Through this complaint i want to bring to your attention my issues with the TOTO Nexon Full Option car that i have owned for over one
month now and all the work including seat cover is done from tata showroom and the poor consumer experience that i have faced, which i would rather call ‘harassment’.
Primarily i have been facing the below issues since i bought the car. While these are listed below,
i have shared a detailed explanation around each of these.
• issue : On the second day after delivery of car there was a diesel leak and had to toy the car to service center and they replaced the filter(Photo and video proofs are available). There was diesel leak which is very dangerous for the passenger.
• issue Tire developed a crack and became completely flat. Enquired about the same at service center and they informed me that if the TYRE GETS HIT BY A STONE THEN THERE IS NO WARRANTY, well i suppose nexon is for Indore driving option. cost of one tire is 9800 well that is a lot for Indore tires lol.
• issue : Sunroof is not closing properly.
• issue there is dent om the roof which is not easily noticeable, after the tire issue i inspected the vehicle and i found it.
• issue manufacturing defect on dashboard.
• issue manufacturing defect near the gear.
• issue rear window beading has manufacturing defect
• issue : there is a sound from rear left side when car goes over a hump.
I spoke to Jithin K V who is the head of service for Kerala division and he informed me that expenses i have to bear as TATA is not responsible for the same and there can be quality issues with the vehicle which customer has to bear. I have never come across such a rude service Head in my life.
please be double careful before buying Nexon, there are lot of manufacturing defects.
