's good but this is not the way to...

                            Myself Sreenivasan from Kannur Kerala holding Tata Tiago KL 78 B 0128 have been scheduling first service for past one month. None of the representatives in the service center is scheduling the appointment, they always transfer the call to someone and keep us waiting for long. My vehicle has covered 4000+ km and it's already time for 2nd service, still my first service is not yet done. This is the worst experience with the service centre. Should I take my vehicle out to local garage for servicing? Or please do the needful.

                              I bought harrier XZ BR04AF1262 on dated 15/02/20. I am very frustrated and disappointed about our vehicle performance. I have facing so many times our vehicle had breakdown. Last 3 days our vehicle in work shop but when I am going on the way our vehicle do some another problem.                                   Respected sir,
                                  I have booked Tata altroz from Shankar motor bhagalpur by pay booking amount rs 11001/- on 16 Feb 2022. I got the availability certificate by dealer. When I paid full amount then dealer refused to deliver the vehicle. After nearly 5 months vehicle has not been delivered to me. When I contacted to Mr Aman staff of Shankar motor, he told me that certificate issued to you is false and after that he stop picking my phone. It means vehicle allotted to me has been sold to some other person. If it is like so then what is the use of booking the vehicle. Also during booking I was told 5 to 6 week as wating period. Now it going to be more than 5 months.
                                  I want to know why this type of treatment has been given to me after paying full amount.

                                    Sir,

                                    I booked a tata Tiago on 26th January 2021 from Nettor Shornour showroom, I got my delivered yesterday (14th July 2021) that too with a lot of defects. I booked the full option Tiago and transferred the full amount on the 26th of June 2021 and delivered my car after so long. While I completed my amount they said the registration will take more time, when call them they said they can't confirm the date. The response which I received from their side was really very harsh and bad. As per my knowledge, the registration can be completed within 2 to 3 days of amount completion and it really took 2 weeks to deliver my car.
                                    They are not even responsible while registering the care and have done mistakes while doing the same for me.
                                    When they applied for registered for my vehicle the mistake that happened while applying is mentioned below:

                                    " Dear Applicant, Your Application KL[protected] is on hold due to HYPOTHICATION NOT MENTIONED IN SALES INVOICE, Please contact your respective Dealer/RTO. MoRTH"

                                    Because of the quality of tata vehicles, I booked the vehicle, but the staff has no quality in customer services and also while booking they offered some free accessories but now they are telling me they didn't offer anything like that.

                                    If you are not offering your customers anything, just don't tell them anything. Why give them false hopes while booking and delivering the car without any accessories!!
                                    The service which I received from the TATA staff was very bad, the car which was delivered yesterday had rust within its disc. The image of the disc is attached with this. The disc is completely rusted and I need a replacement for the same.
                                    The staffs in the TATA office, guess they are inefficient! The receipt which is received regarding the payment was completely wrong and the details were mismatched in the receipt.

                                    The offers which they promised while canvasing, was not delivered at the time of delivery, the condition they stated was "it was not given as a written document", please don't offer your customers anything if not able to deliver the same.

                                    My humble request is to take immediate action against this ASAP. I prefer TATA motors because of the quality that you deliver. Couldn't imagine this kind of action from TATA officials. Hope this will reach the concerned authorities for favorable actions.

                                      In Tata harrier, when we apply break the wisel/ squeaking not come out, that on hight speed & bumper to bumper traffic also, now I show problem in Tata service this problem not solve yet, I have very disappointed from Tata & tata service provider, plss solve thiss major problem.
