Respected sir,
I have booked Tata altroz from Shankar motor bhagalpur by pay booking amount rs 11001/- on 16 Feb 2022. I got the availability certificate by dealer. When I paid full amount then dealer refused to deliver the vehicle. After nearly 5 months vehicle has not been delivered to me. When I contacted to Mr Aman staff of Shankar motor, he told me that certificate issued to you is false and after that he stop picking my phone. It means vehicle allotted to me has been sold to some other person. If it is like so then what is the use of booking the vehicle. Also during booking I was told 5 to 6 week as wating period. Now it going to be more than 5 months.
I want to know why this type of treatment has been given to me after paying full amount.

    Sir,

    I booked a tata Tiago on 26th January 2021 from Nettor Shornour showroom, I got my delivered yesterday (14th July 2021) that too with a lot of defects. I booked the full option Tiago and transferred the full amount on the 26th of June 2021 and delivered my car after so long. While I completed my amount they said the registration will take more time, when call them they said they can't confirm the date. The response which I received from their side was really very harsh and bad. As per my knowledge, the registration can be completed within 2 to 3 days of amount completion and it really took 2 weeks to deliver my car.
    They are not even responsible while registering the care and have done mistakes while doing the same for me.
    When they applied for registered for my vehicle the mistake that happened while applying is mentioned below:

    " Dear Applicant, Your Application KL[protected] is on hold due to HYPOTHICATION NOT MENTIONED IN SALES INVOICE, Please contact your respective Dealer/RTO. MoRTH"

    Because of the quality of tata vehicles, I booked the vehicle, but the staff has no quality in customer services and also while booking they offered some free accessories but now they are telling me they didn't offer anything like that.

    If you are not offering your customers anything, just don't tell them anything. Why give them false hopes while booking and delivering the car without any accessories!!
    The service which I received from the TATA staff was very bad, the car which was delivered yesterday had rust within its disc. The image of the disc is attached with this. The disc is completely rusted and I need a replacement for the same.
    The staffs in the TATA office, guess they are inefficient! The receipt which is received regarding the payment was completely wrong and the details were mismatched in the receipt.

    The offers which they promised while canvasing, was not delivered at the time of delivery, the condition they stated was "it was not given as a written document", please don't offer your customers anything if not able to deliver the same.

    My humble request is to take immediate action against this ASAP. I prefer TATA motors because of the quality that you deliver. Couldn't imagine this kind of action from TATA officials. Hope this will reach the concerned authorities for favorable actions.

      In Tata harrier, when we apply break the wisel/ squeaking not come out, that on hight speed & bumper to bumper traffic also, now I show problem in Tata service this problem not solve yet, I have very disappointed from Tata & tata service provider, plss solve thiss major problem.
      Plss consumer complaint force to Tata resolve this problem pllllssss this is very anoing

          I bought tata tiago 3.5 year back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, your service agent in I.S. motor Haridwar (i.s. motor in converted in midas motor) told me that due to some technical reason most of the tata tiago facing same type of problem and you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 12000 rs.
          i am calling to service center many time but call not accepting. i understand i think reason for it - covid 19 lockdown .
          i am facing this problem last one year.
          My request is that if most the tata tiago facing that type of problem than is is covered under the manufacturing defect of the product and tata shall replace that product.

            This never been expected from TATA.. I don't know whether you guys going to take this seriously or no. I had my second service on 5/07/2021.. After exact 4 days I had my luggage and when I opened boot I couldn't close it.. next Monday as in 12/07/2021 I went to service center Hubli. Advisor saying it's common because car right .. what the heck is it joke ?? How latch would get problem so soon . Then they didn't have spare asked me to come on 13/07/2021 .. I am very disappointed. I have better work to do I have office I can't come n go service center over and over. This is not expected. I had huge respect on TATA swear taken safari test drive also . Now I feel I was wrong perspective towards TATA... It's a brand new car n this issue is common this is what the answer you guys give to customers ha. This would be small issue for many but not for me. Bcz it's not even been 1 year also.

                As per above subject I have nexon XM model brought in Jharkand divyani motar ranchi JH01DB6290 in 2018 in July. I m always vehicle Survice all time to time in tata motar workshop all type of survice.
                I alway complain for mobile fuel indicator shown in dash board after guaranty approx 4 to 6 month before I also complain that time some noise are also come by engine then workshop engineer advice for timing chain replacement I agree and change it. After changing the fuel meter indication shown permanently then also complain in work shop patna Ananya. At time our vehicle in workshop patna Ananya 9days but that problem not solve then any casualty by vehicle then totly responsible tatamotar. So please solve my problem immediately and provide me compensation by tata motors our big losses due to vehicle. So please shoutout our problem.

Good morning here rohit namdev from chhindwara madhya pradesh pincode 480001 I am ten years customer of tata family at present I have tata bolt xe quatrajet registered no MP28CA4683 sir i want wheel bolt of my car which were not available on showroom before 15 days i will order at my nearest tata showroom sunil automobiles after 15 days means today they were said me that we will not fullfill your required because you have to buy on 2 bolt and the company cannot sent 2 bolt only and they also said me that you will purchase bolt from the market itself

                    I have called Tata service Kannur, Kerala for service booking on 20 06 2021, and I got the service on[protected]
                    Since it is too long I called the manager to get early and thankfully I got on 2.07.2021.
                    On 30 .06.2021 I got the message from service center that booking has cancelled will get new date for booking.
                    On 09 th July they called me your booking has confirmed on 12.07 2021, the same day that I have got on 20.06.2021.
                    They told me that it's management decision, and my question is why the management is fooling customers..
                    I have serviced from another workshop due to heavy trouble in my car in 03.07.2021

                      I have Given my Harierfor second service at Sanghi Motors indore on 28thof june 2021, Even after my instructions "Not to Wax polish on My NAPA Finish dash board" in spite of this thay have heavily waxed it and now the dashboard has been turned into a shiny dashboard, Even for some lose contact in the horn Lugs they have charged rs.10 and total free service has been charged for Rs.305 .If the quality of lugs used is poor that goes off in three months then it should be replaced FOC the value of the lugs does not matters much but the attitude of charging such amount is wonderful!!! any way we will be with TATA

                      I humbly request you help me in getting my dashboard issue resolved onASAP basis.

                        Delay in booking cancellation amount refund

                        I am writing this to bring your attention to the cancellation process of my booking. I had booked a new Tiago from Cherthala showroom on April 03, 2021 with a payment of Rs. 10, 000.
                        With effect of the low CIBIL score i was rejected for the loan. So, I cancelled the booking and requested for the returning of my advance payment with the attached request letter on 30.04.2021

                        I have purchased Tata Tiago XT from Sagar Motors Patparganj. The car was handed over to me on 30 May 21 with a copy of insurance only. The invoice was not generated till that time. However the same was generated on 02 Jun 21 vide invoice no. ISAGAG[protected]. On later date, while checking the status of RC in mParivahan site, it was come to my notice that the Chassis no and Engine no of car in possession are different from as mentioned in virtual RC. The matter was immediately informed to Mr. Jeevan, Sales managers, Sagar Motors Patparganj.
                        On request of Mr Jeevan, original RC was handed over to him in person on 24 May 21 for necessary correction. In response he gave assurance to resolve the issue in within a week. However, the issue remains unresolved till date. To this effect numerous mails and tele communication have been made with Mr Jeevan. However, no reply of mails have been received. Only assurance on telephone is being given.
                        Since, the car in my possession is not in my name I have told by Sagar Motors for not using the same till the correction made. Even after more than a month of purchasing of car, I cannot use my own car. This has created a embarassing situation in front of my neighbours and colleagues. Also I need to submit copy of valid RC and Invoice to my loan sanctioning authority within a stipulated time frame. Failure to this, individual is liable to penalty.
                        After making all required efforts and request with Sagar Motors Patparganj, no fruitful result gained.
                        Plz intervene and instruct Sagar Motors Patparganj to resolve the issue on top priority.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am a proud owner of Tata Tiago from past 4 year and from past 6 months i am facing problem with its fuel pump. Car runs fine initially but after driving for 40-50 kms it starts missing acceleration. It take acceleration for 2 sec and then stops responding for another 4-5 sec. This cycle repeats for 20 mins. After which I have to wait for 30-40 mins for to run again.
                          I went to several forums and saw same issue reported by every single tata tiago car owner. If there is a faulty product from the beginning in your car why don't you took some efforts to replace it. I had to wait on Highway on several occasion when such thing happens and now couldn't trust my car reliability.
                          I request you to replace this faulty part of my car.
                          All my car is servicing is done at Tata Authorized service center.

                              Res sir madam, myself mahantesh naragatti from jamakhandi taluk bagalkot dist contact [protected], i had booked tata altroz on feb 20th and paid rupees 11000/- and executive person assured to give car delivery by march 5th, , , and unable to do so, , , then we had waited upto 11th march and even after they couodnt able to get car delivered and not even taken care to deliver and there behaviour to customers are rude nd not upto mark, , , over all was a bad experience with jamakhandi tata showroom people, , ,

                              Then we had cancelled to purchase car bcz of not in time delivery, , ,

                              From april we are in touch with these persons to get refund of rupees 11000 booking amount, , , they were so called tata persons not even recieved calls many times and peraonally we had visited lot many times also but also not processed, , , daily am calling these persons but not et all taken care, , ,

                              Today i had went and they had written cheque of 10000 only, , , dont know why, , , i had paid 11000 and booking cancelled from company people only, , , and after 5 months, , , ,

                              This is like something very bad experience with these persons and bringing bad name to shri Ratan tata ji also, , , ,

                              I hope and suggest higher officials of group with talk to them nd take on fire, , , , to support ur valuable customers, , , otherwise from these peraons u will loose active customers, , , totally bad experience

                                I want to register complaint against General Manager (Sales) of Varenyam Motors Bhopal (Mr. Saleem Khan) because of his unprofessional and rude behavior. This behavior is because Tata Cars are selling more against their peers. They know that if 1 customer is lost then it will have no effect on the company. He does not know how to talk with a customer and also put allegations on me that I am gonna run away from that State as if i am a criminal.
                                Just want TATA Motors to take action against him as these employees will one day be the reason of the down fall of tata motors.

                                    I have booked on 02/02/21Tata nexon XZA+(O) in VIJAYA BHARATHI AUTOMOBILES TIRUPATI at that time MANAGER Promised due to COVID restrictions we wil deliver car in 8weeks, we agreed with that and I’m cleared total down payment and bank also disbursed amount to dealer...

                                    I’m already paid 5EMIS WITH OUT delivers my car, I’m regularly followup with dealers but not getting promising delivery about vehicle, it’s nearly 6 months going to complete after booking..

And majorly they made insurance to name of my wife (Vijaylakshmi) I and My wife are not much educates and we don’t know read and wrte English and hindi.they are cheat us. He always guide me go for unstraight way to my problem. I plan to For closure my load account, but they ask additinally pay 5% of loan anmmount.I am aging 68 years now and and Angioplasty patient, not able pay additional payment.current my situation I depend on my daughter care and I don’t have any earning source, I already sell my house and now I am in bare hand.
